Request no. [protected] User Id : 10960779 I have made request for refund and was told that refund will be issued by NEFT transfer in 7 days. I even received sms on 5 th August saying issue resolved.I have made multiple call to Customer care at[protected] and even mailed with banks passbook copy to show that no such NEFT transfer is reflecting in my Bank account. I am not even getting any responce inspite of sending multiple mails to "[protected]@acttv.in" Please see that some effort is put to resolve the issue as I see no responce from act broadband. I had to approach this site as there is no response from Act broadband inspite of contacting them on their official customer care phone no. as well as mail id. Hope that atleast complaining in this forum helps

    Hi I'm getting disconnected very often from ACT BB, I'm located at Velachery, Chennai. For the past 1 month I'm facing this problem twice to thrice in a week time and because of this I have spent reporting the problem more than 40 times call to the customer care (including the senior executive) and the problem is not yet fixed and even if its sorted it reoccurs the next day. I'm fully disappointed with the onsite network engineer services and the quality of the cable given at my locality is very worst. I guess its the reason for subsequent failures even after fixing the cable wire cut. Senior executive said the failue might be due to severe rain and thunders, you should provide a good quality cables to stand against those natural things. Please do not blame the nature for this. Kindly sort out the problem in 4 hours, if you cannot just do it please terminate my connection and give me full refund for past 2 months. Complaint number: [protected] Thanks Abdul

      Shifting of connection not happened even after a week fromt he requested date. When I called to their customer care number[protected], they will take the details and if I ask for connecting me to next level, the call will never get connected. I was not using the Inernet connectivity for the last 10 days, they are not ready to shift the connection as well. I would prefer cancelling this broadband connection. The connectivity also poor for the last 3 to 4 months. Frequently losing connection. Atleast twice in a week, each time 1 day. My broadbank Account no: 121365 Act fibre: I was using internet connection till 30/7/2015. I paid deposit also. So, Cancel my broad band connection and refund my deposit amount ASAP. When you guys cannt provide a simple service to a customer within time, you never have honour to claim as Hyderabad's largest broadband service.

        We've been using Beam for quite some time now with the 15 mbps plan. The internet connection can be really finicky and half the time there is no internet access. When there is internet access, the speed is all over the place but never as high as it should be. So we decided to upgrade the speed. But with the new plans from ACT, the next choice was no less than 100 mbps. Although it is quite expensive, we decided to give it a shot. We paid for it and everything, but it took nearly a month to get activated. When it actually did get activated, 10 days of the billing month were already gone. As if that isn't enough, the speed is barely 30 mbps every time I run a speed test. We pay for 100 mbps and get just 30? if the speed isn't resolved, we wouldn't even get a refund. And there's still the problem of no internet access half the time.

          User ID: 1246469 Venkatesh (Mobile No. [protected]) from ACT called me for ACT Internet service. He communicated to me that he will get me a new connection within 3 – 4 days on 02/08/2015. He took an appointment on 03/08/2015 at 12:00 PM; he never turned up and didn’t receive my calls. Later in the evening, he called me and he told me that he was busy and he will come on 04/08/2015. He came and collected the documents after an hour from the appointment and ensured that he will get me a new connection within 3 – 4 days within in my availability time. I gave him my availability time i.e. before 2 PM. I got a call on 04/08 for installation and I gave them an appointment at 12:00 PM on 05/08, no one came for installation. I called helpdesk and raised a complaint for not coming and the response of helpdesk is, “we still have time to install and they will pass the information to sales team.” I said to them, “If you have a time why to take an appointment and waste my time. If you are not able to come why can’t you communicate?” I also communicated to them my availability time. No one came on the next day i.e. 06/08. I spoke to helpdesk, they communicated that they will pass the information to sales team and they will raise a complaint. I spoke to Venkatesh, the representative who collected money and he told me that he will get it installed on 07/08 before 2:00 PM. I called at 12:30 PM as a reminder to Venkatesh, he told, he will talk to his technical team. No one turned up, I started calling him from 1:30 PM and he didn’t receive my calls and he didn’t respond to my calls and messages. Later I spoke to helpdesk at 2:15 PM, they are saying that they will come and install today, I asked them how will you install, when I am not available at my place after my availability time. The lady also responded that they still have a time to respond the complaint I raised. She is trying to say today is the day to install after my availability time and she is also saying, they still have a time to respond to the complaint I raised, it is 3 days from the complaint date. Also they are not ready to refund my money immediately; it will take 15 – 20 days to refund as per their own policy after their failure. ACT team bluffs and misleads people with wrong communication and they don’t keep the appointment. There is a lack of communication between the sales team, helpdesk and technical team. Due to the delay from these people, I have to get other service for a short time, an extra expense. They created their own procedure for re-fund as well. They want money immediately and they don’t give back others money when they failed to do the service. Be careful with Venkatesh (Mobile No. [protected]), he don’t even respond to your calls once you pay him. He is bluffing and cheating people by misguiding with wrong information.

            ACT broadband has the worst help desk team, they never respond to the customer queries and complains.To contact them you have to wait for minimum of 10 minutes to talk to them on call and then they will say that they have escalated the issue but they do not provide any contact of concerned person so you end up disconnecting the call and issue unresolve. I am not able to access the internet since a long time. I called on customer care number, sent mail, i tried evry thing but my issue has not been resolved. I am facing this issue evry now and then. within last 20-25 days i am facing the problem twice or thrice. Last month for approximately 5 days i could not access the internet because it took lot of time for them to check and resolve the issue. I reopened the ticket twice and thrice then 6th day they resolve the issue. This weekend again similar kind of issue appeared and till now no response or resolution from customer casre. Your service Sucks.                 I’m the current active customer of Beam Internet.

                Beam Internet – WORST SERVICE.

                They did not installed the new internet connection for a week now.

                If something goes wrong and you need some service from Beam Internet, then you’re gone. They’ll take 1 week of time to fix your issues.

                Better go for Airtel (who can provide better service) !

                I used to call them every day and each day the answer from them is “Please give us 24 hours of time, we’ll fix it”.
                I spoke to supervisors of Beam Internet, even they’ve promised saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing got resolved.

                I requested them to give the money back, then they said they cannot give the money back too.

                So friends, think about it before you opt for beam internet.

                  had applied for a fibernet connection 15 days before after collecting 1700rs and now you guys call me and say you will not be able to because of some odd reasons. I never expected such a cheap company like this. I want some sort of compensation or my connection restored with a goodwill for wasting my time and money on this till date..

                    My customer ID : 11133546. On 24th July, while making the payment to my above customer ID, I accidently typed in wrong customer ID ( Cust ID: 1133549 - Prabhakaran ) and made the payment of Rs 1196.00. However, on the same date, I called up ACT customer Care, and logged in my complaint (Complaint ID: [protected] ) to get the money refunded. On the same date (24th July ), I also made the correct payment to resume my services. On 31st July, the complaint was closed without my consent and hence Spoke to Shashank regarding the same, and the reopened the Incident. Then they informed me to send an email to Raghavendra and Shashank which I did on the same date. Its been more than a week now, and I have not got any response from any one regarding the same. I am very disappointed with this. I am expecting a positive response from the team regarding the same. Kindly update me, if I will get my money back or not

                      Hello, Myself Vijay Kumar Uppari (Account No: 701687). Subject: Reagarding transfer the Internet connection from KPHB ROAD NO 3 to KPHB ROAD NO 2 (HYDRABAD) I have raised the ticket on 1st Aug 2015 (approximately 9:30 AM) and on the same day i have shifted the house. And on the same day at 1:30 PM one ACT person come to home (i dont know corresponding person name) and collected my documents (Id proof, address proof and 1 photo) and saidi will come with in 1 hour, but still i didnt get any call or responce from that person. And on 1st Aug onwards every i called ACT customer care (minimum 3 times) they said we are arranging feedback call from technical team, but still i dont receive any call from any peole. I have escalated to high level persons (persons names are MAHESH AND AJAY).They also helpless. I am really frustrated and writing this email.. Please do favoiur on this request. If you are not doing anything please tell me, i will close the ticket and choose another internet connection. Approximately i have talked to ACT customer care 100 minuts and above. This is waste of my money and time. If you need any further details please check my rasied ticket call data. Then easily you can understand my situation. Please think in the customer angle.                           Request #[protected] My internet is not working since 26th July, 2015. This is the 9th day and counting since it is not working. Customer care has stopped replying my mails. When I call them they say everything is right from our end you check yours. I don't understand how can they give such reply. They installed everything form wire to the wifi routers. I have charged for all the installation. This is very bad response. I am not a technical person to fix it. Can any help me to get through some higher authority or i should take this case to consumer court. As they take advance rent so all my dues are clear. Thank in advance.

                            Today is 1st July. Net pack reset from 1st of every month we have 30GB data plan of ACT fibernet. When I got u early morning i saw GB consumed as 2.07 nd now 2.38 gb.. there is not major uage of the ackage. There is definitely cheating. I want details of the consumed. I tried calling custimer right from 8.30 in the mronng but I think they dnt work properly or are unde roductive, they have never picked the call till nw (12.47pm) i wasted around 20rs waiting for the executive. GB usage is a concern from last couple of months. Its been either going up somehow or its been cheating, stealing. I dont know I want justice for this. wasting my money and time ehind but ACT executives never bother for their customer. Userid:11187697 account ID: 1171633

                            I have noticed the same issue. I have spoken to 6 different people. There is definitely something fishy going on here. I am going to escalate this to a Social Networking Forum to bring awareness. I have tried talking to the folks at the Customer Care. Everytime they say we will call back in 2 hrs. No one calls back.                             I am seeing something similar. I reside in BLR. The consumption rate is ridiculously high. I have tried contacting Customer Care. They always mention that they will get back in 2 hrs and no one does. When i requested the issue to be escalated to a supervisor, the customer care team said that they cannot hear me and in one particular case they just hung up. We are seeing 5X the data consumption date. I will be waiting for 1 more hr and then i will escalate this to a social networking forum. If your issue is not resolved and you have a FB ID, i will tag you as well. I have been calling everyday for the past 3 days. This is NOT called Customer care service.

                            I did not even use anything very much ..not even a film got downloaded . Even for basic usage and simple searches they detected 5 gb on a single day. such a ridiculous thing . I called them and nothing got resolved.I wanted it to get clear or il cancel the connection.I thought i was the only one who s dealing wth the pblm until i see this page. I wanted to get this cleared to the earliest if not will deal this problem in some social forums...

                            Before I could come to my complaint I would like to know how somebody could use or consume 8GB per day without downloading or uploading any movies or any other contents.
                            As per the information from your call centre records and my account details, they told I have already crossed the FUP limit of 50GB and reached 81.27GB which is very shocking for using it for 8-10 days.
                            (as my speed reset on 7th of every month).

                            I request you please clarify things and look into the matter seriously.
                            This is the first time I have experienced such a problem and request your immediate action.

                              I have been customer of beam for almost 4 years, every 6 months i used to pay
                              6 months package, but suddenly i have to move to Chenna due to new job, then beam tele has refused to refund one month's advance amount stating there policies. I regret paying 6 months advance amount.
                              My advise is never take 6 months package

                                Called up for a new connection on 20th, immediate response to collect the money and docs. After that u just have to forget about your money and connection that you have applied for. The person switch off his phone. When tried reaching customer care. Those blady people take a fresh complaint everytime and commit to resolve in 24hrs. Till date i haven't received any call from them regarding the status of my complaint nor they have tried to resolve it. Inspite of telling that its a corporate connection and want it immediately. U guys just play around with the customers & their precious time. If you guys don't have better job pls close your Company. why the hell do u take the fresh complaint every time we call?? Why the hell there is no one taking action against this issue?? What is your blady problem?? If you are not capable of giving the connection on time. why the hell do u even take the complaint and give false commitment???????????????????? I was promised that the connection will be given on 28th after several calls & follow up till today i haven't seen any person coming from ur end and taking any action. Shame on you people. U guys are not fit to be in the market. IF I DON'T GET THE CONNECTION TODAY I WANT REFUND AND COMPENSATION OF RS.50000 FOR THE LOSS THAT WE HAVE FACED BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS.                                 Issues regarding the net connectivity

                                The net connection is not working since 3 days and I have tried calling the customer care number but no one is lifting. The email id in the beam portal is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. the address is in hyderabad. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                    This is a serious issue against ACT Internet Broadband service[protected]. My Username is 11267312 and it is a new internet connection I have taken 2 weeks back. Right from day 1, there has been a frequent disconnection of the network which I ignored. 2 days back, the connection was completely OFF and that is when I raised a complaint to the customer service team - (req no - [protected]) I have had multiple conversations since yesterday with customer service team, technicians etc but have not got a convincing answer and was told by everyone that 'Have informed the team, they are working on it, problem will get resolved soon' Few mins back I got a call from ACT CC stating that there is some access / permission issue because of which they can't continue with the connection so they will disconnect the services. Now this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. How can they give me connection without a proper due diligence (initial checking of box or connectors in the building) and give me this response after 2 weeks of access. Because of the foolishness of some technician (Nagendra - [protected] & Ranga - [protected]) and the sales guy (Sagar - [protected]) why should I suffer? - Why this check was not done by ACT before giving connection? - Why ACT technicians don't give response on phone? - Why it takes so much of time to understand the issue by technicians (2 days in my case)? - Why a customer should suffer because of their INTERNAL incapability/ issues? - Why they can't put a separate box if they have an extra connection (that is for what we pay them) Because I have taken ACT service, I had disconnected my previous connection :) so now I don’t have any internet connection & it is all because of ACT's highly inefficient people and process. Because they can't give me the service now, I demand a serious apology (in writing and a call)from a SENIOR personnel with an explanation of the case. Also, I need a complete REFUND of the annual subscription amount in the next 3-4 days (Rs 14, 350). Today's date & time - 29th July, Wed, 5:00 PM Shahzeb - [protected]

                                      An executive from ACT came collected documents and the monthly fee along with installation charges for the broadband to be setup about 2 and half weeks back . He promised that the connection would be installed within 5-7 days . After 10 days i called the helpline where my complaint was registered and was promised by the representative that it would be done within 24 hours . I havent heared from anyone as yet . If they cant do it they should not collect the money and make people wait . I could hav taken a different broadband service by now if i had not made payments .

                                        My ACT Broadband connection has been disconnected since from 1 week, I call customer care so many times but still my internet not working. Whenever The I called to customer care, customer care people used to say that your issue will get resolve today end of the day. The ACT Broadband providing very worst service. Don’t go for this service never ever.
