This is strongly disappointed that the service is worst. I have not been getting net connection from 19 may. I complainted thrice about this but no action was taken on this. First i was said the issue would be clearned by may 21 7pm, then they changed it may 23, 8pm but the problem was not fixed. The technical team naresh does attempt the call, i tried nearly 30 times. Pls fix dis asap

    Dear ACT Fibernet,

    I have been trying to call on your provided customer care number which is always busy. And this is not the first time that I am facing this issue.

    Since yesterday morning 22-May-2016 there is no internet access on my account-
    [protected] which is affecting my routine work. Earlier I was using Hathway Internet which was fine. I had switched to ACT Fibernet only because of my friend's advice which I actually regret on making that decision.

    Kindly fix this problem to the earliest or refund my money back.

      Hi ACT Fibernet,
      It is been 4 days since you promised resolution in 24 hrs. I have been following with you each day & you had promised that someone will visit the premises 4 days back itself but till now no one turned up & still I have no connectivity. The neighbour's connection seems to be working so please do not give other excuses, rather come and fix the issue. I have been using your services for more than 5 years now, and you seem to have no value for your customers. Your service is in more pathetic situation now than it was 2 years back, when there were similar issues. Please fix the issue today or refund and close my account.

        I face frequent disconnections i regularly call them and ask they have to say is they will resolve in 18hrs which in my last complaint was 10 days. I never got a resolution in a day
        I have a 40mbps line and the speed i get is 4mbps on repeated complaints to they show a neglected attitude
        This has been going for last one year i need to call them at least 1 time in a month generally more
        The response i get is never satisfactory
        I pay my bill in advance i. E. I pay a month in advance and still they have problem and at times i don't have network and they want me to pay it in person at their office so that they don't disconnect my already not working connection

          I switched to act fibernet around 4 months back the very first month i started on 50gb plan but within couple of weeks act mentioned that i have exceeded the limit so i upgraded to 100gb... Now even with 100gb last month and for the current month act has slowed my internet speed with 15 days of both months claiming that i have exceeded the limit... I spoke to representatives many times last month and this month but they are not helping me in any way, they said that their technical team will get in touch but that never happened... This is a very frustrating situation.
          I know for sure that i couldn't possibly use the whole 100 gb within 15 days because i have been living abroad for the past 8 years and i had the same 100 gb limit and never once have i exceeded the download limit and my usage here in india is very less compared to my usage abroad.
          Either the system in act fibernet is flawed or they are trying to make money in very unjust way... Either way it's pathetic!!!

            This is in regard to the frequent problem i am facing with respect to the act connection. Every month for 2/3 days the connections went out. Your customer care helpline can hardly be went through. Your technicians do not pick up call even after calling them thousand times.

            This time, i am facing this issue for almost a week now. After repeated complaint your technician came yesterday, did some bypass procedure and assured us that it is now fixed for good. From yesterday night, as usual, the connection went out again and i have been calling frantically your helpline, which is 24*7 busy and the technician who is not answering my call.

            If this is the level of service you are providing then i am afraid it is not a good job that you are doing. Every month i am having this connectivity issue and i am facing so much challenges in meeting up with my professional and personal requirements only because there is no net connection at home and it is not that you are charging less for not providing the desired service.

              Managed to finally get through on the phone. A rep by the name Ashok Bommani registered my complaint and assured me I would not be charged for the 10 days there was no internet at all. Their technicalteam was supposed to reach out to me within 24 hours It's now 24 hours and there's still no response from anyone regarding this complaint. (Dear Customer, Ticket no: [protected] is registered. )

              Still no internet, no updates, no techy people in the area trying to fix the issue, nothing.

              Thank you. I received the message below however this issue hasn't been resolved. I've restarted the router, tried using the cable directly and not over wifi, restarted devices and nothing worked. Tried calling but the lines are always busy.

              How can I request personnel to be sent over to the house to check the connection?

              Omg! How can you guys continue to ignore the issue!? The least you can do is provide me an update. If somethings broken and you re trying o fix it it's fine...but not even an update ?

                My ACT Fibrenet package is 60 GB per month. It is getting consumed in 10 days. We are 2 people in the house and in no way hhave we used so much data. Generally our usage does not cross 20 GB in a month.

                I have strong suspicion that ACT is using false meters so that we are compelled to reset FUP by paying extra money. It has been continuing for the last 3/4 months. I called the customer care and they said they would send me a detailed break-up of data usage. They did not send it. Meanwhile I am getting the message from ACT everyday urging me to buy extra internet data package.

                Dishonest business model !!! Everyone should be aware of this scam launched by ACT Bangalore

                  To the so called act fiber net team... If there is any.


                  Frim the starting if the month i have not been having the net connection. On calling the customer care centre the phone keeps stating the line us busy since u are speaking to some one else. Not sure who you are speaking to but not sure why it always happened when the net is not working. Your net does not work but have real guys to come and ask for the payment which is due for the moenth. Really...

                  In speak to the agent he states that he will send some one in an urgent basis to have the connection done up... But till date no one arrived... Un believe able man... I register a complaint through the other sms services and have been told that the some will be coming within 24 hours... Still no one is come in yet.

                  Do you even care a bloody dam for what the customer has to go through at time you do this crap. Your lines are busy who the hell are u talking to. If i do get one more call for the payment due amount i would be forced to drag you to the consumer court for not providing proper services and charging for it.

                    For over a week, I've been trying to contact Act to complain about my situation. Their customer care number is either busy or puts me on hold forever. One of their technical team members called me once to check it the issue was solved and that's it. Its been 4days since that call and even now no response from them. I tried calling back that person and he doesn't take the call or its switched off. Hopeless service.

                      I chose to go for act fibernet after consulting my friends. I was told by the marketing representative to go for act blaze plan as it has free router, if i pay 6 months rent in advance. Router was suppose to be delivered as part of installation. But, lan connection was given and the person who came to install said that he will be back next morning with router, but never turned out even after calling him multiple times also the marketing agent kept on saying he will inform concerned department.
                      Then i logged complaint by calling customer care, they promised that within 2 days it will be resolved. The very next day the complaint was closed without any resolution.
                      Its been a week since i have been following up. I could have ordered the wifi online, i would have definitely got the router by now.

                      I suggest not to select free router option with act. You will get a very good router for the same price online.

                      I have reffered 2 neighbours and claimning the same I have reffered on same date of activation and mentioned in that refferal as well. When i contacted Act they are giving some other date which is really frustrutating.

                      Hi Given request for address change on may 29th.4 days completed till now I did not any call back or resolution for this. They said with in 48 hours they are going to resolve this issue. I am loosing everyday as I am working from home.

                        There is no internet from morning 11 am.
                        1. I tried to reach customer care over phone and even at 6pm, there line is busy on another call.
                        2. Somehow i managed to log a complaint around 12pm using mobile data, i received complaint number too but there is no resolution until now.

                        Act fibernet should have a better customer care process and a designated lines with people who respond. Also the response of the team should improve

                        Before they say this complaint is fake, I am a ACT Fibernet user for the past 5 months and on legal/private request, I can share more info.

                          Recent past your service is not up to the mark/pathetic. I have been a very loyal customer of your company for quite a few years(more than 5 years if I remember) and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.

                          My access to internet stopped on 6-May-2016. After repeated complaints a guy from your service team turns and up and does some troubleshooting to get it resolved, within few hours my connection is lost again. I go thru the pain of calling your line (which literally takes more than 5 minutes to get connected to your telephone operator) and raise another complaint and am asked to wait for another 24 hours.

                          Initially I was told the problem is resolved, later they pointed that my router is not working, when I checked it with service center my router is in perfect working condition, I checked it with my neighbors and found it working as well. After 10 days, your service expert says they have to lay down a new line and that to from my balcony. I don't want to have wires hanging around my house. Past 5 years I am using beam and it is part of my wiring hub. That service guys looks and talks so lazy/frustrated to fix my problem the way it is supposed to be. When I expressed my displeasure for his proposal, he was more than happy to leave my home with a smile and says he doesn't care.

                          I usually pay my bill before time and I did so even this month, without even worrying about the problem being solved. If you guys aren't in a position to fix my connection, I urge to repay the amount which I payed and I will be happy to move on. Hope I could find a better service provider. I will also make sure to enlighten my community folks to get rid off your service, coz. sooner or later they might meet the same problem. I think that'd be a help to you guys to have fewer customer and less work.

                          I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of your service is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.

                            I have been using act for nearly one year.In that time i havent come close to exceeding my fup of 125gb.In some of those months i have been watching netflix, youtube etcetc non stop. However in the last two months my allowance gets exceeded within half a month even though i havent used netflix with the same frequency (Low resolution). My usage gets used even though for two weeks i had the router switched off. This is something airtel did in order to cheat clients into paying for extra quota.
                            Please find attached two photos taken thirty minutes apart where 2gb are used up whilst browsing newspaper website and watching low resolution youtube videos. (7gb within two hours)

                            Fuether to this the speed has been considerably reduced well before the 125gbs fup were exceeded.

                              Act Fiber net (Beam Telecom) is having internet issues every month, the customer service is very poor, no help from the Act fiber net in-spite of numerous complaints the issue keeps reoccurring every month, did complain each time to tech support but no proper resolution
                              The router name and passwords keeps changing often, a lot of router issues, intermittent wireless issues, the Act fiber net (beam telecom) officials are least bothered about it, very much frustrated with a lot of issues
                              customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Internet connection cable was break down & is laying on the road, i am trying from yesterday to give a complaint to customer care (No.[protected] i unable to reach, so i am requesting you kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

                              I raised ticket [protected] regarding set top box back up power with act on 4th may 2016.
                              But till now nobody responsded from act to address the issue.
                              I am not getting internet when power is gone.

                              Complaint registered regarding the network cable disconnected issue

                              I've lodged a complaint on dec 25th with the ticket no[protected] n there's no response from the team. I've called them multiple times. They always reply that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but there's no such action been taken

                                A simple port activation was needed as there was an existing act wore available. For this they ask for 500 ra that is same charge for new connection where a lot of installation is needed.

                                And not just the charges they have taken two weeks to get it done becaue there customer care didn't raise i ticket in the first call and it had to be done a week later. One rep says you can pay for transfer after activation of internet and other says you have to pay now. Where to pay online is beyond me.

                                    I stay at sai raghava enclave, chanda nagar, hyerabad.
                                    I have raised a complaint saying my internet is not working on tuesday and a ticket has been raised for the same. On wednesday a guy named prabhanjan called me and said, there is a cheque clearance issue with the society and it will be resolved by the evening.
                                    There was no call or no update that day and even the following day. When i called customer care, they created another ticket number and same has been updated with my comments. But nothing has been done in that area.
                                    I again called on friday and they act that they do not hear my voice.
                                    This is the worst experience i had with the providers, and even 6 months ago, it was same when i requested a connection transfer.

                                    The worst thing is, whenever you place a call to customer care, you get busy tone. Is it not the multi line number?

                                    If this kind of service is being offered, there is no point in spending money for this.

                                    In call with customer care from last 20 mins and I am frustrated to hear that the issue has been closed. Now they ask me another 18 hours of time.
                                    I would be reaching the consumer forum if it's not done by 12 pm tomorrow.

                                    I will be sharing the same info in all the social media sites and also insist everyone in my apartments to move out from the beam service provider
