I paid for 6+2 months plan, i was facing a lot of network issues recently which is causing me a huge loss in my official work, hence I asked for disconnection, they discinnected it but they are not ready to refund my amount back to my account, when asking customer care, they are saying to transfer it to some other ACT account or use the amount whenever you reconnect your account, I dont have friends having ACT fibernet which means they will not give me my amount back, I request TRAI to please take strict action against ACT Fibernet to stop such irrational loot from consumers. I need my hard earned money back ASAP.
