No internet connectivity since about a week.

Completely unresponsive and pathetic customer service with no replies or actions since last 5 days. After the 1st day they are not even receiving calls or sending any updates.

On 1st day, which was a weekday, we were told someone would be sent to check. I skipped office but no one came, and there have been no new updates or actions till now, even after repeated tries from our end.

    Dear team,

    I am really upset with the way act is working, because, you people send reminders so judiciously, demanding customers to pay bill on time, but you are failing to provide quality service. Every month i am losing 2 days of internet because of lack of connectivity. Its really painful to experience such things.

    None of your customer executives are taking calls in your so called customer care number. Its high time people, should start knowing your quality of service and how prompt you people are in resolving issues and purposely bringing issues to customers by cheating them.

        My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have no internet connection since 5fays. The customer care is not helping.
        They are helpless. Only thing they do is give false update and they are not aware of any update of the issue. They'll say the call back will be arranged but on the ground there is no work.

        Request someone to please look into this at the earliest.

              I had paid my bill on 16 th august 2018 by upi payment gateway upi no :[protected] they have disconnected my connection since 19 th august and now keep calling every single day harrasing me for payment, i have already contacted my bank and got it checked n number of times they say it has been successfully done. I have already sent my bank statement to acts emails consecutively but still no sucess

                I applied for a new broadband connection (New account no.[protected] and the executive, mr. Mohd aslam khan called me on saturday 8th september 2018 and told me he is unavailable now and will meet me on monday. He told me not to accept any other executive's call for a new connection (A - max 425). I waited till monday and called him. He came and took the money rs. 500 in cash for one monthly bill and waived off the installation charges. I told him that my father is in the hospital and i want it installed as soon as possible. He promised me that the installation will be done on the same day. Till date, there is no proper response.
                I want my rs. 500/- back and i will opt for some better service provider.

                  I have disconnected act broadband and requested for refund. since this is just the start of the month. CUSTOMER CARE told to send an email to tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorp.com with the account details. I have not got any confirmation or acknowledgement for the mail sent. could you please confirm what would be the next step and when can I get a response for this??

                  First of all thanks for the no rating Button. Because act fibernet earned it with their hard laziness and lethargic response. I already posted a review in the Google and don't want to go in details. In short we asked act for the net connection a month ago and we haven't even got it till now. We have asked for the refund too and we didn't even got that too. What we got was "your locality needs special cable so it's taking time" reply. After banging our heads in the wall @connection operators and customer care service. They finally gave a mail id for refund which is tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorp.in (I don't know how incredible they are with all those negative reviews and feedback) we mailed for the refund but didn't get an acknowledgement or reply mail. And they say it would take 45 working days. Awaiting for the response.

                    The company has installed a box for the connection of internet, to issue internet connection to their multiple clients and that box require electricity 24x7.
                    And for that fraud activity no compensation has been provided by company.

                      I raised a complaint on 7th September at 11am
                      (Ticket no: [protected]) and I was told that the problem would be resolved by maximum time 24hrs.
                      It has been 4 days since but still the problem has not yet been resolved.I have been calling customer care daily and they keep saying it would be fixed by that day but nothing has happened yet.
                      I have been a act customer from past 5 years and this is the first time I am regretting going for act.

                        Have been act customer since the days when hr was beam, though customer service was always bad, somehow the speed was awesome. Now from last 2-3 weeks i have been facing connectivity issue acth almost no internet during this time. I bought a plan for 1200 rupees as i am required to work from home, but with no connectivity, had to keep going to office. The worst thing which i don't understand is how could act charge complete amount, instead they should be apologetic to their customers and should not ask for complete payment. I am so annoyed that i want to just disconnect the service, but looks like they don't want to accept any calls, hence i am left with no option but to not pay the next month advance, so i could get a call from them. Unfortunately this is the only way i am left with a company who doesn't care for their customers and their view.

                          From last couple of weeks i tried to login to my account, but could not as the web page is saying you are login to other network. raised the complaint several times along with mail communications, but not solved.

                          it is creating the problem in paying the bill. However the payment can be done through the app, as informed by the customer care. But why should i require to down load the app. several app, it makes the phone speed slow.

                          it is complete a negligence towards solving the problem, even after escalation.

                          when one dale delay company imposed the penalty, then not solving the problem also the company should also to be penalized, when they are committed to solve the problem within 24hrs.

                          Request action against for such defaulters.

                            Two months back we've got a new connection. They set the general reset date of data on 2nd of every month but did reset it earlier. When i tried to contact them they are not at all responding. I even tried to contact them by registering for a new connection. As it was for a new connection they responded quickly. But when i said it was about an issue they simply said we are transferring the call to technical team and hung the line. Feeling worst about the service.

                                We paid money for 6 months for new connection on sep 2nd but till now we did'nt get call from act team we contacted many customer care persons, nodal officers and hyderabad act employees but they are telling tomorrow we will check ...They are telling from monday to till now we given compliant to nodal officer and appellate authority through mail we are not received any reply from their employees.But we don't know whom to be contact persons for further complaints.Please hep us to resolve issue .                                   I raised for a disconnection request 3 days ago and confirmed them to disconnect it and stop the billing cycle from the month of september. The customer care person told that before disconnecting i will get a call for disconnection. I informed that its not possible to receive call during my work time so i confirmed them to disconnect even if i am not answering my phone but they are not disconnecting. For that, i have been calling them to disconnect but still it has not been done and they generated the bill for the month of septmeber '2018. For which i called again and spoke to a customer care representative named ashish who should be fired since he don't know how to speak to customers and understand the customer's situation. He shouted at me and asked me whether i understand english or not. Who is he to ask me all these? Either he should be fired or the one who recruited him should be. Because if this is the way customers are treated then customers will definitely discard their connection since there are many more good service providers available. Act should think that because of customers they are present, if customers are not there then there is no act.

                                    Its pathetic that irrespective of my requests and commitments my issue is not being resolved. Some official had come and could not able to fix the issue but again no follow up to fix that issues and i am calling left right to customer care... Every time there is a 4 hours tat commitment which is a joke as never the company adhering to this tat committed by them only...

                                    Under this circumstances, why a consumer case won't be filled against act fibernet for harassing consumers like me who has been a loyal customer since last 4 years without defaulting a single occasion in paying my dues on time...

                                      faulty router replacement

We raised a complaint on aug 14 2018 for replacement, support staff came and took the faulty router on aug 15 and promised us a replacement in 2 days.                                       Hello all,

                                      I have registered multiple complaints with act for frequent disconnections and speed drop issue. I have an 100 mbps plan but i always get speed of 1-2 mbps with frequent disconnection. I have raised more than 100 complaints so far and everytime they close the case as resolved. The only mistake i have done is i paid advance rent for 12 months and now act is treating me like a beggar.
                                      I am facing the above stated issues since past 6 months still there is no resolution. They simply close the case as resolved. I have tried reaching to nodal officers and appelate authority but they have been dumb and deaf.
                                      I need a refund of my entire money else i will have to escalate this even further and file legal action against act for looting and cheating the customers. Act account #[protected]
