I've been observing intermittent internet connectivity issue in this month i.e. May '16. The customer care and nodal officer number is always busy. I switched to act fibernet around 4 months back the very first month i started on 50gb plan but within couple of weeks act mentioned that i have exceeded the limit so i upgraded to 100gb... Now even with 100gb last month and for the current month act has slowed my internet speed with 15 days of both months claiming that i have exceeded the limit...
