There has been internet connectivity issues with act fibernet, but it has reached a worst point this month with more than 50% of the time the internet was down and the company is taking upto 7 days to resolve an issue which they used to do within 24 hours when it was beam (Act fibernet brought major share in beam). I have raised a series of complaints as [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc and they were either closing the ticket without any resolution saying that the system is auto closing the ticket. How worse is the customer support process if a ticket is getting closed without any resolution. Their turnaround times for issue resolution has become worst. Which proves their lack of execution. Regarding approach-ability their customer care number was coming as "the customer your calling is busy on an other line" that is the freakish thing i have heard. Looks like they have put only 1 person in the customer support! Or else why would the call come as person is speaking to someone else. Right now this is not coming but we have to wait in line for a long time for the support executive to connect. This also shows doubt if there is a handful of people if not the only person in customer support. As i did not hear from them, and have been calling them on a daily basis, i asked the customer care executive to connect to his manager as i was really pissed with their careless attitude. I was on line for 25 minutes. Freaking 25 minutes and still the executive could not connect me to his supervisor saying that there is a long queue. I had to wait on line for that much. I have recorded this in a video and will be sharing that in the internet and will try to spread it as much as possible to create awareness of their worst customer support system and save atleast a few people from falling prey to their dubious advertisements which in my experience with them have proven to be outright wrong. I have been customer of their services since it was earlier beam. As beam customer support system was commendable, within 3 to 4 hours of raising complaint, there used to be a person at my house and the ticket would be closed within 24 hours. While all this happens, i would be well informed as to what the problem was and what they did. Ever since act, the time for technician visit went to 7 days, sometimes no technician visit happens. There is no call or proper explanation from the technician. They say there was a problem on backend and dont say what the problem is. Their system automatically closes the ticket if it is not resolved, what the hell does such a system do to help customers!! To anyone out there thinking to subscribe to act fibernet, my experience and you can read hundereds of such worst experiences on their very own act fibernet page in facbook has been one of the worst. Their technicians are ghosts you dont know if they even exist. Their customer care executives are zombies saying evertime that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours as if they were ivr. I sometimes feel sorry for their cust care executives because all they hear are complaints and all they can say is sorry, will be resolved in 24 hours. Anyways from customer standpoint it drives us crazy hearing samething and see no action. Worst of all as per me could be their management as they seems not to care and may be looking only at earning and not on customer satisfaction. They will soon see the earnings drop and customer numbers drop because of their worst support and as giants like airtel and other are taking market share with exceptional support. At almost the same price. I only hope that act will correct themselves and provide good customer support but looking at the worst experience from people like me on the forms, it doesnt look they care and vanish like other biggies who were unable to win over customer loyalty and are now forgotten as history.
