Hi,
It's been 2 months that we are trying to reach you people out. Placed a refund request against my connection and was assured it would be resolved in 15 days. I don't have count how many number of times me and my wife have called on your customer care, but each time we got same answer "yes, sure sir it will be resolved by tomorrow".. That tomorrow never came.
Now today when i again inquire at your customer care, for that you people are saying we won't gave you money back since it's a issue hub not available, junction box not available, port not available etc etc.
So can you people tell us:
- is it our mistake that your hub, junction box doesn't have port available
- is it our mistake that we took 6 months advance plan and wasted our money
- this time at least 4-5 times it happened that your service engineer called us and said i am on way and please guide me to location and after 15 min they will say we can't come today. Is it our problem?
- at last what we are hearing it today, hub issue.. No port is available.. Seriously means you people have wasted my 10 days and now also same. No improvements!
When asked your customer care to raise a refund request, 1 person act has no policy to refund money, other person says act will refund money as you have made 6 months payment in advance. I mean seriously is this how your customer care frustrates a customer.
You being the nodal officer, i hope you posses some power and authority to clean up this mess that is going around in act. Get my money refund me the amount pending against my connection.
