No Internet connection even after one week for a new connection

Unable to connect to internet and as well as customer care

Past one month internet is getting disconnected frequently and I tried to reach the customer care n number times when ever there is an internet dis-connectivity but unable to reach the customer care due to line was busy all the time. Even, I dropped n number of emails to customer care, but there is only one response “Thank you for contacting us we will try to resolve issue”. But problem was not resolved, still internet is getting disconnected...

I applied for ACT connection 21 days back and I was promised that i will get active connection in 7 days. I am calling customer care everyday and contacting ACT office since last 2 weeks they are not doing anything. They are simply delaying it. When I asked to cancel connection and give my money back they are saying it will take 15 days to get my money back. act internet not working from 5 days

I am a act broadband customer from long time.. But whenever I get any issue with act they takeinimum a week to resolve it.. After continuous raising of complaints they come and resolve post one week. If we call local act guy he doest lie calls and when he lifts he speaks bad language and cuts the call... Its intolerable Currently my internet is not working from 5 days and I call them everyday... They say that they will resolve it tomorrow......

Connection not working

I have taken a connection 10 days ..Plan taken is 50Mbps UL and 50 Mbps DL. In evening time abruptly I get DL speed of 1-2 Mbps. Paid money for new connection but didn't get connection.

I have ACT (Formerly Beam Tele) Broadband connection for my home at Hyderabad and have paid my charges for six months starting from April 15.. I stopped getting connected from 27th May. Despite multiple calls and complaints on the portal, the issue is not addressed till 1st of May. No technicial ever turned up or called up to...very poor response....
