Shifting request not being addressed

It has been 5 days i made a request to shift my connection. Still it is not addressed and It is impacting my work highly. Also no compensation during this down time, i still have to pay full amount as per them. If I dont pay the bill for 1day i dont get internet, but they can have enough downtime to serve existing customers...

Modem spoilt and not being replaced even if I have warranty. - 102636625237

My connection has a problem for last 3 weeks. Every night my Internet disconnects only on the LAN but WiFi works.
I have raised several complaints and finally ACT engineer confirmed that the modem is faulty and it needs to be replaced..
I have raised several requests since then and yet the modem is not replaced and every request of mine gets automatically closed by ACT without fixing the issue...

I had paid 3887 towards my broadband connection with prospectus number[protected]. I was assured installation will be done same day. I made payment through the link sent by the sales person.

Internet doesnt work and engineer always closes ticket without fixing it.

Every night at exactly 12.57 am my Internet disconnects automatically and it doesn't work till next afternoon.
And next day afternoon I get a call from ACT engineer and they close my ticket without resolving the issue as soon as they hear that the Internet is working now (afternoon)
Even when I explain them the problem they just don't care and disconnect the call...

Broadband connectivity issue and call centre person non responsive

I have been having repeated ACT broadband connectivity issues at macha bolarum, Hyderabad happening almost every month. The worst part is it is extremely tough to reach their customer care number and after all the efforts once we get connected, the concerned person will not provide any solution and just beat around the bush stating " we will try our best and we cannot give you a confirmation on when the problem will be resolved". Damaged my properties

My house property is being damaged by ACT Fibrenet. I am following them to remove their Internet Boxes(Multiple Internet Boxes and Cables tied to our house. No response from them for ** days. Attaching the images for your reference....

Horrible customer service.

ACT is making a fool out o[censored]s. It is miserable.

We have been asking to fix an internet issue for more than 2 days.

Our work is pending and this happened at the end of the month.

They keep postponing unprofessionally.

This is very disappointing and annoying. We are planning to switch to another service if this dosent get better. Anyone who is a working professional should not rely...

I had raised a request for shifting my connection on 25 th April till now it was not resolved. I had already paid the bill for 6 months. I had raised the request in Twitter Instagram and it's customer support also but still it was not fixed. This is the worst service that I had seen...

ACT Fibernet- Not processing Refund for Connection which was never fixed

I had applied for a new broadband connection with ACT and their technicians never showed up to connect the internet. After multiple followups, I cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund, they said they will process the refund within 48Hrs and yet no update. Customer support executive called me an ###

I received a call from CUSTOMER care of Act broadband at 3.44 p.m on 27th April 2022 as I had raised w complaint my Internet was not working..
Their executive called me to enquire and when after a couple of questions he asked me something that I couldn't understand. And when I asked him to repeat it, he called *###" and when I questioned, he just disconnected the call.

Internet not working

The customer service of ACT is worst and poor. I have raised a complaint yesterday stating “Internet not working” and the resolution has not yet been provided. This has severely affected my deadlines as I am working from home. I am now planning to disconnect my ACT connection and change it to a different subscriber. Literally disappointed and fed up raising complaints every now and then....
