No connection from 25 days

No internet connection from ( from Vardha Cyclone till today) 25 days. Staying in Nanganallur area in Chennai.
Customer care number is helpless, always busy/. If connects no proper response, Gives wrong info. Always says will work within 2 days. But that 2 days never came till date.
Someone from ACT calls up says, we will rectify today your issue, even that today never came. Always false commitments.

ACT is fooling...

Internet is not working from past 2 days and no action even after numerous complaints on app and SMS. Whenever I try to call customer care it's busy. I don't know if they are really receiving so many complaints or they don't have any employee in customer. I don't feel like continuing with them. I've always paid full bill properly on time but this type of irresponsible service will not work for long time. Airtel was not previously available...

ACT Broadband unavailable for past two weeks!!! FRUSTRATED!

India's 3rd Largest ISP ? Seriously ? When other 3rd class service provider like Rajjnet and Net Express have restored the service within a day, I considered ACT as the best, What's your problem exactly?

Request to take immediate action since already half month has passed and the customers aren't fools to stick with ACT, I'm on the verge of shifting back to Airtel. Very nice plans have been launched by them .

Denial of refund after disconnection of service.

Now I am going out of country for good and wanted to disconnect service and asked for refund of my money balance. Act customer care never reachable in crisis

Cheat you of your internet usage

Pathetic customer service, non resolvement of complaints, basically a fraudulent 'service' provider.
We usually pay 1600/- for a monthly plan of 100 g.b (which you are forced to take because incase you opt for their lower plans, the FUP gets used up in a matter of 10 days, obviously without you using it, so you are left with an entire month ahead with 0 speed) and what is happening is they show a false report of how many GB you have...

All other operators have restored connections in jafferkhanpet, but there is no ETA from you guys, your customer service numbers are always busy.i have raised Ticket number [protected]/[protected]/[protected] which are already closed without any resolution. Act internet disconnection

Called the toll-free number listed on this website, and the call was transferred to a customer care executive in another city, who refused to transfer the call....
