I've paid 7077 /- to an act sales manager named mr. Mahesh for a new broadband connection in radhareddy layout, doddakanelli, bangalore on 24th august, 2018. My reference number for the application is caf no.[protected]. I didn't receive the broadband connection till today. Noone came to my house for installing the router. After payment i've been trying to contact mr. Mahesh for over a month but he's unreachable or sometimes ignores my calls. I called customer care various times and raised tickets and every single time they promise they'll resolve the issue in 24 hours. But the installation was never done and i didnt even receive any call from anyone. I was fumed and i mailed the nodal officer fo act bangalore. He replied apologising and even he promised installation would be done in 24 hours, and guess what! Its the same story again, i didn't receive any call back. I'm so fumed now, what hell is this customer service?? I paid money for 3 months and i didnt receive connection for a month now. Do i have to beg or what? Act wasted many hours of my time and yet they didn't complete the installation. I seriously want to file a complaint in consumer court but i dont know the proces. Can someone help me how to get the installation or how to file a complaint?
