I have taken the ACT fibernet connection in may month ie., on 19/5/2016. The connection i have taken is 650 plan @ 10 Mbps speed, which i never got. Instead my 50 GB was shown utilised till 29/05/2016, which is ridiculous, as i use net only for 3-4 hours daily.This is completly insane because i have been daily complaining to customer speaking to them on Mobile daily for 30 - 45 mins, wasting my money. 1st 650 p.m. plus this additional 150, its such a fraud this company has been doing, i request consumer forum to look after the issue & get the company closed as soon as possible, because the company doesn't seem to a be responsibe one, i request to get my complete refund the amount !

Seems like ACT is having some fun with customers by fooling them around, This is 8th day since my complaint has been given, no action has been taken. Absolute stupidity.
Please refund my amount, your company is a Fraud !!!
This company needs to be shut as early as possible, maybe a protest against this company is a good idea.
No response whatsoever from the company. Will gather as many people as possible, and try to start protest very soon.
I request consumer forum to support customers in this protest !!!

    I am facing frequent internet disconnection from last 3 months with ACT Fibernet. I have raised a lot of complaints with customer care and there is no permanent solution for my issue. The team who are working are least bother about us and they are not responding properly.

    I spoken with senior person Sirish(Supervisor for customer care), He says from next time on wards you will not get any issues and provide a permanent solution.

    I told him I recorded the call and please say it same words as you said earlier then he cuts the call.Very worst customer care responses till now.

    Take this as complaint and providing permanent solution for my issue is really helpful.

      I am facing frequent internet disconnection from day 1 with ACT Fibernet. I have raised a lot of complaints with customer care and there is no permanent solution for my issue. The team who are working are least bother about us and they are not responding properly.

      Because of this issue, I have lost income of more than 3 lakhs and also more valuable projects. I have mentioned the same every time while communicating with customer care. They are not at all listening my words about this.

      Even if I get the internet connection today then it will be disconnected tomorrow. It is happening all time.

      In case of bill, they told that the bill will be adjusted only if there is no internet connectivity for more than 3 days. In my case there is no internet for 2 days and connection will be there at 3rd day and again no internet for 4th day. It continues like this from day 1 to till today. It is really sounds not ethical business.

      Take this as complaint and providing permanent solution for my issue is really helpful.

        Dear sir,
        I changed from reliance to act fibrenet internet because of the compulsion of act fibernet as the local vendor had sold it to act. I told them very clearly that i work from home and cannot afford to miss the internet. They promised me that the internet will be back next day evening. I started recording their commitment over the phone as i did not trust these people. They made me wait for 3 days and i could not work from home because of which i ideally lost around 3000 rupees as loss of pay. Sir, i have all the recordings from the agent who kept telling, it will happen now it will happen in the afternoon etc. They made me wait for 3 days.
        How can i be reimbursed for this loss? I give my number if anyone has to contact me from your end. [protected]

          Our broadband connection was not working since 29th afternoon. I had tried calling on tollfree [protected] but the number was not working. I tried calling on[protected] also, it was ringing, but no one attended the call. Yesterday morning, i called and registered a complaint number [protected]. I was assured solution within 24 hours.             Dear Sir, I have availed ACT Fibernet services from May-2015 till May-2016. This month I have switched to other provider and raised a request for disconnection with ACT. BUT, today, I have received a invoice due from ACT for service fee for next 6 months. This is unfair. Why should I pay the service charges for next 6 months, when I have requested for disconnection already? No one from ACT has approached me before generating INVOICE for next 6 months.

            This is very much disturbing and I am feeling pressurized due to their billing actions without informing or discussing with me.

              I have ordered a new connection on 15th may i. E. 2 weeks back on act broadband through live official chat on website. I have inquired whether the connection in my area is available or not. They confirmed me its available and promised me to provide the connection in 2 days, believing the i have disconnected my current connection which is a long hectic process to reconnect. They haven't contacted me since then. So i again contacted them on live chat after few days. They least cared about previous request and again registered for a new connection & promised again to provide connection in my area. I waited for their call and had chat with them yesterday. They denied providing me the connection in my area saying local cable operator is not allowing. I was shocked to know when i ordered connection on act, why should i take permission at local service provider. They should provide the needed for local service provider for connection as they promised to the customer. I requested d same to the executive and he replied that he would pass on to higher executives and contact me again. They ignored d customer again, so i called them and spoke with their representative, again he repeated the same regarding local operator not providing. Over d top he's forcing me to accept that act representative contacted me on may 19th. I can open debate.. They didn't even call me a single time. Am asking a simple question. When they know there is a local service provider issue, why they kept me waiting 10 days and promised me. I have disconnected my connection and there is loss of work. I insist its act responsibility to provide the needed for local service provider or why advertise on tv when they cannot fulfill promises and waste customer time.

                  I am a medical transcriptor from home, it is an online job one can think how much net support can be expected for an online job work home based. Last week, i have suffered a lot due to net unavailability. When i called the customer care[protected]. It was kept busy tone or engage tone. It is not a new thing as i have noticed and might all the customer know that whenever actfiber company have server or technical problem. They will keep the customer care on hold and after rectification of their service. The customer care call centre will start running. Okay, there will be technical problem or etc. But, the company's first duty is to intimate the customer about the interruption. It was not done. I faced a lot problem. I was in a state of losing job. Now, today after one week our great people from act fiber called me and asking "u r having problem with actfiber we are there to rectify".

                    Act, beam telecom is one of the worst internet service provider who steals your confidential information on your computer. I would like to complaint about the same with higher official who screws them up or controls them to protect the consumers. They are very bad in their service. They hack the system and information.

                    When i try to develop a confidential project, they are stealing the data and trying to black mail by controlling my computer. They are doing distributed dos attacks on my system to not work on the project.

                    Act fiber net creates issues online everyday. They stop all the processes that are intended to work with. They simply close all the applications that you work with. They dont even connect us with customer care to register the complaint.

                    It is mere waste of time and money to use their internet. They disturb all the focus that is intended to work, they deviate and disturb all the time to just satisfy their ego.
                    No rating at all. One of the best worst internet service provider in the market.

                      I need my complete data usage details.

                      I'm using 100 Mbps plan I get 200 Gb, whole 200 Gb exhausted with 15 days o[censored]sage, that means you people calculating both upload and download data.

                      I feel something fishy is going on here, because yesterday (27/05/2015) I have reset my FUP due to some urgent file download I have paid 234 Rs and I got 26 Gb data, I kept 24 Gb file for download after downloading 20 Gb I have received a message that is my Fup has reached 100% when I checked the download speed it decreased 100 Mbps to 4 Mbps.

                      Today again I reset My Fup I have paid 177 Rs and I got 19 Gb again I kept the files for download after downloading around 8 Gb I have received a message that my FUP has reached 100% usage.

                      Now again i have 177 rs I need to check now.

                      I don't understand what is happening here. I feel that some kind of cheating is going on here.

                      I'm planning to file a FIR on ACT I have been cheating by you people from the past 2 years, I have been paying around 13k for 6 months plan.

                      I need my complete data usage asap.

                      Act Broadband...the worst network ever and big a scam

                        There has been no internet connection for me since 2 weeks. When i call the act fibre customer care, the say the same thing over and over again "please give us 48 hours.. We understand.. There was fibre cut issue in your area.. Sorry fo inconvenience.." blah blah blah!! What is the problem!! For 2 weeks?? What are they digging?? A tunnel into china?? No other internet provider takes this much time to solve a problem!!

                        The highlight is the way the act fibre technicians handle this. They dont call back!! Even after 2 weeks, i am yet to receive a call from them! And since i luckily saved the number, i keep calling them but they dont answer!! I was preparing for lawcet exam, and i couldnt ude my own internet!! Its just not accetable!! The worst internet povider in the history and probably for the next century too!! The worst!!!

                          I along with 4 colleague have been using beam services for the last 3 and half years .The account was registered with the name of one of our colleague who shifted to Pune and now we want to change the account holder name with other colleague name i.e. in the same location and same address. When I called to the customer care they are saying I need to pay installation charges again and need to take a new connection at the same address and for already existing setup.
                          As this is my second complain, reason was, I couldn't see any reply(except asking registered mobile number and id) from them when I posted my first complain.

                            I have an act fibernate connection and yesterday it went down. I called the customer care, they kept on telling, "we are looking into the issue". It's one day and we do not have the connection. We use this connection heavily. They are not acting on this issue.

                            We need this connection for lots of work and when this gets down, we get issues completing our work stuffs.

                              #actfibernet one of the worst internet service provider, i regret to take this network... My internet at home is not working from 19th may, when contacted (Btw customer support is not 24/7) on 20th may morning 8am they said 24hrs, same evening was heavy storm and in my area manikonda, there was power cut till 22nd may, i understand there can be some wire disconnect bcoz of storm and this may take some time to fix (But will it take 6days or more?)... Anyways we got power on 22nd evening, good job electricity department 👏 and ghmc for cleaning the mess so fast... But no internet till today... Disgusting 😈

                              I escalated, spoke to the supervisor multiple times and without resolving my issue they closed my escalation ticket, and when asked very royally he says with us no ticket shud be open more than 48 hrs 😵 which means without resolving the issue they can close the ticket.. Oh wow, is this the service you provide? Horrible, pathetic service #actfibernet.. When electricity board can work and fix the power issue in just 2days, cant you guys #actfibernet fix internet issue? Very irritating, annoying... 😈

                                ACT Broadband — I have ordered a new broadband connection

                                I have ordered a new connection on 15th may i. E. 2 weeks back on act broadband through live official chat on website. I have inquired whether the connection in my area is available or not. They confirmed me its available and promised me to provide the connection in 2 days, believing the i have disconnected my current connection which is a long hectic process to reconnect. They haven't contacted me since then. So i again contacted them on live chat after few days. They least cared about previous request and again registered for a new connection & promised again to provide connection in my area. I waited for their call and had chat with them yesterday. They denied providing me the connection in my area saying local cable operator is not allowing. I was shocked to know when i ordered connection on act, why should i take permission at local service provider. They should provide the needed for local service provider for connection as they promised to the customer. I requested d same to the executive and he replied that he would pass on to higher executives and contact me again. They ignored d customer again, so i called them and spoke with their representative, again he repeated the same regarding local operator not providing. Over d top he's forcing me to accept that act representative contacted me on may 19th. I can open debate.. They didn't even call me a single time. Am asking a simple question. When they know there is a local service provider issue, why they kept me waiting 10 days and promised me. I have disconnected my connection and there is loss of work. I insist its act responsibility to provide the needed for local service provider or why advertise on tv when they cannot fulfill promises and waste customer time.
                                Previously when i complained about this, act representative just inquired my contact number and never replied... so stressing my contact number

                                  I am facing internet outage since last 15 days and have been following up with ACT customer care, Nodal team and Appellate authority in Hyderabad since day 1, but nobody is responding and nobody is taking any action on that. I also asked them to close the connection and refund my money but that is even not taken seriously. I want to escalate it to higher authority. If anyone could provide me any email ID for escalation that would really help me. I am really frustrated with this poor service.

                                    I've been observing intermittent internet connectivity issue in this month i.e. May '16. The customer care and nodal officer number is always busy. I had to wake at 8 AM after doing night shift just to call the customer care. The customer care is worst than ever, the only word they know is "no". Multiple follow-ups and end of the day the issue re-appears. One complaint number, I escalated to the escalation team and to my surprise there wasn't any call back.

                                    On 22nd May, the field engineer claimed that the issue is resolved. Cable from switch till my WiFi router was changed, prior to that amber led was blinking on the router but after the cable change it went off. For second opinion, we tested the connecting the ISP cable to the desktop directly and the error was media disconnected. The service engineer still claims that issue is at my side and not at act fibernet. Just to let you know my desktop isn't from the stone age .. I bought it just couple of years back ..

                                    I just perform a simple test, connected the WAN and LAN port with a network cable and the light was up. this is should be enough proof that the issue isnt with my wifi router.

                                    No even a single ticket was even attempted to resolve within 24 hours, which act fibernet claims as their TAT/ETA.

                                    I need someone from the technical team to resolve the issue in 24 hours and refund money for the days internet wasn't working. I'm very frustrated with the torture of customer care and escalation team. Instead of convenient, act fibernet is turning out as harassment .

                                      We got the internet connection on sunday 15-5-16 and we bought the router on thursday 19-5-16.As per your service engineer instruction we tried to contact the person several times from 20-5-16 till today but no one arrived for the configuration of the router.

                                        I along with 4 colleague have been using beam services for the last 3 and half years .The account was registered with the name of one of our colleague who shifted to Pune and now we want to change the account holder name with other colleague name i.e. in the same location and same address. When I called to the customer care they are saying I need to pay installation charges again and need to take a new connection at the same address and for already existing setup.
