I am from hyderabad. I have applied for net connection one week back and paid for 6 months in advance but yet installation has not done. This is the fifth day they are telling that the issue will be solved in 24 hours. But no one is responding. Very very very poor service from act fibre. I am repenting why i have paid for 6 months in advance. I will never recommend this to any one. Customer care guys are irresponsible and especially mr dileep who talks in a very irresponsible way.

    Reconnection service and money wave off

    Hi,
    Act user is[protected].
    I was not using my connection since 7 months. This month 13th i got a call from act fibernet saying that they will wave off my previous due amount and zero reconnection charges. And i will have to pay only remaining days amount i. E 426.

    So, i paid 430 to act, after payment they disconnected my connection again now they were asking for previous due.

    I just used connection...

    I have been following up from past four days with no update and wrong promises from the team that it will get resolved in 24 hrs then every time I call I was promised 2 hrs resolution but nothing happened.

    If you have act connection be sure if it's not working you have a back up else you are in big trouble

      Hi Anand babu,

      As your people said that as a diwali offer previous outstanding will be waived off and for current month I have to pay only Rs 475/- for 18days, So I paid that amount.
      In the statement only Rs 150 /- discount is applied instead of whole amount.

      How you people simply bluff the customers and get the money, don't you have any loyalty among the customers, after paying the money no customer is responding properly, since ACT is good connection as said by many friends I have taken this.

      But you people don't care about the concerns o[censored]s, you people should say whole charges before paying current months bill Rs 475 /-

      I have a recorded words of the customer care that I need to pay only Rs 475 /- for this current month and from next month I can go for 6 months plan.

      From yesterday I am getting calls from customer care, but no one is responding properly, they don't even speak with me and they are disconnecting the call in between.

      The same I will raise in consumer complains also, You people really want to loose the customers.

        Hyderabad-500037. we have given cheque for rs4, 111/-on 14/09/2016 in favour of atria convergence technologies (mr. suresh, mob:[protected]),. the have deposited the cheque and that amount has been debited from our account. but they couldn't give connection sofar, we are following up somany times. but they are not responding properly and they are saying that your cheque will be returned within 10 working days. but we couldn's receive that cheque sofar.

          Dear act team,

          This is the third email i think from the past three weeks for which i am mailing for the connectivity problem. Very very bad service again from your end. Still how many times i should mail for higher officials for net problem. Why you people are taking this much long time for connectivity problem in spite of being one of the leading internet company very embarrassing. And your customer care number is always busy its never get connected if we try 10 times out of which it will get connect only once and executives will say simple recorded answer it will take 24 hrs to restore the net. For simple issue if you took more than 24 hrs for fibre cut issue company will take more than 24 months?. Try to resolve the issue permanently asap we lost faith in "act" very pathetic service always it will have some trouble. When ever we want to work from the home at that time only internet will go off. We are not keeping the internet just for the fun for emergency purpose only. I do want any apologize email resolve the problem fast and permanently.

It's so pathetic and disgusting that the act organization is cunning all their existing customers. I have been thinking a lodge a complaint by collecting appropriate documents.

Why do we have to wait for so long even for solving little issues. Take me as an example. I have lost 4 days of internet service. so amount would be around 120 (as per plan). If I apply this to everyone who are facing same kind of issues, 1, 00, 000 (customers) * 120--> ? guess the amount we are losing because of your worst/damn/irresponsible service. I will escalate this issue legally no matter what may comes. Let's put end point to all your cheating games.

              I was taken connection from act fiber net for internet connection on[protected] and the plan was Rs 630, 30GB with 10MBPS. from that day onward i am facing problems. i am not have any router and i am connecting my internet connection directly to my laptop. the net is connecting 10 minutes a day and automatically disconnected but connecting symbol is showing means the net is very slow and i doubted and i check speed of the net i shocked it is nearly 250 kbps on first day. and second day also i am phasing same problem and i checked data usage it shows 3GB of data usage and i shocked i complain to the act customer service after 2 days their worker came to my home up to that i did not connect system to the net. but it shows 23GB up to now. i am enable to connect net but it shows more and more data usage every day i am complaining every day but they are talking very rashly and even they did not responding at all if i call them they are blaming on me please take this as a complaint and take immediate action against this cheaters please help me and i am contacting different persons in this process their phone no are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

                I am facing internet connectivity issue since 2 months and my issue is not getting resolved permanently.

                Everytime i have to call act fibernet and do a complaints. It gets resolved for 2 days and then on the 3rd day the problem appears again.

                Can someone resolve this on an immediate basis and permanently.

                I use act resolver tool, it says failed sometimes it says not reachable, sometimes no internet access.

                  I am consumer of act fiber net and my account number is[protected], along with my other payments i have paid act fiber net payment on september 1st rs.1050 and txn number is [protected] (01/09/2016-01/09/2016) and they charged on fup reset instead of subscription fee, my monthly fup reset is on every month of 1st. i have called numerous times since september 1st to rectify my bill all they are doing is raising ticket and closing it one of the ticket number is [protected] on sept 12. when i received the invoice of rs.2414 then i contacted customer care oct 4th ticket number[protected] and explained entire scenario once again they told ok this will be corrected in 24 hours. i have followed up next day they told the same thing it will be corrected and closed the ticket. i have again contacted on 8th oct as my due date 10 oct is approaching and again explained the whole scenario ticket number [protected] they mentioned billing dept will get in touch with me. billing dept reached out to me and mentioned that it will be rectified in 24 hours and you will see the right amount in portal page and you can pay the amount.
                  I called on 11 th oct early morning stating the bill is showing the same amount with and again explained entire scenario ticket number [protected] again the have given a same story with 24 hours rectification and yet nothing changed. i have called again on 12 oct stating that i am past due for the payment i want to pay since 1st of the oct and no one is rectifying the issue with ticket number [protected] for which they have closed with same this 24 hours it will reflect correct.
                  Here i am contact act fibernet proactively requesting them that i want to continue services and please help with the issue and no one is bothered to help execpt the story of 24 hours it will rectified.

                    Hi. I'm using ACT Broadband service. I'm right now under a Plan wherein ACT "claims" 40Mbps for 75GB quota. And after the FUP, the speed goes down to 512KBPS.
                    recently, in the past few months, I have noticed a substantial amount of FALSE DATA STATISTICS.
                    I would use maybe say over 5GB main a day and the next day when i check my usage, it reports unto 8GB consumed.
                    Initially, I left the matter and assumed i might have downloaded more than I thought.
                    But then I become more aware and then I realized My Instincts were right. This Company had been Thieving me all along.
                    I thought i was only one among a few, but there are actually so many others.
                    ACT is on purpose Cheating Consumers of their Data.
                    They are filled with Misleading Intentions.

                      We installed beam internet services on 26/09/2016 and till date(13/10/2016) we have faced the connectivity issue for 4 times and everytime beam takes 48/72 hours for solving the issue.And the point is this is happening every now and then, Inspite of our regular mails to [protected]@ACT Fibrenet, issue still Persist.And when we visited the nearest branch of ACT, employees advice us to cancel the connection instead of solving the issue.

                        It has been five days and running since the internet is down and i have been following up with the customer care desk to have this fixed... With no end. They don't call nor reply to their emails. It is let up to us to call them to find out what is happening and if at all they did get a chance to check on it.

                        First ticket no:[protected] (8 oct, 2016) - closed without the issue being resolved
                        Next ticket no: [protected] (11 oct, 2016) - pending endlessly.

                        The customer care has a standard response of attending to it in 24 hours which never ends. Even after escalating the issue to their appellate authority which is apparently their escalation desk... Nobody takes any notice of it. Since i have taken a prepaid subscription i am left at their mercy to work things out.

                        I want to report their bad service and take up a legal case to make them more accountable and to give them a strong warning to avoid such cases in the future.

                          With request to no of reminders on complaints from 31/08/2016 to till date. with regard to sudden disconnection of actfiber cable due to non availability of box by actfiber staff as shared by Actfiber staff. It was followed by number of followup from myside Followed by promise of refund by actfiber management of amount Rs 2720 with in 15 days but it is already more then 30 days. Yesterday i have received below mail stating that zero amount in my account as i have paid Rs 2720 to act fiber in the month of August 2016 which i am suppose to receive Rs 2720 immediately. Kindly confirm from your side when i am going to receive the amount as promised amount Rs 2720 as it also one month. Otherwise i will approach consumer forum, publish in News paper, Face book every where for such cheating.

                          Looking for immediate response by end of today otherwise we will meet in court.

                            Hi,

                            Any issue comes, expect a worst & slowest possible service response from act fibernet!!!

                            I have changed my residence, and all the connectivity is available in the present apartment but the guy doesn't turn up at all to fix. They said rs 345/- for change of address, but guy took rs 575/- saying will fix in a day and its been 4 days still waiting.

                            Worst part is they do not pick up call after payment is made. They followup only until receiving the money. After that disappear for days to pass. If we call from registered mobile, they don't responsd at all until we call from some other number. Later, they won't pick that no too. Now, both sales & technecian they started rejecting my calls, with no resolution and no communication. The customer care always says that issue will be solved within 24 hrs even if we followup for 4 or 5 days.

                            A week before, i paid rs 6, 650/- for 6 months advance but haven't used since then. I would request this refund asap.

                              Not able to complete a simple request of new internet connection.

                              They did feasibility check and collected payment on 1st day.

                              Now after 9 days they are saying they cannot install the internet connection box on terrace.

                              For connection on terrace they are asking for additional payment for different device.

                                Hi, I am Raghavendranath G, using Actfibrenet internet since from last 3 years and paying the bills regularly.
                                My Account number is[protected]

                                I came to USA on 8th Sep 2016. On 4th Sep, I called customer care of beam and told them to close my account as I am travelling to USA. They told me we are closing the account. But today they sent me full sep month bill and also they are not sending any information on closing my account.
                                It looks like they will be sending bills every month to me. This is cheating .
                                I am ready to pay the amount for 10 days on sep month, if they send me the bill properly. Please let me know how to close my account and how I will get justice as I am not getting any response from actfibrenet team.

                                I also send mails to them and they registered ticket but no update on this.

                                Below are the 2 tickets registered

                                when I asked for update again through mail but no reponse from their end.

                                Please let me know how to proceed further on this.

                                When can I expect some solution from your end. It is too late as I am waiting for closing my account since from more than a month which looks silly.

                                Today I got a mail saying that my account is on hold because of payment due.

                                Till Aug month all payments was done by me. On sep 4 th I raised a request for closing my account.

                                There is no response on that till today from you.

                                in addition to that you sent bill for the whole sep month which is not fair and it is like cheating the customer.

                                I am ready to pay 15 days for sep month as I am not using your services. For 15 days it comes around 610 rs which I am ready to pay. Before paying.. you need to send me a mail saying that my account is closed and the final bill amount is 610 Rs. after that I will pay my amount.

                                Confirm on this as soon as possible.

                                instead of multiple mails to this company for closing my account, they are still sending mail that my plan was upgraded. I told them I came to America and my india number is not working, they are not listening my words and still trying to call my india number

                                Again I am reitereating. I asked customer care to close my account on 4th sep 2016. and even after a month ther is no response from you.
                                As a courtesy I can pay bill till sep 15th.. but not beyond that. Let me know if you are ok with that.

                                  Pathetic service by act. I have requested for transfer of the connection. The service man told it will be done on saturday. Now after wasting my entire day and escalating it multiple times i still don't have a resolution. The customer care doesn't even respond to the queries and the line man doesn't even receive the calls. I have been trying to get a resolution for the past few hours and the customer care is not even looking for a resolution

                                    Pathetic service from the act company i am facing the net problem very frequently these days. Need to call customer support team they will always say it will take 24 hrs. I would like to ask for server down you will take 24 hrs for fiber cut will you people will take for one month time to restore it. Really bad service i recommend your connection for my colleagues now i used to take blaming from them referring your service provider. I am using the act (Previously beam fiber) from almost 5 years but form the last six months facing connectivity problems.

                                    This is the third email i think from the past three weeks for which i am mailing for the connectivity problem.Very Very bad service again from your end. Still how many times i should mail for higher officials for net problem.Why you people are taking this much long time for connectivity problem in spite of being one of the leading internet company very embarrassing.And your customer care number is always busy its never get connected if we try 10 times out of which it will get connect only once and executives will say simple recorded answer it will take 24 hrs to restore the net .For simple issue if you took more than 24 hrs for fibre cut issue company will take more than 24 months?.Try to resolve the issue permanently asap we lost faith in "ACT" very pathetic service always it will have some trouble.When ever we want to work from the home at that time only internet will go off.We are not keeping the internet just for the fun for emergency purpose only.I do want any apologize email resolve the problem fast and permanently.

                                      Further to my yesterday's complaint, nazeer called & confirmed that they will send someone to rectify but in vain for the nth time. I strongly recommend not to take beam for new users. I very strongly urge you to return my money with immediate effect. Whenever i call the customer service, i always hear on recorded conversation of sorry for the inconvenience and we will arrange a rep and given a ticket no. [protected]. This has absolutely no meaning for beam.

                                      On first day itself of my data renewal on 1st oct 2016 7.74gb is used when i have switched off my router till evening without using it & also rs 50 not deduced from my account for electricity

                                      the act is really cheating customer on data usage.

                                      FUP is getting over in week, this is the third time that it is happening . Earlier it used to get over in 2 weeks time . This time its not even 4 days into october, 30% is used out of the 75 GB . We have not used so much from our side.
