Hi Complaint No: [protected] I have raised this complaint on Monday(07-Sep-2015) Morning and still the Complaint is yet to get resolved/attended. The complaint has been closed 2 times (Tuesday 8th Sep and Wednesday 9th Sep) without checking if internet connection is resolved. Every time i call they say we will get resolved by tonight 8:00 PM and days are passing already 4 days without internet. I deeply regret to have taken this connection. Please do not opt for ACT connection we are in Bannerghatta road area. The connection is very bad and frequent disconnect happens to internet. Regards, Krishna

    #beamfiber, Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time within 2 weeks that I am login a complaint. Why dont you guys respond back when we are coming up with issues again and again. When i call you, you endup giving me temporary solutions. I am not even able to login into the network. Worst thing is it was urgent and in spite of having internet (So called) i had to visit the internet shop to do my work.

      Dear act fibernet,

      Can u believe this, your fix provided for Internet service not working lasted 2 days only after about 10 days of service disruption.
      With due respect you guys are serious talents but clearly does not belong to anything related to Internet.try circus or conning.

      In last 45 days, I have used Internet for not more than 10 days, thnx to your effort to finding permanent fix, which clearly is rocket science to your dumb technicians.

      Please fix the issue or give my money back and disconnect the service. Will appreciate if you can do it in 24 hrs not like past where it took you 16 days or 10 days.

      Dear act fibernet,

      It is now 16 days that my internet is not up. Request you to stop acting smart by raising new tickets and closing old ones and look into the matter. I would request if you guys are convinced that you are incapable to restoring Internet, please refund my money.
      Also a sincere feedback for you guys : You are pathetic. Feel proud that you are worst service provider and you manage to recruit worst, dumbest and most irritating people as your call centre folks.

      My earlier complain on 20 th for your reference, just to show how efficient you guys are...

      My internet is down again. Last time it was down on 14th August, got restored on 17th August after lots of follow up with customer care and this forum. Now on 20th of August it is down again.

      Now my hassle of getting the complain lodged will start all over again. Getting access to their call center is really a pain but what is more insulting is the response I get that within 24 hrs it will resolved when they have resolved it for days or weeks but they will repeat it with same conviction.

      "I have been trying to call beam service centre for 4 hrs but always getting busy tone. Normally I have to try for 1 hr to get to lodge my complain, but today it is over 4 hrs.
      Basis my past experience where last time it took you 14 days to get my internet up, however your call Centre executives were able to get on call with 1 to 1.5 hrs. Now they are also an elusive commodity. Just wondering if this time you will take months to restore the net, but that stage will come once I am able to log complain. Let's see how it goes"

        In the month of August ie 03/08/2015 I cleared the bill (monthly rental) of amount 1198 rs. After the payment Internet was not working in the span two weeks continuously. If I regester a complaint they used to send messages saying its fixed during my working hours, but still Internet was not working. For a span of about 1.5 weeks internet was good and again this month (6/09/2015) Internet is not working again. These made me register this complaint aginst act broadband. I am attaching messages in my cell phone as a proof.

          Issue:- Able to use internet when used to wire but not able to use when connected to WIFI Router. Below is the frustration i went through with so called the Customer Care on how did they handle my complaint I had filed a compliant on[protected] at 11.37 am that my Internet connection is not working Fine with a Exec called Mithun from CC (Request Num: [protected]) as asked for priority it was promised to me that will be resolved before 5.00pm trusting that promise i waited for a person until 5.30pm were i never got a person or call or status of my compliant called CC again spoke to Exec Vishal who was showing attitude on cust that cannot resolve the issue immediate have to wait for 1 day when i asked for a manager call it was said to me that "if you speak to any supervisor same answer will be given which will not make any difference" later finally after requesting again n again spoke to a person called Sudheendra who spoke n said internet is now working same did happen..!! after few minutes i again happen to face same issue when called back spoke to a person called Shashank who was happen to inform that "IP is mismatched now" he does not know or he is not trained about how it happened & how to fix it says that complaint is been assigned to Engg who will resolve again for which i had to wait till the next day 8.00 pm. A Fantastic Customer service which is kept for just naame sake no Help Seen in favour of customers and again a Very Big ZERO in handling customer issues by the Leaders Leaders:- Shashank Singh, Sudheendra, Kiran S (My sincere request to these leaders to call Amex Customer Care once in their lifetime to know what is customer service & how to handle customers)

            Just because of they r monopoly in few areas in chennai, ACT fibernet is treating their customers very worstly. I have shifted my house and made requests for shifting of my connection. Almost other DTH and other service providers shifted my connection in two days.. But only ACT fibernet connection is not shifted even after 7days, I kept on calling the fking customer care, every day they used to say today we ll shift.. But I did not receive any calls. Again and again I used to call and ask about.. But I received a call from ACT to prepay the bill amount for which I m not using.. Service is very worst guys, this monopoly should be changed by OoDoO.. I request OoDoO to cover velachery area also..

              New account activated 5 days ago and yet no internet while I continue to get billed. Read on... I took an ACT connection recently (50 mbps). They activated my connection on 1st September. Prior to activation I went out and bought a router and disconnected my other service provider. They promised from day 1 that someone would come and configure my router but no one did and I finally did it myself. I've had a working Internet connection for 30 min only since then. I have a yellow triangle error saying 'No Internet connection'. I've tried everything to fix it myself parallely. Since then I've called their customer service everyday. Everyday the calls have lasted more than 15 mins (it takes 10 mins just to get a person) and I've been told various things like fiber issues etc. I've checked with my neighbour till 5 mins ago and the connection is fine. It's my ip issue which I have been seeking support for 5 days and yet no one from act has helped me or visited me. I've paid for the connection, router, all the phone calls not to mention the waste of time and energy. It's been 5 days and I don't have Internet while I continue to get billed. Your people keep calling and promising to come. Then they dont answer their phone and dont show up. three days in a row I have sat at home waiting.

                Hi, I took the new broadband connection with Account no:945104, userid: raghu.kick.[protected]@gmail.com.it got activated on 20 th june 2015. I Paid for 6 months 2696 rs (inclusive of tax) advance amount (for monthly 410 package).Due to the miscommunication given by the sales team they did not mention about charging of router we were unable to receive any kind of data from 5th aug 2015.t we called custome rcare and raised service ticket on 7 th Aug 2015.and donot know it got closed without any fix.so Again We raised second complaint ticket number 8262961. this one also they closed by sending one message related to ebill. when we called on 1st september again they gave compalint [protected] .Please help me

                  I have applied for new act fiber net broadband connection. They didn't responded for 4months...recently they came and fixed some wires and took 1300/- cheque.they said the connection will be given in 2days i.e;03/09/2015.                       My Online payment to August bill got failed at CCAvenue site on 15th August but the amount was deducted at the Paytm site, Raised the complaint([protected]) thru helpdesk and requested for Refund My id is ID 10906745 and refer the attachment which has successful payment id for CCAvenue (CC Avenue New Order #CCACH2ACV465) Help desk team informed that Refund has been initiated but till now there is no intimation of refund communication and there is no sign of refund. Every time when I call the helpdesk, they say concern team will respond but not received a single call or an email for the past 16 days on this and no clue on my compliant status as well.

                        Frequent interption in the services. 21 times internet not worked in last 2 months time.
                        And there is not escalation mechnisim in the place.

                        Company will collect the money upfront and subsequently they dont provide the services in time. We have to spend lot of time to complaint also.

                        Because of which i have lost office work hours and preparation of meeting works.
                        Which is effecting my profession career. Even they least bothered to provide the numbers to whom i can talk

                          Finally after a wait of almost more than a year we were very happy to see placards of ACT FIBERNET all over KEMPAPURA, BHUVANESWARINAGAR, Bangalore. I was contacted by your ACT executive “Abhishek” Ph # [protected], on 23rd August 2015 (Sunday), and he came to my residence and confirmed that you have recently started your services in our location and collected the documents and the installation amount of INR 500 plus 1 month advance for ACT BLAZE INR 1049 plus taxes I.E. a total of INR 1696 and confirmed that the connection would be given by 25th August 2015. I also received a verification call from ACT and the person verified the plan and the documents submitted and the amount paid and I received a SMS (Short Message Service) from ACT confirming that Documents are verified (SMS screenshot attached). When I did not receive any calls from ACT on Tuesday i.e. 25th August 2015, I called back and was informed by your executive that the my data has not been uploaded and hence the delay and he gave me a Complaint number # [protected] and told that I would receive a call within 24 hours which never happened. I eventually called your so called customer care of 26th August 2015 and was told that the connection would be given on 27th August 2015, I proactively told your executive that I would not be available on 27th August 2015, hence if he could shift the date to 28th August 2015, I would be grateful, he confirmed the same. Today, i.e. 27th August 2015, I called the old friend ACT customer care and spoke with Dinesh who was probably new and absolutely unapologetic, I asked him about the confirmation for tomorrow as per the previous conversation and he informed that you don’t have feasibility in my area, I repeatedly told him that the website doesn’t show my location but your team has recently put up placards and your executive has already collected the money which he was not ready to believe. I asked for an escalation which was denied and I was on hold for minutes together. I was told that I would receive a callback from a Senior Manager which has not happened yet. Another complaint # [protected] . I want someone responsible from ACT to call me ASAP and explain the entire situation, failing which I would be first filing a case with Dept. of Telecommunication followed by approaching Consumer Court. So now my question is what kind of fraud is ACT FIBERNET playing. As I am typing this e-mail to you...I am trembling in anger with the treatment I have received. Just wanted to check with you...should I sue ACT BROADBAND now due UTTER DISGUST, ANGER, FRUSTRATION ET AL? I am also a middle management staff from the same industry & I assure you that I have always been known to be escalation pally & willing to help customers by going extra SPACE miles if required...I have customer testimonials & print outs to prove that! I have written this e-mail to you as a preface to the impending actions that I plan to undertake as a disgruntled and cheated Customer...PLEASE ASK YOUR SYSTEM TO WAKE UP FROM SLUMBER...ELSE I AM FORCED TO GO TO THE PRESS (I am free-lance journalist), LAMBLAST YOUR FIRM AS AN ADVERSE AMBASSADOR, FILE MY GRIEVANCE WITH THE CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FORUM...As I understand the Consumer Grievance cell details for Bangalore are as mentioned below: Under the Consumer Protection Act, a three-tier redressal forum has been set up at the national, state and district levels.                               I had paid ACT broadband for installation in feb -2015, but due to some technical reasons the installation was put on hold with no sign of refunding my money, again in August i contacted them, they took it as iam applying to a new connection again and havent installed so far and i complain to their customer service about this, they have offered to refund which i've not received till now, when i contact sales person he'll always makes up some stories for not installing, iam very unhappy with their service and wont recommend it to anyone

                                Anil : We have paid bulk money to get your service for life time, such that i expect no disconnection of internet without notice.

                                I use internet for doing office work for my convinenece, I experienced monetory loss due to internet disconnection without notice,

                                Appeal for disconnection from me is as I am forced to discontinue the service as ACT Fibernet is unable to Provide service. As they dont have proper infrasturucture to serve their customers and have to depend on customers to put Settop Box.

                                This was not informed to me at the time of availing service, and now when an unknow person denies to keep the box, i suffer a loss and metal agony because of ACT Corp.

                                Kishore: NO, if he cannot find some one to put the box (which is not Anil's liability)

                                Anil : As of that result i am forced to quit connection which would incur the following loss of money and Time wich I can not Afford because of your inability.

                                Your failure is a Loss to me, Sorry and Regrets dont add any value to me. Your Sorry leads me to incurr a payment to some other vendor which I have to look for.

                                I claim for the loss and Mental Agony created during the working hours of an Employee.

                                Loss of Refund, any payment that involves me to get a new internet conection for me.

                                  We have written this mail to ACT Corp "http://www.actcorp.in/" but they just can not serve us and we suffer because of their service.                                     We had applied for a GX connection through ACT fibrenet on June 17, 2015 in jayanagar 5th block, Bangalore and paid Rs.3910/- towards the same. The same is yet to be installed to date. Our customer ID is 1208971 and username is 11235015. We have raised multiple complaints regarding the same with no solution provided by the company so far. The complaint numbers are as follows [protected], [protected],[protected]. all these complaints show a resolved status when the problem actually persists and the GX is not installed. We would like a full refund of the extra money paid towards the GX box since the company is not interested in installing the same. One of the Company executives even told us that they were not in a position to install a GX box since that would get the company to loose out on 8 other connections. In that case why does ACT even offer the same to customers and collect money towards something they are not interested on providing? The experience with ACT has been terrible. The call center has also not been of much help in resolving this issue. Right now we have decided not to pay our current monthly bill until we receive our money back because of which the ACT has had the audacity to disconnect our connection. We need a full refund of the extra money paid!!

                                    05/10/2016 Complaint No [protected] which they told is closed
                                    06/10/2016 Complaint No [protected] which also is closed

                                    then complaint no [protected] and again complaint no [protected] is raced. Each time on enquirey it is told your complaint is closed. 5 times the engineers came and all of them told the this is GX box shifting and we are not told about it and so we didn't brought the tools.If you can do the service properly please do it.

                                    I want a proper reply from higher authorities since your customer care and technical team is dodging the work.

                                      I have referred my family for beam & they Reg mobile no -[protected] I have not received the movie tickets & a part from that they have use the services for 1 day & next onwards they services are gone many complaints are given No one is bothered & just beg us for not disconnecting "ACT sucks" The management are suckers nothing else just promises..!

                                        ACT has started harrassing us again!! Even when we have paid the bill in time i.e. on 12th of aug, suddenly we started getting threatning calls from their employees from 20th August, forcing to pay Rs. 500 to them, for what we dont know!! Even they are not ready to tell what they are asking these extra Rs. 500 for when we have paid the monthly bill?? The employee was threatening us that if we dont pay, she will disconnect our connection but on asking again and again, she was not ready to tell us what was that extra Rs. 500 for?? And today, from yesterday night they have disconnected our connection!! Which we still dont know why?? We have already written so many mails to them asking for the reason of that extra Rs. 500 asked for but nobody even bothers to respond to our mails as well!! What a pathetic service!!!
