My gb's are getting exhausted without usage

I am noticing my broadband usage is getting finished even without my usage and when sending complaint to act company via email i am receiving not even one reply and if calling call centre and asking to talk to a senior person they are telling to send email. I have sent 3 email's from 17th december but didn't get even one reply till now. Please help me in getting my connection proper....

Before i tell anything bad about ACT broadband : You guys can try to call ACT Customer care and see how much you get charged to get connect to Customer Care : Even if you get connect, they would say give us 24 hrs to resolve . For me every month am wasting 200 + Rs for ACT Customer care alone . and additionally i have to recharge my Data Card ....

Discount not applied in bill for junction box usage

Internet connection not working since beginning Sept 2015
