I opted for ACT 6 month subscription after confirming with ACT sales execution, that the connection is available on the premises and can be installed the same date (June 2nd 2022).
On paying 6 month subscription amount (Rs.7611.00/-), there is no proper response from your team. After continuous calls for 2 days, they said that a Switch needs to be installed in the premises and will take time. Hence, on June 4th, I raised a service request (Ref# SR[protected]) with Customer care to cancel the subscription and refund the amount. I haven't got any call from ACT till date and the service request got closed on June 6th, and the amount is not credited back yet.
Request you to look into the above issue on priority and process my refund back.

Below is the update as on 06/21/2022:
Got a new Refund ref. ID - SR[protected] raised by ACT team on June 18th saying that:
a. We will call you within 48 hrs for more details. Allow us 4 working days after sharing details.
b. You ticket tentatively expected to be resolved by 20th June, between 13.00 to 16.00.
Till now i.e. June 21st (9.40 PM) I haven't received any call or message from ACT team.
Request you to look into the issue at the earliest. Let me know if you need any further information from my end,
