They are skimming money from customers in the name of rounding off

ACT fiber net has been rounding off the bill amount to the higher value without the consent of the customer. When i mailed them they asked me to pay the actual amount while their website refuses to accept an amount lower than the actual amount.

Their employees do not have an answer for the same.

As consumers are we liable to pay the excess amount?...

Act Corp earlier called as Beam Tele, An Internet SP for domestic usage in Hyderabad. Initially, when installing the Internet connection at home normally they will take 500 towards installation charges, Also they will have some offers such as if you are going to pay 6 months charges upfront nearly about 4.7k they would waive off installation charges. Opting this plan, I had paid them 6 months bill upfront, unfortunately...

Inactive connection, poor service and noboby picking up calls after registering complaint

I complained so many times that the user id and password is not working. First 3 days no proper response, after which nobody picks up the call after seeing my number. I have been asking to close the connection for 5 days and still there is no response. I didn't receive even a single call after my complaints....

Consuming more data than the usage

Shifting of act fibernet

Recently (2 months back) I renewed my account for further 6 months .

Now when I am shifting my residence to other locality, I was told that the new locality does not have feasibility for ACT fibernet. When asked for refund of remaining amount, I was told that there is no refund policy and I need to forgo the amount paid in advance.

ACT equipment removal from my premises

Worst customer service

After taking bill, they are not even installing the connection
For collecting money, ACT people come so fast, but to give a connection we have to call them
I called u people 20 times, they are not even responding properly

Act fibernet cheating on the name of fup

Before i was so much happy with there plan which was not exceeding. Now, my 50 GB of data exceeded within 10 days that's really bad news for me. ACT cheated again i did recharge of FUP exceeded of 500 that too exceeded within 2 days and then again i did recharge of 350 that too exceeded within 4 days and then today i did 5 GB recharge it's exceeded within an hour. Act broadband internet service issues

We have taken broadband from ACT just a month ago and our Registration Number is 11655247.

The service is horrible and every now and then it gets disconnected and no there will never be throughput for us depend on their services. In just a month since we took, it's already 4-6 days of downtime we have already encountered with their technical team not attending to it.

I had a downtime for one full day and, I have raised a compliant. Technician resolved the issue by the evening. I have called up customer care and requested them to review my bill as I had one day downtime. They informed me that they can give a downtime only if the complaint is not resolved in 24 working hours. Means 3 days. I couldn't work for 8 hours and they are not ready to consider my working hours. So stupid.. Whenever you have a downtime...

Internet service provider not keeping up the words as in the advertisement

This Internet Service provider traps in people advertising that their service is Incredibly fast and I have been using this connection for about more than 6 months!
They have been providing the speed that they have been mentioning and then for the past three months it's not even 10% of what they mention!

My fup limit of 75 gb got over in just 10 days

Hi,

My ACT Account No: 1100660. My FUP limit of 75 GB got over in 10 days.

Similar thing happened last time also and technician told me that it was due to some wrong update.

It has happened again and it is not acceptable. I want detailed log of my website usage on each day.

If this continues i will discontinue my account with ACT.

Slow issue and gb are exhausted and poorest customer service

We have a Beam connection from last 1 year.
Suddenly net Speed is going to Slow and GB's are Exhausted.then we are complaint to the Customer care they said "okay we send technician and he solve it." from last 2 months but no one came and solve it till now.we complain more than 20 times from last 2 months and sometimes they didn't connect to care.
Even YouTube can't work. Viswaroopa is better 1000 times better than Beam....
