Hi sir this is Bhanu reddy I have requested for new connection in alkapuri area near lb Nagar and I jmhave already paid amount for six months package inspite of providing me a connection dilsukhnagar branch employees are not taking my requests. I paid amount on 2nd July 2015 and from past 20days I have given several requests and complaints to customer care service but I haven't received any call or service from beam. I have visited tarnaka branch and dilsukhnagar branch personally to register a complaint but I haven't received any support from these offices also. Now I am planning to proceed legally with consumer form and rti act. My phone no is [protected].

    internet services are not available since last 4 days and no place to complaint.
    why don't you have 24 hour helpline dedicated to existing customer only?
    who will pay for 4 days of lost services?

    My ACT Fibernet account number from Hyderabad is[protected]
    Internet is not working since last 2 days and am not able to contact the customer care.
    Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.
    Dropped a message to 56677 but there is no response there as well.
    Also submitted the complain from their webpage but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening.
    Worst service ever..ur custtomer care number and nodal officer number doesnt work too.who will pay for all the disturbed services.
    SMS ACT is a nightmare..plz how can u fool people like this.

    If my isuue isnt resolved..i am gonna lodge a pill in consumer court.

    What is going on, the customer care is not working, the usual auto generated voice option are not available. Something is really, wrong. I think we should all change to Airtel or Hathway. Pathetic service from ACT.

        My account number is 937183. I have request for VPN connection (Ticket no[protected] on[protected]:20 AM, but they not solved it and I found I am not able to connect my internet. I again complain for unable to connect internet (Ticket no[protected]. They call me and said executive come to my home, but till no one come. They close my ticket and generate one new Ticket 17854834. Last 2 days I call many time in customer care, but service auto answer says "Stay in line", after many time call, I have success to call with customer service executive and he said immediate take action, but till now[protected]:30 PM) no person come to my home. Very very poor service.

          My UserID is : 11245616, We had taken your act connection since 29th June, but till today we can''t find the properly internet connection.After complaining 10 days they gave 1 day connection which is on last Friday but after one day its creates same issue. We have lots of work to do but your technical guys are not solving anything. We are facing lots of trouble for this. We already paid 6500 for 6 months plan & we also paid 1000 above money for calling your customer care number. What can I do for that we can't understand. If you have Humanity so Please help us. I also left 3 of my Clint due to your internet issue. Always I said same thing but your customer care guys & your technical guys are not doing any thing. So I am requesting you Sir if you don't Resolve our Issue Please give us our Money back. We will take another net connection which is far better than yours.

              This is Binod Mahto holding ACT broadband connection with Account No: 180344. I made a payment of 1196/- INR through Net Banking (HDFC Bank) to pay ACT broadband bill. After payment I got successful message with Track Id:act-billpay-[protected]. ACT is claiming that they haven't received the amount and asking me to contact bank to get that amount refund back. I do contact to bank for this and Bank confirms that money is successfully got credit to the Merchant account. Below are the transaction information which has been provided by the Bank: Transaction Reference for the payment from Bank:[protected]as per my account) Merchant Transaction Reference No.: [protected] (Given by bank claiming that amount is successfully credited to the merchant account). I have called customer care many times and also have sent a mail to ACT Helpdesk also to resolve this issue but they are responding properly. Please I need help to get my hard-way earning money back to my account. For reference:Below is the mail chain details with ACT helpdesk. Next day on 15th July 2015, I received a message from ACT saying "My complaint has been resolved." I got confused and called back to ACT Customer Care to know on what basis they said my complaint has been resolved. Neither I got my money back nor I got any mail regarding transaction failure. When I asked them why, they said "In our system transaction says failure so I need to contact to bank". My question is that: 1. As per the transaction, I got successful message saying "Transaction Successful" after transaction. After this if transaction fails, what does it mean and who is responsible for this? 2. As per the below mail chain, it clearly says "we shall coordinate with the bank and have the money reversed ASAP". Now why should I contact to bank for this? 3. If I need to contact to my bank, On what basis I'll prove that You(ACT) haven't received the amount? kind request you to do the needful to get my money back.               I received mail couple of mail as mentioned bwlow but I really don't know, what below mail means and what you guys are trying to do to solve my issue.
              I also talked to Mr. Harish Shetty (Team Lead/Floor Incharge) and he helped me to track the payment using "Merchant Transaction Reference No.: [protected]" from CCAvenue side. He confirmed that amount is successfully credited to CCAvenue account but couldn't credited to ACT account, and that's what even HDFC Bank claims.
              Now question is that,
              1. How I'll get my money back which is there in ccavenue account and what steps you guys are taking to get my money back?
              2. According to bank, since money is credited to the merchant account they can't do any anything. So it's ACT responsibility to do the needful to get my money back.
              3. You guys also should make sure that this kind of problem shouldn't occur in feature. As a customer I pay to ACT not ccavenue through your online payment facility (provided by ACT portal).

              I have mad payment on 10th September it says the transaction is successfull and debited from my account but the ACT executive says that they have not at all received the money can you please help me to get my money back of confirm that my is been transferred

              This is Arun kumar K R, holding an ACT subscription for internet services.

              The bill of this month has been paid through debit card of sir. M Vishveshwariah co-op bank. ltd on 15th of September 2020. we have paid the amount Rs.838 before the due date but still ACT services claims the amount has not been received at their end. Due to this we are not getting proper internet connection and this is creating a lot of chaos during the online classes of my children.
              I have got message for the debit of the amount from the bank and the same is being attached for your reference along with the transaction I D.
              Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                Today I have purchased one broadband connection from your company on the agreement of it should be activated by today 4.00 PM maximum, as your customer care executive told me. Otherwise I have selected some other options, lots of other internet providers are available in my area. Even the person who collected my document and payment in the morning assured me that it will be activated maximum by 3.00 PM today. I am not sure about his name but I have his mobile no -[protected]. I talked to customer care and they are giving diplomatic answer that it will be activated by tomorrow or day after tomorrow, I haven’t chosen for these king of worst service. I was not sure about your company service is worst, you guys are just making fool to customers, in the first instance you should tell the exact time, so that I could manage my expectation. I am not sure what to do in this case, hope you can understand my situation, tomorrow we are going out of station at 11.00 AM morning. Looks like I need to look into some consumer complain service.

                  Hello Beam, I am facing an connectivity issue from past 1 week onwards, daily I have to raise a complains, but none of your team has resolved the issue when ever we are calling to beam we have to be on line for more than 30 min and your team is playing cheap road side tricks with the customers, if customer is asking to escalate an higher level, simply they will place us on hold for more than 40 min and we will fud up and we have to disconnect the line it is going on daily bases and we visited an beam office but no response, at last I went and checked the centralised switch box it has locked and I seen that there is no power to that switch I asked to house owner what's the issue and owner gave me the brief details . By his own word. saying that from past one year onwards he didn't received current bill for this switch so that the reason he switched off the power plug, Now tell me beam I am paying you the bill every month, So here what I have do and If you guys are not capable to provide service to customer just inform to the customer that you are incapable, so that we can go for another service provider, altho we are paying tax 19% tax to you guys...I need answer from you guys.                     [protected]ticket no Above ticket I raised after confirming wd the support team of act broadband @ beam as I am working from home ..it was a critical assignment I was pursuing its been 37 hours still no body or the support official tried to call for the above ticket I have raised.. But the [censored] fact they closed the ticket and we th8 that it is working may be its a onl9 work..but now wen I tried same problem no network access after facing the issue wen I call to the Tech-sup they are saying we can't do I asks dem its been 2 days now I am going to be hacked by the higher official wat m gonna do ...                       on 30th june 2015 we booked for a broadband connection we paid 1700rs to the two members of there company. till this date 16th july its been 17 days we havent got connection . we tried to reach the company we gave complaints more then 5 time ... even the person who took the money isnt receiveing our phone. daily they are telling that today it will be done it will be done.neither they are returing our money nor they r taking up any actions. the manager and the supervisior are also not taking any action n not receving our call more then 200rs we have wasted in just calling the customer care services.. n complaint reg. services.

Please go through the below complaint I had raised with ACT customer care executives. "I applied for a new connection on June 23rd by issuing a cheque in favor of 'ACT' (amount 1270/-) to your sales executive Mahesh Kumar. On 24th of June, he called me and said he needed a cheque in favor of 'ACT FIBERNET' instead of 'ACT' hence for new connection please make a payment online so that he can proceed with giving new connection. So I made a payment online(SAF No:243075. Reference Number is[protected] and got the connection on 24th June 2015. After which I asked Mahesh Kumar to return the cheque on the same day(24th June) while giving him the reference no of the online payment since I have already made the payment and it is of no use. Mahesh Kumar said "You can stop the payment of the cheque, so that he doesn't have to return the same". After stopping the payment for the cheque issued, ACT disconnected my connection on July 7th saying my cheque has bounced and hence levied cheque bounce charges along wih Rs 1270. Then ACT reversed the connection charges due but didn't revert the cheque bounce charges. For one day I couldn't access the internet because of problems on ACT side, they reconnected admitting the problem on their side but then the cheque bounce charges has not been reversed. Despite making calls to ACT customer care 4 times and emailing about the issue, what i get is complaint number which are said to be resolved without informing me and the Bill Payment page again asks me to pay an amout due last month + cheque bounce charges." Today Mr Praveen customer care executive informed me that they have taken action against the sales executive but are not ready to reverse the cheque bounce charges. He inturn asked me for voice evidence regarding the conversation with the sales executive who has done the same. The whole point is ACT is trying to pass the buck and unfairly wants me to pay the cheque bounce charges, while I am no way responsible for the procedural lapse and wrong doings on the part of ACT or any of its employees. Had I been charged for late payment charges for which I had been responsible, I would have made the payment accepting the mistake on my part. But here ACT is partially acknowledging the wrong doing of its employee and taking action against him and unfairly wants me to pay cheque bounce charges which I am no way responsible. How ACT and its employees work, I have no control. If there is a procedural lapse in the functioning of ACT, they should acknowledge and rectify it instead of asking the customer to pay the bill. I have been agonizingly calling ACT customer care and getting weird responses which is causing a lot of harassment. "Please go to bank and ask them to reverse the cheque bounce charges" I said its not the matter of Rs 75, or Rs 100 or Rs 1000 but unfairly penalizing me for no fault of mine, to which Mr Praveen said "If the amount is not big, please go ahead and pay the amount". I am deeply saddened by ACT response in this whole matter. So I request you to take the necessary action and reverse the cheque bounce charges finding the lapse in ACT's procedure leading to this and rectify the same.                           We have raised complaint on Jul 12 that internet stopped working but there is no feedback from concerned authorities, im calling customer care n number of times and i get a worst service from them, only thing i get to hear is 24 hrs it will be resolved, its been 4 days but there is no response from them.

                            I have not been receiving Internet since past two weeks from Beam Telecom services. Inspite of raising the ticket no 17665017 on 4th july 2015, 17725767 on 9th july 2015, 17757961 on 11th july 2015, 17797664 on 14th july 2015, all the tickets were closed without resolution. today when I walked into Beam /Act office, I was socked to listed that the connection junction box was removed. the same was not informed to me and I was waiting for the internet to be up and working. Beam/Act is playing foul game with the customers and this is not only my case, even my collegues who have Bean act connection are facing the similar issue. I suggest to take stringent action against such fraud companies who are fooling the public .

                                  We had applied for a new wifi connection with ACT TV in Kormangala area of Bangalore. A sales person called Jaffer had come to get the forms filled up and inform about connection. We made the payment of Rs 14, 351/- online on 12th June 2015. Its been more than one month today, we have not received any wifi router or modem and wifi connection has not been activated at our home. The sales person Jaffer now does not pick up call or reply to messages. Request help from consumer forum to please get the money refunded or get the connection activated.

                                    11th June 2015 i raised complaint against server problem, almost one month it didn't resolved, when ever complaining its closing the complaint without resolving problem. i made call, 15+ times to the customer care and didn't resolved yet. because of my dignity i am not using any F* words. I am regretting to explain about their services. they provided one moth bill also without connection. how many times i will call to the customer care. if i am rating their services i will rate 0 for them. without server fixing and customer service what the use of 20mbps and all. with this service i wont suggest any of my friends or neighbor to take ACT Broadband.

                                      I have been using beam since 3 yrs and I have upgraded from 4mbps to 20 mbps then onwards I am facing frequent disconnections and they charge for 20mbps but speed is also very less around 9 mbps it is not 20 as promised by beam, they are simply looting people money they are cheaters.when ever I raise compliant with beam they close the ticket saying it is resolved.They will not ask the customer before closing. Act broadband service is very poor and their customer service is very poor. Please think twice before going to Act broadband. Purnima [protected]

                                        I have been trying to contact the customer care and there is no response and the service is not working since 7 days . Each and everytime i call the customer service they tell the problem gets resolved in 24hrs and a technician will come . But there is no respone and it is still not working. Now they have blocked the customer so that no one troubles them Since yesterday i have been trying to call them It is continuously busy. Please take action on such cheap companies
