Hi Team,

Ticket no: [protected] was registered on Friday around 12 :45 PM. Its about moving my connection to another premises. With 48 hours of your deadline I dint received any call from your side in spite of numerous reminders and even I have escalated twice also the same issue to your supervisors. Now its been more than 72 hours nothing has happened.

I have submitted a relocation request on 29th of May, its 8th June now and its not yet resolved, i have done multiple follow ups and escalations. For the first time i am very disappoined in act since i have been with them.

    I think ACT should first give a connection and then collect money.
    After taking bill, they are not even installing the connection
    For collecting money, ACT people come so fast, but to give a connection we have to call them
    I called u people 20 times, they are not even responding properly
    I[censored] dont want to give a connection, then just give my money back.
    Stupid service!!!

      Before i was so much happy with there plan which was not exceeding. Now, my 50 GB of data exceeded within 10 days that's really bad news for me. ACT cheated again i did recharge of FUP exceeded of 500 that too exceeded within 2 days and then again i did recharge of 350 that too exceeded within 4 days and then today i did 5 GB recharge it's exceeded within an hour. Lol my account 11101008 and contact [protected] shaik abdul rahman any one can contact me from act please stop cheating to public on the name of exceeded your FUP. Stop this fraud looting money of public on the name of Data by ACT fibernet Bangalore.
      2200 Rupees per month on the name of FUP Exceed they charged me double of my monthly fare. It's really totally cheating fraud

      I have FUP limit of 100GB. It is finished just in 20 days. I thought we have used data. I got another 40 GB quota by resetting FUP.
      Again 40 GB finished just in 8 days. It has been happening for many months. But I thought we were really using the data. But this month we have used very less data but still we have finished 140 GB. In the beginning everything was fine. But day by day it is become worst.

      This month again 65gb consumed within 10 days. I have registered a complaint from their app, But no any use/reply. I have sent text message "TC COM", No use/reply.

        Hi,

        I recently took a connection of Atria Convergence Technologies (popularly known as ACT) and paid 6 months bill in advance to avail the benefit of a free router & installation. Unfortunate as it is, the router is still not installed and the order was placed on Monday (15th Feb) evening. The last known communication was a mail from help desk on Tuesday (23rd Feb) about the request being processed, whereas in a verbal conversation last week, they promised to get it resolved by Tuesday.

        This is extremely pathetic and unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter as I honestly feel that I have given enough time to them to sort the shortcomings. I have been on the other side but this delay is really beyond tolerance. Besides, I am already being charged for the past days.

          Hi,

          We have taken broadband from ACT just a month ago and our Registration Number is 11655247.

          The service is horrible and every now and then it gets disconnected and no there will never be throughput for us depend on their services. In just a month since we took, it's already 4-6 days of downtime we have already encountered with their technical team not attending to it.

          Their Customer Support Team is always busy and we are forced to lodge complain through SMS option and their technical team never calls us for verification in turn, we only have to make repeated calls.

          Please advise the stake holders of ACT to refund our deposit and other charges that they've levied on us till date.

            This is the second complain in the same weak ( ticket no : [protected]) . I took ACT connection last Saturday (13/02/2016) and on the next day i had connection issue and it took 3 days from your side to fix the issue which the Technical team guy fixed in just few min and said its a small line issue we where not told properly about this by ACT customer service representatives . Because of lack of coordination with in you guy's I suffered 3days without connection now with in the next 3 days today again the connection got cut. When i called they are telling junction box down. Really whats the problem with you guy's in one week duration 2 times that to if you rectify the issue with in 12hr as you say means ok. but you guys are taking 3days. Look please fix this issue by tomorrow or else i am going to cut my connection. Your customer care number is not even a toll free number and each time i make a call it cost a lot and for previous fault i called more than 10 times. please rectify it ASAP or cut my connection.

              I had a downtime for one full day and, I have raised a compliant. Technician resolved the issue by the evening. I have called up customer care and requested them to review my bill as I had one day downtime. They informed me that they can give a downtime only if the complaint is not resolved in 24 working hours. Means 3 days. I couldn't work for 8 hours and they are not ready to consider my working hours. So stupid.. Whenever you have a downtime and complaint number, please call them and request them to review the bill.

                This Internet Service provider traps in people advertising that their service is Incredibly fast and I have been using this connection for about more than 6 months!
                They have been providing the speed that they have been mentioning and then for the past three months it's not even 10% of what they mention!
                Overtime I check my connection speed its not more than 10% of what they have been mentioning! Which is not supposed to be "Incredibly Fast" as the way they advertise!

                  My ACT Account No: 1100660. My FUP limit of 75 GB got over in 10 days.

                  Similar thing happened last time also and technician told me that it was due to some wrong update.

                  It has happened again and it is not acceptable. I want detailed log of my website usage on each day.

                  If this continues i will discontinue my account with ACT.

                    We have a Beam connection from last 1 year.
                    Suddenly net Speed is going to Slow and GB's are Exhausted.then we are complaint to the Customer care they said "okay we send technician and he solve it." from last 2 months but no one came and solve it till now.we complain more than 20 times from last 2 months and sometimes they didn't connect to care.
                    Even YouTube can't work. Viswaroopa is better 1000 times better than Beam.

                      I Just installed ACT new connection Saturday evening (13/2/16). And the next day morning(14/02/16) my act internet is not working I raised a complaint regarding this issue which they said will be solved within 12hr but no one called me regarding this issue and it didn't get fixed. so i called again they said it will be fixed soon still i didn't get any call from your technical team regarding this issue. I am taking the connection and the next day i am experiencing fault and they are giving a word that it will be fixed with in 12hr and no one show up. the sales person told me any complaint will be attended within 4hr and now its going to be 2 days and yet my complain is not been take care-of.

                        I started using their service by the later mid of Jan.
                        Only for few days, I did not face any issue either with the connectivity or with the speed.
                        I have already raised many complaints via phone (their helpline[protected]
                        They say that their server is down 'at times'
                        This is the most unreliable ISP I have ever used.
                        In 24 hours there is only connection for 12 hours (that too intermittently) that too only after midnight.
                        So to use their service, we have to be awake in the night is it?
                        I am not able to mention a particular date when this happened because this has been happening for the past 1 or 2 weeks now.
                        They do not pick up when called to helpline in the morning time before 10 or 11.
                        Now another issue I have been facing since yesterday is the reduced download speed. 75 GB is my download FUP upto which the speed should be 40 Mbps as mentioned in their plan tariff. I have not even reached 20 GB of it till now but then the speed has been drastically reduced. It is taking around 10 minutes even for a 60 MB file to download.

                        Due to this unreliable WIfi connection, I am forced to use 3G data in my phone separately. Total waste of money.

                        Why do I have to compromise when I am paying the money on time?

                        Cheaters ACT. This is not fair.

                          ACT broadband is a Fraudulent company that cheats it's customer of the right to service and redressal.

                          I raised a complaint just a day after the installation on December 31, 2015. The Internet connectivity was intermittent at the best and it was barely usable.

                          I followed that up with many calls to its customer service but to no avail. Most of the times they were not even reachable. Even if they were they giving the same old template replies.

                          Not a single service personnel attended the problem or had come around to check the problem.

                          Kindly note that there will be no payment of bills for the days / month we were created of the service.

                          I will seek legal recourse for the complete lack of service and the deep mental distress the that you guys are giving us.

                            ACT tv a fairly new company provides fiber optic broadband in Chennai. The speeds are deceptive because The actual internet speed promised in the package is not reflect in browsing and download speeds during internet use. My account number is 1162571

                            On top of that the internet connect drops for 4-5 hours almost everyday. Sometimes the connection is down for days. I have tried contacted the customer service on multiple occasions. Even though they would promise to send someone over within the next 24 hours first and on escalation promised to send someone within 4 hours of the call. No one showed up. Only after persistent complaints an engineer was finally sent to the location.

                            When I called the customer service number to complain they did a backend diagnostic and confirmed that the problem was at their end. However when the engineer came in he has no clue about this and blamed the fault on my router. Even on me insisting that the router was fine he was adamant and took it out to get it checked. There were no surprises that the router was all ok. Finally they accepted and fixed the problem at their end. However that fix was short lived as the problem started again. There have 2-3 engineer visits since then. Each time they claim to fix it but the problem persists and is actually worse than it was before.

                            This issue has prolonged for 3 months now. I have paid for all months without receiving any compensation for the internet down time. They haven't had the courtesy to offer any sort of compensation. The customer service is arrogant and at times even refused to take my complaint because at the time of the call the internet was working and refused to believe me. I had to force them to check their records and see previous complaints regarding same issue with diagnostic checks that they ran to actually make them believe that there has been a consistent problem.

                            No the problem has not been solved as your engineer has had to be called in again and this is a recurring problem. Also the standard of your engineers is very low especially malleswaran who visited the house. He has visited on multiple occasions without solving the problem. He points faults where they don't exist and he actually claims that my 100mbps modem cannot handle a 60mbps connection cause by his logic no wireless router can handle that speed and I will get that speed only if I connect the wire directly to the laptop. If the very first ACT engineer who came to set up the internet when we got the connection last year was able to do it that means you as a company have set up that very router with the connection. Now another engineer comes in and because of his lack of knowledge and ability to do the same thing refuses to listen and is adamantly stuck on his baseless and illogical reasoning.

                            I will be cancelling the connection because I have been left with not a single reason to stay with you. HORRIBLE SERVICE and VERY RUDE staff! I would recommend anyone considering ACT to avoid this them. They need to improve their service standard by miles!

                              My account ID is 11485864 . I have been a user of ACT broadband in cheenai for 2 years and have had no problem . The second month of my connection in bangalore and overnight my data is showing 17gb to 77gb overnight . It is humanly impossible for it to have been used up overnight . I had filed a complaint on 8th feb and was promised action in 24 hours . After hours and hours of calling and talking to customer care executives nobody has resolved this problem . This is absolute SCAM and FRAUD by ACT broadband . I will now make sure all my family connections which are in ACT ( 5 or 6) will be disconnected due to this poor service and CHEATING AND FRAUD .DISGUSTING ACT BROADBAND BANGALORE . just shameful .

                                Executives from act fibernet doesn't respond to you nor atleast listen to us.
                                They will do what ever they think or how it is beneficial for their incentives.

                                Initially they have raised the request for activation without intimating to me for which i informed them earlier to active after 15 days.
                                I've been following up for activation for 20 days later.
                                Now i came to know that they have internally raised a request for cancellation without my consent.

                                This is how they behave and treat the customers..
                                They have tested my patience.

                                Very bad experience with the Bangalore ACT customer service guys, My account has been re-activated without my knowledge and most surprising this is that it is being used. I don't have the router connected nor the wire connection, how can I use it. Now I am getting calls every day thrice asking me to pay the bill and each time different customer service guys call me to ask even after raising a ticket.

                                Not sure why they call even there is a complaint ticket pending. I think the management has to rethink their process of handling the complaints.
                                ACT fibernet. They are cheaters. They promised me new connection within 2 days if there is a customer nearby if not it will take max 7 days means within 7 days the connection will be given . Now 10 days was not enough for them to provide connection. If I dial the person Who asked me to pay in advance for the plan will not pick the call at any cost. Please be careful with ACT. The second month of my connection in bangalore and overnight my data is showing 17gb to 77gb overnight . It is humanly impossible for it to have been used up overnight .                                       Again the issue started this weekend also. whenever I call to customer care line is too busy or it says kindly hold the line / the number you are calling is busy.. Please confirm me how many are using your service in Hyderabad I mean no. o[censored]sers and how many telephone customer care lines you have.

                                      even in this week on Tuesday also I faced the same problem for some time, I have opted for Work from Home option at my office and working, can I trust your services or not??

                                      do you want me to maintain secondary connection always which I am doing now for my safe side.??

                                      I don't want to continue with your services, probably this month is last. what kind of actions are you taking I am not sure.
