Hi ACT team,
Last month i was informed i had used 100% of my 60 GB quota on the 26th of February - for the previous 5 months, I had never crossed 40 GB. I was offered the Flexibytes option which I rejected. Now on the 1st of March, on still seeing my speed was 512 Kbps and FUP reset had not taken place, I called up Customer Care and asked them to do a FUP reset which they confirmed - this was at 4 PM on 1st March - now about 24 hours later my usage shows 10.5 GB in 24 hours - I am pretty sure I have not used above 2 GB.
ACT is the most fraudulent company in the Broadband/Cable domain - TRAI please make note.
I have not had 6 days of internet in October, 3 days in November, 2 days in December, 2 days (separate days) in January, again 1 day in February but I have only received INR 120 as refund even i though i was promised 35 per day of non-availability.
Since i see many other ACT customers also complaining about such fraudent usage statistics against their account post FUP reset, I almost feel like starting a change.org petition to shut down this useless company.
ACT - this time it is do or die - I have suffered every 5 months since I joined you with connection disruption almost 2 days every month and now this - this is the last straw - get your act together - else the appellate, consumer forum, everything legal in my capacity, i will throw at you!
