No customer service in vizag! Cheaters! I pay for 6months and 1month, but they ask for payment after 6months. Frequent disconnection and then the iisue is not resolved for atleast 72-96 hours. Non updated account statement. I paid for (6months+1month free) scheme in april 2018, still the account statement reads "due date may 2018". What a bunch of losers.

I have raised complaint to refund money about my act fibernet internet connection and from last 30 days they keep saying money will be refunded within 4 working days but it is been almost 1 month they are not refunding my money.

    When not used more than 300 mb download and 20 mb upload it shows 1.93 gb consumed!!!, i have checked with my data usage on my desktop. This has been happening from several months!!!, many customers are figuring out this scam, its completely unethical and legal charges can be levied, such cheap tactics for a established company is not good please stop doing this or you will lose bengaluru customers, many other alternatives are available in the market

      Hi my act account id is[protected], i am taken a new connection on[protected], which was charged by act rs. 3585, for 6 months plan, but i get only service one day by act, after which they are not give services, i am asking them for the disconnection of services and refund my money due to not providing services properly, but the act team never respond properly return my amount, when ever we write a mail or call they said it will took 3-4 days, but now its almost 15 days still i am not get refunded, and they continuously irritating regards my refund. Can you please help me sort out the issue.

      They took complete installation money(Rs1368) on 14 Aug 2018 and till date have not done installation. Since 20 days I have raised refund request which is also not processed and they have not refunded my money yet .

      These guys dont answer customer care also and no action is taken by customer care. Please help me .

        I had given the complaint on sep 25th regarding connectivity issue. They verified that there is a fiber cut issue in my area and there is no response from then. It's been one week since i complined and whenever i call they say that it will be resolved in 24hrs. No managers will respond on the issue. Worst service from act. I will close the my account if it's not going to be resolved within 24 hrs.

            There is slowness in my internet connection from past 5 months but they couldn’t able to resolve it instead while configuring they meesed and now internet is not coming at all. Asked them to work soon on the issue but instead there is no service done.
            Raised complaint many times but act guys will close from there as it is resolved instead even they won’t consult us.
            Also there is false statement in the speed what i received. Regarding many slowness i had made complaints couple of times but nothing is done on the problem till now. Paid my amount in prior of 6 months before.

              I have made about 20 times complaint about non availability of internet connection thru a t fibre net app and made more than 10 calls to their customer care number. The internet connection goes off on thursday. No action till friday. Saturday & sunday off. We need to wait till monday to continue our fight to restore the internet connectivity. Even the noral officer does not respond on saturday & sundays.

                I raised 2 tickets. One for shifting connection to new address. And one to remove box from old address. Both tickets are not processed for a month. I called customer service and nodal officer multiple times. But still it's not resolved. I don't know what to do. I have escalated to all levels.

                Technicians calling me and asking the address and landmark. Then they are telling they will check for feasibility and come back.

                After that no one is responding back. For last ten days, i am calling customer service and escalate to the department. This is my daily activity now.

                  I have registered a complain no:[protected] dated 06 august 2018 on customer care to remove the box.
                  But without removing the same, complain was closed. I have escalated the same to nodal officers complain no: [protected] dated 18 august 2018. But no use.

                  On 23 sep 2018, complain no:[protected]. When i checked with your customer care, they told if need to remove the box, will do the disconnecion for my house. I told okay for the same, but till date they didn't remove the box, but disconnection happened with in 24 hours

                  I made a call to act customer care and nodal officials several times on september 28th, 2018. No response.

                  Also sent several mails to appellate authority, no action.

                  Please help.

                    I dont have internet for the last 2days since we hit by a storm on last wednesday..
                    I waited for 2 days no one rectified the issue.. I called technical support they told that it will taken care by 24 hrs again i called after 24 hrs again they said 2 to 4 hrs.. They said repeatdly this answer only.. I dont know why they are working in support team... If i m asking about my issue request they are answering like a rude.. One of the customer support team name is padmavati, she feel like she is the boss of act.. She said "i[censored] r not waiting then go to other service provider".. Worst act support team...                     I didn't get internet from past 40hrs. Act fibernet team told me that there is a problem in server side. I made calls to customer support several times. Every time they told me like they are working on your issue only. But there is no solution to my problem..its not a first time to me. Every month inbetween 10th to 20th dates they disconnect my internet for 1 or 2 days. Please concern department take it serious action on them. I got a message by ACT Team like "Your ACT Fibernet Request SR[protected] is expected to be resolved by 3/13/2019 05:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply.

                      frequent disconnection of act services

                      I would like to escalate the issue that i am facing with act broadband, every few days i am getting a link down due to which the internet does not work. I have to keep raising tickets, during which the internet services are not working. I have not faced such problems even with bsnl. If link goes down act should have system to track and fix the issue, even before it hampers the service.

                      I recently took new connection for 6 month. The cable guy put cable in wrong place which is not convenient to me. When the payment collection guy came for payment i told to shift cable, he told that "i'll give complain so other guy shift it"
                      It's passed one week no one coming and shifting. Mean time i tried to raise complain on 66272727 but never connected always their represntative are busy. But i[censored] try as a new customer u will definitely connect. That way they are not caring existing customer.

Every time this issue happens, it takes 1-2 days to rectify. I do not understand how, just in my specific area, there are such frequent fiber cuts.                           I booked for the internet connection in kattigenahalli bangalore, the executives came for collecting the money and other personal datas. With aadhar card he did the process, and asked me for the payment of 3750, as i was availing the 3 months connection. All process was ok and he gave a 3-4 days time for setting up the connection. Eventually when 7 days passes i called the server guy for queries and he told they will send someone. Eventually number of days came to 12 days and i again called the guy and he told i dont know anything and cut the call, after that i called him several time... But every time the call was dismissed by him. Again after a day i called the customer care... There they told that "sir some fiber connection issues are there in your area, within 2-3 days you will surely get the connection"... Like this again more a week passed again i called again they told the same thing... Now 3 days back again i called and they were telling that they will refund the money... What man, your executives didn't knew at the begining about the connection problem and came and took the money with a big smile...
                          Today i am writing its a month passed like this... And last day i called for the refund process again... So they told me to provide with the bank details... These things also happen or what?...
                          At a time i heard of act fibernet being good network... But it was nothing but a harrasment with the customers, with no better customer care executives... Just need the refund as soon as possible...

                              Internet connection is down for last 5 days in balapur, hyderabad. Despite several complaints issue is still not resolved. Paying hefty amount upfront to get good service but feeling cheated. It seems company is least bothered about consumer concerns and only making money company has a sla of 24 hrs to fix the issue and it's a prepaid service where company is charging upfront for every month.

                                I have been using ACT fibrenet since 2014. Offlate i am facing problem with connectivity. Its almost everyday i call the customer care and raise a issue. They were fixing it for that moment. This kept on happening for 2-3 weeks. From past one week i have been told that the place where the Junction box was kept has to be relocated. The Internet stopped working completly from 20-Sep-18.
                                Today i was told that they cannot relocate the internet and the Service DEsk agent have asked me to go with different service provider. This was surprise to me as the agent themselves are telling this.
                                Whenever i call the toll free, I have been asking them to link to a supervisor or someone in higher authority and its been 7 days now and no supervisor has talked to me. I have been pissed off with this service and attitude of the customer care agent.
                                What i understand is, its not only me, there are few more customers who are given the same response.

                                My question now is, how can we trust ACT, any fine day they may stop the service and tell us they cannot support/fix the problem.
                                What will happen to my deposit which i paid during installation?
                                Why is that the Escalation team/supervisor not ready to call/talk to me?

                                Please help me out in this regard.

                                I wold also suggdest to all my friends and relatives not to go with ACT who are cheaters.

                                  Whenever power goes off, internet goes off in vijaywada. Only recently it came to realisation that act is cheating big time on its consumers by not providing the backup to junction box. When requested, they say its in middle of the billing cycle, we can't provide.

                                  And on further request, they close the complaint saying it's provided but in reality nothing added etc.

                                  This is a big time cheating to it's consumers. Dont believe in act and it's ccustomer care.

                                  If we dont pay the bill, they disconnect services in a day. So why the reverse penalty is not there. May not be immediately with 1 day, but why not even after years?? These guys should be penalised. I plan to take the matter to consumer court now.

                                    MY NAME IS POLISETTY REVANTH KUMAR. ( BA;LLB )
                                    I am a ACT FIBER NET CUSTOMER SINCE FROM 2 YEARS ABOVE MY CUSTOMER ID --[protected]
                                    WE HAVE 6 ACT FIBER NET CONNECTION S IN MY SHOPS OUR ID nos S --1) [protected] (2 ) [protected] (3) [protected] (4) [protected] (5) [protected]
                                    I PREFERRED SO MANY FRIENDS TO TAKE & USE ACT FIBER NET they re using
                                    But some days before I HAD FACING SOME PROBLEMS IN ACT FIBER NET IAM GIVING A COMPLAINT ON 6th of September about my Act net is not working complaint no --( [protected] ) they solve that problem at 10th THE CONNECTION WIRE IS CUT so they taken 4 days for JOINT THE WIRE
                                    NEXT AT 13th night our connection is disabled & not working
                                    AGAIN I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT NO ---[protected] AT 14TH THEY CALLED US TOLD THE TEEM WILL CHECK & THEY WILL VERIFY UR PROBLEM
                                    THEY CALLED US & TOLD AT OUT SIDE ALL CONNECTION S BOX IS DAMAGED SO UR NET IS NOT WORKING THEY WILL CHANGE ASAP

                                    DAILY I AM CALLING & GIVING COMPLAINT DAILY 2 NEW PERSON S OF ACT TEAM MEMBERS ARE COMING & CHECKING THE WIFI ROUTER & TELLING IT WILL SOLVE ASAP

                                    AFTER 2 DAYS WE HAVE RECEIVED A SMS O[censored]R COMPLAINT IS CLOSED
                                    BUT OUR COMPLAINT IS NOT CLOSED & HOW IT WILL CLOSED

                                    AGAIN I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT NO --[protected]

                                    AGAIN THE ACT TEAM CAME AND CHECKED THEY TOLD SAME PROBLEM OURSIDE BOX PROBLEM IT WILL REPLACE
                                    AT LAST THEY CAME TO SHOP AND TOLD BOX IS REPLACED THERE IS NO COMPLAINT FROM LINE OUTSIDE BOX
                                    The complaint is IN UR WIFI router back side WIFI IN SOCKET PIN only
                                    It is no guarantee I ASKED HOW IT IS DAMAGED BACKSIDE WIFI ROUTER PIN
                                    THEY TOLD IT IS THE ROUTER PROBLEM & THEY GIVEN THE TEAM MANAGER NAME --RAVI SUBRAMANYAM & TSM VIJAY BHASKAR THEY TILD FUNNY ANSEWRS
                                    IT IS THE EFFECT OF THUNDER BOLT
                                    IT is so funny as the picture of GOPALA GOPALA in that it not our responsible it IS
                                    ACT OF GOD GO.AND ASK GOD Like that it is so funny
                                    DAILY WE ARE GIVING COMPLAINT DAILY THEY ARE CALLING & ASKING ADRESS & COMING & CHECKING LINE & WIFI ROUTER PINS REMOVING WIFI WIRE PIN & AGAIN PUTTING PIN AND HOW CAN I PAY MONEY & BUYING A NEW ROUTER IAM NOT A MECHANICAL ENGINEER TO OPEN & REPAIR
                                    AT DAILY NEW ACT TEAM MECHANICAL PERSON S ARE COMING & CHECKING ANG SEEING ROUTER STATUS & TELLING SAME PROBLEM AS OUT SIDE BOX IS COMPLAINT nearly at this week 8 persons checked the router
                                    I had all of it team persons phone nos & names who had visited & called to me AND ALL CALL RECORDERS O[censored]R TEAM AND CUSTOMER CARE NO[protected]
                                    of ACT TEAM RECORDINGS & SMS MESSAGES FROM UR ACT FIBER NET

                                    TOTALLY WILL BE SUBMITTED AS CONSUMER COURT OF LAW
                                    ALL SUBJECTS WILL PRESENTED AT GUNTUR JURISDICTION ASAP
                                    I AM A LAYER I ADVISE TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP with in 2--days other wise it is bad name to our ACT & face so many problem

                                      I am a act fiber net customer since from 2 years above my customer id β€” [protected]
                                      We have 6 act fiber net connection s in my shops our id nos s β€” 1) [protected] (2) [protected] (3) [protected] (4) [protected] (5) [protected]
                                      I preferred so many friends to take & use act fiber net they re using
                                      But some days before i had facing some problems in act fiber net iam giving a complaint on 6th of september about my act net is not working complaint no β€” ([protected]) they solve that problem at 10th the connection wire is cut so they taken 4 days for joint the wire
                                      Next at 13th night our connection is disabled & not working
                                      Again i had raised a complaint no β€” [protected] at 14th they called us told the teem will check & they will verify ur problem
                                      They called us & told at out side all connection s box is damaged so ur net is not working they will change asap

                                      Daily i am calling & giving complaint daily 2 new person s of act team members are coming & checking the wifi router & telling it will solve asap

                                      After 2 days we have received a sms o[censored]r complaint is closed
                                      But our complaint is not closed & how it will closed

                                      Again i had raised a complaint no β€” [protected]

                                      Again the act team came and checked they told same problem ourside box problem it will replace
                                      At last they came to shop and told box is replaced there is no complaint from line outside box
                                      The complaint is in ur wifi router back side wifi in socket pin only
                                      It is no guarantee i asked how it is damaged backside wifi router pin
                                      They told it is the router problem & they given the team manager name β€” ravi subramanyam & tsm vijay bhaskar they tild funny ansewrs
                                      It is the effect of thunder bolt
                                      It is so funny as the picture of gopala gopala in that it not our responsible it is
                                      Act of god go. And ask god like that it is so funny
                                      Daily we are giving complaint daily they are calling & asking adress & coming & checking line & wifi router pins removing wifi wire pin & again putting pin and how can i pay money & buying a new router iam not a mechanical engineer to open & repair
                                      At daily new act team mechanical person s are coming & checking ang seeing router status & telling same problem as out side box is complaint nearly at this week 8 persons checked the router
                                      I had all of it team persons phone nos & names who had visited & called to me and all call recorders o[censored]r team and customer care no[protected]
                                      Of act team recordings & sms messages from ur act fiber net

                                      Totally will be submitted as consumer court of law
                                      All subjects will presented at guntur jurisdiction asap
