I recently took new connection for 6 month. The cable guy put cable in wrong place which is not convenient to me. When the payment collection guy came for payment i told to shift cable, he told that "i'll give complain so other guy shift it"
It's passed one week no one coming and shifting. Mean time i tried to raise complain on 66272727 but never connected always their represntative are busy. But i[censored] try as a new customer u will definitely connect. That way they are not caring existing customer.
Act stop providing service, don't play with customer.

    Hi,

    My registered account number is [protected]. Every month, at least once or twice there is a optical fiber cut in my area (At least that's what the customer service tells me). Every time this issue happens, it takes 1-2 days to rectify. I do not understand how, just in my specific area, there are such frequent fiber cuts. What kind of optical fiber cuts itself twice every month?

      I booked for the internet connection in kattigenahalli bangalore, the executives came for collecting the money and other personal datas. With aadhar card he did the process, and asked me for the payment of 3750, as i was availing the 3 months connection. All process was ok and he gave a 3-4 days time for setting up the connection. Eventually when 7 days passes i called the server guy for queries and he told they will send someone. Eventually number of days came to 12 days and i again called the guy and he told i dont know anything and cut the call, after that i called him several time... But every time the call was dismissed by him. Again after a day i called the customer care... There they told that "sir some fiber connection issues are there in your area, within 2-3 days you will surely get the connection"... Like this again more a week passed again i called again they told the same thing... Now 3 days back again i called and they were telling that they will refund the money... What man, your executives didn't knew at the begining about the connection problem and came and took the money with a big smile...
      Today i am writing its a month passed like this... And last day i called for the refund process again... So they told me to provide with the bank details... These things also happen or what?...
      At a time i heard of act fibernet being good network... But it was nothing but a harrasment with the customers, with no better customer care executives... Just need the refund as soon as possible...

        I have been contacting act fibernet people for last 3 days but there is no response at all. They just registered complaint with no processing status nothing i tried to contact them but they are not available to give response it seems. I need justice.           Internet connection is down for last 5 days in balapur, hyderabad. Despite several complaints issue is still not resolved. Paying hefty amount upfront to get good service but feeling cheated. It seems company is least bothered about consumer concerns and only making money company has a sla of 24 hrs to fix the issue and it's a prepaid service where company is charging upfront for every month.

            I have been using ACT fibrenet since 2014. Offlate i am facing problem with connectivity. Its almost everyday i call the customer care and raise a issue. They were fixing it for that moment. This kept on happening for 2-3 weeks. From past one week i have been told that the place where the Junction box was kept has to be relocated. The Internet stopped working completly from 20-Sep-18.
            Today i was told that they cannot relocate the internet and the Service DEsk agent have asked me to go with different service provider. This was surprise to me as the agent themselves are telling this.
            Whenever i call the toll free, I have been asking them to link to a supervisor or someone in higher authority and its been 7 days now and no supervisor has talked to me. I have been pissed off with this service and attitude of the customer care agent.
            What i understand is, its not only me, there are few more customers who are given the same response.

            My question now is, how can we trust ACT, any fine day they may stop the service and tell us they cannot support/fix the problem.
            What will happen to my deposit which i paid during installation?
            Why is that the Escalation team/supervisor not ready to call/talk to me?

            Please help me out in this regard.

            I wold also suggdest to all my friends and relatives not to go with ACT who are cheaters.

              Whenever power goes off, internet goes off in vijaywada. Only recently it came to realisation that act is cheating big time on its consumers by not providing the backup to junction box. When requested, they say its in middle of the billing cycle, we can't provide.

              And on further request, they close the complaint saying it's provided but in reality nothing added etc.

              This is a big time cheating to it's consumers. Dont believe in act and it's ccustomer care.

              If we dont pay the bill, they disconnect services in a day. So why the reverse penalty is not there. May not be immediately with 1 day, but why not even after years?? These guys should be penalised. I plan to take the matter to consumer court now.

                I PREFERRED SO MANY FRIENDS TO TAKE & USE ACT FIBER NET they re using
                But some days before I HAD FACING SOME PROBLEMS IN ACT FIBER NET IAM GIVING A COMPLAINT ON 6th of September about my Act net is not working complaint no --( [protected] ) they solve that problem at 10th THE CONNECTION WIRE IS CUT so they taken 4 days for JOINT THE WIRE
                NEXT AT 13th night our connection is disabled & not working
                AGAIN I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT NO ---[protected] AT 14TH THEY CALLED US TOLD THE TEEM WILL CHECK & THEY WILL VERIFY UR PROBLEM
                THEY CALLED US & TOLD AT OUT SIDE ALL CONNECTION S BOX IS DAMAGED SO UR NET IS NOT WORKING THEY WILL CHANGE ASAP

                DAILY I AM CALLING & GIVING COMPLAINT DAILY 2 NEW PERSON S OF ACT TEAM MEMBERS ARE COMING & CHECKING THE WIFI ROUTER & TELLING IT WILL SOLVE ASAP

                It is no guarantee I ASKED HOW IT IS DAMAGED BACKSIDE WIFI ROUTER PIN
                THEY TOLD IT IS THE ROUTER PROBLEM & THEY GIVEN THE TEAM MANAGER NAME --RAVI SUBRAMANYAM & TSM VIJAY BHASKAR THEY TILD FUNNY ANSEWRS

                  But some days before i had facing some problems in act fiber net iam giving a complaint on 6th of september about my act net is not working complaint no — ([protected]) they solve that problem at 10th the connection wire is cut so they taken 4 days for joint the wire
                  Next at 13th night our connection is disabled & not working
                  Again i had raised a complaint no — [protected] at 14th they called us told the teem will check & they will verify ur problem
                  They called us & told at out side all connection s box is damaged so ur net is not working they will change asap

                  Daily i am calling & giving complaint daily 2 new person s of act team members are coming & checking the wifi router & telling it will solve asap

                  After 2 days we have received a sms o[censored]r complaint is closed
                  But our complaint is not closed & how it will closed

                  Again i had raised a complaint no — [protected]

                  Again the act team came and checked they told same problem ourside box problem it will replace
                  At last they came to shop and told box is replaced there is no complaint from line outside box
                  The complaint is in ur wifi router back side wifi in socket pin only
                  It is no guarantee i asked how it is damaged backside wifi router pin
                  They told it is the router problem & they given the team manager name — ravi subramanyam & tsm vijay bhaskar they tild funny ansewrs
                  It is the effect of thunder bolt
                  It is so funny as the picture of gopala gopala in that it not our responsible it is
                  Act of god go. And ask god like that it is so funny
                  Daily we are giving complaint daily they are calling & asking adress & coming & checking line & wifi router pins removing wifi wire pin & again putting pin and how can i pay money & buying a new router iam not a mechanical engineer to open & repair
                  At daily new act team mechanical person s are coming & checking ang seeing router status & telling same problem as out side box is complaint nearly at this week 8 persons checked the router
                  I had all of it team persons phone nos & names who had visited & called to me and all call recorders o[censored]r team and customer care no[protected]
                  Of act team recordings & sms messages from ur act fiber net

                  Totally will be submitted as consumer court of law
                  All subjects will presented at guntur jurisdiction asap
                  I am a layer i advise try to solve the problem asap with in 2 — days other wise it is bad name to our act & face so many problem

                    I have moved to hyderabad to kochi, due to this, i have register compliant to act for disconnection. My connection was disconnected but still i didn't get refund from act.

                    Date of the incident: 02st august 2018
                    Ticket register : [protected] and [protected].
                    Account number is[protected]
                    Request for refund.

                    I have send almost more than 10 emails to act, but there is no response and i tried to call the customer care and no respond from customer care.

                      I have opted for new ACT connection on 11sep 2018. The representative from ACT assured me of connection within 3 days. But it been 10 days and still no connection. The customer care is repeteadly giving false information. They are giving false claims such as fiber wire is soaked in rains, engineer is on leave, person not available in that area. Customer care executive giving phone number of the person whom the task is allocated but the executive is not picking the phone

                        Hi,

                        I have placed a request to move the act internet connection from hall to other room 2 weeks before. 7 times called the customer support. Escalation done by talking to senior officer. Engineer gave a call and inquired about the address and said he will come in 1/2 hour. This happened 5 days before.

                        I think, they will treat the customer who pays bill not on time frame. If someone like me pay in advance they won't bother.

                        Due to frequent power interruption in my area, i couldn't do my work continuously.

                        All companies good till the time they grow and after that they focus only on new customers.

                        I got a call today by referring this ticket. Customer support person said, this will be resolved today. I asked them to inform the engineer after 5. She said, engineer will fix an appointment. Till now, no calls or engineer visit done. I have some pending work to be done as well which depends on this internet location movement with in the house. This is really bad... loosing track after talking to customer is not good. This happens twice till now. getting call from support team but it is not handled by field engineers.

                        I think it is better to move out from the service. I have paid in advance for few months. let me monitor how this ticket is handled further and decide.

                          We have asked for disconnection of services of act fibernet since we have to get transfer to bangalore from hyderabad and customer care people have mentioned us to take new connection in bangalore and they will refund the money back. It is been 2 months we have not recieved any update from customer care even after continous follow-ups. Is it possible to go consumer court for the above problem?

                          I paid for my internet for 6months and they told I will receive my password in 1 hr and now it's been 3 hrs and no password is sent to my phone. Still I am unable to use internet for which I already paid.

                            The connection is lost since October 9th but we already paid for the 6 months pack there is no option but to stay and this disconnection problem occurred 4 times within the one month of subscription but this time disconnection is more than one month ...
                            And now we called the customer care 100 times but not resolving the problem and also the customer care executives is not behaving good every time I don't know what to do now I'm became blank at this situation and pissed off with act fibernet.
                            And they were always saying they will resolve the problem in 24 hours but they never resolve .
                            Hence one day I even visited the act office in the rajajinagar there also they said the same thing and I was tiered of this and also they were lying and they say there is issue with the local operator
                            So please provide the Justice for us

                              It been more than a week we are not getting internet in my house (Kadugodi, bangalore). This type of issue i faced so many times. So that i go for

                                My account id is[protected] and my is Naveen. Today my connection got suspended. I have been contacting there customer care from past 2 weeks and they are just registering the complaint and no action is taken till now, every time they say that it will be removed within 24 hours but not no action is taken till now. I was supposed to receive 50 Rs per month for using electricity from my location. I didn’t receive amount as mentioned from more than a year. There are too many wires passing in my passage and I have 2 year old son who will be playing around. There is too much of dust around and they won’t even maintain it. request you to take up my complaint with ACT FIBRENET & Make them to Remove the Junction Box from my location immediately. I hope your intervention in this matter will resolve my complaint .

                                Hi,

                                Again the issue reopened,

                                Initially after removing the box the connection was disconnected and the wire was cut.

                                Later they called for re-connection and I told yes, I also mentioned about the wire. They told to make payment and the connection will be fixed. After few days technician called me and told that the box distance too far so the connection cannot be given and request for refund. I called customer care for refund they told first to raise request for account suspension and then our account team will refund the amount. Account got suspended but never received the refund and my account is showing some due amount.

                                After few months customer care executive called me and gave me better offers. I requested for due amount weaver for re-connection and she told yes. My account got activated before the connection is fixed and the due amount was keep on adding but the internet never worked. I keep calling customer care and got fed up with them. They don't have call history and nobody response properly.

                                Now I asked to resolve my bill issue. They fixed my connection and they have added due amount without discussing with me regarding the plans and additional changes requested while re-connection.

                                Without resolving the issue they close the complaint and I need to reopen many times. After reopening 2-3 times I will not be able to reopen the issue.

                                I am fed up of calling there customer care again and again.

                                Please help me to resolve this issue. I will never go to ACT Fibernet again in my life.

                                  I paid 1729 rupees for new act connection in chennai on 13 sep 2018. But still i didn't receieved any connection till today. Customer care says engineer will call you daily but no one reached me for connection i attach my receipt here.I have been waiting for 4 days. the person who came to me for documentation says I don't know about connection .please solve the problem

                                    I have been informed by customer care for document submission and i completed that but after that there is no call or contact from act.
                                    I tried calling customer care, initially they said my connection transfer is scheduled for saturday 4pm
                                    Next time customer care they said that in their system its showing that act person tried to contact me but i was out of reach which is complete nonsense because i was at my home through out the day waiting for act person to call me and complete transfer
                                    Next time customer care said that connection transfer will take a week time and act transfer team will contact me which is completely ridiculous because i'm not going to sit home and keep waiting for act to call me at their convenient time

                                        I've paid 7077 /- to an act sales manager named mr. Mahesh for a new broadband connection in radhareddy layout, doddakanelli, bangalore on 24th august, 2018. My reference number for the application is caf no.[protected]. I didn't receive the broadband connection till today. Noone came to my house for installing the router. After payment i've been trying to contact mr. Mahesh for over a month but he's unreachable or sometimes ignores my calls. I called customer care various times and raised tickets and every single time they promise they'll resolve the issue in 24 hours. But the installation was never done and i didnt even receive any call from anyone. I was fumed and i mailed the nodal officer fo act bangalore. He replied apologising and even he promised installation would be done in 24 hours, and guess what! Its the same story again, i didn't receive any call back. I'm so fumed now, what hell is this customer service?? I paid money for 3 months and i didnt receive connection for a month now. Do i have to beg or what? Act wasted many hours of my time and yet they didn't complete the installation. I seriously want to file a complaint in consumer court but i dont know the proces. Can someone help me how to get the installation or how to file a complaint?
