For an second, i thought i am in 18th century b.C.
Ravi is my super responsive sales agent from adambakkam, he will chase you like anything to get the full amount on installation. While you have to run like a dog to get your connection. After a month they will respond as not possible. The customer team is brilliant in responses here. Everytime millions of sorry they will give you, you can instead go to tirupathi and shave your head for them.
Most irritating customer service, if you cannot provide a service, then why the hell are you asking the customers to run behind you???
It has been 58 days since you last responded, it is my cash i am running behind you, nor i am asking from your sales agent ravi's pocket/ or his salary. What the hell are you thinking about your customers ???

You have lost your reputation, you can provide light speed even, you cannot earn the trust back!!!

When should I expect a response ? It's already been 59 days!. I can't hold my patience for you guys!. Let me know if this could be resolved if I happened to meet your T Nagar office directly. Even today Ravi (your sales agent) is not picking up. I am not sure how you guys could make customers wait without even providing the service! Please make it ASAP. I really mean that ASAP, then you might have to face the legal consequences.

If you can't resolve and give back the amount, I am not sure why you are making the customer irritative!!.. useless response again & again!!!

You are definitely losing your customer base!! Fantastic responses ever!!! Call me when the money is ready!

    Act Fibernet — Installation

    The promise from ACT was that installation will be done in a day. failed promise. called customer care and their executives multiple times and response is very bad. lot of these people are liars. CC and executives are getting irritated when I am following. The guy who took the payment from me is not answering my call.

    I raised a request a cancel the connection. I doubt if they are working to cancel my connection.
    ACT team, do not ask for registered contact number. ask for the complaint number. You should be able track rest of the details you need.

      I am Hem Kumar Thakur, Resident of AECS layout Bangalore. I have taken Internet from ACT fibernet for nearly one Year now. I always had issues with the loss of services from ACT as they don't replace defective products. For instance, The Junction box from where cable is connected to my home is, is unlocked as the lock is broken and they ahve not bothered to replace that despite multiple promises to do so. Currently I have two complaints running with them for last 10 days (complaint no: [protected], 64) and another running from last two days (complaint no: [protected]) . I also have suffered through this for last so many months and everytime they assure about services. But all in vain. The Junction box has still not been replaced. The loss of internet is affecting my work and have to travel to office with bad health as cannot work from home. I kindly request you to Look into this matter.

        When ever we open the net advertisements are bombarding . it is causing lot of disturbance.they are disconnecting or flashing suddenly erasing the working information. we are forced to restart the work. some times the data is not saved because the adds appear as a flash so pl. dont display them unnecessarily and disturb our works. consider this as urgent and stop the ads hence forth, other wise we may have to go for other data providers.while typing this also the adss flashed.and stopped the proceeding

              ACT fiber net has been rounding off the bill amount to the higher value without the consent of the customer. When i mailed them they asked me to pay the actual amount while their website refuses to accept an amount lower than the actual amount.

              Their employees do not have an answer for the same.

              As consumers are we liable to pay the excess amount?

                Hi,

                Act Corp earlier called as Beam Tele, An Internet SP for domestic usage in Hyderabad. Initially, when installing the Internet connection at home normally they will take 500 towards installation charges, Also they will have some offers such as if you are going to pay 6 months charges upfront nearly about 4.7k they would waive off installation charges. Opting this plan, I had paid them 6 months bill upfront, unfortunately...

                I complained so many times that the user id and password is not working. First 3 days no proper response, after which nobody picks up the call after seeing my number. I have been asking to close the connection for 5 days and still there is no response. I didn't receive even a single call after my complaints.

                  I am using Beam for last 5 years and now reached to the peak level of frustration with their service. I have requested to shift my connection to a new place which
                  is not more than 5 KM from old place and has a dead connection already in place. This bunch of people could not even address this concern for last 10 days.

                  Everytime I am calling and asking the reason for the delay but getting the same response "We are updating the request and escalating to next level" which was
                  feeded to this robots. I am tired of explaning them several times that updating the ticket is not getting the connection at my home. What the hell I will do by updating the ticket if no technician is reaching me for last 10 days.

                  I am pissed up with your service now and switching to another network and will recommend the same to all in the community. Therefore informing them to discontinue the above mentioned service right away and nevel call me back for money or apology.

                    Facing the worst experience using ACT broadband. My FUP of 100 GB gets completed in 13 days and after that I am using 512Kbps speed which is the most frustrating thing. I am Planning to move to Another broadband service provider if the issue is not solved. I am facing this problem for past 5 to 6 months. I even logged complaints in customer care but they keeps saying same thing that we dont charge more, we charge based on usage. I also got the usage reports and checked but still I don't download videos or games frequently. My first month usage was correct but now its showing fake information. On day 1 it shows i used 10gb and on day 2 - 7gb and in 4 days it shows that i have used 30gb. If the problem is not solved then I am planning to disconnect the Broadband connection.

                    This is fraud. They are cheating us. My FUP gets done in 10 to 13 days max. Please help me how to overcome this scam.

                        I had obtained a Digital TV (HD) & Internet connection from ACT 2 years back around April 2014. I paid 4000 rupees as installation charges.
                        When I moved to a new place I asked for the termination of connection for both. They terminated the Internet connection but not the Digital TV. I started receiving the messages from ACT that my account has some pending amount. ACT didn't terminate my Digital TV account. I again called the customer care and asked them to terminate the connection.
                        ACT demanded for the setup box to be returned. I had paid 4000 when I was getting the connection. They said they will return only 1000. This is no where mentioned on their site or was even explained to me at any point of time. See this link:

                        I felt cheated. They are giving excuses that 2000 was a one time installation fee. Out of 4000 I am being returned only 1000.

                          I with act broadband services since June 2015.

                          Recently (2 months back) I renewed my account for further 6 months .

                          Now when I am shifting my residence to other locality, I was told that the new locality does not have feasibility for ACT fibernet. When asked for refund of remaining amount, I was told that there is no refund policy and I need to forgo the amount paid in advance.

                          I am being charged for the services that was not provided to me.

                                Ticket no: [protected] was registered on Friday around 12 :45 PM. Its about moving my connection to another premises. With 48 hours of your deadline I dint received any call from your side in spite of numerous reminders and even I have escalated twice also the same issue to your supervisors.                                   After taking bill, they are not even installing the connection
                                  For collecting money, ACT people come so fast, but to give a connection we have to call them

                                    Before i was so much happy with there plan which was not exceeding. Now, my 50 GB of data exceeded within 10 days that's really bad news for me. ACT cheated again i did recharge of FUP exceeded of 500 that too exceeded within 2 days and then again i did recharge of 350 that too exceeded within 4 days and then today i did 5 GB recharge it's exceeded within an hour. Lol my account 11101008 and contact [protected] shaik abdul rahman any one can contact me from act please stop cheating to public on the name of exceeded your FUP. Stop this fraud looting money of public on the name of Data by ACT fibernet Bangalore.
                                    2200 Rupees per month on the name of FUP Exceed they charged me double of my monthly fare. It's really totally cheating fraud

                                    I have FUP limit of 100GB. It is finished just in 20 days. I thought we have used data. I got another 40 GB quota by resetting FUP.
                                    Again 40 GB finished just in 8 days. It has been happening for many months. But I thought we were really using the data. But this month we have used very less data but still we have finished 140 GB. In the beginning everything was fine. But day by day it is become worst.

                                    This month again 65gb consumed within 10 days. I have registered a complaint from their app, But no any use/reply. I have sent text message "TC COM", No use/reply.

                                      Hi,

                                      I recently took a connection of Atria Convergence Technologies (popularly known as ACT) and paid 6 months bill in advance to avail the benefit of a free router & installation. Unfortunate as it is, the router is still not installed and the order was placed on Monday (15th Feb) evening. The last known communication was a mail from help desk on Tuesday (23rd Feb) about the request being processed, whereas in a verbal conversation last week, they promised to get it resolved by Tuesday.

                                      ACT engineer Anand came for installing the wifi router on Wednesday (17th Feb) but unfortunately it turned out to be a faulty one.                                       This is extremely pathetic and unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter as I honestly feel that I have given enough time to them to sort the shortcomings. I have been on the other side but this delay is really beyond tolerance. Besides, I am already being charged for the past days.
