Got an information for support team, saying setup box is removed need to find a customer to keep the box.. I have been agreeing to give the permission since two days but non of the team is contacted to keep the box... And the customer representatives are speaking very aggressively.. Not been satisfied.. Want to disconnect the connection.. Unnecessary disturbance and bill

    This is praveen kumar, my act account number is[protected], i have paid for the 12 +2month plan of act and i have submitted the necessary documents also on[protected] on last monday, 15 days passed but installation is not done and not even any call from your team. I have called up customer care nearly 20 times and mailed to nodal team as well but still result is zer0. I don't want to connect with act anymore.. Disconnected my act and refund me my money back..

    The service of act is worst and customer like us will have to face problems due to your service, who have chosen act knowing from the google or your ads.. I'm excepting a proper response from act asap.. Waste of time and money to have the connection with the act.

        I have booked act connection on 22nd october by paying 10700 for a year connection... I got the connection within 3 days... And on the same day i lost the connectivity... So i raised a complint... And from then i am just getting false statements that within 24hrs problem will be resolved but no body is resolving the problem... Infact i demanded for cancellation and refund the amount so i can go with any other company... But for this also no response... They are simply raising new complaint ticket no [protected] and [protected] and [protected] and [protected]...

          No internet connection since 18 days, horrible service and fake promises.
          Trivial issue of junction box power is not resolved since 18 days and continuing.
          Initial complaint was closed within days without information or resolving the issue.

          New complaint is running since 3 days. Untill now i was made to believe issue was something very big and they are replacing the fiber from server to junction box. However it is identified to be trivial one on 18th day, wherein power to the junction box is cutoff and still not restrored.

          Engineer is only bothered about closing the ticket. After all this engineer has the audacity to ask for close of the ticket saying issue would be resolved tomorrow, without actually closing it.

          Escalation contacts are of no use, they are putting the blames on different teams among them instead of closing the issue.

          If you are unable to manage the service please close it and do not harasse customer.

            I have enclosed the bill copy here with. I would suggest none of them to go by the words and make full payment by trusting act broadband dealers as they will not initate refund in case of no connectivity. I have contacted customer care 5 times till today. And each time i am told that within 24 hours i’ll be receiving payment which i haven’t. After this i’ll be approaching consumer forum for required action to be taken. It’s been around 40 days since i’ve made payment. I would expect refund to be done before legal action can be initiated

              I took 1year subscription from act fiber but after using 3months lost the connection hence i gave complaint and act technician said we cannot resume the connection so he raised disconnection request. After that i got a call for disconnection conformation and not using their services from 15th september -2018. Today is 26th october-2018 still i am asking for refund amount. When i call to customer care they are saying will refund the money but not doing that. Even i have escalated to act nodal officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in, sumanth durga,[protected] but no success. Could you please help me on this..

                I have been contacting act broadband from the time i have taken their connection with regards to unstable connection & disconnects every month. They send an engineer & it's fine for 1 month. Again the disconnects, unstable connections. When i contact customer support all they do is apologize & take ownership but, then it's the same issue over & over again. Worst support from them.

                Hi, They need to really step up their game. They cannot expect customer loyalty when they cannot provide a stable connection. Additionally, when there is a powercut, the line gets dropped as well. They are supposed to have a backup to that "Which they do not". It is so infuriating and frustrating to deal with them. I almost feel bad for the cust svc cause, they need to deal with Angry consumers, when the Company itself is being this way.

                Ok so. Today my connection got disconnected again. ACT BROADBAND STOP MESSING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. IM ON HOLD RIGHT NOW FOR THE 3RD TIME TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. AFTER REPEATED CALL DISCONNECTS FROM YOUR CUST SVC. You'll do not keep up to the standards of being an ISP. Monthly disconnects are not reasonable due to your issues. At the end of it, customers need to suffer. FIX YOUR CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.

                    Did two transations for wifi router in mar-apr 2018. Paid rs.2999/- as i was told that present router with me does not support the speed i have.

                    Until now these ppl have not credited this money into my account.. Cheating public n swallowing our money.

                    Oct 1 my existing plan expired. From oct 14 i have called useless customer support executives like alex 14 oct spoke for one hour. Promised that money will be credited into account. Nothing happened. Ticket opened n closed without resolution.
                    20th called again no resolution. Promised made ticket opened n closed with contacting me
                    On 22nd october spoke to niranjan. Same promise ticket opened n
                    Closed. On 23rd i called spoke to vijay he too promised the money will reflect so i can pay the differential amount for a 6 month plan. Ticket opened n closed.

                    24th 0ct 2018.. No resolution
                    No one bothers
                    Agents say no supervisor or team lead on the floor to assist..
                    No escalations made /
                    Funny thing is they don't have a turn around time (Tat) to close a complaint

                    My connection is cut why should i suffer when you are sitting on my hard earned money. Where is my # money.

                    People of you are reading this my sincere appeal move your connectivity to another service provider. Please these buggers are cheats... Absolutely.

                    Send your incompetent staff home n close shutters... You are not fit to operate.

                        I have been using Act Fibrenet at my residence D Block Janakpuri New Delhi. I have taken and paid for annual subscription plan. For the last almost one month the connectivity is interrupted on daily basis for about 03 times in a day, each time for minimum three hours. I registered many complaints through their call centre, app etc. Every time its ticket opened and next day closed without any resolution. I escalated the issue by writing innumerable emails and calls to their nodal officer. But till date the issue remains status quo.
                        I have requested them for surrendering of connection and refund of the balance amount to me. But they are lingering on.

                        I had wanted to get new connection with ACT and paid the amount of 2043/-. They promised me to get everything done the next day of the payment, still it has been more than a week nothing has been done, no activation, no router. Even the executives don't have the courtesy to take the responsibility of their job. Everyday I have been fooled by saying they're reaching me now today tomorrow but no one have reached out, it is such a ridiculous service I have ever faced. Please help me with my activation process I really need to get it immediately as my office work is pending and I has been marked absent for last 3 days.

                          I have had no internet for the past 6 days (And i stay in ulsoor, bangalore, where you have a lot of connections!!) and i'd raised a complaint on the 16th of oct (Tuesday morning). I've been calling your call center every day and, apart from the phrases, we'll get back to you (Which you never did) and we'll fix the issue (Which was never done), nothing has been done. I've now asked for the refund and now you tell me that the account needs to be disconnected, which would take 3 more days (It took you a few mins to activate my account). Post the disconnection, i'd be refunded the amount (Which i've paid for a full year in advance) after 15 more days. Why are you holding out on my money, when you can't provide the service? I don't want any more excuses, just process my refund.

                            Hope it reaches to someone who solves my issue with the most hyped act fibernet.

                            The solution they provide for any issues with connectivity, billing etc is very pathetic. They don't have the common sense to get the issues fixed immediately. I use internet to work from home. When i do that sometimes the internet disconnects, if it connects the network will be very slow. They claim themselves as "incredibly fast" which is not true. And the staff they have in bangalore is very very disappointing.

                            I would urge everyone at act to disconnect my connection immediately and pay a compensation of 10000 rupees for all the inconveniences you caused me for the past 2 years

                            I disconnected the connection once 6 months ago and they called me and said that they will wave off all the other charges which they did not do and i paid in my recent bill amount. The connectivity is poor, the speed is like snail.

                              I had to submit internet bills for reimbursement and we requested for just name change from my father's name to my name (Not Address Change). For this they are asking Rs.530. Upon that they are saying they cannot give old bill invoice of last 6months in my name.

                                Since last one month i had service interruption at regular intervals. When ever i raise the complaint they say it will be solved with in 24hours, as usual ticket is issued according and closed with out confirming whether the problem is resolved or not, every day i have to call them, literally everyday as the same issue pops up everyday... Now that i requested for service termination they r requesting me for a another chance... I said i want my money back ass soon ass possible as there is no continuous service from act fibernet... They r just delaying the process of refund,,,,, don"t ever go for act fibernet... Such a waste service provider and # customer service...

                                  I have raised 10 complaints in the last five days to act internet. Every time they tell me it will get fixed in 24hrs. But nothing is happening. I am calling them again and again and they are not doing anything.

                                  First, on 10th October around I called act customer care they told me it will get fixed in 24 hours but nothing happened. Then I called them again, they send someone but he couldn't fix it either then again they sent someone the next day, he didn't solve it either.

                                  After that, I called them every day morning and evening and every time they tell me it will take 24hrs only. I am really tired and i feel very hopeless.

                                    I have taken new internet connection on 5th october 2018 from act fibernet, hyderabad.
                                    They have charged 5585 rupees for 6 months of internet connection.
                                    It worked for 3 days.
                                    It is not working since yesterday. Ie;[protected].
                                    I have been contacting customer care. It isn't connecting for 90% of times.
                                    Customer care connected only once in 24 hours.
                                    I have already filed a complaint through ivr. The complaint number is [protected].
                                    I got a message that it will be attended by 8 pm oct 15th 2018. But nobody looked into this issue.

                                    I request act fibernet to refund my money regardless of you solve it or not. It is already late. Please refund my money.

                                    Please don't experiment on customers. This is not the way of doing the business. We already lost personally by taking your connection. Please refund my money. I don't need your service.

                                      Last week raised a internet connectivity issue (Ticket no : [protected]) and they took 4 days to resolve it. I tried reaching the support team but never get into the call. I sent mails to support team [protected]@actcorp.in but never get any response. I also included nodal officer and other authority persons for hyderabad location nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in;appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in but still no response. Finally it got resolved.
                                      Again yesterday the problem started again, ticket no : [protected], they call'd me this morning that the issue is resolved. But when i check still the issue was there.

                                      When i called again the support team (Waited for 30 mins to connect with them) and they said server is down we cant view your ticket call us after 30 mins).

                                      I sent couple of mails to discontinue my connection, as i am fed up of following up with them. My office works goes from home only and this issue has mentally disturbed me. No permanent solutions they are providing and not disconnecting my service.

                                        No reply to any of my emails. I registered a complaint on 10.10.18 still no reply, act only send automated reply of acknowledgment. Tried chennai act nodal officer number no use its always busy. I need a clarity whether act charges customer advance amount or not, waiting for their reply. Waiting, waiting. Today 15.10.18 is my due date, only customer has to follow all protocol whereas company like act doesn't follow nor care, whats the use....
