I got a confirmation from ACT for a new account on JUL 28, 2015
I was assured by the representative (Venkat Subbaiah) that he would drop of the cable required the next day.
Which unfortunately didn't happen, and repeated phone calls to him have resulted in no follow up as yet.
On 5th August I received a phone call from ACT saying a technician would contact me within a day. But so far there has been no contact.
Please advise me on how you want to take this forward. If there is going to be further unnecessary delay then I would like to have my money back.
