I had requested for new connection in spice garden layout, Marathahalli. After the sales person ensured that the installation will be hassle free as there are already other customers in the same building, he made sure that the payment was done according to plan of choice. Which i made, within the hour. But when it came to the installation person, he denied service mentioning issues with local ISP person in the area.
The least you can do is refund the 6months payment you have taken, at the earliest. But it is being delayed for more than 7 days now. When you call the customer service the give out fake information that the refund is processed, it just take 5-7 days to reflect in Bank. (DIGITAL INDIA).
Initially they are telling that the installation cancellation takes 2 days, they can only initiate the refund after that. I mean, creating account and taking payment happen in an hour. But cancellation and refund takes weeks. Clearly shows how you value customer.
Please provide the transaction details with Bank, which your coustomer service mentioning to have processed 3 days ago.
