I am new in bangalore and I have contacted a person named yogesh of airwire internet .Ha gave me a plan of Act and has taken the full amount and had promised me the connection by two days now. He is not picking up the phone and the Act customer care is constantly telling me to wait for the next and are not turning up the next day.I am asking them for the refund but they are constantly talking on the same note that they will get it done by next day.I want my refund back.Its an irresponsible company which will keep on speaking nicely and will not fix the problem.Its a fraud.Do ever go for it.

    As usual my i used my computer and switched off during the night before sleep.
    There was a loud sound in the middle of the night and when i woke up in the morning tried to turn on my PC it did'nt.
    Later when i opened my CPU cabinet it was burnt.
    There was an High voltage Current been passed through the ACT fibernet cable to my CPU.
    I immediately raised the complaint for my loss and after too many reports and request the ACT team finally did not admit their fault and said it was not their mistake.I was in great trouble with out PC and without internet.
    It was very clear that there was a High Voltage Current from the cable of ACT.
    Being a Valuable customer since 1 year i was really frustrated by the way ACT treated me.
    I need my PC back. I want ACT to compensate my loss.
    Here after i want to alert other ACT users that the same wont happen.

      We are using act internet, in a month maximum 03 complaints minimum we get.

      Every time they say junction box issue -

      When we ask for rectification - they will reply problem is for every one in your area just wait and they will bang the call on face. (Is this the way we getting treated after paying 3500 rs every month to them)

      On repeated complaints we visited nellore act office:-

      (Address: no. 16-2-230, 1st floor dr anil kumar reddy towers, pogathota, nellore, andhra pradesh 524001)

      We met mr. Suresh, he introduced he is the head of nellore branch and we said our concern on internet issue. We also gave him bill payment receipts for proving we are paying bills regularly. I turn he said issue will rectify in ten minutes, and its been a day where there is no response from their side.

      We are a company. Staff is sitting idle only because of act (Isp).

      Their customer rating in nellore is 2.8 pathetic.

      I am attaching my communication screenshots had with mr. Suresh nellore head. Please refer.

      We want proper resolution from act immediately.

        I raised a deactivation request for the above said number on december 23, 2018 and i was told the refund cannot be processed as the connection is still active (Which is not my botheration) could you please take into account the date of last payment and the date of deactivation and refund the balance money. I’ve had enough harassment and miscommunication by a bunch of careless people... Nodal officer exist for the sake of compliance only and he doesn’t take any action, one. An argue that there are thousands of customers and connections, how can we keep a track and resolve everything!!! If you dont know the meaning of customer service, then no point in being in the market

          I had not use my internet for a while since i was out of station. I have paid the dues immediately after getting back home but my internet is still not working. I cant even log into my account as it says my account is deactivated. It says i have to pay due amount but i already have paid the due amount. Whats worse is that now i have no way of contacting them.

            I had asked to stop hungama services on 03-aug-2018 and got confirmation saying it is deactivated. I was still billed next month. I asked for deactivation again on 03-sep-2018 and again got confirmation saying it is deactivated. Till december bill, i am getting charged for hungama services. Customer care is saying we have initiated a waiver of 49rs, which in itself is an atrocity as 116rs was deducted every month from aug to dec, but i get a mail saying 0rs is waived!

            Now after a week, i get a mail saying rs224 is waived? Again on what basis was this number generated? I should get full refund of rs.116 * 4 = 464 and not rs.224.

            Dear act fibernet is this a joke to you? I called customer care again asking about the refund and i was told we have already initiated a waiver of 49 and nothing else can be done, i asked to talk to their supervisor and i was told i'll get call back within 2 hours. It has been more thana week since that call. Are customers a money making scheme for u? Stop defrauding people.

              Took act connection on october 2018 and since then have not got the speed for which i am paying.. After multiple complaints and follow ups with customer care they have asked to change the router and took money in december and since then m following up for my new router for which payment has already been made and act doesn't bother to cater to service to there customer at all. Even requested for discontinue the services they were failing to keep up to there commitments made again and again, still no response from them. Today again after placing call about net issues, new router and disconnection of services and representative transferred called to nodal officer named naveen and still he as well gave the same old story telling and asked for more time. So overall act are unable to cater to service, taking additional money and not providing the services and not even ready to pay back the money or letting customer discontinue there services and just making us to follow up with no resolution yet to the issue causing from almost 3 months.

                In oct my connection is broken till now dec 28 there is no support from team beam or act fiber what it may be bla bla. There is service has going to be bad. No even tried no of times reach on [protected] is. There they taken complaint but no work on my compalint they giving fake promise for the completion of work there is no response and another person called for support and the person called fake person giving another promise for solution and telling not to complain about company

                  After i disconnected from act fibernet i was charged money for the next month which was deducted automatically from my credit card.

                  After complaining they said they can only revert the money back to my act account and from there to my credit card. They asked me to contact them again after a few days for reversal to the credit card account.

                  On the second call the customer service exec told me that reverting money to credit card or anywhere outside is impossible

                    I have account act fibernet in coimbatore. I have paid my monthly subscription payment via act app, through amazon pay payment gateway. Unfortunately payment is not updated on my account and account is suspended.

                    Further i have generate ticket with act and each time its getting closed without any prior update. My ticket no as follows

                      I have raised the service requests for ether disconnection of act broadband umpteen times for 10 days. Customer care promises each time that will be disconnected within 2 days. But nothing has been done. I have subscribed for one year in july 2018. It is valid till september 25, 2019 as i have paid more than one year subscription. Please disconnect with immediately and refund the balance amount.

                        My name was k.balusankar, my user id[protected] I was act subscribe last[protected] on wards internet was not coming I had raised complaint on 17th on wards still now not had taken action i had call to the customer care his name was Srinivas his was saying with in 24hours it will taken action but till now it was not taken action everyday (18, 19, 20) I was calling to customer care there will say within 24hours ther action still now not taken action, but today I call customer care I had serious taken of your box I will switch off power connection, today executive(name: balaji phno:[protected] had call to me say please tell my address and asking what you problem? I say executive I was in office please come evening after 7clock after 7clock I had call to executive he say that he went another unit and I say I will pay for over duty I want little bit emergency that executive say that he will not come on emergency also do what you can do reckless answer this worst performance of act internet service, reckless executive, false customer care service

                          I have applied for the act internet services, and paid the amount on 10/11/2018 to their executive but they have not given connection to me but connection activated..

                          After one week 15/11/2018 i asked for the refund the amount which i paid because they have not given connection.. Then i came to that my connection is activated it need to be disconnected.. I asked to take a request for disconnection on same day but they did not take and after following up (5 times) with customer care they have taken it as disconnection request (4/12/2018).

                          After one month also they have not paid my amount and every time they are telling give us some time..

                            I have made a payment on 13th of this month, Since then wasn't able to use the internet, it's been more than a week now, I've been calling the customer care they just come up with some lame excuses saying they gonna send a technician to take a look, but they won't, I've been requesting for a refund they say the concerned department will process but still no action has been taken against it, Please someone help me get my money back and I never gonna use this fibernet anymore pathetic customer service and worst fibernet that I have ever seen.

                              I have the internet connection from 21st November 2018 and its not been a month and the bill is showing more than 2000 rupees. The plan I opted was 749 rupees plan and the gst charges is applied more than three times making the bill a huge amount. And it is showing a due amount of 3000 rupees. Why will there be a due amount if I paid for a month and it's not been a month.
                              Please help me with this problem.

                                We have taken a new connection in November last week, and internet is working for 1 week since December 4 we are seeing connectivity issues. I have raised 4 complaints till date.

                                So it has been 2 hell of weeks I had to struggle with ACT customer care.

                                The first 2 complaints were closed saying loose connection. The third complaint was closed saying permission issue for box and took 4 days to resolve. I dont understand if you have permission issue why did you not resolved this with in first shot before giving connection and taking payment from us?

                                The third connection has been closed saying box replaced and connection working. But still connection is not working!!! Every day I am ending up calling your customer care and just getting a response saying we will resolve tomorrow.

                                You wasted my time and money.

                                When asked to cancel the connection and refund entire amount you are saying we cannot refund!! we will resolve?? I dont understand how long it takes to resolve.. And I dont understand that why you cannot refund the amount if the problem is created by you???

                                  The worst customer service i have ever seen.

                                  I asked for disconnection on sep 10 2017 and i was out of country for 2 months. I came back on nov 7th 2017 and requested for reactivation by paying an amount of 912 which was showing on act app.

                                  Later again dec 1st they generates one more bill of 2122 and when i raised concern of billing on dec 13 thy dosconnected my connection and upon multiple follow ups with customer service also they are nor reactivating my connection and not resolving my billing issues.

                                  Because of their problem i have to be at office late nights as i dnt have internet connection.

                                  I want to file dispute against them. Worst customer service and for wrong billing.

                                  Pleasr takr this forward and help me.

                                  Complaint numbers is raised which they are closing by themselves without even intimating us.

                                    Everytime a ticket has been opened for this issue has been closed without consent and fixing the issue. I've tried calling the contact number of a nodal officer like 100 times but its always busy.

                                      Account #[protected]. Above said account was in annual subscription mode and the amount for 1 year was paid in july. I decided to discontinue due to service related issues and the connection was disconnected on 30th of october. Act fibernet didn't refund the balance amount which is around 8k rupees and no updates from them even upon regular followup.

                                      I have been making calls to them everyday since then but no update from them.

                                      I was a customer to them for almost 10 years and and referred almost 20+ of my friends. Now i regret.

                                        We have paid for the new act connection on 7th december, 2018. But till now it is not activated. No proper response any personnel in the company. Made complaints daliy regarding this issue. They say within 24 hrs action will be taken. But no response for the past 10 days. Very poor service. Sales persons stood in queue immediately after i made an enquiry. They were very fast till i paid for the connection. But after received payment, i had to call them for installation. They got the password from my mobile even before coming for installation. I didn't think that these people will be so irresponsible, otherwise i would not have revealed the password.
                                        Now they say that my connection is working good. But it is not yet installed.
                                        I dont understand whats going-on...
                                        Very disappointed with act internet fiber.
