I want to disconnect act fibernet account, i am shifting my location

I called customer care and i requested, but they are telling 'will be disconnected in four days'. Every time i call they are telling same phrase, now nearly twenty days is over. They are try to make to pay for next month. Please please act terminate my account.
My family has been facing financial problems, please disconnect my account...

I chose to go for act fibernet after consulting my friends. I was told by the marketing representative to go for act blaze plan as it has free router, if i pay 6 months rent in advance. Router was suppose to be delivered as part of installation. But, lan connection was given and the person who came to install said that he will be back next morning with router, but never turned out even after calling him multiple times also the marketing agent kept on saying he will inform concerned department.
Then i logged complaint by calling customer care, they promised that within 2 days it will be resolved. The very next day the complaint was closed without any resolution.
Its been a week since i have been following up. I could have ordered the wifi online, i would have definitely got the router by now.

I suggest not to select free router option with act. You will get a very good router for the same price online.

ACT Broadband — No proper connection

We had internet just 7-8 days in June. Rest of the time it was disconnected!! Disgusting !!! CUstom care people are just careless...ID : 11212793

ACT Broadband — Refferel claim not received

I have reffered 2 neighbours and claimning the same I have reffered on same date of activation and mentioned in that refferal as well. When i contacted Act they are giving some other date which is really frustrutating.

Beam Fiber — Complaint is not processed even after 4days

Hi Given request for address change on may 29th.4 days completed till now I did not any call back or resolution for this. They said with in 48 hours they are going to resolve this issue. I am loosing everyday as I am working from home.

    There is no internet from morning 11 am.
    1. I tried to reach customer care over phone and even at 6pm, there line is busy on another call.
    2. Somehow i managed to log a complaint around 12pm using mobile data, i received complaint number too but there is no resolution until now.

    Act fibernet should have a better customer care process and a designated lines with people who respond. Also the response of the team should improve
    customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Before they say this complaint is fake, I am a ACT Fibernet user for the past 5 months and on legal/private request, I can share more info.

    Act — Wrong fup

    I am using act bradband...i use very less amount of data but act showed i have used fup limit of 30 gb and it reduced the speed...its the worst bbroadband i ever had...the worst

    Beam Fiber — Worst Customer care ever seen

    For the past two days, Beam network not working. Raised request 2 days back, whenever i call back they say 24 hours time and no proper response. What a waste of time

      Recent past your service is not up to the mark/pathetic. I have been a very loyal customer of your company for quite a few years(more than 5 years if I remember) and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.

      My access to internet stopped on 6-May-2016. After repeated complaints a guy from your service team turns and up and does some troubleshooting to get it resolved, within few hours my connection is lost again. I go thru the pain of calling your line (which literally takes more than 5 minutes to get connected to your telephone operator) and raise another complaint and am asked to wait for another 24 hours.

      Initially I was told the problem is resolved, later they pointed that my router is not working, when I checked it with service center my router is in perfect working condition, I checked it with my neighbors and found it working as well. After 10 days, your service expert says they have to lay down a new line and that to from my balcony. I don't want to have wires hanging around my house. Past 5 years I am using beam and it is part of my wiring hub. That service guys looks and talks so lazy/frustrated to fix my problem the way it is supposed to be. When I expressed my displeasure for his proposal, he was more than happy to leave my home with a smile and says he doesn't care.

      I usually pay my bill before time and I did so even this month, without even worrying about the problem being solved. If you guys aren't in a position to fix my connection, I urge to repay the amount which I payed and I will be happy to move on. Hope I could find a better service provider. I will also make sure to enlighten my community folks to get rid off your service, coz. sooner or later they might meet the same problem. I think that'd be a help to you guys to have fewer customer and less work.

      I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of your service is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.

        I have been using act for nearly one year.In that time i havent come close to exceeding my fup of 125gb.In some of those months i have been watching netflix, youtube etcetc non stop. However in the last two months my allowance gets exceeded within half a month even though i havent used netflix with the same frequency (Low resolution). My usage gets used even though for two weeks i had the router switched off. This is something airtel did in order to cheat clients into paying for extra quota.
        Please find attached two photos taken thirty minutes apart where 2gb are used up whilst browsing newspaper website and watching low resolution youtube videos. (7gb within two hours)

        Fuether to this the speed has been considerably reduced well before the 125gbs fup were exceeded.

          Act Fiber net (Beam Telecom) is having internet issues every month, the customer service is very poor, no help from the Act fiber net in-spite of numerous complaints the issue keeps reoccurring every month, did complain each time to tech support but no proper resolution
          The router name and passwords keeps changing often, a lot of router issues, intermittent wireless issues, the Act fiber net (beam telecom) officials are least bothered about it, very much frustrated with a lot of issues

          Internet connection cable was break down & is laying on the road, i am trying from yesterday to give a complaint to customer care (No.[protected] i unable to reach, so i am requesting you kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

            A simple port activation was needed as there was an existing act wore available. For this they ask for 500 ra that is same charge for new connection where a lot of installation is needed.

            And not just the charges they have taken two weeks to get it done becaue there customer care didn't raise i ticket in the first call and it had to be done a week later. One rep says you can pay for transfer after activation of internet and other says you have to pay now. Where to pay online is beyond me.

                I stay at sai raghava enclave, chanda nagar, hyerabad.
                I have raised a complaint saying my internet is not working on tuesday and a ticket has been raised for the same. On wednesday a guy named prabhanjan called me and said, there is a cheque clearance issue with the society and it will be resolved by the evening.
                There was no call or no update that day and even the following day. When i called customer care, they created another ticket number and same has been updated with my comments. But nothing has been done in that area.
                I again called on friday and they act that they do not hear my voice.
                This is the worst experience i had with the providers, and even 6 months ago, it was same when i requested a connection transfer.

                The worst thing is, whenever you place a call to customer care, you get busy tone. Is it not the multi line number?

                If this kind of service is being offered, there is no point in spending money for this.

                I am still waiting for the call and resolution
                In call with customer care from last 20 mins and I am frustrated to hear that the issue has been closed. Now they ask me another 18 hours of time.
                I would be reaching the consumer forum if it's not done by 12 pm tomorrow.

                  Internet is not working since last 3 days and i'm not able to contact the customer care.
                  Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.

                      ACT Fibrenet's Internet service is pathetic. I do not have access since 10 days despite constant complaints. Whenever we complaint they issue a ticket and then just send a message saying that the matter is closed as the complaint is resolved.
                      They collect their payments 6 monthly in advance and then do not bother whether the internet access is there or no. When they were BEAM Cable the service was much better.
                      They can contact me on [protected] and attend to my problem immediately.

                      Even when the Internet does work it's not stable it frequently gets disconnected
                      The customer care service always makes promises but fails to deliver

                        I wanted to raise a complaint against act fibernet banaglore, my account is registered with mobile no [protected] during my arrangement with act they had informed me that post my relocation to areas with no act coverage they would refund my balance and with that agreement i had paid a full 6 months advance.

                        Now they are not agreeing to the request and suggesting that i transfer that amount to my relatives but they would not refund the amount.

                          I wanted a connection for two months as I will be moving out of city post two months, a technition came for verification and I told him that I shall be using net only for two monrhs, but he said that connection can be provided only if I use the same for minimum three months. I did call the customer care and cross checked but was told that there is no such restrictions for connection and awaiting an update from ACT.
                          Also the technition said that the place. Which I wanted (999) is not available in the place were I reside, but two days back the same plan was offer to a friend of myn who stays a street away.
                          STRANGE answers and rules, not sure if these exists.

                            Internet is not working in our house at Nizampet village since 4 days, we have raised complaint regarding this 4 days back but there is no response from them, and the worst thing is that I am not able to connect to customer care number[protected] and I can only able to hear when I call to that number is that the number is busy on another call. They told that they will get back to us within 18 hours but no one came to solve the issue since 4 days.

                              Internet is not working since last 3 days and i'm not able to contact the customer care.
                              Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.

                              When i tried to chat with a live representative, he simply ends the chat without messaging. Very rude and disgusting service from act. It used to be the best service in the past, but not anymore.

                              Also submitted the complaint from their webpage but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening.

                                I have been trying to reach these for 4 days now and no one has given a flying about a customer's issue. I have submitted 4 complaints since then. They said that they will respond in 8 working days.In this era, such a response time is ridiculous. These cheap dont want to increase the size of their customer care team. I hope they are wiped out of hyderabad soon.

                                  Misleading customers with referral plans and free vouchers. pathetic service.
                                  been more than 72hrs nobody has got in touch with me.

                                  I referred my cousin for a new connection and as per the scheme should have received free movie tickets or food voucher. Its been 8days since the new connection still no tickets or voucher.
                                  I placed a request for the same on 6th may 2016 still nothing. Nobody even contacted me.
                                  Its not about the tickets or voucher now. Its about the pathetic service and misleading customers with fraud.

                                    Warning!!! Don't opt for beam telecom.. One of the worst service i have ever experienced.

                                    They ask us to call their support and we will be in line for so many minutes sometimes it will go till 10 minutes wasting our valuable money and time but it wont connect. Why the hell there is no toll free number or call back to the customer service???
                                    Its a act of wasting people's money since there is no other leading internet provider in india, they are making advantage of it..

                                    Asked them to change the mobile number since i was unable to change it from website, till today they didn't respond to it..
                                    Referred my friend for movie tickets... No call from them.. Worst service.. Worst people...
                                    If call is connected, they will promise that technician will visit within 24 hours.. But they wont.. Why the hell you people claim that you have best service...
                                    I have complained to them on website so many times.. Til today there is no answer or call from company... There are not at all worried about customers issues.. All they need is users and once they are in they cant go out since other isp's are not ready to offer services like beam..
                                    But no more issues like before there are so many services which are in market to provide hassle free and that too they can solve the queries within same day.
                                    Seriously beam telecom will never retain the market in near future some day other isp will lead the market and it will become zero for sure. Don't even know how to solve customer issues and also why there is need to promise fake ads...
