Frequent disconnections

I started using their service by the later mid of Jan.
Only for few days, I did not face any issue either with the connectivity or with the speed.
I have already raised many complaints via phone (their helpline[protected]
They say that their server is down 'at times'
This is the most unreliable ISP I have ever used.
In 24 hours there is only connection for 12 hours (that too intermittently) that too...

ACT broadband is a Fraudulent company that cheats it's customer of the right to service and redressal.

I raised a complaint just a day after the installation on December 31, 2015. The Internet connectivity was intermittent at the best and it was barely usable.

I followed that up with many calls to its customer service but to no avail. Most of the times they were not even reachable. Even if they were they giving...

ACT tv a fairly new company provides fiber optic broadband in Chennai. The speeds are deceptive because The actual internet speed promised in the package is not reflect in browsing and download speeds during internet use. My account number is 1162571

On top of that the internet connect drops for 4-5 hours almost everyday. Sometimes the connection is down for days. I have tried contacted the customer service on multiple occasions....

Fup scam

My account ID is 11485864 . I have been a user of ACT broadband in cheenai for 2 years and have had no problem . The second month of my connection in bangalore and overnight my data is showing 17gb to 77gb overnight . It is humanly impossible for it to have been used up overnight . I had filed a complaint on 8th feb and was promised action in 24 hours . After hours and hours of calling and talking to customer care executives nobody has resolved...

Customer service at its worst

They will do what ever they think or how it is beneficial for their incentives.

Initially they have raised the request for activation without intimating to me for which i informed them earlier to active after 15 days.

I have been using Beam/Act in hyderbad for the past 5 years and never had to worry so much on FUP levels.

Act bangalore, i suspect and am pretty sure by now is cheating heavily on FUP. I reset my FUP on JAN 9th and since then have not downloaded anything except a windows update for 2-3 gb. yet it shows that i have already consumed 25gb.

I am pretty sure ACT Bangalore is CHEATING since i consciously have kept...
