I had requested ACT customer care for Internet connection on 23rd of March 2019 and got registered with the help of sales representative on 24th of March and he promised that the installation will be completed by Evening 24th March, but when i tried to contact during 24th and on 25th march i see no response from the sales rep and technical team of ACT, i raised a concern / complaint for the installation but i got only one response from Customer case "We will escalate and it will be done within 24 hours" . i was thought to switch to different network as it was getting worse everyday (During that week).
On 05th April, I informed the customer care that i have switched to different network and i want refund, i got a response "within 15 days the refund will be completed and within these time accounts team will contact me ", But i did not get any response so contact them again on 15th April where i gave my
bank account details to get the refund over the call .
On 16th April i received mail asking for bank account details over mail which i responded with the details again, the mail has a disclaimer "Within 7 business days the payment will be processed" .
Starting from 22nd April i am contacting customer care everyday to get the status of refund and even asked for call back if i may help t get the refund cleared but i have got few responses below "
"We will escalate", "Within 24 or maximum 48 hours refund will be processed", you will get message when you receive the amount".
Review :
* Seriously, such a low class answer to normal questions.
* Refund is not the only work i do.
* Also please contact me to get some money for your clock cell where 24 or 48 hours are still not completed. i think the issue is more than a month.

Today (5/2/2019) 3 PM I got a call from "as the caller said ACT representative" [protected] asking my credit card details and i shared few information once they asked me to give CVV number, i told them that i will contact SBI customer care and then i can share, they arranged a call from SBI (+[protected] as they said from SBI bank credit card department who ws trying to convience me to give the CVV and share OTP aswell which i didnot give. i had to block my card and report these numbers to SBI bank.
