I suvarn patel my act fiber net account no :[protected] on dated 14.11.2018 without any prior information and i also dont know how they have debited from my indus ind credit card, rupees 3888/- debited from my credit card, today i called to customer care to refund my money for the cheating of debit from my credit card, customer care person saying we have no refund policy, kindly refund my money to my credit card. Very worst experince with act fibernet

    Hi,

    It's been 2 months that we are trying to reach you people out. Placed a refund request against my connection and was assured it would be resolved in 15 days. I don't have count how many number of times me and my wife have called on your customer care, but each time we got same answer "yes, sure sir it will be resolved by tomorrow".. That tomorrow never came.

    Now today when i again inquire at your customer care, for that you people are saying we won't gave you money back since it's a issue hub not available, junction box not available, port not available etc etc.

    So can you people tell us:

    - is it our mistake that your hub, junction box doesn't have port available
    - is it our mistake that we took 6 months advance plan and wasted our money
    - this time at least 4-5 times it happened that your service engineer called us and said i am on way and please guide me to location and after 15 min they will say we can't come today. Is it our problem?
    - at last what we are hearing it today, hub issue.. No port is available.. Seriously means you people have wasted my 10 days and now also same. No improvements!

    When asked your customer care to raise a refund request, 1 person act has no policy to refund money, other person says act will refund money as you have made 6 months payment in advance. I mean seriously is this how your customer care frustrates a customer.

    You being the nodal officer, i hope you posses some power and authority to clean up this mess that is going around in act. Get my money refund me the amount pending against my connection.

      Tried taking Act FiberNet connection in Bangalore, But after paying them the amount of Rs 2157/- they said the connection in my house is not possible.
      Requested for the refund but they said to wait 15 days for the refund.
      Even after waiting for 15 days no response.
      Every time whenever I call customer care, they say refund will happen after 3-5 days but it will not happen, and Iam waiting since 2 months but still refund not happened.

      Very pathetic service. to take money they will work even on sundays but to give back our money they have there stupid process and all.

      Please help me in getting my refund back.

      Iam fed-up of talking with Act customer care several times. whenever I call, they say to wait for another 3-5 days and they are delaying it very much.

      Please refund my amount ASAP.

        Hello sir/madam,
        On 04-aug-2018 03:11pm, i applied for one new internet connection through act application and during this process act app asked for charges of rs.1458/- which is paid by paytm (Act order reference id is #20180804111212800110168186932728128).
        After that i waited for 1 month and no wiring done. I called on their customer care number and raised many complaints with act for refund of money.
        In the month of october '18 i applied for new connection which got installed at that time i asked their executive to adjust to adjust this rs.1458/- with my new connection payment but he refused and promised me that he will take this matter to senior level at act. He also made many calls in front of me to his team and to his senior and ensured me that money will be refunded in one-week time but this is also 1 month old story and neither he nor his senior is taking my calls and till date i did not receive my refund.
        Finally, i request act to make a refund of rs. 1458/- and also request consumer complain board to ask act for this refund.

          Most horrible Internet provider in town, for payment and doc collection the representative will call you 2000 times. Post that they don't even know that you exist. Its been 5 days and nobody has bothered to come and install whenever I call the 'great engineer squad' is unavailable.

            Requested for shifting of connection.
            Service request no: sr[protected]

            Service person never visited. I have logged request many times but never attended by any act person. While taking connection they provided in 1 day and i have paid 5600 rupees for once time payment for 8 months and now they are not attending my request. I am harassed and lost almost 10days money by not using internet.

            I have contacted the person who came for selling and he asked his engineer to work against the request number. But the service person is saying already visited and connection is ok. Whereas the reality is no one visited even. Act is making fool to his customers.

            Requesting in this forum to give the justice.

            Despite paying all the dues and request for disconnection in the month of aug'2018.
            Still i am receiving customer care calls for dues, since august
            My login has also been blocked by ACT team, thus i cannot even raise complaint against using the ACT helpline

              I am an act network user from chennai. I want to shift my connection. I was informed that the connection is feasible at the new location and also it will be done within a week. But there is no proper response in spite of calling the customer care n number of times and following up. Now that a week is over, they keep telling me, that my request will be prioritised and action will be done on the following day. I keep waiting for them but no one shows up.
              Kindly solve this issue and do the needful.

                I have made the payment today, but my ACT account is still in suspended status and no is attending my call from ACT...and when I tried to open a case with ACT via the app, it is again asking me to make the payment . I have severe issues with ACT fibernet as they brock my cable connection last time while they were trying to fix another connection issue I had lodged.

                  Hi team,

                  My internet has been down since 5 days & is affecting my business greatly. I have been contacting your service number everyday and being provided false promise that the service will be up everyday. Here i am, frustrated & disappointed completely with act (Which is supposed to be a leader in internet service in india!)

                  I need my issue to be taken care of on priority to avoid me applying for disconnection & taking a legal route against your company, besides creating so much bad reviews & ratings everywhere (Very easy for me since i run a digital marketing training institute)

                    Dear act,
                    I booked act 100mbps on 27th october user id :[protected]. Through your website on the same day sales person mohan come and collected rs 8202 by cash and assured me within 4 days connection is given. After 4 days no one come or contacted me. I called sales person he never picked the call. I called customer care they now saying no fesibility is there in your area. So i asked for refund. They assure me you will get mail asking ur bank details within two days after which it takes 12 days to refund. I never get that mail. I called cust care for more than 16 times they all like a tape telling same story again & again. I raised tickets many times ticket no: [protected], [protected]... They all are closed without resolving.

                    At first i am very happy when i'm booked now i feel very disappointed & lost trust in act.

                    It's been 27 days i still don't get my refund. Please refund my money.

                      Sir, i had a new connection ur people came and installed it but instead o[censored]sing s new wire what they done is they used my wire of d2h connection but now after installation when we on our tv the picture quality was black and white after several complaints to act customer care each time different people came and inspected my tv and finally they told me that there is a problem in the tv and i got checked by the technique but the tv was good. The technique also dorgged me saying that the mother board is gone and charged me after repairing again it was the same problem then the act people said that they refund my amount not yet being done apart from that they have also destroyed my d2h dish receiver

                        I have been calling act for shifting rquest since 10 days... They always say they are submitting the request and you will get a call in 24 hours.. I always wait for that time to come and now i have shifted to other address and there is still not any response.. I have taken a 6 months plan.. And there are still 3 months remaining.. I dont know what to do whom to talk whom to complaing i am just pissed off with this company..

                          Giving a false bill for services which is not applicable for me. Upon multiple times giving compliant on phone call and through mail, i get a response saying it will be closed. But they will close the ticket but not the issue. I am being tortured with their messages and mails that i need to pay some amount for the services which iam using. That service is free for me as part of the plan. I want this issue to get resolved and i need the compensation for the same for my time and energy spent.

                            Refund not processed even after refund policity period (45) is completed

                            Requested for new connection in the month of august, they recieved the money in same month august 15th. Post one month they said no service available in my location. So refund initiated 50days back. Still now refund not processed.

                            Plesae help. Its pathetic service and my money and time both are getting waste.

                              This is yash here from chennai. I have received a bill of rs.3024 for my connection whereas i had changed my plan to rs.899/month. I have the confirmation message also for the same. When wanted to know the reason behind the same and tried contacting the customer support, the only response i could get is the network i am trying to reach is busy. I have almost tried calling 20-25 times and got the same response. I want an immediate response on the same or else i would be filing a case against act on the same.
                              You guys promise of 100 mbps. Have complained about the same also so many times. But again the same story. The maximum speed i get is not more than 30 mbps.
                              I hope the people handling complaints on this page take it seriously and take some action on it and provide me with a solution if not will meet them directly in the court.

                              Act representative collected 8000 for six month connection. It has been almost 20 days. they have not yet installed the connection and also not refunding.

                                  I had requested for a relocation of my connection. Although this was addressed in a swift manner, the guy just provided me with the cable and did not activate the connection. After several calls, the team just says one thing - it can take up to 24 hours. Its been a week now listening to the same excuse they make.

                                  Either you disconnect the connection and refund me or activate the connection at the earliest.

                                  My account plan is 6months advance payment, Paid one month before but last 3 days no internet but complaints raised on 11th morning 7am but today 13th November 10.30pm not done any work. So worst service and very poor response. Sooryanarayana Bhat

                                    Hi, my name is anjaneya gupta. I am from hyderabad. October6th 2018, i have paid 6months subscription to act fiber for a new connection. My account number for act fiber:[protected]. Waited 1 week for net connection. As they are not give the connection, i gave request for refund of my money. My escalation ticket [protected]. So many times i called to customer care, nodal office and sent mails to [protected]@actcorp.in, nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in, appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in and refunds. [protected]@actcorp.in. There is no use of calling to their customer support and sending mails to them.in act fiber "no one is willing to give customer support". I gave money on 6th october 2018 and today 6th november 2018. What a pathetic service act fiber is giving to customers. Shame on you guys... Who worked on my complaint and who working on my complaint...
                                    If you are not willing to refund my amount, you people can tell me on call/mail. So that i can't waste my time. I simply raise a case on consumer forum with attaching all phone recordings and mails.

                                      My act fibernet account has been *suspended* for the last 2 day for no reason.

                                      I've paid my dues in time.. The suspension is an error on your part as you did the billing for my old plan as well as the new plan simultaneously. You botched up during the plan change for my account.

                                      Pls lift the suspension as soon as possible, as i'm losing my patience, money and time.

                                        This is the worst service provider in hyderabad, we lodged a request on october 4th for shifting our existing internet connection and it november 2nd passed away and they have not shifted connection nor showing any sign of returning money which we paid for 6 months in advance, there are absolutely # working in act fibernet, just doing timepass for 30 days without any action on compalaints, called them many times and they simply provide an answer tomorrow it will be done, this # answer they are giving us since all this 30 days...

                                        Guys never take act connection they are utterly waste service providers...
                                        customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
