I had applied for a new connection and they kept saying it is feasible and not feasible finally they said they will refund but nothing happens. They collect advance and make you run around to get back your money

Account activation in progress since last 4 days

I opted for ACT fibernet on 22 May but till I have not received any user credentials. When I try to login to app, it says account activation in progress. Customer care response is not satisfactory. Please help in resolving this....

ACT refund is not being paid and held by the team

We had prepaid for act 6 months plan and paid 7682 rupees to ACT. But in the building ACT wasn't allowed, so no installation was done and we requested for refund. But still now we haven't received the refunds and the guy who supposedly initiated the refund isn't responding and dodging the bullet.

Hello Team,
I am experiencing the same issue where i have asked for a refund and they have not paid the amount and every time i call them they say 24 hrs some one from Finance team will call and re fund the amount, but no one calls.
Looks like ACT is a cheaters company and they want eat Customer money.
I will have to raise a consumer complaint on this and publish that ACT is Fraud company in all leading social media...

They dupe the customers with false promises but shamelessly continue the business.

ACT Fibernet junction box not removed from my house

There are multiple connection and junction box installed in my house without any notice. Without any information, it is illegal to install these connection to other houses from my home....

To cancel the new connection and Refund my money

I have requested new connection of act fiber net on 14th may, I have made the payment for 12 months in advance. they have done the installation on the same day that's superb. After that my struggle start.after two hours my net goes of i thought some technical issue.it resolved by morning next day but not yet then i have raised the ticket, number SR[protected], Till Issue was not resolved even my calls to customer care.

Connection issues

We are a family of People working in IT sector, and during this work from home times internet is very important monthly thrice or even more there will be a connection issue which is not resolved even after numerous complaints and requests fed up of this every time 48hrs. And more disturbing is that for billing they followup very efficiently whereas for complaints they take minimum 24hrs. Recharge your mobile net and act both of we have use...

Refund not received neither any callback after 15 days

Okay, So I requested for a connection on 30th April and then cancelled it in few days and requested the support too and I paid Rs. 1884 as prepayment. I tried reaching out to them and they said the number is not registered but they do have received the payment and the number needs to be registered and then they can initiate refund and the billing team will readh back to me in next 2 days. Now it's 15th and I have written them 10-12 mails...

New connection - refund payment
