Respected Sir/Madam,
Its being a month after the cyclone hit . Still act internet facility hasn't been restored in my area . I am residing in 290, 2nd main road, natesa nagar, virugambakkam, chennai 600092. Every week when i call the customer care, they keep repeating the same words without fulfiling their own promise . My complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Other internet providers in my area like cherrinet, ticona, airtel have rectified and restored the net connection 2 weeks ago . I really wonder why its taking so long for big corporation like ACT to solve the issue or our area has been neglected by the ACT ? Kindly look into the issue and pls do the needful .
