My act fibernet account number from hyderabad is[protected]

Internet is not working since last 3 days and i'm not able to contact the customer care.
Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.

I never faced this worst customer service . I paid around 100 rs for call charges. Please first improve the customer service then provide internet connection . I called local act customer care person no is [protected] i dont know his name he never replied . please resolve as soon as possible.

    My fup of 60gb got finished within 12 days of installation on 1 may 2016 without downloading or watching videos at high quality and also without downloading any hd content. So please rest my fup as soon as possible. Within a few days. My username :11140690 and

      ACT Fibrenet's Internet service is pathetic. I do not have access since 10 days despite constant complaints. Whenever we complaint they issue a ticket and then just send a message saying that the matter is closed as the complaint is resolved.
      They collect their payments 6 monthly in advance and then do not bother whether the internet access is there or no. When they were BEAM Cable the service was much better.
      They can contact me on [protected] and attend to my problem immediately.

      No internet access
      Customer care lines are always busy
      Even when the Internet does work it's not stable it frequently gets disconnected
      The customer care service always makes promises but fails to deliver
      There is only a single customer care number which is busy most of the time

        I wanted to raise a complaint against act fibernet banaglore, my account is registered with mobile no [protected] during my arrangement with act they had informed me that post my relocation to areas with no act coverage they would refund my balance and with that agreement i had paid a full 6 months advance.

        Now they are not agreeing to the request and suggesting that i transfer that amount to my relatives but they would not refund the amount.

        I'm from Hyderabad. Beam internet (or actfibernet) is not working since last 3 days and customer care number is always busy. This is very problematic because all our work is net based.

        Broadband stopped working next day

          I wanted a connection for two months as I will be moving out of city post two months, a technition came for verification and I told him that I shall be using net only for two monrhs, but he said that connection can be provided only if I use the same for minimum three months. I did call the customer care and cross checked but was told that there is no such restrictions for connection and awaiting an update from ACT.
          Also the technition said that the place. Which I wanted (999) is not available in the place were I reside, but two days back the same plan was offer to a friend of myn who stays a street away.
          STRANGE answers and rules, not sure if these exists.

            Internet is not working in our house at Nizampet village since 4 days, we have raised complaint regarding this 4 days back but there is no response from them, and the worst thing is that I am not able to connect to customer care number[protected] and I can only able to hear when I call to that number is that the number is busy on another call. They told that they will get back to us within 18 hours but no one came to solve the issue since 4 days.

              When i tried to chat with a live representative, he simply ends the chat without messaging. Very rude and disgusting service from act. It used to be the best service in the past, but not anymore.

                I have been trying to reach these for 4 days now and no one has given a flying about a customer's issue. I have submitted 4 complaints since then. They said that they will respond in 8 working days.In this era, such a response time is ridiculous. These cheap dont want to increase the size of their customer care team. I hope they are wiped out of hyderabad soon.

                  Misleading customers with referral plans and free vouchers. pathetic service.
                  been more than 72hrs nobody has got in touch with me.

                  I referred my cousin for a new connection and as per the scheme should have received free movie tickets or food voucher. Its been 8days since the new connection still no tickets or voucher.
                  I placed a request for the same on 6th may 2016 still nothing. Nobody even contacted me.
                  Its not about the tickets or voucher now. Its about the pathetic service and misleading customers with fraud.

                    Warning!!! Don't opt for beam telecom.. One of the worst service i have ever experienced.

                    They ask us to call their support and we will be in line for so many minutes sometimes it will go till 10 minutes wasting our valuable money and time but it wont connect. Why the hell there is no toll free number or call back to the customer service???
                    Its a act of wasting people's money since there is no other leading internet provider in india, they are making advantage of it..

                    Asked them to change the mobile number since i was unable to change it from website, till today they didn't respond to it..
                    Referred my friend for movie tickets... No call from them.. Worst service.. Worst people...
                    If call is connected, they will promise that technician will visit within 24 hours.. But they wont.. Why the hell you people claim that you have best service...
                    I have complained to them on website so many times.. Til today there is no answer or call from company... There are not at all worried about customers issues.. All they need is users and once they are in they cant go out since other isp's are not ready to offer services like beam..
                    But no more issues like before there are so many services which are in market to provide hassle free and that too they can solve the queries within same day.
                    Seriously beam telecom will never retain the market in near future some day other isp will lead the market and it will become zero for sure. Don't even know how to solve customer issues and also why there is need to promise fake ads...

                      Technical issues will be there, but at least let Customer care/some one should call and inform the remediation time. Perhaps, when I call there is no response. It's pathetic. I go with Airtel service now.

                        I am writing this complaint after 5 months of continuous fake promises and harassment done to me.

                        i have registered numerous complaints regarding battery back up when power cuts off, they close complaint within 24 hours and say they tried to call me and i disconnected the call.

                        i have made numerous complaints regarding the same and now i am hopeless on this issue will ever get resolved...

                        I have been chasing them about inflated download usage for a week now and they have been not been giving me concrete responses. Nothing clear cut, won't give me the usage details they promise and neither do they reset my FUP. At this rate, it looks like ACT hardly provides 1/3 of the promised FUP usage before strangling users to measly speeds in an attempt to boost sales of their add-on data packs.

                        ACT is cheating customers by luring them to their service promising attractive FUPs when all one gets to enjoy is probably a third or may be lesser of what they have bought into.

                          The lan connection cable got split due to climatic conditions, as there where heavy rains, i tried calling the local agents and they are not even attending the calls, this is very rude on there part
                          I have been trying to contact them since two days and they are not at all responding

                            I have raised a complaint regarding no connectivity on 1st of this May.
                            The issue has not been resolved yet. Every time I call the service desk I get a reply that they are updating the case status with the issue, but there is no progress.

                            The escalation desk is all together a different game.
                            They have this script given to them that they will take up the issue personally and will get back to you in 12 hours (I know about the script as I've heard the same thing more than 5 times :P)

                            Why do you provide a connection when you can not provide service when required.

                                My Name is Ramaprasad booked a new Internet connection on 30/4/2016. Your Executive Saikar ([protected])came to our residence and collected Rs.4100/- rs, credit card payment. Another Executive came and put the cable without Router . Ttill now i didn't get any password for my connection and that cable also not yet plugged into the box.
                                I called may time to saikar but his mobile got switched off.
                                call up customer care no option for complaint no response on live chat sms many times to [protected] no use Your Customer care center are not giving clear picture.

                                Please resolve my issue

                                  Inspite of repeatedly calling and following up with the network, act/beam fails to look into our network connectivity issues. We have not been able to get internet connectivity since may 1st 2016, 4 pm and up until now there is no update from the cc team, except for the "we're investigating". It is absolutely ridiculous that even after 24 hours the issue persists, inspite of the fact that the ticket raised by us was of high priority.

                                  FUT Reset SCAM

                                  I have not downloaded more data using ACT Fibernet as my plan is for 75GB. But it shows FUP Exceeded. Prior to that, I have installed Data Usage s/w on my Laptop. Data usage shows only 38 GB have been used. But my plan is for 75GB. This happens for the last three months. Customer ID : 1474876. Please take immediate action regarding to this.

                                    Myself shamseer from chennai. My ACT uid is 11412529. I have no complaint regarding service quality of ACT. Its perfect. Assuared bandwidth is provided alltime with literally zero downtime. Billing is accurate. Even they were so kind to to waive off my monthly rental during flood period. The thing is that they dont have a team to cordinate technical support nor a point of contact to escalate the issue to a higher authority. Only place where customer can contact is customer care which is useless. The support team will close your ticket even without calling you. My issue cropped when i want to shift my connection to a new location where ACT service exist. I called up customer care and placed a request in january 2016. Again and again called numerous time, still no one even bothered to call me back. Now its april and still my connection is not shifted. The next door building is having act and they dont have to install the first box( i dont know what they call it). Still no luck. Hoping to get the issue resolved. Regards, shamseer kammoly.

                                      I have taken ACT Fiber net connection on 4th April 2016, when I asked for the connection One of the ACT executive(Gowri Shankar- EMP ID-18007) Came home, He was in so Hurry for the connection and he was not ready to listen to me.
                                      Then finally I did a payment of 1701 rupees for 50GB pack.
                                      Very next day He started saying that because of his mistake he had taken the payment for different application.
                                      After the conversation, He said within 7 days your money will be refunded and I had to Pay for the connection once again. I did that too.
                                      I got the connection activated on 8th April. Till today My money not yet refunded. Those executive and his team lead is giving one one reason daily.

                                      And within 20 days of time 51GB is used. Which is highly impossible. because we hardly stay at home only for few hours.
                                      ACT is the worst service. I recommend not to take ACT Fiber net connection.

                                      The so called act is nothing they take so much pride in their speed which is worthless if its gonna last for only 8 days.They do a lot of miscalculations in ripping off customers.they should get an award for ripping off people.Nobody could beat them.50 gb got over within 8 days and i was only at home for 4 days.Act Means "the act of ripping off people.

                                      Finally ACT refunded money. After complaining to Customer Care.

                                      No Internet/ No response from customer care from last 3 days

                                      It is been three days that I do not have internet connectivity from ACT, I have done SMS, Calls, Emails to raise issue.. there is response for any of this communication mode. I am disappointed with this service. They have taken 1 month advance to be on safe side, to make sure they get money even customer discontinue the connection
                                      It's been almost 4 days I could not access internet. I had raised the complaint but that was closed without resolution, now for same reason had reopened the ticket but still no action on it, I was promised that it would be resolved max by 24 hours and if not I can escalate it to next level. But when I spoke to customer care representative today got worst reply seriously never expected this and it's really a worst service ever seen. In a month now a days more than 4 complaints But bill amount no changes charged for full bill cycle without proper service??!!!
