very poor customer care - frequent disruption in internet services

frequent issues in internet connectivity

Twice/thrice in every month there will be issue regarding internet connection and customer people will say that there has been wire cut issue due to local cable guy cutting the cables or tree fall or due to rains etc etc.. Worst service provided by your team. Every time they need 48 to 72 hours to fix the issue. There is no option to get the refund of money if we wish to discontinue your services after payment...
