Recent past your service is not up to the mark/pathetic. I have been a very loyal customer of your company for quite a few years(more than 5 years if I remember) and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.
My access to internet stopped on 6-May-2016. After repeated complaints a guy from your service team turns and up and does some troubleshooting to get it resolved, within few hours my connection is lost again. I go thru the pain of calling your line (which literally takes more than 5 minutes to get connected to your telephone operator) and raise another complaint and am asked to wait for another 24 hours.
Initially I was told the problem is resolved, later they pointed that my router is not working, when I checked it with service center my router is in perfect working condition, I checked it with my neighbors and found it working as well. After 10 days, your service expert says they have to lay down a new line and that to from my balcony. I don't want to have wires hanging around my house. Past 5 years I am using beam and it is part of my wiring hub. That service guys looks and talks so lazy/frustrated to fix my problem the way it is supposed to be. When I expressed my displeasure for his proposal, he was more than happy to leave my home with a smile and says he doesn't care.
I usually pay my bill before time and I did so even this month, without even worrying about the problem being solved. If you guys aren't in a position to fix my connection, I urge to repay the amount which I payed and I will be happy to move on. Hope I could find a better service provider. I will also make sure to enlighten my community folks to get rid off your service, coz. sooner or later they might meet the same problem. I think that'd be a help to you guys to have fewer customer and less work.
I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of your service is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.

And in most cases, I always give least 1 day before I call for complaint to see if it gets rectified due to some server side fixes.
