Today, i was at the web portal of beam money. I started from the register now button and followed all directions shown on the screen. At last when i reached at the payment process, i selected to pay through my upi app, and the same i do.
And now i receive text message of deduction of 7000 inr in favor of citrus solutions. But there is not any processing in my beam money registration.
O please help me in registering in beam money, or getting my money back.

Sir, i ahve applied for irctc agent licence through this beam company . i have paid the fees and then after they are not receiving my call and put my call in blacklist. also they have not provided me any service . i have this type of comapany

    To the officials,

    From a very dissatisfied customer. Been facing frequesnt disconnection of internet from ACT. Very poor services. Been on call with 2 representatives but they literally hung up on me. All they do is empathise for my frustration. Emapthising does not help. I need a solution for this issue. Been calling them for a while continually on this issue but I do not see there is any progress on my resolution. All they say is a standard script (There may be a technical fault on the Junction BOX). God knows what it is.. or if they are giving me a run about. Having to catch hold of them to resolve the issue is an impossible task. HAve also been in contact with their NODAL OFFICER KUMAR REDDY the hopes of having a resolution ended up in vain. If a high grade officer does not have the capability to resolve issues as such... I dont know who else will! My last point of contact is you all. Please have a permanent fix on this issue. Looking to hear from you soon.

    I have paid for 6 months service and I been calling customer care every two days
    No response from the team

    No internet connection from past three weeks

      I had taken tv connection from above co. From past two days there is no connction to one of the tvs. The staff assaigned and stationed in our our complex are not comming to office, and there is none to contact. I tried their customer support connection, the line is always busy. Their complaint web is also not working. There fore this complaint-b suresh.         I requested to act fiber team to deactivate my account due to location change in october month 2016.

        I paid the bill amount for that amount and i went to my native place.
        After several calls after 15 to 20 days the my account is deactivated.

        I requested them to refund my amount. They said it will be calculating in next bill of re installation.

        So i requested them to reinstall the connection in april 2017.
        The team conformed me i have balance in my account is 400+ rupees next day 1 person (Vijay kumar - mobile [protected]) collected my documents.
        On the next day nani [protected] visited my home and told me 'next day we will give you connection'.
        On the next day prasad [protected] visited my home and closed ticket with out resolving the ticket.

        Below are my tickets raised by me for resolving my issue.

        No one is responding / responsible in act fiber. No customer support is supporting for customers issues.

          I have been using ACT broadband connection for over 4 years.
          I had requested for a transfer of connection from Babusapalya to Babusapalya on 14-April-2017.
          I was told that my request can't be taken because I don't have an address proof of my new address.
          I would have accepted this as a genuine reason, but they were ready to issue a new connection on my new address without any address proof.
          I fail to understand the logic behind this. Rules for address proof should be same for both transfer and new connection.

          When asked why this difference, the customer care executive bluntly said "This are our rules sir. We can't take your transfer request. If you want I can take a request for new connection and you can have the connection within a maximum of 48 hrs".

            Ownership change in my account

            I am using act broadband connection and write now connection with my wife name and i requested to change wife name to my name

            For that i called to customer care and they told me that it will charge 600 rs/- and taking 7 working days to reflect the changes so it's basically new connection only.

            This is very bad service for existing customers.

            Hi,

            I have been calling relentlessly for the past 10 days to request disconnection of my act fibernet account. I have shifted cities and i do not need this internet anymore. I have called my technician multiple times for help and every single time have been told to call customer care. On calling customer care the number constantly says, "your call is important to us, all our executives are busy with other customers please stay on the line." i have stayed on the line for upto 30 minutes atleast 4 times. I am also charged for these calls. Inspite of all of this i am also getting messages saying my account is suspended and i am having to pay extra for the services i am not even using. I am honestly very exhausted, angry and upset and this extremely unprofessional behaviour. I have even registered complaints on the app and have got no response.

            Still nothing done about this and I am getting notified about my account. If I have to pay one more month's worth of this bill I'm going to seriously consider legal action.

              On 1st of April 2017, i had contacted the ACT Fibernet service field executive, Vishwa for new connection. He was very prompt in coming home collecting the documents and taking the payment. He promised to get the connection done in 3 days which he hadnt till date and had the gall to cut our calls the moment we say hello.

              Finally after multiple mails and escalation to the nodal officer Anand. They called back stating (on 14th april) no distributor so we are initiating refund. The email ID's they gave to send my bank details ate bogus and are throwing bouncers. The call executive says there is no issuein there system and network so it should work!!

              Bunch of liars and good for nothing service with good for notning people managing it.

              I need the refund back and thus writing it here. The ticket number is [protected]

                I have requested the refund of the credit amount (Rs. 2014/-) to my bank account as i don't have any friend/relative using act where i can get the credit amount transferred.

                My connection has to be discontinued due to non feasibility in our area. When i got call from act team i was told that refund will be done to my bank account.

                Even after multiple emails and explaining them that there is no coverage from your end in our area so that i can use the balance in future. I am told that they will not process my refund.

                  We had applied for Act Fibrenet Internet. We had submitted all the documents on 10th April and were told that the connection would be provided within 2 days. I had been calling every day more than 20 times, each hour but the sales reps neither answer the call or sms. Whenever they life the call, they say that the connection will be provided within 1 hour, some times say our field team is on the way, field guys who were coming to give connection met with an accident, today the wire is brought till your house, next day on your roof top.. connection will be given by 1.00pm, our team is on the way, will be given by 3.00 pm, Such a lame and silly excuses. Very unprofessional behaviour and worst service.

                  Even after 9 days, installation is not yet done. They said it will be done today by 10.30 and till now they have not done anything.

                  When you cant provide customer service, why do you boast of yourself as the best internet service provider, fast network. All this is simply fooling the people and inducing them to take up the connections. When they apply for connection, no proper response and fool the people by saying stories.

                  Act Fibrenet service is very bad and very worst, most unprofessional sales people and connection team.

                    My Act fibernet user id is 11845424, I have been using ACT fibernet for nearly an year now. I have a 100 GB data plan and every month nearly 10 to 15 GB of data would be consumed. All of a sudden on April 4th around 80 GB of data usage was reported. Then on April 6th 40 GB o[censored]sage again. Since this was the first time, I waited till 13th April and reset my FUP by purchasing 60 GB of data. But 60 GB of data got over in around 3 hours on the same day. I made my first call to customer call and registered a complaint on 13th April. Since then I have made nearly 15 calls with each call duration of nearly 10 mins on average. Every time they mention that engineer is going to visit on same day but it has been 4 days and no body has resolved this issue. Please find below some more details:

                      I had installed act on 31st march 2017 at 10.55 pm. They have generated a bill for march rs.30/-. Having undergone all pains during installation during night hours, in spite of our inconvenience expressed to the installation team. They had wantedly installed to collect the march month bill.

                      The usage of 25 gb+25gb got exhausted on 14th april. Which is quite unusual. The individual usage is not provided.

                      Act company does not provide a fair data usage. They have their own calculations for data usage.

                        I have disconnected my act fibernet connection in jan end of this year.As some payment was pending I cleared the due last week.I have requested them to permanently disconnect the connection, still it has not happened and I am getting call from ACT saying payment is pending for apr which I have not used.If I get call again for same will take serious step against ACT.

                          I am new to ACT and have just got the connection yesterday and seems that my data has consumed more than 7GB in a day. I used to use Tikona earlier and i know we never crossed more than 1 GB. That too i don't download and just browse and do my office work.

                          This is literally a big scam happening from ACT. I am going to monitor for few more days. If not i will have to legally take some action against these guys.

                            I opted for the service and paid the amount of RS 2375 but the technician could not install the device. ACT promised that I will get the refund as they could not provide the service in my area. I paid the money on 31 St march. I have still not received the money. I have called the ACT customer service so many times. They keep saying that I will receive the refund. They have already sent the refund request. When I call my bank they mentioned that that did not receive any such request.

                              I am observing unusually high usage over the past 2 months. This happened only after auto upgrade to a 100GB plan.

                              Timeline for the problem - for the past 3 months. Exactly after ACT upgraded everyone for FREE!

                              I have monitored my usage but don't see any changes over the past 6 months so why is there such high usage ??

                                I am compelled to write this mail as I have already called ACT Customer Care on more than 5 occasions ( Last 72 Hours ) and nothing has been changed so far. We are experiencing a downtime for the last 3 days and I wonder how long would it take more!!!

                                What makes me really bewildered is the fact that your guys are so cool about this. Like you know it that nothing’s going to change or something. What’s most upsetting is the fact that I have spoken with 3 different Managers, the last one being Mr. Manjunath and he repeated the same thing that I would be getting a call within 2 hours . Well HELLO !!! Please wake up and stick to your commitment. It’s not a joke I suppose when you commit someone that you would get back on the said time and then there’s totally no response at all.

                                Is this the way how you all function??? I strongly believe that irrespective of whether the issue has been fixed or not, is it not your responsibility to call back the customer and update about the progress?? Or is ACT only paying the supervisors/ Managers to give false promises??

                                You know, I have been your customer when you all started to spread out in the beginning and I recall those initial days when you all used to work so efficiently on the issues but I guess the management has changed the policies in terms of deviating totally from all of their commitment and duties.

                                The last person I spoke is Miss. Theresa D ( 4:13 PM DATE : 11/04/2017 ), who assured me that I would get a call from a higher up and believe me it’s the same thing again. May I ask who is responsible to train people like this in ACT? Do you all get trained to lie to your customers?

                                Then there is this Supervisor named Mr. Manjunath, whom I spoke to around 12 o’clock today and he also happen to tell me the same thing that he would call me. Can anyone tell me if Manjunath is still working in ACT??? If he is then is it not his duty to call customers on the promised time???

                                I would appreciate if I don’t have to go through all this again in the future. What a waste of time it has been with you guys. Shame on you all !!!

                                  I'm act customer from last 1 year and now relocated to 2 km from my old place.
                                  I have opened a ticket from act mobile app to relocate the connection on 7th april 2017 there was no response so called to act customer care and given complaint on 8th.

                                  When i called on 9th they said the area is not feasible, i informed them there is a box and connection next to my home and requested to reopen the request.

                                  10 apr 10 am i got a message that the location is feasible for act connection and 12.30 representative called me and said it is not feasible. No local representative/technician called me to check the feasibility simply they are telling the connection is not feasible and closing the request.

                                    I'm sanjay and i'm using act fibernet 6 months plan, i recently changed my house and raised a connection transfer request.
                                    Complaint id #ticket# [protected], #[protected]
                                    Act has 7 days sla to do the connection transfer which has been breached and they are not taking any action against it.
                                    I have paid for 6 month of service and not able to user service since 2nd april, my pre-paid amount is getting wasted for nothing.

                                    still there is no response from act fibrrnet, I called customer care to check-in about the status they said it will take 2 more days for no reason. I can't tolerate such stupid service after prepaid of 6 months connection.
                                    need immediate action against act fibrrnet.
                                    Pathetic service, 10 days since i raised the request. Still no response.
                                    Requesting a legal action against them.

                                      I got a new connection. When power goes then no internet comes, but the promised was 4 hours of back up.
                                      I have called around 50 times and raised as many complaints as possible but Everytime they say repeat record and just like that they close the complaints.
                                      Worst one can ever imagine.
                                      Pathetic to the core their post Service.
                                      During sales also very very poor service.
                                      I can write whole story but stopping here.
