We have paid for the new act connection on 7th december, 2018. But till now it is not activated. No proper response any personnel in the company. Made complaints daliy regarding this issue. They say within 24 hrs action will be taken. But no response for the past 10 days. Very poor service. Sales persons stood in queue immediately after i made an enquiry. They were very fast till i paid for the connection. But after received payment, i had to call them for installation. They got the password from my mobile even before coming for installation. I didn't think that these people will be so irresponsible, otherwise i would not have revealed the password.
Now they say that my connection is working good. But it is not yet installed.
I dont understand whats going-on...
Very disappointed with act internet fiber.

    I requested for a new act fibernet internet connection on 4-dec-2018 and 5-dec-2018 got sales call and committed me to activate the connection in 30 mins.
    I chose act because i was a old customer i was fine with internet service however the customer support / call center was pathetic.
    The sale person visited my house, collected the document and installation and monthly subscription charge from me and later on no update about what is happening to my request.
    I was calling customer care they don't even what is the status, call hold, divert, kept on waiting, metal harassment.
    I asked for resolution and commitment from support personnel they don't even know when they were able to connect or not able to gave me a committed dead line for the connection.
    With endless follow-up and wait over 10 days i lost hope with act corp and decided to quit.

    Now i decided to not go with act and asked for a refund, logged a ticket on 12th dec 2018, since time no response from.
    Asking me wait for 15 days, the act from act is like stole the money and again you customer wait.
    The customer care is so careless and rude don't bother a customer, now i need my money back.
    If act left some ethics return my money back asap.

      I have been continuously complaining about the discontinuation of the service and breaching the contract between us.

      Escalation incharge Ms. Laxmi advised such disturbances in the domestic services are very often and expected, advise to take corporate connection which is against to the TRAI policies completely.

      .
      No one can take a benefit unjustly. Beam network is charging including the no service days from the customers. We, the customer subscribed with various services such as online channels, media providers, apps and loss to discontinued communications are just with the fault of your service and request to empower the right to collect the damages from company as you are completely liable .

      This is communicated to customer executives, managers couple of times and no resolution provided.

      This injustice is not with me and with all the customers, making your court as platform I request to Beam to provide total charged income from customers, total no. of days serviced, refunds and unrefunded but benefited income which has to be paid to customers or government. This fraud has to be lighted. I request you honor to action this and cancel the licence if possible.

        It's been 10days today post registration for the ACT Broadband connection...paid upfront for 6 months 7500/ but still the installation is incomplete. Contacted their customer care and registered several complaints not even a single complaint has been addressed yet. And the worst part is they close the ticket after certain period this is so ridiculous worst service I have ever experienced all my life sick of this...i just want them to disconnect the connection and refund the amount.

        I would never recommend ACT to anyone.

          Plan to be changed from 6+1m to 6+wifi but, no one is responding, sent multiple mails to helpdesk. Blr, nodalofficer. Blr, appellate. Authorityblr
          But no response from 4 months and every time i called to customer care they are saying they will look into issue and disconnect the call and close the ticket without resolution.

          I have dropped multiple mails to nodal officer but no response and has charged a bill of 2999 for router.

            I paid my bill for new connection on 5th of december and till now (More than 6 days) there is no response from act end.
            If i call them to know what is the status of the connection, every time they say it will be fixed by the next day. Nothing has been solved till now.
            If i ask them what the problem is, they say very lame answers.

            Very worst service from act. They are not even updating the status.

              Very lately i realised that act fibernet is not offering the speed they committed to... I have had numerous issues with the speed and connectivity. Now i want to disconnect the services. Again they are only prompt in sending multiple reminder messages for making payment 10-15 days before the due date... I make on time payments and had made number of complaints to increase my speed. At least give the speed that i am paying for... Hence disconnecting the line. Please take this issue seriously as i feel act fibernet is not giving the service which initially they used to

                I raised a complaint for my connection re - activation on 2 december and act customer care asked me to give 24 hours. After that i am calling them everyday more than 3 times and they are making fake commitments. Two time they lied that they have activated, but the status was same. Request number: sr[protected].
                Till today no resolution provided. When you ask you will go for disconnection, they will become rude disconnect ur call. If you want to go for such a mental harassment, please take a connection from act fibernet.

                  - inspection done for feasibility for broadband connection 28-nov-2018
                  - payment for 6 months subscription done on 28-nov-2018
                  - application registered on 29-nov-2018
                  - technician visited on 30-nov-2018 and informed junction box need to be installed. Permission granted from my side
                  - no response after that
                  - multiple follow ups were done from my end
                  - on 07-dec they informed the connection is not feasible since the switch is full and it takes 30-45 days. They offered to refund my money
                  - i am demanding them to refund with penalty of rs. 10000 for breach of trust.
                  - act is not agreeing to pay penalty.

                    I am a retailer of beam money private limited. I have paid money for irctc sub agency from beam money .I have a balance about 3500 in my wallet of beam money to book railway tickets.But since 5 months beam railway agency site is not working.And not repond to calls and whatsapp messeges.                       I raised a request for a new connection of ACT Fiber net, one of their executive came to collect documents and took the payment for three months and said i will the get new connection in 2days.after two days i started calling him and he is not reachable, and at last i was able to connect and asked asked about my connection he said he will do by EOD .after sometime i again called him and then now he is saying that address proof is missing in the documents and asked for the aadhar card or rental agreement. i said i don't have both he said he will get back to me after some time.
                      i was trying to call him from the next day and evening he lifted the call and said that connection cannot be provided because of no aadhar card.
                      i then called the customer care and explained the same thing, customer care executive said that i can give a declaration saying that i dont have a aadhar card. now i again called the executive and said what customer care has told me now this executive says that customer care people are wrong .

                      the executive earlier asked me the documents which i provided and after collecting the documents and payment he never called me.i used to call him for everything

                        I raised a complaint for disconnection on October 30th as i am leaving Hyderabad.. So one executive came for re-verification and told that pay the bill and we will disconnect the internet. They didn't do that. And we paid bill in November unknowingly for November. they have sent bill for December. so i called the customer care. now they are blaming me how will u pay the without using. still the internet is not yet disconnected. also Now when we are asking for refund, no one is responding properly now.

                          I am using ACT from past one month. Facing internet connectivity issue. Horrible customer service. If we call customer care nobody receive the call. Lodge complain through app, got message ur complain registered but no enquires received from them. Got message saying it will be resolved in 3 working days. What should we do for 3 days. Such an horrible service.

                          Act has swiped 1085 from my credit card without my authorization.
                          Without me entering PIN or OTP on this transaction, how did this go through.
                          This is a serious breaching of security on my credit card.

                            I am really disspointed and annoyed with the pathetic services of act fibernet. Every 6 months my bill is increasing and when raised concerns and raised complaints, every ticket is closed without proper redressal. They added some movie buff expense which i didnt subscribe and assured me reversal but till date, they are not bothered to address my issue. Even after requesting for deactivation, 3 weeks have gone and iam still left in the dark. This nov month more than 7 times myconnection is been down

                              I do not want to continue with ACT broadband. It is one of the worst broadband services i have come across. I got the connect on 26-Nov and the issue started on 27-Nov 2018. Just one day after installation. It has been 8 days now !! neither the issue is resolved nor the customer care responds. Have been spending 1 hour everyday just to get through to customer care. I want to disconnect this broadband connection now and want the refund immediately !!

                                I have raised a request for shifting my connection to new location on Friday (30.10.2018). They told it will be done in maximum 48 hrs. Its already 3 days elapsed. No technician from my new locality called to carry the I'd proofs. I called customer care 8 times. Still they are promising saying its in high priority etc. But no progress.

                                If they don't want to give, then please make it clear so that I can switch to some other ISO. But please don't waste my time in hanging on things. You will loose your own credibility.

                                  I am writing the following email again and this time escalating, since nobody from the ACT team has even bothered to reply/acknowledge the first one that I sent 6 days back to helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in. And another mail written to nodal officer and appellate authority 4 days ago.

                                  Here are my account details:

                                  And the following is my concern.

                                  A month or so back I came home to find that my internet was't working. When I registered a complaint, I was informed that apparently there is some box that the landlord had asked to remove also housed my connection.

                                  Upon discussion with the customer care team I was told:
                                  - that your team would put up a box, that will draw power from my house
                                  - that under no circumstances would any power be taken from my house to support other houses
                                  - that because of the box, there might be a slight change in my monthly electricity bill
                                  - that I should not worry, as the spike in the bill shall be not be a lot and be easily taken care of through a monthly compensation for Rs. 50 from ACT Fibernet

                                  Here is a screenshot of my regular electricity bills

                                  As you can see above, my bills are consistently under Rs. 250 (or even lower when I am out of town).

                                  Since, I installed the box last month(October), the bill went upto 303 and this month, and now in November my bill has now shot upto 454!

                                  THIS IS BEYOND THE DISCUSSED/SUGGESTED/EXPECTED SPIKE, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION FROM YOUR SIDE FOR THIS!

                                  I need to be compensated for the spike above the average amount (anything more than Rs.250 ) every month, or otherwise this is a plain loot from your end.

                                  If this is how your team works, I will make sure that the connection is only switched on, when I am home, and let your other connections suffer as they may. If not resolved, I shall also escalate this in consumer court- this is consumer fraud in plain sight!

                                  I have been a customer for the last 3 years without any issues, but this is an utter apathy that I am seeing from your end. I need this resolved urgently.

                                    Act is very worst in service. Every month they will distrupt the service. This november, close to 10 days i was not having internet. If so, why should i pay them. I can't blame the customer service it's their job to keep the customer at confidence. Both nodal and appellate team are worst. Even after informing them they are not ready to serve with high priority. Act has a common language when they are any issues ' it will be done by today'. They will close the ticket with out resolving the problem. I guess act will know the customer pain only when other providers push him down.

                                    They don't even respond back. Worst to go. Planning to disconnect the service and jump to some other providers

                                    Hi, I don't think it will be very value add. I know you will be still not be able to resolve my problem. That's fine. Even the board requested not to discolse any thing personal in this forum. I can't trust you people anymore. I went till Appellate, still not resolved.

                                    All finally you will make this thread a resolved one.

                                    Check your database for my name and I have added my details regarding my city and pincode too. I guess, this should help in fetching my details.

                                    Always customer is important. You will surely loose customers at one point in time and will start thinking. World is changing... Thanks for taking time and sending reply

                                      I am using act fiber net in Bangalore from last 7 years. Recently i choose to close the internet connection and requested to closed in month of July 2018. They closed the connection in the month of Aug 2018.

                                      Now again they are continuously sending messages and asking for reconnecting with free of cost for installation and for 15 days internet free and waived off of my previous due which is Rs. 169. Because of that i asked them for re connection. I have requested them for connection on 15th Nov 2018. there employees came and give me the connection on 17th Nov 2018. From there on words problems started. they just connected wire and not checked it is working or not.

                                      So for that i have raised ticket to check the inter net connection. But with out solving ticket they closed the ticket. This is the ticket No. : SR[protected]

                                      Finally after reopening ticket more than 10 times, they came to my home and changed some thing, then internet started working from 26th nov 2018..

                                      Again problem started with customer care people, they are continuously calling and asking me to pay the due amount which is Rs. 573. I did not understand what is this amount is for. I have raised one more request for this. They are not checking my history and they are calculated bill from 15th Nov. which they should give it for free as they promised for 15 days internet free for reconnecting.

                                      For this i have reopened the ticket( SR[protected] times. with out resolving they are closing the ticket. To reopen the ticket i have to send SMS for this they wasted my Rs.10.

                                      Finally I have reopened the ticket, waiting for their reply.

                                      So for that i have raised ticket to check the inter net connection. But with out solving ticket they closed the ticket. This is the ticket No. : SR[protected]

                                      Finally after reopening ticket more than 10 times, they came to my home and changed some thing, then internet started working from 26th nov 2018..

                                      Again problem started with customer care people, they are continuously calling and asking me to pay the due amount which is Rs. 573. I did not understand what is this amount is for. I have raised one more request for this. They are not checking my history and they are calculated bill from 15th Nov. which they should calculate from 26 Nov 2018 and give it for free for first 15 days as they promised for 15 days internet free for reconnecting.

                                      For this i have reopened the ticket( SR[protected] times. with out resolving they are closing the ticket. To reopen the ticket i have to send SMS for this they wasted my Rs.10.

                                      Finally I have reopened the ticket, waiting for their reply.

                                        On 24th of nov 2018 my data limit was completed.. Internet speed came to 412kpbs sometimes 42kpbs.. Unable to do work from home.. When i calld them they suggested to reset fup. Which cost 266rs for just 25gb. So took that because i don't had any other option. But don't know how it completed in 2 dys again my internet speed came to 42kpbs. I am planning to quit act plan this is second time it happend to me.. Just for small amount of data they charging to much money which is not covering 1 week also
