relocation ticket not resolved

It has been 14 days since i raised a shifting request to new location, but there is no response from act team, not sure if any one is available for customer support. I have tried all the alternatives to contact them but there is still not even a single response, i did'nt expect these kind of behaviour from act team.

harassment regarding bill payment

Act team have literally blocked their customer care number.

More than 48 hours complaint raised but nonone has attended to the issue.

When finally reached act care they said they will connect to supervisor and then disconnected the call.

Poor service : when checked almost 20 + connections in building is affected and act is showing neglegence to come forward and address the issue....

broadband disconnection

I have cleared all the pending dues and mailed for closing the account. Still in the app it shows bill due for the current month. I have already cleared payment of previous month and asked for disconnection.

Poor customer service. They don't understand what the customer is saying. How is the account still active if i have asked for disconnection and there is no usage for the current month.

Please close my connection...

bill adjustment for connector box installed

I am supposed to receive compensation as act people have set up a connecting box which takes up some electricity. I have tried every means but they seem to not care. It's been a year since i have started telling them this problem. I have informed their customer care about the problem and was only greeted with empty assurances etc. Same went on i even sent a mail which was not responded....

haven't received user id and password after full payment 15 days ago

cancellation of subscription

Invoice for next cycle has already been generated and is due for march 15 but i do not want to continue the subscription. Kindly cancel the subscription as i will not be using it after march 15. I will not be using the account for sometime so i would like to cancel the next subscription.

cable connection

false promises given by sales person and asking me to complaint

On 2nd march 2019, i had requested for new internet connection at my flat where sales person came and asked me to pay 6 months fee. He told installation will happen on sunday (I. E on 3rd march). But till 5th march, there was no response from their side. Only 5th march evening, a guy came in and did the wiring, left off. Still there was no connection and no body is properly responding....

getting bills for prepaid connections even after disconnection and settlement

Hi,

I am really fed up that i came across act corp. I took a prepaid connection last year, once the connection got expired i was getting calls to pay arrears for using your connection past the prepaid time and you customer care personals were very rude and not giving proper reason for arrears i have to pay. Then any how they tortured me everyday by calling and pay the arrears and i payed and settled by paying around 1000/-...

not responding to my disconnection request

I sent a request to disconnect my connection on 13th february 2019 (I wanted to stop my services by 28th feb). So they asked me to send a mail two days before the day i wanted my services to be stopped and promised that the services will be stopped within 24 hours of receiving the email. So i sent the another mail on 26th february 2019. But they didn't disconnect and now i have been billed for the month of march....

not refunded the plan amount rs 8406

I have requested act fiber (Bangalore) for new connection (On 1st feb 2019 for 6 month plan rs 8406). After completing all the document process, they didn't reach out us for the installation. Even though ups and all other settings were available at my building. So, after 5 (4th feb 2019) days we request to refund the amount and they confirmed that they started refund but till now (28 feb 2019) they didn't refund the amount....

not resolving the connecting problem, since 4 days no internet access
