My internet is down since 8 days.
There is no response from the service team and support.

This ridiculous trusting act.. All my work is stuck.
Helpdesk is worst.. Whenever i call them they seem to be busy busy.
Believe me i lost 50 bucks waiting for customer service representative to take my call.
But still nobody responded me yet.

This is to be taken to management level and made to pay for all this trouble.

    There is a problem about internet connection every week and I raise a complain against it every time. There is no response from their side. Sometimes the net is not available for continuous 2-3days which cause a lot of inconvenience. This time I raised a service ticket and it's been 2days and there is no action taken. We tried to reach them but there is no response.

      I have sent around 20 mail to act support including nodal officer and appellate officer. One of the worst customer service. Personal reasons. I am beam/act customer from 5 years.. I have paid 6 months package and now i want to disconnect after using 1 month due to personal reason but the support team has not responded inspite of sending around 20 mails to them and at last they told that i will not get refund for 5 months amount if i disconnect the connection. I want to know how can they charge for unused connection.
      Support team, nodal officers and appellate officer. Act management is spending waste of money to this teams. Act management can do cost cutting by removing this appellate and nodal officers and provide good customer support using support team.

        Act assured speed of 25mbps. But for the last 2-3 months iam getting the speed anywhere between 10mbps to 15mbps. Also once i cross the fup limit the speed is 1mbps. But even then for 1mbps speed, when i conducted multiple times speed test the results were between 0.01mbps to 0.5mbps. Also they depute a service person who doesnt even know how to solve the problem and doesnt even understand what we say regarding issues.

          Hello, i am from bangalore, my internet is down of 5 days and there is not even a single guy visiting my place to get it fixed, after all the long repeated calls to the customer care there is no good hope i think i can find of getting my connection back. My ticket no : [protected], it now going to be almost a week and still there is not even a message or call by company. This is not the way to treat your customers, i have been using it since 2015 and had never faced this before kindly please fix this issue as i work from home most of the time.

              ACT Fibernet Hyderabad turning out to be one of the worst internet service providers from one of the best. Guys, if you are planning to get a connection through them, please refrain from doing so. It is NOT reliable anymore. Poor customer service with irritating questionnaire and illogical and nonsensical technical staff without any basics of troubleshooting a problem. All they do is to take a complaint and sit without any quick action and updates. It's been around 4 days that we have lodged a complaint about internet connection (WIFI not working) issue with no one turning up so far and not a single courtesy call to update us about the "what next". Prior to that, around 1week ago, we had to wait for 5 days for them to come and rectify the internet, in spite of our repeated calls to them.
              There is NO escalation mechanism whatsoever, how big the problem may be and how delayed it may get for resolution. NO transparency to the customers and we always have to go through the stupid questionnaire whenever we call them about the same problem without having any clue on whether any meaningful action is being taken to resolve our problem or not.
              Not sure how giant Corporates like these which are running substandard shows are even surviving. Not sure if ours is a one-off or there are many other victims out there with very high patience levels. Any service/utility/anything for that matter which can't be o[censored]se when it's needed the most, is equivalent to crap, bear with my language.
              We, being customers since 2013, are frustrated to the core with the kind of service they had been providing in the recent past and had to go to cyber cafes to take care of our important online activities. Can it get any worse than this ?

                I was one of the old customers of beam cable (Act fiber) regarding the account number:[protected], residing at hyderabad, shapoor nagar. I had paid money in the month of september for 6 months package (2720) and the internet connection was interrupted from march ending due to cx box down. But my 6 months subscriptions was not over yet and it will be completes by june'15. When i called up your customer care, they said that the refund of money will be done by 10 days i did not received any confirmation call or any refund money till now.

                Speed is too down to 240 kbps, unable watch movies and download files. I have done speed test. I dont want this to happen again. its worst today (17/5/17). so I want this to be taken care immedietely.

                  This issue was resolved only after two weeks of struggle after 3 times of visit to act office, if you are not able to provide a proper service to your customers please let us know we will look for other alternatives
                  It has been 24 days since i raised a shifting request to my new location. Still its not done. Very poor service. After submitting documents one person came and he said no boxes are here within 100meters. So an another team will come and they will fix box thn nly will get the connection. Then he went. And after one week an another person came. He said within 80 meters box is here. Check with building owner and call me. I ll give the connection today only. Then we taken permission and all. Then we continuously called that person. He didnt pick the call. Then after few days we got a call from one field executive. He said im in your location. I will b there within 5 minutes. Till that end of the day the person didnt came. After these all incidents we are calling customer care. Daily they are giving the same reply. We escalated your problem. I assure that you will get the connection today itself. Soo many todays done like this. I spoken with their mannager. He also gven the same reply. So hw can we trust on ACT? Daily im making calls to ths customer care and daily we r saying the same thing as a poem. I didnt get any responce from ACT side.

                    I have raised a complaint on May 6th 2017 to remove the junction box from my landlord's place as they are not giving me the Security deposit till this is done. I have been following up everyday and they say that they will do it within a day. Today when I checked again they are saying that they require another 3 days to carry out this activity whereas the intial SLA on May 6th was just 3 days. This is causing mental agony to me as I am in financial stress. Please take necessary action

                    I spoke to your customer care team today, and I am still listening to the same that it will be done within tomorrow.
                    Also, I had raised a request for disconnection on May 1st, 2017 and your representative told me that it will be disconnected from May 1st itself. Recently I got a call from your representative that I have to pay pending amount of Rs.300+. When I reached out to the customer care they told that it would be waived off, but even then I am getting calls.

                    Really pathetic service from your side once the customer has opted out.

                        I live in Bangalore and I have not received internet for the last 4 days, and whenever I call customer care, they keep telling me it will be resolved by 5:00 to 6:00 PM, and when it's still not resolved, they say the first half tomorrow. I even have recordings of calls I have made to ACT executives. If I knew ACT had such horrible customer service than I would've gon with airtel. If I am paying them 2000 rupees a month for the absolute BEST plan then they should give me the absolute BEST customer service.

                          To whomsoever it may concern,

                          I had opted for your connection on 11/5/2017 and your sales representative mr. Iqbal ahmed [[protected]] and i was in urgent need of the connection, he assured me that the connection would be provided by 13/05/2017 or by late sunday 14/05/2017.

                          This was the main reason, i had paid the 6 months advance amount with free wifi router. [ amount of 13793/- paid by netbanking same day]
                          I first got sms that enquiry number 3709986 is feasible to be connected, following another one next day.
                          I got sms stating that your account no:[protected] will be activated by 16/05/2017.

                          That was a straight up lie as when i did not hear back from you when i called the customer care i was informed that it would take another 5- 7 days.

                          Then i called again on the 14/05/2017, was assured that it would be done by 15/05/2017.

                          I called again on 15/05/2017 multiple times to both customer service as well as iqbal, and was assured that it would be done by today and in fact was promised that the delay was due to being stuck at another costumers place and that it would be done by today 1505/2017.

                          Following this, i raised a refund request [protected], which was automagically closed.

                          I had been trying to call since then mr. Iqbal, but he never answered till today, which he said it is not possible to provide connection, due to limitation of server exceeding max connections.

                          I will make sure to let all the people in my social circle know about this total and utter lack of service as your customers are just dirt to you.
                          I am also posting this on various sites, so let other people know, and wont waste time with act anymore.
                          As due to this, i had lost time, and couldnt get internet connectivity on time as commited and promised by act, which shows their lack of interest in customers, and they only are interested in money.

                            My ACT Fibernet account number from bangalore is 10477709.
                            Internet is not working since last 2 days because the wire outside my house is cut and am not able to contact the customer care.
                            Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.
                            Also submitted the complain using ACT app but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening.

                              I just got a new ACT broadband connection. It for my inlaws. I requested them not to provide a router for them, as I wanted to purchase my own. My inlaws do not know what a router is. I requested them within a hour to take back the router, they claim the customer asked for it and they will not take it back. She did not ask for it. Now after days, the sales person agrees to take it back, but after this he is not picking up the call and no one is coming to take to router or process the refund. account under the name of Hemalatha, [protected]

                                I want to disconnect my act act internet connection, but i couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
                                Please disconnect my act net connection and do not renew and packs without my concern.

                                I have paid entire due amount; kindly refund amount taken at the time of installation as well.

                                  It has been more than 9 days since i have raise a request your ideal ticket sla is 7 days to resolve any ticket but still i haven't got any update. I have called customer care like 5 times (Waiting in line for goddamn 15 mins every time) and every time i hear same answer that technician will call you tomorrow, but god knows when that tomorrow will come.

                                  I have been using act for last 8 months and i have been recommending for great speed and consistency but after my recent experience with my new shifting request#[protected] i am going to advice everyone in bangalore should not opt in for act broadband, you guys have the worst customer care service!!!

                                  Now i am going to disconnect the connection!!

                                  I have raised a ticket to disconnect connection. but now i got a mail saying if plan is monthly i will not get my amount refunded. what is this? are you guys stealing money from me??? This is plain cheating and fraud.

                                  i have hardly used 5 days this month. i have disconnected connection because your team is incapable of providing the service. I want remaining monthly plan bill i have paid ASAP.

                                      We have applied for re connection and paid total tariff money on 11/02/2017. But till today there is no response. the ACT guys are all big liars giving fake commitments the local office Address: 170/2, 4th Floor, above Home Buzz Departmental store, Horamavu main road, Kalyan nagar post Blr-43 the local customer care office person had promised that my connection will be re installed in one or two days but it’s been 6 days nobody bothered to give a call regarding a update if once large a complaint from any costumer the respective department should resolve the case. Even when i called their customer care executive ([protected]/44) or (nodal officer Number: [protected]). they said they will give a call back but nobody called i have lost my trust in these guys of customer service i think i have to complain to the consumer court regarding this if they don't resolve it by tomorrow

                                        My name is Ajay Singh and my ACT User ID is[protected]. I requested for new Act Broadband Connection and made payment as well on 6th May, 2017 of Rs. 2328 for 3 months for Rs. 675 plan.

                                        But it has been one week and i have not get the connection done. I have already spoken to customer care 3 times and they have not provided any solution to my issue.

                                        Now i don't want to take connection and want my money back. Please refund my money.
