Hello Team,
I am experiencing the same issue where i have asked for a refund and they have not paid the amount and every time i call them they say 24 hrs some one from Finance team will call and re fund the amount, but no one calls.
Looks like ACT is a cheaters company and they want eat Customer money.
I will have to raise a consumer complaint on this and publish that ACT is Fraud company in all leading social media sites.

    Dears,
    The ACT Fibernet is one of the useless broadbands I have ever used in my life. I have raised the ticket 11 days back, no one has responded so far, every time I have to call customer care for the update. But the response is always it will be fixed end of the day.
    They dupe the customers with false promises but shamelessly continue the business.
    their field engineers are the most useless people in the world, they don't want to call the customer or update the customer whether they are coming or not. I was waiting for the entire day for the guy, but he didn't show up at all.

      There are multiple connection and junction box installed in my house without any notice. Without any information, it is illegal to install these connection to other houses from my home.

        Hi my name is Vivek Raj, with Account number :[protected].
        My address : 20-140-4 Shamshabad .Hyderabad. 501218.
        Query : As i work for an MNC and due to Covid we started working from home and I opted for ACT as my net provider . after using it was few days the services got interrupted in my work .When i complaint the person from technical team said that the box is far from my house and if i put the box at my house it will not get interrupted and the current bill i will be getting Rs100 from ACT( As the box is fitted n my premises and the electricity is used from my home ) i did not used the Act services from last 2 months as I was in out of station ..Now i received a bill of RS 1646.84. now my question is from where did i get that bill when i did not use the services and what about the RS100 adjustment which i was promised to get for the power supply from my house .i request you to look into the matter or else I have to take serious action .I am fed up with the services of ACT when i call customer care they simply tell that they have raised complaint . but no use. I also received n number of calls from technicians i every time tell the whole story . but no use .hope you will look into thus matter .

          To cancel the new connection and Refund my money

          I have requested new connection of act fiber net on 14th may, I have made the payment for 12 months in advance. they have done the installation on the same day that's superb. After that my struggle start.after two hours my net goes of i thought some technical issue.it resolved by morning next day but not yet then i have raised the ticket, number SR[protected], Till Issue was not resolved even my calls to customer care.
          I am so disappointed...

          We are a family of People working in IT sector, and during this work from home times internet is very important monthly thrice or even more there will be a connection issue which is not resolved even after numerous complaints and requests fed up of this every time 48hrs. And more disturbing is that for billing they followup very efficiently whereas for complaints they take minimum 24hrs. Recharge your mobile net and act both of we have use act fiber net internet

              My customer id =[protected] from 13th may evening my internet is not working and promised resolution by 14th may big lie over there and act executive called me and said we have to change location of junction box and I gave premission to install to my premises also after that 0 response pathetic service from act they have no value for their customers and one of their customer care guy was unethical saying they are coming from far distance actual reality is the location he said is not more than 20min from my home rude behaviour saying they can come whenever they want on sunday and promised time was 10am and I wasted my whole sunday waiting for that act people false promise.Because of this people my office work is not productive at all.Higher authorities please take some serious action on these people we are not getting what we paid for.

                Okay, So I requested for a connection on 30th April and then cancelled it in few days and requested the support too and I paid Rs. 1884 as prepayment. I tried reaching out to them and they said the number is not registered but they do have received the payment and the number needs to be registered and then they can initiate refund and the billing team will readh back to me in next 2 days. Now it's 15th and I have written them 10-12 mails and called them 10 times for my refund and all they can do is just postpone and doge me. One of the worst customer service and freeloaders are in ACT, I have been so frustrated that they cannot even refund me my money for the service which I did not take. My prospect ID is [protected] and my phone number is [protected]. Act is actually one of the most pathetic company with worst customer support, Never in my life I am going to consider this fraud company.

                  the agent could not solve the issue to put my connection in my area due to box unavailability and asking me to wait a week, and i told the customer service to refund my money, which they havent done until now.

                  above mentioned is my ticket number for refund process, they were suppose to call me today, which they didnt, and are updating the call back time again!!! RETURN MY 2086 RUPEES

                    Already submit the recharge bill which are recently said on April 12th 2022 for the amount of Rs.1, 943.24 in that I received only Rs.851 and the deducted 750 for router... But, I already surrender router on 30 April 2022 and receipt no.4548... Still now, I did'nt received the router payment... Pls, refund my amount asap...

                      Hi, i had subscribed for act blaze 3months + router which had a renew date of 2nd may 2022 but before my renewal, on 28th of april act changed my plan on their on and billed me rs 1350 which is now due and to be paid by 15th of may, i just want to renew my oack and not pay for this exrta bill which i have never subscribed for, my name is syed hanzallah from bangalore, please resolve this issue asap.

                              It has been 5 days i made a request to shift my connection. Still it is not addressed and It is impacting my work highly. Also no compensation during this down time, i still have to pay full amount as per them. If I dont pay the bill for 1day i dont get internet, but they can have enough downtime to serve existing customers

                                My connection has a problem for last 3 weeks. Every night my Internet disconnects only on the LAN but WiFi works.
                                I have raised several complaints and finally ACT engineer confirmed that the modem is faulty and it needs to be replaced..
                                I have raised several requests since then and yet the modem is not replaced and every request of mine gets automatically closed by ACT without fixing the issue or confirming with me..
                                I still have warranty on my modem and they're just delaying the issue until my warranty is over.

                                THEY CALL BACK AND TAKE REQUEST EVERYDAY BUT ARE NOT FIXING MY ISSUE.

                                THE FIELD ENGINEER SAYS I HAVE TO RECEIVE A REQUEST FROM THE BACKEND TEAM. AND THE BACKEND TEAM SAYS I HAVE TO RECEIVE A REQUEST FROM FIELD ENGINEER AND NOBODY IS READY TO TALK TO EACH OTHER AND FIX MY ISSUE !!!

                                  Hi,

                                  I had paid 3887 towards my broadband connection with prospectus number[protected]. I was assured installation will be done same day. I made payment through the link sent by the sales person.

                                  Post that i called multiple times but till date no response from your side. Following your ignoring attitude i raised a cancellation request with request number, SR[protected] which was supposed to be addressed by today but again no call / email.

                                  If the connection speed was good enough then there would have been 10- 15 new connection in the building but now I don't think I would recommend you to anyone.

                                  I want my refund within the next 24 hours.

                                    Every night at exactly 12.57 am my Internet disconnects automatically and it doesn't work till next afternoon.
                                    And next day afternoon I get a call from ACT engineer and they close my ticket without resolving the issue as soon as they hear that the Internet is working now (afternoon)
                                    Even when I explain them the problem they just don't care and disconnect the call...
                                    This has been going on for two weeks now. Will someone fix this issue or not?

                                      I have been having repeated ACT broadband connectivity issues at macha bolarum, Hyderabad happening almost every month. The worst part is it is extremely tough to reach their customer care number and after all the efforts once we get connected, the concerned person will not provide any solution and just beat around the bush stating " we will try our best and we cannot give you a confirmation on when the problem will be resolved". To top it one of the girl to whom I spoke after repeated lamentation said she will connect to some higher authority and abruptly cut the call. Also she did not arrange any call back. They claim they will sort the issue in 24 hrs, but it never happens. Also they do not have any connect with the field workers is what the call centre person mentioned during one of my calls. Their escalation hierarchy is totally disconnected and clueless.
