I would like to escalate the issue that i am facing with act broadband, every few days i am getting a link down due to which the internet does not work. I have to keep raising tickets, during which the internet services are not working. I have not faced such problems even with bsnl. no backup for junction box for years

Whenever power goes off, internet goes off in vijaywada. Only recently it came to realisation that act is cheating big time on its consumers by not providing the backup to junction box. When requested, they say its in middle of the billing cycle, we can't provide.

And on further request, they close the complaint saying it's provided but in reality nothing added etc.

This is a big time cheating to it's consumers....
