I am writing the following email again and this time escalating, since nobody from the ACT team has even bothered to reply/acknowledge the first one that I sent 6 days back to helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in. And another mail written to nodal officer and appellate authority 4 days ago.

And the following is my concern.
A month or so back I came home to find that my internet was't working. When I registered a complaint, I was informed that apparently there is some box that the landlord had asked to remove also housed my connection.
Upon discussion with the customer care team I was told:
- that your team would put up a box, that will draw power from my house
- that under no circumstances would any power be taken from my house to support other houses
- that because of the box, there might be a slight change in my monthly electricity bill
- that I should not worry, as the spike in the bill shall be not be a lot and be easily taken care of through a monthly compensation for Rs. 50 from ACT Fibernet

As you can see above, my bills are consistently under Rs. 250 (or even lower when I am out of town).
Since, I installed the box last month(October), the bill went upto 303 and this month, and now in November my bill has now shot upto 454!

THIS IS BEYOND THE DISCUSSED/SUGGESTED/EXPECTED SPIKE, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION FROM YOUR SIDE FOR THIS!
I need to be compensated for the spike above the average amount (anything more than Rs.250 ) every month, or otherwise this is a plain loot from your end.
If this is how your team works, I will make sure that the connection is only switched on, when I am home, and let your other connections suffer as they may. If not resolved, I shall also escalate this in consumer court- this is consumer fraud in plain sight!
I have been a customer for the last 3 years without any issues, but this is an utter apathy that I am seeing from your end. I need this resolved urgently.
