I have disconnected the act fibernet account more than a year ago, since then I'm requesting to remove the junction box placed in my house.
Act fibernet is using my electricity without at free of cost since one year. Inspite of several complaints, the box is not removed.

Even after several complaints my issue isn't resolved. Right after raising complaint at this platform the Act fibernet people contacted me regarding removal of junction box but have not taken any action in removing the box. My issue is still pending unresolved. Their internet doesn't work nor their customer service.

    I have an internet connection with ACT Fibernet with Acc no[protected] from past 7 years. I am really suffering with the worst service as they provided from past 2 months. From the Past 1 month I raised more than 12 tickets and I requested them everytime to change my cable to another router. But they are not listening their words and simply came and resolve the issue and close the tickets everytime. I am online software trainer and I had lot of sessions(each 1 hour) atleast 8 per day. I vexed with their service. Every customer care executive and every technician was not doing their job correctly and If I ask them there is no proper response and talking with me with very negligence. who is responsible for this? I want to file a complaint on them through Consumer Forum. From the past 1 week they raised around 6 complaints and they are not concentrating for the permanent solution. As I have lot of sessions on daily basis with my students. with this worst service How can I continue? Everytime they are requesting me" we wont repeat it again". but they are doing the same. I am facing lot of issues with them and I need a permanent solution and Please take an immediate action on this.

      I registered for ACT Lighting plan (AC ID[protected] and paid Rs 11089 as advance rental for 6 months+ security deposit

      The connection was installed on 16 June and from day 1, I faced frequent connectivity issues and slow speed for which multiple times complaint were raised but issue couldn't be resolved by the their technician.

      On 24 Jul, connection was disconnected after my request and SR (SR[protected]) was taken for the processing the refund for pending advance rental of Rs 8000.

      On 28 Jul, request was closed without processing the refund and when I contacted the customer care, I was told by Satish Kumar from ACT that we wouldn't process the refund and denied it completely. I asked him to connect with his supervisor/ manager and I was told he is busy and would callback in 2 hours but one one contacted even after writing multiple emails to customer care and nodal officer.

        I paid for 6+2 months plan, i was facing a lot of network issues recently which is causing me a huge loss in my official work, hence I asked for disconnection, they discinnected it but they are not ready to refund my amount back to my account, when asking customer care, they are saying to transfer it to some other ACT account or use the amount whenever you reconnect your account, I dont have friends having ACT fibernet which means they will not give me my amount back, I request TRAI to please take strict action against ACT Fibernet to stop such irrational loot from consumers. I need my hard earned money back ASAP.

          I have disconnected your services but when I have subscribed your plan your team told that 6 months plan if I took router will be free of cost. so, I picked that plan and after completion of 6 months disconnected your services.
          I got mail for router recover why??

            Registered account number is[protected] and ticket id is SR[protected]. I am asking for a refund but there no reply from their side and they closed ticket without solving it. First they said that they will transfer to my friends ACT account but after some time they said it is not possible. They are making excuses. So refund my remaining amount and close my account. Thanks

              I opted for act fibernet on 9th July 2022 under the assurance that they will give connection in 24 hours. Once the money is paid they said they don't have service in that area and they need 1 week time to give connection. So I request refund and raised ticket. They have not refunded till now. I got ticket followed up, escalated, got it to red alert status but each time they close the ticket without refunding my money. I paid money for router as well. Customer care say it's backend!! Nothing beyond that they can serve you any information. Their finance team is not connected to the customer tickets portal and hence there is no information on where my ticket or my money is stuck.

              There no call back, no escalation manager or matrix ...it's the worst customer service and even worst professionalism they show in this regard. They never meet on their deadlines and commitments

                    I was charged by ACT FIBER for 300 Mbps plan for more than two years but only got 70 Mbps speed. After I got to know about this by one of their technician, they didn't bother to register my complaint, for a whole month, in spite of my repeated calls; And, at last, when they finally did, they only spoke once with me and closed my ticket saying it was irrational.
                    The company has boisterously committed fraud and must face highest legal ramifications under consumer protection laws.

                    "I don't want worthless assurance for better service - I want my money, that I paid for 2 years, back!!!"; Because you frauded me by falsely giving 70 Mbps instead of 300 Mbps. This is a fair and legal reimbursement that I, as a consumer, am entitled to, by the consumer protection laws. You are behaving the same way every Act fiber guy ever behaved with me; You don't ever consider what I am trying to say and close my complaints every time by giving completely useless and unrelated resolutions. Shame on your immoral conduct and lackadaisical resolutions.

                      I simple request is to shift the box installed in my property.

                      1. the box is installed our property and consume our electricity.
                      2 Act informed, the box is tested and it consume very less electricity.
                      3. in regards to this act told will discount 60rs as this bill may come with only of 40rs to 50rs.
                      4. upon checking the bill it was more that the agreed amount.
                      5. informed act on this but response on this.

                      my requested started on june 12. today is july 19, and been more than a month.

                        I am complaing about these issue from start of this year still no resolution I am getting constant packet loss in csgo not me but whole bangalore people are facing same problem even my friend but still no resolution from act but other companies like airtel is working fine having to deal with same problem again again is frustrating if you complain all they do is call whole day and do some netstat stuff in cmd and same thing everyday no quality technicians are present I have no hope...

                        Please dont call me daily and bother me with same old stuff if you have really a workaround or solution then only call me.

                          We have been ACT Fibernet customer for years - in spite of their poor infrastructure. We do keep giving them constructive feedback on their unreliable broadband with a hope that they would scale up quick and resolve. But how wrong are we!!!

                          The levels of disconnect among their teams will make the customer wail in pain and with recourse to ANY resolution. When you ask the customer service to connect to a manager- they will promptly disconnect the call. Their service engineers care only about band-aid fixes. Whether it is running fiber cable over tree branches or someone else’s balcony or combination of all sorts of haphazard fixes that are designed to fail frequently. They won’t respond when given a feedback.

                          The broadband would be down for days on end (this even after we pay for 6 months in advance). But the customer service will argue that the service was only down for a day and they fixed it within 24 hours.

                          We wish other potential customers would take note and avoid them completely.

                            Dear Officer,

                            Since February I have been raising SRs for disconnection of services and as part of retention I had been false promised by technical team Area Manager Mr Phani ([protected]) multiple times.

                            Mr Phani and Sr. Area Manager committed many a times over the conference call with disconnection team executive, myself and Mr. Phani, Mr. Sohail and Mr. Arjun but failed to keep the promise and SRs are being closed or status of SR are being changed to billing or technical issue to avoid SLA.

                            I have all voice recordings wherein Mr. Phani and others buy out time multiple times to provide resolution and without my willingness and concern closed SRs. Below are the list of SRs raised for the same. Even I have sent list of emails multiple times with the evidences to the nodal team but it's been overlooked and overwhelmed.

                            I request the authority to stop playing games with the customers wherein we have lot of open options in the market. Iam disappointed and frustrated with the false commitment.

                                My Work order is WO[protected] Even after completion of the payment..the staff is not responding..                                     These are the service request raised by ACT fiber net for refund but then aren't doing anything.

                                    They took 6months money in advance and said they ll give internet connection and it is feasible at my location, later technicians came and said not possible it isn't feasible, so i requested for refund, they raised SR saying they ll close the work order and process refund, but they didn't process, after waiting for some days I followed up to which they said they ll raise another SR and refund ll be processed, but even this time they didn't process my refund yet and just would give excuses and keep pushing resolution date, it is been more than 10 days now.

                                        Intially Act sales called me and he was sure about new connect in my locality and asked me to pay for installation which i did. After 7 days also installation was not complete after multiple follow ups with act pathetic customer care team .they asked me to cancel the installation since they couldn’t able to establish new connection .they told me that refund will be credited after 3 business days. It’s been 15 days still no refund, i called customer care 100 times but they don’t want to help ans without my consent they are keep on closing the refund ticket SR[protected] .. what a pathetic service . It is my mistake to choose act when most of friends not recommend this provider .I NEED MY REFUND ASAP
