    Hi, this is rahman
    I am a new customer to act but since i have taken the connection the installation was incomplete since 5 days i was calling support team and being told for technician visit but everyday they diverts my complaint ticket with a new one. It seems like i have been cheated by looking the way this organisation handling the cases, i want my refund from any source from act fibernet which i havepaid on first day of agents visit as i have not used any data.

      I want to disconnect act fibernet account, as i am completely fedup with relocation request process.

      I called customer care and i have requested multiple times and did multiple followups for re install in new location, but they are telling today and postponing it every day. Every time i call them, they are telling same phrase, now nearly 4 days are over. They will charge me for these 4-5 days too.
      Please act terminate my account.
      Even one person from service team came to my home on 30/05 and told will come today 31/05. But after multiple followups he is not sure when he will come and is telling me to escalate even if required.

      This is completely not fair for act on your part. If i dont pay bill from the next due date you people disconnect my service without any delay and the same should be applied to you as well. This is effecting my daily work, eating up my time.

      Please deactivate my account, this is completely not acceptable.

        Hi,
        I have raised a complaint on 25th may 2019 ticket number sr[protected]. Event after 5 days there is no internet connection. And no one is receiving any calls or always getting busy tone in the call center numbers [protected] and [protected] provided in the website https://www.actcorp.in/customer-care.
        I have paid for 6 months of service in advance and there is no internet from 5 days or frequent disconnection. Please return my payment and i would like to go with other service providers rather than no internet.

        This is the worst experience ever. The router itself is faulty that to with in the warranty period. the line man who came to fix the issue told as it is with in warranty he will replace. have not heard from him till date. I requested for a call back in the Ticket number SR[protected]. where i have mentioned that the Router is faulty. The call center person told that it must be replaced and gave the above ticket number.
        now when i call the customer care they are telling i must raise request for replacement(the line engineer who came to fix told he will replace no need of ticket, Above ticket is just for call back????). Why will they take ticket details as Faulty Router and not take replacement ticket. what kind of service is this? and that replacement will take 3 days more. what kind of information are you guys passing around.

        THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE ALSO SO RUDE, THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING A FAVOR TO US BY TAKING THE COMPLAINT
        I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INTERNET PROVIDER TO ANY ONE.

          I am not able to use the internet from the past 5 days. The cable is plugged into the box in next building and the owner has powered off it. The technician from act came and promised to put the box in the next building, he has not done that yet.

          I called him last day, he was rude and told it's not his responsibility. Phone number - [protected]

          I have never seen such pathetic service from act. No one answer the call in customer service.

            I wanted a new internet connection so i opted act fibernet and a sales executive met me by repeatedly calling me through phone. But he visited me at my house and he took all the details and he said that i have to pay first, so i paid 1102/-rs including installation charges and he said that the installation will be done by tomorrow evening and he left.
            So i waited the next day there was no information about installation i tried to call him, he was rejecting my call, so i called from different number and now he said that it will be installed the next day...
            Now it is 3 days and no information about it and no response from customer service... Please help

                I opted for Act fibernet and a sales person contacted me. I opted for a 425 plan which I came to know it was 502 including GST after he told me. Still I was okay with it . Then he asked if I had a router, I said yes since I had one from my previous ISP Hathway. Then a installation person came and directly plugged the DSL cable into the PC LAN port. I asked if he could connect it to my existing router and he says your router is not compatible so you have to buy Act router costing 1300. If the act router was different the sales person could've told me earlier that day which he did not .I mean who uses just PC connection without WiFi these days. Such lack of common sense I felt cheated and this is a sick scam. I called customer care and told them to exchange the router or just refund my money. I've told the same story to 4 different executives who were useless because they don't know which complaint to transfer to which department. And also to mention their ridiculous stories telling me it's my fault.There wasn't enough or right information provided as to get a connection. HATHWAY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN ACT IN TERMS OF QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW ACT FIBERNET CALLS ITSELF "FIBERNET" WHEN IT IS DELIVERED THROUGH A DSL CABLE INSTEAD OF A FIBER OPTIC CABLE. Other competitors are far better . ACT is just careless and useless.

                Your technical team contacted me and suggested me to buy a DSL modem. After calling so many of my relatives one of them had a DSL modem as their previous ISP was ACT and they switched to Hathway. I got that router and using it now because I can't handle calling you guys and holding up the line wasting my time. I doubt you giving me a refund or a router for your lack of proper information. I better use it for this month and switch back to Hathway.
                SUGGESTION: Next time a sales guy visits a customer, tell them to check the router if the customer says they already have one and give the FINAL amount including GST charges on your website.

                  I requested for relocation on the 18th of may and till now the request is not only open no one wants to address this concern even the nodal team can’t help fix my issue. I would want the connection to be installed today else my money refunded. The customer service response is horrifying and none of the act team wants to take the ownership of resolving the issue.
                  I am fed up of calling the cc and have no more patience for this #.

                    Hi team,

                    My act id#[protected]. I am having an issue with my wifi connection since last thursday (23rd may'19) i have raised a complaint for the same. They called and ask to follow some instructions but it is not worked out. So the customer care executive told me that they'll send the technician directly to my place. Till now there is no response or update on the issue, but they have closed the complaint which i raised on the issue. This is not the first time i am facing this issue with act. This is the worst customer care i have ever dealed with.

                    Since 3 days i dont have internet connection. Upon calling they are telling to give them a place where they can fix the distribution box. I am from banglore and the owner is not allowing to fix. Even ACT people are least bothered to find a place somewhere where they can fix it. I am not getting a single reply frm them.                       Sir, I have been complaining to the customer care of Act Fibernet from last week of April to 25th may 2019 for about 4 times regarding interrupted internet connectivity of my act a/c no:[protected].my complaint has been automatically closed without even checking my problem, they have not even contacted before closing my complaint. whenever I contact customer care I takes about 20 to 30 minutes to talk to executive and they say that your issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but my my issue was not resolved even after 1 month, pl take strict action against act Fibernet and see that my problem is solved.

                        It’s been 3 days since i registered the complaint with act about internet connectivity issue and they kept on making false promises for resolving the same with a few hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and so on.. And still the same issue is going on. I’ve tried calling all act technicians whom i know in my area and they are just not fixing the issue. I’ve been calling the customer care number every now and then and they are just making false promises and some of them do not even have any update on the timeline. Some of them are very unprofessional in their behaviour as well and they are just playing with customer’s emotions and money.

                        My question here to act folks: you guys cheat us in every bill cycle. Whenever your services aren’t working and the issues are not resolved within 24 hours.. How do you compensate customers for that? In no way.. Right? You guys are just making money and cheating people on a daily basis.

                        I have complained regarding internet not working since 10 days. Till now there is no solution. The service is very poor. I believe the IT person visiting home does not have knowledge. I believe a strong action should be taken against this. When the complete amount is paid why there is so much delay.                           Hi team,

                          I am nagaraj hs and staying in rr nagar bangalore with pin code 560098

                          I had requested for a new internet connection last week and made the payment on the same day i. E., 13-may-2019

                          Customer care executive told me that they need 3 days to get the new internet connection done. It's been 10 business days and i still haven't got the internet connection yet

                          Action so far:

                          1. A field technician named mr. Lokesh visited the site and told that we don't have any port available here to give the connections and he asked me to contact customer care.
                          However, i understood from the customer care executive that they will take the payment only after checking if the ports are available in location

                          Whom to believe here? Customer care executive or the field technician?
                          Field technician left the place and never returned

                          Several attempts were made to connect mr lokesh, but he never received my calls nor does he have enough courtesy to call back and update on what’s happening

                          I contacted the customer care and escalated. Then this below happened

                          2. Another executive visited the site and told us that a junction box has to be fit and we welcomed his ideas and told him to get it done wherever he feels right.
                          He told he will come tomorrow and he never turned up even after continuous follow ups
                          When he finally picked the call, he said that everyday his work location changes and he has been assigned to another area today and he can't help anymore and asked me to contact customer care

                          I have notified customer care with everything that has happened so far. Customer care is only apologetic every time and only buys time to fix the issue

                          I got a message that the sr[protected] will be resolved by 4pm today (24-may-2019). Not to my surprise, i still haven't got any call from a customer care executive or the field technician

                          Is this the kind of customer experience one should expect from a reputed company like act. This is highly depressing and shows your commitment towards customer engagement and customer satisfaction

                          If i knew that this is the kind of customer experience associating with act corp, i would have never gone for it nor will i recommend anyone within/outside of my network

                            Hi,
                            I have cancelled the act connection that was opted, even before the connection was operational in my residential address. I have paid a sum of rs.3750/- for 3 months. Due to various reasons i had to cancel the connection even before i got it at the address.

                            I have been following up with the customer care from more than a month for the refund amount to be transferred to my account.

                            Ticket number is sr[protected].

                            The customer care representatives are very irresponsible and are not attending to my issue properly. They have been telling me that the amount has been processed and i do not see the amount credited in my bank account.

                            The worst customer service representatives i have seen. They are closing my ticket without crediting the amount back to my account.

                            Take this into priority and provide the refund amount back. Further to which, i would not suggest anyone to opt for act internet connection.

                              I am existing customer of act fiber. Recently i was shifted from hyderabad to bangalore. I raised a request for deactivation of act account in hyderabad and new connection in bangalore as per act customer care advise. Account got deactivated in hyderabad. But, still i am waiting for new connection in bangalore from 2 weeks. I am always getting same reply from customer care team like "technician will call you and activate the new connection in two days". Due to which, i am unable to work from home and not able to attend skype calls. Even i paid half-year amount in the month of feb @ hyderabad and i have around more than 900 rupees in my previous account (I. E., hyderabad). I had plan to take new connection in bangalore and transfer the balance to new account. But, still waiting for new connection in bangalore. So, i am requesting act team either give new connection or please refund balance amount to my bank account. I will go with some other internet provider. I cannot wait and hear same repeated statements again and again. Please do the needful.

                              I sent e-mail bangalore nodal offer and appellate team. There is no response from them yet.

                                Act is not worth to subscribe. Bought the connection 2 days ago. It stopped working on the same night. Called customer service 4 times already, they all say the same thing (Rep will be there as soon as possible and issue will be fixed with in 24 hours...) bunch of lies, since i am waiting for more than 48 hours. Not going to subscribe with them after 3 months (Unfortunately paid for 3 months in advance).
                                customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  We have requested for new connection on 23/04/2019 and done payment to your executive. On 24th wiring part has been done and your person has promised 48hr for activation.We are calling your customer care number almost trice a day and following about our activation.We have spoken regarding this issue to Vinod your nodel officer also he promised it will be completed by 4th may.Every day exculation department persons will ask for last chance 24hr time.

                                    This is to inform you that, i have cancelled my act connection (A/c #[protected] on 27th april 2019 and opted for refund.

                                    But till now nothing happened from your end.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice the following

                                    1. No one has called or visited our house for explaining how to connect to phone or pc after repeated requests also
                                    2. For cancellation also i raised queries en number of times
                                    3. For refund also same problem.

                                    This was a worst experience from act.

                                    I once again request you to refund my amount immediately.

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm act subscriber from last 5 years, facing worst experience in last few days, 14th i had raised request for relocation with same area (Moving out 2 lanes from current location).
                                      Where in relocation address have feasibility and entire apartment is serviced by act broadband. Just technician as to come and activate the portal connect the lan in split box.

                                      Feasibility check ticket has been raised and closed but field executive updated saying no connectivity in the locality

                                      Been following up with customer care each everyday no body is turning up at the site to resolve the issue,
                                      Every customer care person is telling 24 hrs will reslove it but none is turning up.
                                      Today i raised for disconnect of my subscription, from disconnection team sushma assured it will be resolved by 6:00pm of 20th may and will give update, none turned up nor gave an update

                                      No proper escalation metrics been followed in org., nobody knows about it.
