Good morning
This is to inform you that yesterday act fibernet guys came for installation for 3100 for 5+2 months 50mbps 400gb but again they are asking for 3200 i dont know what is this calculation if you calculate with (Feel the advantage with act fibernet! Now get 50mbps speed effectively @rs 471. Call now [protected]. T&c*) including gst it is 555 per month and for 5 months it is costing around 2700...
Eventhough iam paying 3100 still they are asking 3200 now what iam i suppose to do??
Kindly look into in and setup connection asap

Very bad sevices in warangal nobody is working accordingly fake plans if they provide 5+2 then wil pay for 5 months y they are asking me to pay for 7 months and now itz costing me 2700 if i go with 471rs along with gst now they are asking me 3250 and sometimes 3880

Everything is in front of you head of act department why don’t you come up with resolution...
Customer’s to be blamed for this??

24hrs completed still you people are working on my complaint..
If i wont get my connection as per commitment iam going to take it to another level and this would be on public forum as well as facebook so that everybody will know about it..

I urge be careful with such fraud sale services and if any of you hand paid extra for 5+2 months kindly cross check with them
It is hard earned money so decide what to do..

    My name is arif and my concern is in regards to new connection.
    I belong to warangal and i got a message in my inbox stating... (Feel the advantage with act fibernet! Now get 50mbps speed effectively @rs 471. Call now [protected]. T&c*) yesterday i got this
    I called on above number for connection so he informed me with gst is the above offer.. So i asked how to proceed wheter monthly or how?
    So he said 5+2 months is available now i want to ask should i pay for 5 months or 7 months??
    They are asking me to pay for 7months is it genuine service or fake??
    When u people are offering 2 months free then il proceed accordingly and il pay for 5months what for i should pay 7months
    And this complaint i have already made to customer care 2 days ago till no resolution for it..
    Kindly look into the concern and get back with update..
    As given from your act group i need conmection according the above plan now they are changing plans and asking me to pay 3800 which is blunder as per above text...

      I have applied for a new connection in kondapur, hyderabad area. Initially before taking the money they were calling every day to get the connection done. After 1 day they informed that the connection is not possible in that particular area as there is some difficulty to install new connection in that particular area, the ensured that they will return back the money. Now it's been 7 days i still did't get the amount, not a single call from their customer service people also. They even not answering to my call.

      Please get my money back as soon as possible.

        I raised the complain on 13th march, and since then no action has been taken on the complaint.
        Why is this so?

        For refunding the customers money they dnt take any action nor do they respond properly.

        Below is the complaint details which was raised on 13th march 2019:
        "broadband beam telecom / act act fibernet not refunding my deposit amount post address change and connection closed on their request"

          I have raised the issue to disconnect act on 19th march 2019. The lady took it in and told me in 7 days time it will get done and i will receive a confirmation mail with in 3 hrs even after 24 hrs they have not done so. They are disconnecting my calls when i call them asking to connect to disconnection team.

          Pathetic services from them in this regard.

          Facing the internet connectivity issue multiple times. Last week only heard some server issue at our place and internet was not there for 2 days. And again today also facing the issue and didn't expected this kind of service from ACT Fibernet and hope it'll be resolved soon and will maintain it won't happen again.

            downgrade the plan

            Hello,

            It is been more than three days I am trying to get connected with ACT broadband customer care Bangalore, but it is in vain. All the numbers are showing "No representatives are available" Everytime. I have tried with Nodal officer's number also it is showing engage Everytime. It is really frustrating as there is no other way to contact to them. Please look into the issue asap....

            I have been using my act fibrenet for a year and my package is 200 gb per month, things went good for the first year. Now, in 2019 january, act costumer care said that the my package will be provided with 1000 gb with additional just 100 rupees every month so i felt good and i changed my plan.
            First month i saw my usage was high and i couldn't beleive so i changed my password frequently so that other people seeking free wifi's won't get it.
            For the second month, the situation is the same and the usage was like 160gb one day, and my usage will be around just 10 gb. This really is a serious issue, my first year my usage of 200 gb gets over at the 24 or 25th day but now it's 160 gb a day seriously!!.

            I am trying to downgrade my act plan but there is no downgrade option in act app and also no response from customer care also...I just fed up from past 2 months

              I was using act broadband internet for more than 3 years. Their junction box was connected to my meter board and in my bill every month it used to reflect and then during buying my next years plan, they would reduce that amount from my bill. But this year i discontinued their services and the one year current bill of the junction box which is 60rs per month is not been credited to my account. They are refusing to provide a refund to my account and are offering credit note. This is totally unacceptable by me because i wont be going with their services in the foreseeable future. I have called them multiple times and on top of that the junction box is still connected to my meter board.

                I asked for connection cancellation, they provided half the bill for next 2 months. Also added they will provide more flexible plans in future to improve their business. I am ok with that and continued services. After 2 months as there is no new plans added i again asked for connection cancellation and this time they offered me next three months same package can be continued for1000 inr. I said ok again and they resolved the cancellation request, package was not changed and asking me to pay the regular bill, i raised multiple requests and call to customer service, nothing worked and the connection now suspended saying you didn't paid the bill.
                I explained the same to the customer care and asked for cancellation, and his response was awesome, pay the outstanding and request for cancellation.

                Why the hell i gone pay the bill. That's your mistake in providing the promised package. I have recorded all the calls with customer service staff and i am ready to take this to any level. But not going to leave them at any cost.
                Hi,

                I have requested for new connection, same day one person visited and done initial documentation also i paid Rs 5000. After receiving 5K getting worst response from ACT, till now they have not installed new connection also no one is picking call. They are not initiating refund as well.

                  I want to disconnect the fibernet account due to some financial problem please do the regarding as my family is facing some financial problems so i could not continue the act connection please disconnect the connection as we could not pay the money for the upcoming months my father told me to disconnect the connection as my father could not pay the money for the connection due to my father financial status

                    I didn't get internet from past 40hrs. Act fibernet team told me that there is a problem in server side. I made calls to customer support several times. Every time they told me like they are working on your issue only. But there is no solution to my problem.. Its not a first time to me. Every month inbetween 10th to 20th dates they disconnect my internet for 1 or 2 days. Please concern department take it serious action on them. I got a message by act team like "your act fibernet request sr[protected] is expected to be resolved by 3/13/2019 05:00:00 pm (Mm/dd/yyyy) t&c apply.

                      I had to shift to a new house and i called up act and asked for relocation of my existing act broadband account (Which was used for around 9 months and extra 3 months were already paid as i took the plan of 6 months, the act person told me after confirming that since they do not serve in the new area customer has to raise disconnection request and then after disconnection my deposited amount will be refunded to my bank details (I had 3 months fee deposited already).
                      I had already my renewal till oct 15th 2019 - may 14th 2019 (6 months+1 month free).

                      As per act person, i raised disconnection request and after few days i got mail from them asking for my bank details to initiate the refund process.
                      I provided them all the details they asked for. They promised on call that i will get the refund within 7 business days.

                      After 2 weeks also, i didnt get any refund, so i called them again asking for the status.
                      The act lady picked up and talked in a very rudely way and saying that i will not get any refund and giving lame excuses that that gave me router. While the router picture does not apply in this case. I asked her to handover the call to her lead, she disconnected the call while i was talking.

                      What an abrupt behaviour is this?

                      Even after this, i dropped several mails to the concerned act team and called their customer care lot many times and i had to explainmy case repeatedly to all of them several times clearly to the representatives.

                      But every time, different male reasons they give which are not even applicable to my account or they hang the phone call knowingly while i am still speaking to them.

                      Being in same company, each person explains their own rules which doent even match and playing games with customers.
                      It had been 1 month now, no progress or calls are in place. I need the refund to be processed asap.

                      This is my hard earned money, i cannot let this act broadband cheat and go away like this.
                      This is not the way to cheat the customers hard earned money.

                      I need the refund of my deposited amount asap. This is such a ridiculous behavior act is behaving in.

                        Want to make a complaint against act fibernet internert providers. That, i have taken a three months complete internet plan from them and i access the connection only three or five days maximum, after that network is gone. I made a complaint on their act customer care. But they said that, the junction box is not giving the power. So i wait for three days. Again i reached on customer care and they said like they cant do anything have to wait for two or three months. Now i am running for my repayment, for that i try to reach on customer care from past four days, but no body is piking the call.
                        Sir, i am really disappoint with act fibernet... I don't know what to do...

                        I have raised a relocation request in 5th March. Today is 9th and still no one has contacted me.. every time I call customer care they promise that executive will contact me.. still no action.

                          I am really disappoint with act fibernet service.. Bcz i am not able to access internet from past 18 days, i raised too many complaints on act customer care.. But they don't know what they are speaking about...

                          After some time i received a call and tolled me ' power is not available, so need to set the junction box on other area, then only internet will work'

                          Now am running behind refund amount from act service. No one is picking my call and always act customer care representatives are bussy..

                          Requesting you to fix the issue by today or give me my money back soon as possible..

                            It's almost 10 days, installation not done yet, worst customer care, every time they promising will happen in 48 hrs.

                            Nodal officer team also worst, even they on prioritizing or escalating the issue.

                            Their escalation mail is bouncing, [protected]@actcorp.in not working which mentioned on their official website.

                            ACT team behaving irresponsible towards customers, hopefully, JioFiber will start soon then at least ACt team will wake up.

                              Hi

                              Requested act for new connection.
                              Without proper availability information sale person collected money.
                              After so many follow up with customer care, concluded its not possible for connection. Both parties and agreed and requested for refund amount on 20 feb 2019. Till now i dosent received any rupee.

                              Conclusion is act fiber collecting money from people and running business on interest and customer care people, no idea about the process and system.

                              Act need to explain with they are taking so much time to return back money. I feel its a scam.

                                I have paid the amount due on 3rd march. But still the amount is showing due.                                     It is registered under the company 'nest away', and i used to stay in a pg provided by the same company till nov, 18. However, since march i've been getting continuous calls and messages from the act customer care executives regarding bill payment for the month of feb 2019, even after explaining numerous times that i have not been using their services since i don't stay there, they need to contact appropriate customer regarding the same, the customer care executives are not taking any action, and i am receiving 10 calls on a daily basis, also threatening to take legal action against me.

                                    Please help me from this harassment

                                      Act team have literally blocked their customer care number.

                                      More than 48 hours complaint raised but nonone has attended to the issue.

                                      When finally reached act care they said they will connect to supervisor and then disconnected the call.

                                      Poor service : when checked almost 20 + connections in building is affected and act is showing neglegence to come forward and address the issue.
