I have shifted my home to new location addess and submmited a request to transfer my beam or ACT braodband connection to new address on Aug 2nd, 2015 through Beam customer care number [protected]. I called multiple times, numerous tickets were raised and everytime the customer care agent will only say one sentence "our backend team will get back to you". New address is within the reach of beam coverage area and my neighbour in same apartment uses beam ACT connection. Please find the ticket numbers for the same, I have raised multiple tickets requesting to transfer and none of my tickets were resolved and beam also closed them giving false promises and without resolution. I have called over 40 times .my mobile number is [protected].I had been humiliated and went through lot of mental pressure because of false promises from customer care agents . I always use to get same answer "we have escalated backend team will get in touch". I need compensation for this and my problem has to be addressed immediately.

    Account suspended even after the payment

    ACT is not responding to the customers in a proper manner. Payment is made to one of the ACT employee even after saying that we are not interested . After the payment of the bill the account is suspended . I complaint to the customer care more than 4 times and still there is not response from ACT....

    On 11 Aug 2015, i had visited the Chandanagar branch of ACT Fibernet(Beam fiber) for getting details on my deactivation request and refund process of my money which i had already for 6 months pack. I had already my renewal for May 25th - Nov 25th (6 months) by paying 4017 on May 3. (Account number : 631621) Due to recent issues on wrong usage reports and worst customer services, i wanted to deactivate my request immediately and get the money refunded for remaining 3 months not going to be used.(Sept, Oct, Nov). As per Chandanagar Technical Lead person (dont know name), mentioned that just raise a refund ticket for this issue and we will get the refund processed within 15 days in form of Cheque to desired address that we need to have it. After raising the ticket, I am getting a call on 12th Aug 12 pm, saying that they cannot refund the amount at all and while i am explaining my case clearly to the representative, he hanged the phone call wantedly while i am still speaking to him. Being in same companies, each person says their own rules and playing games with customers. It had been 4 days now, no progress or calls are being done. I need the refund to be processed asap.

      This is to inform you that I was one of the old customers of Beam Cable (Act Fiber), residing at Arambh Township at Serilingampalli. I had received a postal mail from Act Fiber in the month of Feb'15 stating the Act Fiber may not be able to provide the service at our gated community as the township association is not allowing Act Fiber to do business (Refer to the 1st attachment). But my 6 months subscriptions was getting over by April'15. When I called up your customer care, they assured that I would be getting the uninterrupted service and they asked me to renew the subscription by making the payment for 6 months and I did so. (Refer to the 2nd attachment). However, in the month of June 1st week, I was facing internet disconnection problem and I made several complain and at last I was frustrated and went to your headoffice located at banjara hills and office staff confirmed that Act Fiber cannot provide the service in your area and amount will be refunded and they raised the ticket (Refer to 3rd attachment). Also Headoffice staff took my full name to issue Cheque for refund as well but no further confirmation from Beam office. Headoffice staff informed that I would receive call for confirmation and I did receive the call but I was informed that it would take 10 days to get approval for refund. I had received the call between 20th June to 24th June'15. But after that I did not receive any confirmation call or any refund money. Hence, on 8th July, I had sent email to Nodal office from my personal email id([protected]@yahoo.com) to nodal office (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in & appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in) mentioning all of the above details. On 9th July'15, I had received the call from Act fiber (Beam) Nodal office (from phone #[protected]) stating that within 2 days they will call again to confirm the refund amount and within 15 days I will receive the cheque via courier. Neither I received confirmation call on refund amount nor did I receive any cheque. On 26th Jul, again i emailed to Nodal office asking about the refund money, on 31st July'15 again i received call from Nodal office (#[protected]) and the lady said by 7 days I will be getting the check via courier and she took my complete name to issue the cheque. But still did not received. They have been committing to pay the refund but not yet received. I have attached the documents. Kindly look into this and help to get the refund amount.       I had been to the Act fiber office personally to get the refund amount. Despite of agreeing to pay the balance amount, I did not get any amount. Finally I had to email to the Act fiber Nodal office multiple times. I had received the call from Nodal office and then I did follow up with Nodal office couple of time. Nodal office also committed to refund the amount but when i did not get the money even after 30 days, I had to post the complaint in the consumer complaints and got the response. The very next day i received the cheque from Act fiber for my refund amount.

        Request no [protected]. I have made request for refund on 21-jul-2015 & was told that refund will be issued by NEFT transfer in 7 days. Even i received sms on 12th August saying issue is resolved. I have done multiple call to customer care at[protected]& even mailed with bank passbook copy to show that no such NEFT Transfer is reflecting in my bank account.I am not even getting any response inspite of sending multiple mails to [protected]@acttv.in.So please see that some effort is put to reslove the issue as i see no response from act broadband. I had to approach this site as there is no response from act broadband inspite of contracting them on their official customer care phone no as well as mail id. Hope at least complaining this forum will helps. Thank you

          #Beam #Act horrible service ever and my experience with technicians. Place : Indira Nagar. My net was disconnected on 18 July Complaint Registered: 19 July Reason: Set up box current supply stopped by house owners. Escalated to costumer care: July 19, 21, 22, 27...approximately 10+ times including technicians. Told them that I don't want to pay as service was horrible. No solution and even asked for disconnection. Even no response but bill was generated.. Alternative solution given by extraordinary technician: Please give permission to give supply from ur room otherwise u can have direct connection with 2500/- (dumbest solution) Who wants to take this kind of response as a customer... No payment will be done and no need of #act #fibre

            Good afternoon, This is Krishna vasu i reside at Shivarampally(Raghavendra Colony). I have been your customer for a long time. Recently, I shifted place and I am looking forward to continuing with you, PROVIDED u agree to give me a connection at my new residence. It's absolutely pathetic and frustrating that you deny giving me your connection when I do see your advertisements in my area. I received a text regarding ACT Fiber net Connection. i have spoken with 1 of your customer service executive & shared the required details & he confirmed regarding the connectivity "Saying that sales team will reach you soon" everything was absolutely fine till hear. I really appreciate for it. This conversation happened on 13th August 2015 I received a call from Sale Executive @ 2.45 PM on 14th August 2015. Concern person name: Afsaar, called from : [protected]. The way he approaching was rough & not ready to share any details saying that you will not get internet connection for next 2 or 3 months & in telephonic conversation he was trying to pass a message stating that you will get the connection in an odd manner. i was really surprised. i want you people to have a look into this issue as many people like me in the colony are interested to get the Act fiber internet connect for residential purpose. The executive would have handled the conversation in a better way it's about integrity & customer approach before you starting business with the every individual. I need you to resolve my issue. I am your returning customer; you cannot treat me like this. All I am asking is a internet connection, is it that freaking troublesome for you to provide me one when a customer is so desperate and doesn't want to move to another vendor??? Regards, Krishna Vasu

              Ef: ACT complaint # [protected] which was opened on 12th Aug, I was told that the issue ( internet not working/ No connection) will be resolved by 13th Aug, 8 PM, what I see in the message that I got about 2 PM is totally different - the complaint has been closed without solving. I called up their customer care to let them know and they re-open my complaint and say that it will get resolved by tomorrow 8 PM. My question is what if they do the same thing tomorrow as well? Moreover how can they close the complaint when the issue is not resolved/ without checking with the customer. I found their services as pathetic and will advise everyone to refrain from their services. I logged an online complaint too and the message that I see on it post complaint gets logged is astonishing - it says we will get back to you post 8 working days!! I mean who in the earth waits for 8 long days in a metro like Bangalore for a service provider to respond to find out the problem, I am not talking about the time that they will take to resolve the issue here. These guys are living in stone age when it comes to fixing issue - service is not just about providing high speed, it's also about minimizing the downtime, someone tell them please.

              Worst Service Provider - Please don't go for it just for the speed, when it gets down it takes weeks to fix issues; downtime and its frequency - pls don't ask.
              Thanks for taking prompt action on my complaint. I don't know what actions they took after your intervention but my days long open complaint number ([protected] ) has been closed today and the issue of Internet not working still exist.I'm paying for mobile data usage, every byte. I've got another complaint number ([protected]) against the one that have been closed.


              I don't know when this drama from this company ends and I get to use the broadband for which I've been paying bills every month.


              Just to let you know, I called up their so called care this morning and they said that it's a minor technical glitch and they will call me back in ten minutes but how can you expect these guys to fulfill the customer commitment. It frustrates you when you hear that there is a minor glitch and these guys are sitting on top of it, napping.


              PS: there is no outstanding in the bill, their this month's bill has been paid as well. I thought of posting it so that they feel ashamed but I have full faith in these guys - they are shameless and hopeless.


              Please see what best can be done from your side to get them out of deep sleep.
              Dear Sir, I've got another complaint number today ([protected]), pretty excited and thinking to make an excel file to update a complaint number on daily basis from ACT Broadband. This is how they handle the customers, earlier I suspected that but this is the reality proven before you. In last 4 days, every day I have been getting a complaint number and everyday these guys are closing it without solving anything.

                I write this complaint in order to register my massive dissatisfaction against ACT’s so-called Internet Service, which is nothing but a sham – and also to warn potential buyers against purchasing this fraudulent service.

                The following are my Details:
                TICKET NUMBER: 3321574| ACCOUNT NUMBER: 1245179 | USER ID: 11285920

                I was visited by a representative from ACT on 1st August, 2015 (Saturday); who collected from me a payment of Rs. 1700 (for the monthly connection) and all relevant documents.

                After this, on 3rd August, I was contacted by the Vendor who called me in the midst of my Office hours and I had to leave my work and come home to ensure that the Connection is fixed. He, however, after almost an hour informed me that there was some technical issue with the server box in my area (1st ‘N’ Block, Rajajinagar) and hence, the Connection could not be made on that day.

                I called up the ACT representative immediately; complained as to why he had taken money and documents from me when he should have known that the connection could not be established in my area due to the technical error; and told him to send someone on 8th August 2015 (Saturday) for fixing my Connection. He confirmed the same and also said that the technical problem will be rectified by then.

                However, on the said Saturday, the same representative who looked so helpful while collecting the money had blocked my Number after I tried calling him. He blatantly lied to me that someone will be coming to fix the Connection; whereas on being contacted, the same person said that he is on Leave that day. Subsequently, after registering a Complaint (No. [protected]) the next day, i.e. Sunday; I was informed that the connection will be activated by Wednesday.

                On 11th August 2015 (Tuesday), I was visited by the Cable–laying person from ACT who informed me that the Engineer would call me the following day and activate my connection. However, on being contacted, I received no response from the Manager as well as Representative, whom I had called from another number (as my own number had been blocked by him – in all violation of professional/ moral ethics). On 13th August (Thursday), I finally could contact the ACT Engineer – but was very shocked to know that the technical issue in my area had not been resolved at all – and on being asked as to how much it would take to resolve it, I received a very light response from the ACT Engineer – “We don’t know Sir… We will see…”

                This is tantamount to Fraud on the part of ACT, wherein the Company has not given me the promised Internet Service even after collecting all documents as well as the payment from me. ACT had also been extremely unprofessional in failing to inform me that there were technical problems, because of which the Connection could not be established.

                I am contemplating taking legal action against ACT for fraud as well as mental harassment.

                  I have taken Act fibernet connection believing that this is the best provider in Hyderabad. Few days post new connection went very well as if this is the only provider with 99.99% uptime. As months passed by, every month my connection is getting deactivated for atleast 2-3 days and none of their technical representative cares to call even. I am truely fed up with their services . I appeal them either to give my amount for the downtime days on prorata basis back and also would not recommend to go for ACT. I am having a horrible experience with this provider. Moreover I fail to understand how cum a customer care number be prompted with a message " this customer is busy at the moment".Pathetic..Have a done great mistake choosing ACT.                     We have been a loyal customer to Beam Fibre from past 5 years . After they their name to ACT Fibernet, service levels dropped drastically. From last 3 months, I am facing network issues with them. Every alternate day internet is not working and i am really frustrated with their customer support. They mention the technician will attend in 24 hrs but no one will come till 2 - 3 days. We have paid ACT Fibernet for One Year subscription and now I am really helpless. We are suffering lot of business loss and moreover trauma. I request you to kindly take this complaint on top priority and ask them to refund our amount.

                      Please think many times before you decide to go for ACT Broadband. Their overall service quality and customer support channel is pathetic and also unethical to say in a nutshell. When I called them for a new connection a representative came and collected a check for INR 19, 152 and supporting documents for 1 year subscription for 50MBPS. I waited for 3 days and there was no information about the connection. I tried calling the sales person and also called their customer care center and logged a ticket. Even after this, there was no response for next 2 days and then I decided to cancel my connection request. I called their customer care center informing about this and asking them to return my check and also the documents. I also sent SMS to the sales person asking him to return the check and also logged a complaint through their website for the same. Again I called the customer care center (after couple of days) and they again logged another ticket for this to cancel and return the check. After this, there is no response from them for 1 week and the check and other documents were not returned. After again few days, I received call from their service engineers that they are coming for connection and I told them that I have already taken another connection and I also already cancelled the new connection request with ACT.
                      The interesting part now, is that after almost 1 week after all these, ACT folks had suddenly deposited my check for collection (without providing connection) and thankfully, since I had already made a stop payment request to my bank, the payment got stopped.
                      It is really surprising that these kind of cheaters are in the established broadband market and not sure how they are getting along with this kind of methods.

                        Beam internet customer service is the pathetic one.

                        they changed my wi-fi router ID and now i am unable to connect. when i call them, they create the ticket number, some one calls after 24 hours, disconnects the call in between without solving the issue, and then again asks for me to wait for next 24 hours. this is highly unprofessional and not tolerable in this era of competition.
                        this attitude is not going to work.

                        there is no direct availability of the technical person. the first interface is a non-technical person whose job is simply give you the ticket number.

                        sincere advice never ever go for beam. they are very unprofessional and customer unfriendly ISP.

                          No escalation contact - worst customer support

                          Some of the features are taken away (such as utilization breakup on daily basis, which was available earlier at the click of a button). I doubt the utilization is manipulated by ACT. Customer Care speak only based on Script. Despite repeated request, do not provide escalation contact. No nodal officer or higher authority details available....

                          Dear Team, I am Raviteja from Hyderabad.I have taken a new Internet connection of ACT-Fibernet(ACT broadband/Beam Broadband) and paid money for 6 months at a time on the promise that connection will be activated within 2 days but it was delayed for morethan a week by just saying something and postponing. I have wasted my money calling to customercare several times. Finally i was vexed with all the stuff and asked for cancellation of connection and money refund.But again i am hearing different answers from customercare and few guys took a step ahead and trying to threaten me by saying that your money will be coming back in 3 months and it will surely get delayed.They are just forcing me to continue back with their service eventhough i was not at all interested. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible and take action on concerned team

                            Hello,

                            I am using ACT Broadband and i am always facing the dis-connectivity issue in my area Marathahalli, Bangalore. I have called to customer care no [protected] which is still not toll free since 2 years of service in Bangalore and regarding my issue i have mailed to their all higher authority like Nodal Office, Appellate authority, Helpdesk and Customer Team but still these people are playing this customer and with me. Network connectivity is a common issue for them for every month and you will be strange to know that they are taking 48 hours to resolve the issue and 1st day they will not respond if any field issue is there and they come to field to check on 2nd day and if any issue is major then they will take 3 days. its the real fact what i am explaining here. mean while you will loose a lot of money by calling the customer care no as it is not free. Act claims that if there is a battery back up of 4 hours if the current is not there(electricity outage) in your area. when ever i am facing the network connectivity filed issue meanwhile i ll face the battery back up issue. Network connectivity will work after 48 hours and the battery back up will not work for me so i have to raise the complain again. Interesting to know that they will tell that someone stolen the battery from my place. so my question who stole this battery? is it your field operators. Because it clearly indicates that the person who has corrected the network issue, obviously same guy removed. I have faced this battery back up issue 3 times in 8 month and same i have mailed to Nodal Office, Appellate authority, Helpdesk and Customer Team but still i am facing the same issue. They will close all the complain without confirming the customer. The worest ever services ever i have seen in bangalore.

                            Why should not take ACT Broadband:
                            1) they do not have toll free customer no.
                            2) you will loose hell lot of money in calling them (100rs per month approx.)
                            3)if you escalate it to Nodal Office, Appellate authority, Helpdesk and Customer Team then also they will not respond to you and you will not a call back from them. frogot about the Nodal officer(tempered i can say do nt bother about customer).
                            4)they will take 6 month / 12 month.
                            5) the speed they are giving is not the right one and do not check in speedtest.net. they are tie up with them. Please check your download speed after 3 month. obviously 1 month it is fine.
                            6)Simply i can say why you spend your money and will take tension by calling them.
                            7)sometime the field operators will close the your complain if the time exceeds 48 hours in order to avoid any risk because they do not have facility to confirm by customer. So you have to raised it again in next day and they will resolve.

                            This is not a spam mail and i have spend valuable time to write this complain.Do you want to be one of the person like me be frosted to post here again so be careful and avoid the ACT.

                            Check this Complain no [protected], [protected], [protected] and let me mentioned here how many time i have called to your customer care through mail and through phone with in 7 days. I have raised 4 complain with in 7 days and it is closed without any resolution in the same day. It escalated to your Branch manager as per your mail still you again close the complain. Let me clarify here what fix you have given that you close the complain almost 4 times in a week without checking the customer side. and i m raising the complain again and again. i have sent mail to all of you (Nodal Office, Appellate authority, Help desk and Customer Team) still no resolution.

                            Just clarify how you close the complain 4 times in the same week and issue still exist. It means you repeatedly playing with customer. Do you want me to attach all the proof with details here. Let me do it. So that everybody will know.

                            I do not have any option you left behind so i posted here. People should know what you are doing.

                            I have raised a new complain again today now [protected]. Still i am facing the same issue and internet is not working after power goes off.                             The Worst Operator i have seen in Internet provider. My Account No.[protected]. I have allowed the ACT Fibernet to keep connection box in my home. During installation the box ACT TEAM told me i will get 100/- discount in total bill. They installed the box at my home in Apr2016. So they have giving the discount but i am paying full amount of Rs. 744/-. I have raised complaints/requests several time. Without resolving the ticket it will be automatically closed without any solution. I have address the ACT Appleate Authority, Nodal Officer; Hyderabad with total history of the case. But nobody responded . My account has kept on hold for not paying the amount . I am not provided the Discount for the last 2months . I am providing the Power to ACT free of cost they put a big box with 6 connections. These people are cheating in billing and let me mentioned here how many time i have called to your customer care through mail and through phone with in 10 days. I have raised 4 complain with in 10 days and it is closed without any resolution in the same day.

                            -> A lot discrepancy in the information being conveyed, this Monday (19 december), luckily got a chance to speak to a person at nodal office, he said that the service at your area is fine. And said there might be a problem with the fibre being connected to your destination. A complaint has been raised and been told a person will be addressing the issue very next day at my resident. Since then no phone calls reaching any of their official numbers.
                            -> Messages being sent that the services are restored and complaint resolved, who is the one verifying and closing the complaints is unknown
                            -> The email, from nodal office says it will take 72 more hours to the service to get restored, whereas a day before got a text message stating the service is restored.
                            -> Worst service and response
                            I have a question now, will the service will get restored at all?
                            No point in using your service then, bad climatic situation is when people afford work from home, and your service din work on the expected time frame.

                            I had an ACT broadband connection till recently when the connection got broke due to non availability of distribution box in WCR area. The drama started since then. As many others above, I have registered complaints several times and sent mails to Nodal and appellate officers. It is more than few weeks now. None of them respond properly and customer care center gives escaping answer . I had paid advance for 6 months subscription. Inspite of several calls and e mails they have not refunded my remaining money back. Please do not take chance with ACT Broadband Bengaluru. Worst experience. !!!

                            I am a Chennai (Nerkundram) user. I had opted for ACT before 3 months. I was using BSNL. But since the day I changed to ACT I am facing hell lot of issues.
                            Once in 2 days I have to raise a complaint and the will close the ticket without giving any resolution.
                            My internet speed is very slow... It's just 900kbps or sometimes it goes up to 8 Mbps... The promised speed is 75 Mbps.
                            As someone earlier pointed out they have a tie up with speednet and whenever I see there it shows 60 Mbps.. When I try from other speed test apps it shows the speed in single digits or sometimes 900 kbps. This is the worst service and customer care I have ever witnessed in my life and I am regretting the decision to change to ACT.

                            I'm also facing the issues with the ACT Bangalore team. I have raised the request for Shifting of the connection within the city, they have told that it will be resolved post the pending payment is made. And i made the payment, post that they closed the complaint saying the customer is not at Bangalore. I have escaled to Appelatte and Nodal officers as well, and these guys are more worse than customer care. no response from these also.

                            Waste of time and money to have the connection with the ACT.

                            I raised a complained on 18th Sept 2017 for no internet connection .
                            I work from home and that means for last 2 days and today is the third day which also is more than your 48 hrs or SLA i don't have internet .

                            Over all that you guys close the ticket without providing the resolution and this not the first time you have closed the ticket without resolution .

                            This is the most pathetic service i have ever experience, IF this is how you treat your customers and give service i will disconnect my connection .

                            HI, I am from Bangalore, BTM layout. I am facing the same issue as mentioned by several others in this thread. ACT customer care will close the issue even if the issue persists and without checking with you whether the issue is resolved. I have reopened the issue twice but it was closed without resolution. when you call the customer care about this, they will promptly re open the issue and give a new ETA of 24-48 hours and the cycle repeats. Fortunately i have not opted for 6 month or 1 year advance plan so i can bail out easily from ACT. Be careful friends.

                            This is Karthick.S from Chennai. I have applied for broad band connection with ACT and later ended up in cancellation since installing the Junction box at my home is not possible. I have raised request for cancellation and opted for refund on 15th Sep'2017. It was told that i would get my money within maximum of 30 days ( i have never seen any service provider who takes 30 days to process a refund request). I have spoken with ACT customer service numerous times and all they say is to wait 2 to 3 days...WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN... Its been 2 months still i am waiting for refund..My money is with ACT for 2 months without service from them..I Owe interest in this case actually..

                            Its been always busy while i try to reach appellate..

                            I regret my decision of opting to ACT.. i would have gone to AIRTEL which is far better in terms of customer service... I would ensure none of my family/friends do the mistake which i have done.

                            Very Very Worst Service in ACT Fibernet and also I have ever seen like these service.

                            Really your Employees are working or simply seating in office/field. If your employees are working means, why I am getting these much issues from last two months?

                            One of my friend using same ACT Fibernet, he is not too far my home .he never said my internet is not working.

                            ISSUE # 1 - Month of "MAY 2018" 15 Days[protected] to[protected] my Internet was not worked.

                            Issue # 1 :- Ticket was closed without confirmed to customer and I have re-opened the ticket 2 to 3 times.After that also they closed the ticket. then, they resolved the issue after 15 days.

                            ISSUE # 2 - This Month "JULY 2018" 6 Days[protected] to[protected] my Internet was not worked.

                            Issue # 2 :- i, 1st day nobody called me,

                            ii, Next day, I have called to customer care they give SLA for next day 12pm to 1pm.

                            iii, 3rd day one field executive engineer called me @ that time I am unable to attend the call .Again I called to that field executive

                            engineer, he did not asked me anything -what is my name ? where is your home ?, he said within 3 hours your internet will work and again I have called to him afternoon, same dialogue he used, but he said within 1 hours, he did not asked me anything -what is my name ? where is your home ? - 3rd day over
                            iv, 4th day I called to customer care, sir my internet is not working, he said within 24 hours your will be resolved .Then I asked him sir, In your office, if internet is not working for 3 days means, what you will do sir?, he said i will not work sir, i will simply seat in my office and my company will pay for me 3 days salary also.Then I said ok sir but my company never for pay me . 4th day over

                            v, 5th day I called to customer care, same dialogue sir my internet is not working, he said within 24 hours your will be resolved . But this guy said me "IF YOUR INTERNET IS NOT WORKING PLEASE DISCONNECT the ACT FIBERNET.

                            Issue # 3 - Again this Month "JULY 2018" today[protected] my internet is not working.

                            Looks like I am the latest victim to act fibernet service. I really don't know how to get out of this scam.
                            I am also latest victime they took 6 month advance one Month back now they said we don't provide service in your area, How can I get refund and I have done all the possible way, i am very frustrated in our country where no consumer board now strict rule for this company, really wasted so much time but I will fight till the last now it's not about Money it comes to me, Now I will show them real customer power .I will try all possible way .
                            I registered for Act connection online within 1 hour their sales agent came and collected money for 6 months plan around 5400₹ without even giving connection or checking if it's feasible.

                            Then for 5-6 days I had to call them repeatedly to provide connection. And when they finally came they said we have to drill holes in the building to which building owner refused so I requested for refund. They should have informed in prior before collecting money that drilling of building needs to be done. Without feasibility check they collected money.

                            Now it's been around 1 month I have still not received my refund, I called customer care I mailed to nodal officer but I have still not received my refund.

                              Request no. [protected] User Id : 10960779 I have made request for refund and was told that refund will be issued by NEFT transfer in 7 days. I even received sms on 5 th August saying issue resolved.I have made multiple call to Customer care at[protected] and even mailed with banks passbook copy to show that no such NEFT transfer is reflecting in my Bank account. I am not even getting any responce inspite of sending multiple mails to "[protected]@acttv.in" Please see that some effort is put to resolve the issue as I see no responce from act broadband. I had to approach this site as there is no response from Act broadband inspite of contacting them on their official customer care phone no. as well as mail id. Hope that atleast complaining in this forum helps

                                Hi I'm getting disconnected very often from ACT BB, I'm located at Velachery, Chennai. For the past 1 month I'm facing this problem twice to thrice in a week time and because of this I have spent reporting the problem more than 40 times call to the customer care (including the senior executive) and the problem is not yet fixed and even if its sorted it reoccurs the next day. I'm fully disappointed with the onsite network engineer services and the quality of the cable given at my locality is very worst. I guess its the reason for subsequent failures even after fixing the cable wire cut. Senior executive said the failue might be due to severe rain and thunders, you should provide a good quality cables to stand against those natural things. Please do not blame the nature for this. Kindly sort out the problem in 4 hours, if you cannot just do it please terminate my connection and give me full refund for past 2 months. Complaint number: [protected] Thanks Abdul

                                  Shifting of connection not happened even after a week fromt he requested date. When I called to their customer care number[protected], they will take the details and if I ask for connecting me to next level, the call will never get connected. I was not using the Inernet connectivity for the last 10 days, they are not ready to shift the connection as well. I would prefer cancelling this broadband connection. The connectivity also poor for the last 3 to 4 months. Frequently losing connection. Atleast twice in a week, each time 1 day. My broadbank Account no: 121365 Act fibre: I was using internet connection till 30/7/2015. I paid deposit also. So, Cancel my broad band connection and refund my deposit amount ASAP. When you guys cannt provide a simple service to a customer within time, you never have honour to claim as Hyderabad's largest broadband service.
