pathetic act service

This is horrible service from Act . My registered No is [protected]. This is ongoing issue, 5 days back i have called Act support informing that there is a problem with internet connection not working, they informded that there is a huge cable cut and field team will fix this, after that i waited for 24 hrs but no use there is no response from anyone in ACT. I have to call them again to support and one of the worst support i have ever seen...

no internet from act fibernet pathetic services

Hi, i'm facing huge issues with the act fibernet team and with their lack of customer centric approach. The internet was not there for 2 full weeks and yet there is no support from them and without resolving the case, they are closing the case.

delaying installation

This is in regards to the horrible service by act internet services.

I wanted an internet connection & registered myself on thursday i. E on 18/04/2019 & got a call from your rep named sagar in few minutes. He told there was an offer on the day of election & i paid for the same & was told that on saturday i. E on 20/04/2019 guys will be sent for installation.

Those guys came on 20/04/2019...

payment not received, unethical behaviour, worst customer care service, scam

Date of incident - since 17/03/2019 till today (More than 40 days)
As i had already paid the amount of rs 2018/- online for the new broadband connection through their website.
No one is taking responsibility for the connection needed.
Hence i have cancelled the connection.
Refund of the money not happening since i have called the concerned customer care many times and they hang up the call without providing the...

I wanted to bring up my complaint on not getting my internet services and other issues addressed.

- the internet is down for more than 3 days (Since april 17th 2019) and every time i call the customer care, i am being told this will be taken care on top priority and will be done the same day. Here i am writing my frustration after 3 days.
- there has been frequent intermittent connection issues when the power goes off....

From last one and half month i had request every one called me from ACT for disconnection. Everyone said they are updating and it will be disconnected. But no one did. Later they started calling 5-10 times a day asking for bill payment even though we are not staying at connection location. I updated same to every one but no luck. Finally just to get rid of call paid all dues what ever it was showing and informed customer care person to disconnect....

ACt Fibernet [ atria convergent technolgies] do simply register a compliant on automated method leaving no option to a custmer to speak to any one in customer care/support. if a customer has any internet issue after 7pm or afetr saturday he/she has to wait till next working day to some one to resolve his/her internet issue. Lke a bank they dont care to do anything on sunday. Other holidays also may be. they do not think they are accountable...

worst service providers

I have paid for new connection of internet i paid around 4000 the cost is 3888 the guy had not even gave the change for me. I asked him he said it will be added on account. I said its ok and how many days it will take for connection he said it will take 4 days to install now its been 10days still no call from any one. They said my area dont have server it will take two days more i waited but still they had not made connection to the internet....

I am getting slow speed internet connection most of the time when i checked speed test act server is connecting to tatasky broadband service.
I could see in junction box some external network cable is going which is not optical fiber.

Act service is cheating customer by using cheap bandwidth proxy...

unable to change the plan

Previously i have raised complaint for same reason customer care person said they will downgrade my plan and again they sent same plan bill for april month. Please help out i am a regular customer of act then to they made me to feel such a bad experience. From past 2 months am facing same prob.. There is no proper response from customer service.. I am paying large amount when am not using such amount of network usage...

I have taken act broadband services on 13/08/2018 with plan of act storm 3m+wifi router paid three months advanced rental of rs.4104. With this plan they have provided me the free wifi modem. After 3 months i have renews with 6 months advanced rental plan which is again act storm 6m+1 month date of 15/12/2018. Then suddenly internet has stopped working on 09/03/2019 and raised a complain (No. Sr[protected] with no solution they closed...

I would like to bring to your attention the horrible service that i as a customer is facing.

I used to face frequent disconnection and speed fluctuations and for which i have raised multiple complaints. Each time the complaint is closed saying the server is rebooted and it will be fine henceforth. But i continue to face the same issue over ans over again.

Today dated 04/11/2019 my internet is not even working...

unreliable internet connection

I have been using act for years now. Connection speed is good. However when it comes to quality of service, it's a different story. Every time there is a power outage in the area, connection goes down. Raised multiple probably over 10 complaints but no results. It's a simple issue. There is a switch somewhere which does not have back up power. Their tech guy calls back everytime and say it's fixed now. So, basically your internet connection...

Balaji then returned on march 24th stating the service is now available in your area and we can provide immediate connection to your residence. Later he said we cannot provide free router...

poor support

I created a support ticket to fix me public ip issue but no one responded back for more than a day. I called act government multiple times with response someone will get back and at one instance one of customer support representative transfered my call to ivr while i was talking to her which i felt really bad. I called in 5 times for the same issue. I shocked act doing this......

bad services
