I've registered a complaint three days back with ACT regarding non-working of the battery (which gives 4hrs backup during powercut as promised by ACT) in the box as there is no internet connectivity during powercut and no one attended to it. I received a call from the technician 'kiran' immediately after registering the complaint asking to call and remind him on the next day. In the next two days I called him four times and everytime I call he says that he will attend to it within an hour.
I was fed up with this sought of behavior and called the customer care executives. They did nothing but registering another complaint regarding non-working of the battery. When you people can't really attend to the problems within 24hrs why do you promise so, while giving a new connection? Bsnl service is better than you guys, they respond the very next day after registering the compliant.

      Hi,

      I had raised a complaint against mobikwik for not refunding the failed trasanction amount of Rs.1545 (complain # 1219874).

      I immediate got a call from Mob# [protected] following the above ticket submitted on consumer complaint site. The person on call said he is handles mobikwik related complains on consumer complaint site. He immediate asked me for my bank account details (username or sbi card number) and then said he will redirect me to somewhere where i have to speak my password for netbanking.
      I immediately realised it is a spoof so i disagreed to provide any such information.

      Please let me know if this is the process for refunding the amount from mobikwik?

      Please take action if this number #[protected] was a fraud.

        Hi i have taken a Act Fiber net connection in the month of Aug 2015 and requested to shift the connection to a New address in Punjagutta on Nov 14th. After almost a week followup the customer team explains me the their cant shift the account to new address, because of lack to domestic connect in that particular area and i need to buy a setup box for 2500/-. I requested them deactivate the account and refund me immediately.

        The very next day i have called from a new number and name and requested for a new domestic connection, and i got a new connection in the same location within a day, which their previously couldnt shift and apart from it a representative calls from their headquaters and informs me that my refund cheque is dispatched and will be received by Jan 6th 2015, which i haven't received it till present date.

        The Customer support team is pathetic and cant understand what the problem is address it by just saying it would be rectified in 24-48 hrs.

        Bad bad bad and horrible services. I requested for shifting the connection on 6 Nov 2016 and was told that it will be done immediately. Till today no action has been taken in spite of making hundreds of calls to the customer care. Even after submitting the address proof they failed to shift my connection. It's been 9 days now and there is no action taken. On top of it I m being reminded every now and then to pay my bill. You people have the worst customer service. I am completely disappointed. You people only want to get new customers. I wish you would take care of your old customers as well.

        I have shifted to other place and requested for the re connection in different place. The shifting team asked to share the location but after that there is no reply from them, Its been 2 days, and its ridiculous.
        Please revert me back ASAP.I am really frustrated with this behavior.
        Yes they won't provide proper net connection I am from old City chandrayangutta, I always face the problem of disconnection when ever I call to customer care they just tell the same line sorry for the inconveniences that cable has disconnected from the pole we try to solve the problem as soon as but once we call them they won't take step we need to call them again n gain then only they do work and always cutomer Care roots are busy when they free they say same lines sorry for incovence.
        They area land connection person won't asnwer they call they need time to make it's like this half of the month we can use net service half of the month we need to launch the complain.
        I have also requested for a shift connection but the team has not contacted yet..
        Customer care says it will take 1 week to do so but if a new connection can be given in a day then why 1 week for shifting. Its insane

          I am facing similar problem since last 6 months, I have 75 gb download limit which gets exhausted within 15-18 days and everytime I complain act executives call send me a log saying that I have used this limit and talk very arrogantly. This time their executive tarun Sharma had the audacity to tell me that I can go complain where ever I want. Act seems to be fooling people as I see similar complaints s here and most of my friends are facing same problem. Iam going to file an fir against act and drag them to consumer court.

            I have taken broadband connection 6 months back and paid one time amount for 6 months. On Jan 3rd, 6 months completed. November 2015 last week internet not coming. I reported to ACT. They told cable was cut at hub level. Need to put a hub in my home which i am staying in rented house. There is no possibility in my home to setup. For this same without giving information and coming to me they are closing my reported tickets. Even though i escalated they don't respond to my calls. They entertain like this till one month. Finally i say OK to put hub in my home. Then they told will give connection by evening. After 2 days also they are not came to me. Again i called, they told me there is no possibility to give connection to you. So call to customer care and ask refund for non usage. Because of their cable rule it should not goes with power pols. In this case why connection given me at first time? Why entertain one month to say this? Finally i called to customer care and updated what is happening. Asked for refund.
            Again they called me we can not give refund to you as per our rule. If you take net connection in future, we will give on that time. How its possible to in future there is no connectivity. Even i asked about that rules also. They are not mentioned any where.

            ACT guys are playing with me on this. How much loss i face on this. See following complain tickets.

              I have been using Beam/Act in hyderbad for the past 5 years and never had to worry so much on FUP levels.

              Act bangalore, i suspect and am pretty sure by now is cheating heavily on FUP. I reset my FUP on JAN 9th and since then have not downloaded anything except a windows update for 2-3 gb. yet it shows that i have already consumed 25gb.

              I am pretty sure ACT Bangalore is CHEATING since i consciously have kept a tab since jan 9th 2016.

              Beam hyderabad is Pretty Good. ACT BANGALORE IS JUST HORRIBLE !!! Hey Beam hyderabad, i took connection in bangalore thinking beam hyderabad and act bangalore are same. THEY ARE NOT !!! ACT Bangalore are plain old cheats.

              I have already raised the complaint ticket on your portal
              I was forced to upgrade to 125 gb plan... now in 7 days with 0 torrent downloads and basic facebook/youtube usage on weekends, the usage is 30gb ... I MEAN SERIOUSLY, HOW DID I CONSUME 30GB OF DATA IN 7 DAYS ? I am convinced that ACT TV is cheating consumers and forcing them to do FUP RESETS !

                If they have any problem involving the network or technical glitches
                they expect me to go out of the way and co-operate even if it means incurring a loss
                but if i the customer have any problem act fibernet cant even bend a small rule to undrstand my situation.
                services are never provided on time. if they comit 8hrs they always take 24hrs and never do it in 8.
                if i am paying i require services as well
                i cant change to another provider as they have the best available speeds

                  I have unexpectedly registed fro hungama pro account from act user. I received a bill to pay for 2 months, i paid the bill as they suspended my wifi account and i said them to unsubscribe, but they didn't. I will not pay the bill next month. please help me out, i'm not at all using hungama services either. its so sad that we are users of act fiber. Not only this last time we faced problem regarding wifi for a month

                    I am an account holder with Act fiber net with INR 1050/month rental package, Since beginning I was facing issues with Internet connectivity and every-time I raised complaint technician used to visit and say fixed, but same store after some days, as it was going ridiculous I have moved to monthly subscription from 6 months, and since almost 10days I was unable to neither connect internet nor able to raise complaint as their customer care was not reachable and if call gets connected also IVR used keep me on hold for 10mins/13mins/8mins kind of time and disconnected, today at last executive came online and after listinning all, she said this is retention team call so transferring to them, and lady from retention team came online and was asking for time to check with field team and back-end technical team, I asked her for activation until, and said would pay the bill if resolved, she straitly deanyed and said if I pay the bill only activate the account if not please, , , (I don't kno what it means).

                    This no/poor internet connectiviyt issue I am facing almost every fortnight, and requested them to change th hub atleast but no response at all, I was a happy customer of other internet service provided and they forced me to come on to ACT, now least bothered to resolve the issue, and surprisingly they are least bothered when I said I am going to raise this issue with consumer forum, and retention lady said please go-ahead.

                    They are meant with customer amount not mean to support customer!!!

                      I had subscribed 50mbps and paid six months advace, was promised d-link 850 router. The reality got a basic router after 17days and the download speed is 2 to 10 mbps. Think before you subscribe ACT fibernet.

                      I have booked a new connection on 6. 11.2019 and paid also. Still now I didn't get the connection . Called several times to customer care. Everyone they are telling 24 hrs we will get the connection but after several 25 hrs I didn't get the connection.

                        My account id is 11253318. subscribed for ACT storm 75gb. i was using ACT blaze and 50gb got expired so early by 15 days itself so i upgraded to ACT storm and i face the same problem now. i request act to send me my internet usage details. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com .and during night time my internet speed is less than 3mbps. i did speed test for 4-5 times and i found the same results. and for every 2 hours i need to log in to the portal page which is very annoying.and most of the times the portal page wont load.resolver has also not help me solve the problem.i need to call the customer care all the time to fix the issue.please get back to me ASAP.

                          I had subscribed for a new connection on Jan 10 through a sales representative by paying an amount of Rs. 15, 120 through cheque. My User ID is 1367662. I was initially promised that the connection would be installed before 14th of Jan. But, after the amount was deducted, no response from any person till date and the connection is still pending. After repeated call was able to talk to a executive on Jan 14th. Got a reply that the person who was supposed to provide the connection was on leave and it would take couple more days for the connection to be installed. Poor service from the Beam Telecom people. Have asked to install the connection immediately within 2 days or reimburse the paid amount.

                            There is no internet connection from last 36 Hours, I have called customer care more than 10 times but technicians are not even coming to fix this issue. What kind of services ACT is providing. Shame on you that you are cheating with poor service.                                   I booked ACT broadband connection (CID1357995) documents were submitted on 29th. I was promised installation within 24 hours. The application was confirmed and the message mentioned installation within 10 days. A team visited on 31st to install, but could not locate ACT network point. After repeated follow up with the sales, called customer care on 7th, who promised solving the issue within 24 hrs. I get a message on 8th Jan that the complaint ([protected]) will be attended on 15th Jan. Not sure it means installation on 15th Jan

                                    My Account Id 1239373, subscribed for ACT Blaze (50GB FUP). Since last month facing problem with FUP, 20th December speed went down to 512kbps from 30mbps.. thinking I consumed the full FUP, went ahead with FUP rest and end up paying Rs. 426 to got another ~25GB on 21st Dec. To my surprise, again speed went down to 512kbps with in a week. This is when I felt something going on wrong with my account, I'm sure I haven't used 25GB in a week time. Today it is confirmed... ACT is tampering the FUP. For my account FUP was automatically rest to 50 GB on 1st Jan, Today again (5th Jan) speed went down to 512kbps.. I called the customer care to hear I have consumed 51GB in 4days. This is impossible, I might have actually consumed 2-3GB and not 51GB. It proves that ACT is tampering the FUP. Though I'm not sure this is happening only with my account, but I do see similar complaints created. 2 requests 7174401 are 7174448 were created for the same, hope ACT can resolve these on priority.. 6th Jan : Today, couple ACT executives called me and trying to prove that this is consumed by me or someone hacked my router. They also send me report.. Which clearly show that couple IP address are added to my account wrongly.. (notice there is no change of IP for a prolonged period and a continuous download during the day and night).

                                        As per the ACT advertisement of referral scheme on introduction and activation of account the person referring would be given 2 movie tickets in 2 weeks. It has been over 3 months and I have not received what was promised over and above I have reminded and asked them about the same and have been promised that it will be resolved soon but no action has been initiated.
