I have been using Act Fibrenet at my residence D Block Janakpuri New Delhi. I have taken and paid for annual subscription plan. For the last almost one month the connectivity is interrupted on daily basis for about 03 times in a day, each time for minimum three hours. I registered many complaints through their call centre, app etc. Every time its ticket opened and next day closed without any resolution. I escalated the issue by writing innumerable emails and calls to their nodal officer. But till date the issue remains status quo.
I have requested them for surrendering of connection and refund of the balance amount to me. But they are lingering on.

I had wanted to get new connection with ACT and paid the amount of 2043/-. They promised me to get everything done the next day of the payment, still it has been more than a week nothing has been done, no activation, no router. Even the executives don't have the courtesy to take the responsibility of their job. Everyday I have been fooled by saying they're reaching me now today tomorrow but no one have reached out, it is such a ridiculous service I have ever faced. Please help me with my activation process I really need to get it immediately as my office work is pending and I has been marked absent for last 3 days.

    I have had no internet for the past 6 days (And i stay in ulsoor, bangalore, where you have a lot of connections!!) and i'd raised a complaint on the 16th of oct (Tuesday morning). I've been calling your call center every day and, apart from the phrases, we'll get back to you (Which you never did) and we'll fix the issue (Which was never done), nothing has been done. I've now asked for the refund and now you tell me that the account needs to be disconnected, which would take 3 more days (It took you a few mins to activate my account). Post the disconnection, i'd be refunded the amount (Which i've paid for a full year in advance) after 15 more days. Why are you holding out on my money, when you can't provide the service? I don't want any more excuses, just process my refund.

    Overall very dissatisfied with ACT.

    Advance money is already taken and service is poor. They always say will reach in 1 hour but even after days they will not turn up.

    This one is impacting our business like any.

      Hope it reaches to someone who solves my issue with the most hyped act fibernet.

      The solution they provide for any issues with connectivity, billing etc is very pathetic. They don't have the common sense to get the issues fixed immediately. I use internet to work from home. When i do that sometimes the internet disconnects, if it connects the network will be very slow. They claim themselves as "incredibly fast" which is not true. And the staff they have in bangalore is very very disappointing.

      I would urge everyone at act to disconnect my connection immediately and pay a compensation of 10000 rupees for all the inconveniences you caused me for the past 2 years

      I disconnected the connection once 6 months ago and they called me and said that they will wave off all the other charges which they did not do and i paid in my recent bill amount. The connectivity is poor, the speed is like snail.

        Paid around 8k for connection of 6months service on 8th oct 2018. Concerned person took the money and promised that connection will be done by the next day. He is not responding to my calls and I have raised 3 request in customer care. All they say is connection will be given by EOD. Worst Service ever. No one should take ACT.         I had to submit internet bills for reimbursement and we requested for just name change from my father's name to my name (Not Address Change). For this they are asking Rs.530. Upon that they are saying they cannot give old bill invoice of last 6months in my name.
        Why can't they provide the bills with new name?

          Since last one month i had service interruption at regular intervals. When ever i raise the complaint they say it will be solved with in 24hours, as usual ticket is issued according and closed with out confirming whether the problem is resolved or not, every day i have to call them, literally everyday as the same issue pops up everyday... Now that i requested for service termination they r requesting me for a another chance... I said i want my money back ass soon ass possible as there is no continuous service from act fibernet... They r just delaying the process of refund,,,,, don"t ever go for act fibernet... Such a waste service provider and # customer service...

            I have raised 10 complaints in the last five days to act internet. Every time they tell me it will get fixed in 24hrs. But nothing is happening. I am calling them again and again and they are not doing anything.

            First, on 10th October around I called act customer care they told me it will get fixed in 24 hours but nothing happened. Then I called them again, they send someone but he couldn't fix it either then again they sent someone the next day, he didn't solve it either.

            After that, I called them every day morning and evening and every time they tell me it will take 24hrs only. I am really tired and i feel very hopeless.

              Hello sir,

              I have taken new internet connection on 5th october 2018 from act fibernet, hyderabad.
              They have charged 5585 rupees for 6 months of internet connection.
              It worked for 3 days.
              It is not working since yesterday. Ie;[protected].
              I have been contacting customer care. It isn't connecting for 90% of times.
              Customer care connected only once in 24 hours.
              I have already filed a complaint through ivr. The complaint number is [protected].
              I got a message that it will be attended by 8 pm oct 15th 2018. But nobody looked into this issue.

              I request act fibernet to refund my money regardless of you solve it or not. It is already late. Please refund my money.

              Please don't experiment on customers. This is not the way of doing the business. We already lost personally by taking your connection. Please refund my money. I don't need your service.

              Thanks for looking into this. Actually I asked for a refund, but not for a resolution. Anyway, Thanks for resolving it in 1 day after getting notified about it. I want to continue as your customer for this time hoping that these type of delay will never happen again and also by seeing your interest in serving customers.

                Last week raised a internet connectivity issue (Ticket no : [protected]) and they took 4 days to resolve it. I tried reaching the support team but never get into the call. I sent mails to support team [protected]@actcorp.in but never get any response. I also included nodal officer and other authority persons for hyderabad location nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in;appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in but still no response. Finally it got resolved.
                Again yesterday the problem started again, ticket no : [protected], they call'd me this morning that the issue is resolved. But when i check still the issue was there.

                When i called again the support team (Waited for 30 mins to connect with them) and they said server is down we cant view your ticket call us after 30 mins).

                I sent couple of mails to discontinue my connection, as i am fed up of following up with them. My office works goes from home only and this issue has mentally disturbed me. No permanent solutions they are providing and not disconnecting my service.

                  No reply to any of my emails. I registered a complaint on 10.10.18 still no reply, act only send automated reply of acknowledgment. Tried chennai act nodal officer number no use its always busy. I need a clarity whether act charges customer advance amount or not, waiting for their reply. Waiting, waiting. Today 15.10.18 is my due date, only customer has to follow all protocol whereas company like act doesn't follow nor care, whats the use....

                  Hi i have been a customer for more than a year with act fibernet chennai, i was not having any serious issues but from last month i am facing alot of issues with act internet service providers last week i couldn’t use my internet for 4 days i kept on calling the customer service team in chennai the nodal officers in particular on the second day they told me that they were laying some cable so it will take 24hours i waited, 3rd day evening i called them still the same answer finally the next day two field engineers came they saw the box near my home and said the issue is with the electrical circuit and the electrician has to come and fix he came in the even he took two minutes to fix it and i was being lied at my face by these nodal officers at chennai by lying to me that they were laying cable.
                  Either they are not in sync with the engineers or they give a blunt answer by lying to me on my face,
                  Thank you act for that.

                  Three days later again the same issue and the same story its now more than 48 hours till now if its not resolved by today i am going to cancel my subscription from act no one can understand our frustration, their office has internet but we the paying customers dont get internet funny isn’t it or should i call it irony, their appellate authority doesn’t respond to my emails he/she is as inefficient as his team i can understand by that their team is the worst they dont know how to handle a customer.

                  They are regular in one particular part asking the customer to pay their bill i hope they understand only if i have internet access i will be able to pay the bill.

                    Without even providing a connection (Not even a single cable was laid), i am billed.

                    I had requested for a new fibernet connection on 1/09/2018 (September'18). The act sales team has collected rs.1297 by check from me & assured to provide me a connection within 3-4 business days. But the connection was still not provided even after two weeks. Whenever i speak to the customer care or the nodal officers, either they say that they've escalated this issue or they just hang up the call. Finally, i chose a better isp & when i requested for a refund, the customer support agents, nodal officers & the local service representatives assured me for a refund within a week. Now, it's been almost three weeks & still when i contact your support team, they just blindly say that i have to wait for another week. 3 hours for collecting the payment from me & more than 3 weeks for initiating my refund? What the hell of a customer support is this?
                    I would never ever recommend act fibernet to my network/circle anymore.

                      I have this delact bronze connection of act since april'2018. I am facing frequent disruption in services specially it goes off on an evening before a holiday. And then their maintenance team is not available in till next working hours.

                      It normally takes them more than 16-24 hrs to restore.

                      I wrote to their nodal officer as escalation, from where i got pre-printed reply, that now your connection is restored, with out touching upon the main subject as to what action has been taken to avoid frequent disruption.

                      And within 3 days again the connectivity was lost, we again raised a ticket, which is yest to be resolved even after 16 hrs.

                      This is one company who attend service only during regular working hours, time to resolve complaints are extraordinarily high.

                      Their nodal officer is available only from monday to friday during regular office timings only.

                      Even the customer care is not available round the clock.

                      If services to not improve immediately, i would be disconnecting this for an alternative service provider.

                        I escalated a complaint against refund for my new connection has not been established in my area. So i raised refund request...

                          I had purchased a tp link archer c1200 wifi router for rs. 4999/- on 21.09.2018, receipt #: 20180921111212800110168282237477124.

                          Call 1: customer care - 13.09 - promised delivery in 7 days.
                          Call 2: customer care - 21.09 - delivery in 4 working days.
                          Call 3: customer care - 26.09 - compliant raised, support team call back not received in 24 hrs, delivery scheduled for 01.10.2018
                          Call 4: customer care - 03.10 - complained raised, support team call back not received in 24 hrs, delivery scheduled for 05.10
                          Call 5: customer care - 09.10 - complained raised, requested cancellation & refund, raised escalation with escalation manager who assured delivery by wednesday evening 10.10 or thursday noon 11.10, also registered slow connectivity which was addressed by technical team, support team call back for not received in 48 hrs. Ticket no:[protected]
                          Call 6: customer care - 12.10 - customer service rep nikita - 13.56 hrs - complaint raised, cancellation & refund requested as i had purchased the router privately from external source. Refused to carry out cancellation, requested for more time. Even after stating that their router was of no use as i had already purchased one elsewhere, she refused to cancel the purchase. Requested to talk to senior team, was informed that they were unavailable. Arranged a call back in 1 hour. Nothing happened.
                          Call 7: customer care - 15.19 hrs - contact person - samuel sam - refused to provide designation - refused to connect to escalation team quoting unavailability - refused outright to accept cancellation & refund request stating order has been placed. Insisted that i wait till monday for delivery of router, but would not assure delivery, did not assure call from support team till monday. When told that i had had already purchased a router externally due to delay from their end & unfulfilled commitments, finally agreed to take a complaint. This is not a request for cancellation and refund. I could expect a reply in 72 hours, again monday. Ticket no:[protected]

                          If this is the state of customer care at act & if not resolved at the earliest, i have no further option but to lodge complaint with law enforcement & take them to court. I would also strongly publish my views over public forums.

                            Twice/thrice in every month there will be issue regarding internet connection and customer people will say that there has been wire cut issue due to local cable guy cutting the cables or tree fall or due to rains etc etc.. Worst service provided by your team. Every time they need 48 to 72 hours to fix the issue. There is no option to get the refund of money if we wish to discontinue your services after payment

                              My userid and password was leaked and is completely accessible to customer service agents.

                              When i raised this as a concern, absolutely no action was taken, infact i was forced to meet the same guy basavaraj repeatedly just to rub their stink in my face.

                              When i stated, i don't need your service since it is not secure network, agent said no refund, do what you want to do, no refund.

                              I want full refund, i will not use this for anything but trying repeatedly to disconnect and bad mouth act, as it is a fraud service provider and leaks password and userid to everyone.

                                I'have taken a new connection in ACT Storm Plan for 6 Months. Installation Completed. ACT Homepage appeared, Trying login it's showing "Unable to Login, Please contact customer care". I have called Sales Team, Installation Team, Customer Care, Nodal Office, Appelate Authority, Customer Care & Helpdesk. No one is resolving the issue. Atleast they are not even to answer the call. I am requesting refund.

                                  I have opted for a act broad band connection and paid amount of rs.7, 427 (6 months rent) on 29-aug-2018 for chennai pallikaranai location. There was no progress on the connection and when i called up the customer care, they said that connection was not possible in my location and registered a refund request for the amount paid. Since then i have called them n number of times but the amount is not yet paid back.

                                  Appreciate your response here. It's already been 44 days days since I paid the amount. Why do you take these many days to process a refund request?
                                  Wifi router is not working since yesterday i was calling no one taking my call. very bad seeruve. i would like to shift to other servuce i[censored] wont solve it earliest

                                    I paid on act app for the broadband service of rs.1782 and paid the amount via credit card. The connection was not provided due to local issues (Amrutha value apartment, nallurahalli, bangalore).

                                    Since after payment no other process was initiated, i requested for refund in may month. Since then it was i who called the company several times asking for refund and the status. Till now no proper action is taken nor the refund is initiated.

                                    I demand the refund amount along with interest from act since i have paid the amount via credit card.

                                      On sept 17 i paid to act executive, on oct 5th they fixed box in my location, pulled wire to my home. But no connection till now i haven't seen login page in my laptop. Worst service i used airtel broadband, gsn broad band, ticona, hath way. I found act-bangalore is worst not even comparison with others. Every time they will tell ticket created & updated ticket thats it. I am closing my connection (Account no[protected]

                                      I made complaint but not responding.i have service issue .i[censored] r willing to provide service, plz disconnect it.from last 15 days I made calls for customer service I am wexed up ..tq plz take off the connection .

                                      i want to disconnect my act fibernet service due to some reason.
                                      From last 4 days, internet is not working. Escalated the issue to nodal officer, but no use. Pathetic customer support and irresponsive. Everytime they open a new ticket and no action is taken so far.

                                      Also wish to close the connection if not resolved in a day.
