From last one and half month i had request every one called me from ACT for disconnection. Everyone said they are updating and it will be disconnected. But no one did. Later they started calling 5-10 times a day asking for bill payment even though we are not staying at connection location. I updated same to every one but no luck. Finally just to get rid of call paid all dues what ever it was showing and informed customer care person to disconnect. For safer side sent Mail to customer care as well. after 20 days they closed ticket. But no update on resolution. Today i got message saying Thanks for reconnection and pay the bill. I just want to know y should i pay the bill just again again for connection which should be disconnected and nobody staying. They have worst customer care ever. They just worry about money and tortures with lot of calls if you want to disconnect. customer Id :[protected]

    Hi team,

    We have a act digital connection in nellore (Andhra pradesh). The setup is constantly showing as no signal from last one month.

    Have tried the local team multiple times for service request and haven't got it corrected.

    Apart from that i feel the consumer number shared by your team is useless.

    The service executive is unable to provide service saying that service agent provider in your area we dont have contact to share.

    Which is meaning less. They why act setup box is given to customer?

      ACt Fibernet [ atria convergent technolgies] do simply register a compliant on automated method leaving no option to a custmer to speak to any one in customer care/support. if a customer has any internet issue after 7pm or afetr saturday he/she has to wait till next working day to some one to resolve his/her internet issue. Lke a bank they dont care to do anything on sunday. Other holidays also may be. they do not think they are accountable for lack of internet on sunday. This trend must stop as i pay for the services for all the 24X7 for 30 days

        I have paid for new connection of internet i paid around 4000 the cost is 3888 the guy had not even gave the change for me. I asked him he said it will be added on account. I said its ok and how many days it will take for connection he said it will take 4 days to install now its been 10days still no call from any one. They said my area dont have server it will take two days more i waited but still they had not made connection to the internet. They will come with in 20mins when we opt to take the connection but once money paod they dont give a #. Is that the customer service or any fraud. I asked for refund still no response for that too.. Simply wasting my time and money.. I am preparing for the upsc so i need a connection but they wasted my precious time.. If this continues im gona file a suite on them or i will complaint to nodal officer. I[censored] cant make a connection u should not take the money before taking money only u should check that. Simply wasting customers time useless service.

          Hi,
          I am getting slow speed internet connection most of the time when i checked speed test act server is connecting to tatasky broadband service.
          I could see in junction box some external network cable is going which is not optical fiber.

          Please find the attached images
          I had raised the complaint. Am residing kormangala first block.
          Act service is cheating customer by using cheap bandwidth proxy like tata sky

          I disconnected my actfibernet connection on 30/1/2019 and your team get back the wifi router on 31/1/2019.but I didn't get my router's refund amount rupees 500.so I informed this to customer care.They told me to send a mail to Tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorp.in and I also send a mail with my account details.but they are not responding to them.

            Previously i have raised complaint for same reason customer care person said they will downgrade my plan and again they sent same plan bill for april month. Please help out i am a regular customer of act then to they made me to feel such a bad experience. From past 2 months am facing same prob.. There is no proper response from customer service.. I am paying large amount when am not using such amount of network usage

              charged for wifi router after they disconnected

              I have taken act broadband services on 13/08/2018 with plan of act storm 3m+wifi router paid three months advanced rental of rs.4104. With this plan they have provided me the free wifi modem. After 3 months i have renews with 6 months advanced rental plan which is again act storm 6m+1 month date of 15/12/2018. Then suddenly internet has stopped working on 09/03/2019 and raised a complain (No. Sr[protected] with no solution they closed...

              I would like to bring to your attention the horrible service that i as a customer is facing.

              I used to face frequent disconnection and speed fluctuations and for which i have raised multiple complaints. Each time the complaint is closed saying the server is rebooted and it will be fine henceforth. But i continue to face the same issue over ans over again.

              Today dated 04/11/2019 my internet is not even working and as i was doing my official work from home i was completely blocjed and hence i got into serious official troubles.

              I called custimer service multiple times and every time i was given false promises. I was told that there were server issues. I was not even intimated of the downtime or else i would have planned accordingly instead of getting into unexpected troubles.

              I still don't expect a better service from your end and i guess this email as well will not matter. But as a customer who is paying hefty amount for the services i need to bring it to some one notice.

              That all i have to say before i switch to some better service providers.

                I have been using act for years now. Connection speed is good. However when it comes to quality of service, it's a different story. Every time there is a power outage in the area, connection goes down. Raised multiple probably over 10 complaints but no results. It's a simple issue. There is a switch somewhere which does not have back up power. Their tech guy calls back everytime and say it's fixed now. So, basically your internet connection depends on power supply coming from bescom. Not good.

                If you plan to work from home, please don't depend on act broadband

                Now i got another broadband connection from hathway. It never goes down. It's slower but reliable which is very important if you work from home.

                So just like people having 2 sim cards, i got 2 broadband connections with a router that can handle 2 simultaneous broadband connections running in failover mode.

                Im not going to take sides. I think it just depends on your area where you live and the kind of technician who works in that area. I have the same guy come over to check for years now. Hes a nice guy but unfortunately not smart enough to figure out the underlying problem.

                I guess you did not read my complaint properly. My Hathway connection works fine. I got 2 Broadband connections for redundancy. ACT does not work well. Hathway works fine:)

                  One of act fibernet service representative (Balaji[protected] visited my permises on march 9th to see the feasibility of service and just left without providing confirmation on service availability.

                  Balaji then returned on march 24th stating the service is now available in your area and we can provide immediate connection to your residence. Later he said we cannot provide free router or installation for the basic package and i was forced to take the next higher package for free installation service. Balaji insisted to take the higher package initially and then he would later downgrade the service to lesser package. With that assurance, balaji took a payment of inr 1132.00 on march 24th and is yet to give connection until today.

                  Called the customer service to escalate the issue and to cancel my subscription request. The employee was only interested in cancelling my service and wasn't ready to listen or even take my complaint. Then i asked to speak to a supervisor, my call was placed on hold and later disconnected without any response.

                  I haven't received my refund amount yet from the service provider. Are you as a company going to pay interest for holding my money without providing any service? And stop advertising false information of free router and connection on new connection, which you guy's aren't providing. If this information is wrong, then sack the employee who Misrepresented ur company name for him to achieve his sales target. Let's see how realistic company you are.

                      This is moazzam hussain an act fibernet customer with account number[protected], mobile number [protected].
                      I want to inform about extremely pathetic conduct of act customer service and act billing teams. Let me tell my incidence.
                      My act fibernet invoice of december and january don't have any dates or periods of bill mentioned on the bill. Due to this i am unable to get these bills reimbursed from my office. Since last 3 months i have requested act customer care more than 20 times to send me the proper date mentioned bills. Pathetically this request is unresolved even after 20 repeated requests over past 3 months. Since last 1 month i even had been requesting act nodal officer mr. Srinivas ([protected]) several times but even after this my issue is unresolved.
                      I m highly distressed due to this behaviour of act.

                        I created a support ticket to fix me public ip issue but no one responded back for more than a day. I called act government multiple times with response someone will get back and at one instance one of customer support representative transfered my call to ivr while i was talking to her which i felt really bad. I called in 5 times for the same issue. I shocked act doing this...

                              Its been more than two days since i have made the payment for act internet connection. There was no response when we contacted the person concerned. The answer over the phone given to us makes us feel the entire thing is fraudulent. Please look into the matter and do the needful. We have already made our mind to revoke the connection which has not yet been given.

                                  Hello act support team / consumer forum,

                                  We are looking for replacing one of our existing sd set top box with a new hd set top box. For more than 2 weeks i had been requesting arjun from act who serves bellandur to provide it.

                                  Act mac id non hd : 5945127xxx818208

                                  It had been over two weeks, with all false commitment from him. He mentions he would be there in sometime and all these days he did not turn up to provide the hd set top box. This had been inconveniencing us greatly with no tv connectivity and also we had stationed a person at home to be available. We had purchased new channels but are unable to use and would like a refund.

                                  This is always a problem i had faced in working with arjun with lies and false commitment. We would like act to address this matter asap and provide a new hd set top box as this does not provide customer satisfaction.

                                  In case you are not able to provide by today, i would look forward to terminate all connections with act and move to other vendors and need my refund for the paid channels.

                                  Truly incredibly pathetic customer support. Why are you charging the customers if you cant support them.

                                  There is no action to refund, I have bee waiting for ACT to refund over two weeks now. Nobody had contacted either.
                                  I am still waiting for the Termination of the two Digital TV connections. There is no progress, reminder emails had been sent.

                                  It looks like there is no support personnel to address customer needs once they have sold the connection.

                                    I took a new connection on 23rd of march 2019. The executive came and did all the work regarding registration and i paid package charges. He said that technician will visit with in 24 hrs and finish further process. But till now he didn't came.
                                    When i made call for customer care everday they are simply saying that your issue will get solved in 24hrs.
                                    And i think technician wil not be exist on earth.

                                      Very bad sevices in warangal nobody is working accordingly fake plans if they provide 5+2 then wil pay for 5 months y they are asking me to pay for 7 months and now itz costing me 2700 if i go with 471rs along with gst now they are asking me 3250 and sometimes 3880.
                                      This is to be take seriously because other customers are also being fooled (Feel the advantage with act fibernet! Now get 50mbps speed effectively @rs 471. Call now [protected]. T&c*) now look at this offer
                                      Iam waiting for resolution as well as new connection,
                                      Everything is in front of you head of act department why don’t you come up with resolution...
                                      Customer’s to be blamed for this??

                                      24hrs completed still you people are working on my complaint..
                                      If i wont get my connection as per commitment iam going to take it to another level and this would be on public forum as well as facebook so that everybody will know about it..
