NO connection and not refunding my money

I applied for a new connection with ACT on 2nd of June 2015 paying full years subscription fees which is14350/- Rs, the Marketing person promised that even though the official deadline is 7 -10 days, but he will try to get the connection activated within 2-3 days. Very bad customer support

Shifting Request - No Response from beam

This is my first month o[censored]sing ACT fibernet. Before using this I had a very good impression about ACT. But actually ACT is providing the worst service in the city. Tikona and Metronet were far better than this. In my first month itself my net is disconnected for more than 10 days. I have spent more than 250 for calling customer care. They generally dont pickup before being online for 10/12 minutes. They are commiting to give a call back...

Cheating and false advertising of products

Internet not working from the last 4 days
