I lodged a shifting request two weeks ago in the portal. When i called on june 06, 2016, they told me they did not get the request and they are taking the request. I asked them to resolve it as soon as possible. Because, i know that, the physical connection already exists in my new place. So, asked them to move the connection by that day. Someone from the customer care assured me that they will be working on it and the connection will be shifted by 6 pm.
I got no calls from anyone. I called the customer care again and they again told me that they will work within 48 hours. I got a call on june 07, 2016 morning and they again assured me that the connection will be shifted by this evening.
Now after 6, when i called them, they again told me within 48 hours my issue will be resolved.
I already lost 2 working days due to their irresponsibility.
I am frustrated with them.
Many more customers are also frustrated with their service. Government should ban their license.
