I am an ACT customer( acc no:[protected]/ mob no. [protected])since January 2021. In my area CX/HT permission problem so Recently I raised a disconnection request to ACT on March 28, 2022. Erratic internet service

We have now been using ACT Fibernet for the last 6 years and of late, we find that their quality of service has gone down terribly. The internet service is very erratic, and we often find intermittent disconnection of the internet. We have raised complaints several time but nothing works. Broadband

I have been using ACT for past 3 months and I have subscribed for 6+1 month pack, due to my job transfer I am moving out of chennai and ACT service is not available in area where I am moving, hence asking to disconnect and refund my remaining amount and your team is refusing to initiate for refund.

Please note when I subscribed I was promised that amount will be refunded to my bank account.

It's been 25 days and their customer service is just trying to act clever and playing stupid games. Always saying that it will be done in next 2 - 3 days. Installation denied and failure to refund amount

After the sales person ensured that the installation will be hassle free as there are already other customers in the same building, he made sure that the payment was done according to plan of choice. I submitted an account transfer request from my brother to wifes name. The account transfer and activation was promised to be completed by Friday 08th April'22. But here I am calling customer support and chasing the team to activate the account for 4 days and it still not yet done. ACT Safe custody advice and customer service

Regular disruption of services.

For the past 6 months at least once a month if not more my act internet services are disrupted due to faulty issues by the company. As a work from home employee having to repeatedly face this problems and having to repeatedly give complaints to the company who does not even fix it immediately causing us to miss|waste a days work. Moreover I would have to purchase further GBs from my cellular data provide just for that day to get the work...

Shifting charges

I had called ACT customer service for connecting shifting request...though in the new location right next to my house my uncle's building has main Act box from where the connection can be taken...but they are asking 650rs stating we charge the same even if you move the connection from hall to bedroom. I don't under why so much of charge...

Installation not done

I have taken airtel xstream fibernet connection on March 31st, 2022 by 8.50 am. I paid Rs. 2828 (799 plan for 3 months) through their airtel payments app. I was promised by the airtel agent that the installation will be done the same day. I received a message from airtel that the installation will be done by 12 pm by their engineer, but no one came for installation. I called the airtel agent multiple times, but he is not even taking my calls....

False promises to get customers back

I received a callback around 22nd March saying that if I reinstate my connection and pay for 3 months that I'll get the modem and 1 month free.

To my pleasant surprise after paying the money for 3 months I'm told that the modem is not in stock and that I'll need to wait for 7-10 days. Around the 7th day the ticket gets closed by the concerned team saying that the 3 month plan is not eligible for modem.
