Hi,
I recently took a connection of Atria Convergence Technologies (popularly known as ACT) and paid 6 months bill in advance to avail the benefit of a free router & installation. Unfortunate as it is, the router is still not installed and the order was placed on Monday (15th Feb) evening. The last known communication was a mail from help desk on Tuesday (23rd Feb) about the request being processed, whereas in a verbal conversation last week, they promised to get it resolved by Tuesday.

ACT engineer Anand came for installing the wifi router on Wednesday (17th Feb) but unfortunately it turned out to be a faulty one. He promised to get it installed the next day (Thursday, 18th Feb) but he never called when the predetermined time came. Upon calling him, he gave me his senior Sharan's number. Sharan said that he'll install the router on Friday (18th Feb) but his number is forever busy.
'just wanted to know if Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is a joke in after sales service. The sales person (Thimmaih) carries a EDC for ensuring payment but when it comes to ensuring smooth installation, no one's to be found.
Kindly rectify the issue before it crosses the threshold of tolerance for us as customers. The next step is undoubtedly escalation & refund.

This is extremely pathetic and unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter as I honestly feel that I have given enough time to them to sort the shortcomings. I have been on the other side but this delay is really beyond tolerance. Besides, I am already being charged for the past days.
