Request #[protected] My internet is not working since 26th July, 2015. This is the 9th day and counting since it is not working. Customer care has stopped replying my mails. When I call them they say everything is right from our end you check yours. I don't understand how can they give such reply. They installed everything form wire to the wifi routers. I have charged for all the installation. This is very bad response. I am not a technical person to fix it. Can any help me to get through some higher authority or i should take this case to consumer court. As they take advance rent so all my dues are clear. Thank in advance.

Finally today my Internet Started working.

My internet has started working from 7th August, 2015. I would like you to give me waiver in the bill for the period of 26th July, 2015 to 6th August, 2015 for which my internet was not working. So that I can clear my bill payment immediately.

    Today is 1st July. Net pack reset from 1st of every month we have 30GB data plan of ACT fibernet. When I got u early morning i saw GB consumed as 2.07 nd now 2.38 gb.. there is not major uage of the ackage. There is definitely cheating. I want details of the consumed. I tried calling custimer right from 8.30 in the mronng but I think they dnt work properly or are unde roductive, they have never picked the call till nw (12.47pm) i wasted around 20rs waiting for the executive. GB usage is a concern from last couple of months. Its been either going up somehow or its been cheating, stealing. I dont know I want justice for this. wasting my money and time ehind but ACT executives never bother for their customer. Userid:11187697 account ID: 1171633

    I have noticed the same issue. I have spoken to 6 different people. There is definitely something fishy going on here. I am going to escalate this to a Social Networking Forum to bring awareness. I have tried talking to the folks at the Customer Care. Everytime they say we will call back in 2 hrs. No one calls back. Renu, are you seeing this in Bangalore?

    I am seeing something similar. I reside in BLR. The consumption rate is ridiculously high. I have tried contacting Customer Care. They always mention that they will get back in 2 hrs and no one does. When i requested the issue to be escalated to a supervisor, the customer care team said that they cannot hear me and in one particular case they just hung up. We are seeing 5X the data consumption date. I will be waiting for 1 more hr and then i will escalate this to a social networking forum. If your issue is not resolved and you have a FB ID, i will tag you as well. I have been calling everyday for the past 3 days. This is NOT called Customer care service.

    I did not even use anything very much ..not even a film got downloaded . Even for basic usage and simple searches they detected 5 gb on a single day. such a ridiculous thing . I called them and nothing got resolved.I wanted it to get clear or il cancel the connection.I thought i was the only one who s dealing wth the pblm until i see this page. I wanted to get this cleared to the earliest if not will deal this problem in some social forums...

    I would request your kind attention.
    Before I could come to my complaint I would like to know how somebody could use or consume 8GB per day without downloading or uploading any movies or any other contents.
    As per the information from your call centre records and my account details, they told I have already crossed the FUP limit of 50GB and reached 81.27GB which is very shocking for using it for 8-10 days.
    (as my speed reset on 7th of every month).

    I request you please clarify things and look into the matter seriously.
    This is the first time I have experienced such a problem and request your immediate action.

      I have been customer of beam for almost 4 years, every 6 months i used to pay
      6 months package, but suddenly i have to move to Chenna due to new job, then beam tele has refused to refund one month's advance amount stating there policies. I regret paying 6 months advance amount.
      My advise is never take 6 months package

        Called up for a new connection on 20th, immediate response to collect the money and docs. After that u just have to forget about your money and connection that you have applied for. The person switch off his phone. When tried reaching customer care. Those blady people take a fresh complaint everytime and commit to resolve in 24hrs. Till date i haven't received any call from them regarding the status of my complaint nor they have tried to resolve it. Inspite of telling that its a corporate connection and want it immediately. U guys just play around with the customers & their precious time. If you guys don't have better job pls close your Company. why the hell do u take the fresh complaint every time we call?? Why the hell there is no one taking action against this issue?? What is your blady problem?? If you are not capable of giving the connection on time. why the hell do u even take the complaint and give false commitment???????????????????? I was promised that the connection will be given on 28th after several calls & follow up till today i haven't seen any person coming from ur end and taking any action. Shame on you people. U guys are not fit to be in the market. IF I DON'T GET THE CONNECTION TODAY I WANT REFUND AND COMPENSATION OF RS.50000 FOR THE LOSS THAT WE HAVE FACED BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS.         Issues regarding the net connectivity

        The net connection is not working since 3 days and I have tried calling the customer care number but no one is lifting. The email id in the beam portal is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. the address is in hyderabad. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

            This is a serious issue against ACT Internet Broadband service[protected]. My Username is 11267312 and it is a new internet connection I have taken 2 weeks back. Right from day 1, there has been a frequent disconnection of the network which I ignored. 2 days back, the connection was completely OFF and that is when I raised a complaint to the customer service team - (req no - [protected]) I have had multiple conversations since yesterday with customer service team, technicians etc but have not got a convincing answer and was told by everyone that 'Have informed the team, they are working on it, problem will get resolved soon' Few mins back I got a call from ACT CC stating that there is some access / permission issue because of which they can't continue with the connection so they will disconnect the services. Now this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. How can they give me connection without a proper due diligence (initial checking of box or connectors in the building) and give me this response after 2 weeks of access. Because of the foolishness of some technician (Nagendra - [protected] & Ranga - [protected]) and the sales guy (Sagar - [protected]) why should I suffer? - Why this check was not done by ACT before giving connection? - Why ACT technicians don't give response on phone? - Why it takes so much of time to understand the issue by technicians (2 days in my case)? - Why a customer should suffer because of their INTERNAL incapability/ issues? - Why they can't put a separate box if they have an extra connection (that is for what we pay them) Because I have taken ACT service, I had disconnected my previous connection :) so now I don’t have any internet connection & it is all because of ACT's highly inefficient people and process. Because they can't give me the service now, I demand a serious apology (in writing and a call)from a SENIOR personnel with an explanation of the case. Also, I need a complete REFUND of the annual subscription amount in the next 3-4 days (Rs 14, 350). Today's date & time - 29th July, Wed, 5:00 PM Shahzeb - [protected]

              An executive from ACT came collected documents and the monthly fee along with installation charges for the broadband to be setup about 2 and half weeks back . He promised that the connection would be installed within 5-7 days . After 10 days i called the helpline where my complaint was registered and was promised by the representative that it would be done within 24 hours . I havent heared from anyone as yet . If they cant do it they should not collect the money and make people wait . I could hav taken a different broadband service by now if i had not made payments .

                My ACT Broadband connection has been disconnected since from 1 week, I call customer care so many times but still my internet not working. Whenever The I called to customer care, customer care people used to say that your issue will get resolve today end of the day. The ACT Broadband providing very worst service. Don’t go for this service never ever.

                  From the past 15 days i have raised multiple complaints for not getting any power back up at the junction box at vanshee Eldorado Apartment (Marathahalli) as a result whenever the power goes off the Internet goes off . Each time i get a resolved SMS without fixing the problem and i have to with reopen the ticket or request for a new ticket to be created. I have called the customer care executives multiple times yet this issue has not been rectified.                     Last year(2014) Aug-Sep time frame, I have discontinued ACT Broadband services due to extremely pathetic services, But further they keep calling me and told me that they will improve there services, As a result recently (20th July 2015) i have activated there services and they initially told me to pay 605/Rs which i have paid.They resumed services afterwards .Then in few days suddenly they discontinued broadband services saying that i have to pay an extra charge of 348/- Rs.When i told them that i already paid 605/-Rs, But they are saying that 605/- Rs is last year due and again i have to pay 348/- Rs. After clarifying them that i have discontinued because of there worst services and i am not liable to pay for it.They are nor listening and there nodal officer is also speaking same language. Please look into this.

                    ACT Broadband looks to me as a fraud service provider they know how to trap customers.They are far away from ethical business and to be frank i will never go with them in near future.

                      I referred one of my friend ( reference id 63318) to take a connection with ACT broadband thinking that its a good broadband company and the speed is good and customer service is fast. And it's been nearly 1 months now. I have called up and spoken to customer care, send an email request 2-3 times but the response has been so pathetic. Whenever I call to Customer Care they simple saying issue will be resolved in high priority.

                          Hi sir this is Bhanu reddy I have requested for new connection in alkapuri area near lb Nagar and I jmhave already paid amount for six months package inspite of providing me a connection dilsukhnagar branch employees are not taking my requests. I paid amount on 2nd July 2015 and from past 20days I have given several requests and complaints to customer care service but I haven't received any call or service from beam. I have visited tarnaka branch and dilsukhnagar branch personally to register a complaint but I haven't received any support from these offices also.                             Internet is not working since last 2 days and am not able to contact the customer care.
                            Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.
                            Dropped a message to 56677 but there is no response there as well.
                            Also submitted the complain from their webpage but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening.
                            Worst service ever..ur custtomer care number and nodal officer number doesnt work too.who will pay for all the disturbed services.
                            SMS ACT is a nightmare..plz how can u fool people like this.

                                My account number is 937183. I have request for VPN connection (Ticket no[protected] on[protected]:20 AM, but they not solved it and I found I am not able to connect my internet. I again complain for unable to connect internet (Ticket no[protected]. They call me and said executive come to my home, but till no one come. They close my ticket and generate one new Ticket 17854834. Last 2 days I call many time in customer care, but service auto answer says "Stay in line", after many time call, I have success to call with customer service executive and he said immediate take action, but till now[protected]:30 PM) no person come to my home. Very very poor service.

                                  My UserID is : 11245616, We had taken your act connection since 29th June, but till today we can''t find the properly internet connection.After complaining 10 days they gave 1 day connection which is on last Friday but after one day its creates same issue. We have lots of work to do but your technical guys are not solving anything. We are facing lots of trouble for this. We already paid 6500 for 6 months plan & we also paid 1000 above money for calling your customer care number. What can I do for that we can't understand. If you have Humanity so Please help us. I also left 3 of my Clint due to your internet issue. Always I said same thing but your customer care guys & your technical guys are not doing any thing. So I am requesting you Sir if you don't Resolve our Issue Please give us our Money back. We will take another net connection which is far better than yours.

I made a payment of 1196/- INR through Net Banking (HDFC Bank) to pay ACT broadband bill. After payment I got successful message with Track Id:act-billpay-[protected]. ACT is claiming that they haven't received the amount and asking me to contact bank to get that amount refund back. I do contact to bank for this and Bank confirms that money is successfully got credit to the Merchant account. Below are the transaction information which has been provided by the Bank: Transaction Reference for the payment from Bank:[protected]as per my account) Merchant Transaction Reference No.: [protected] (Given by bank claiming that amount is successfully credited to the merchant account). I have called customer care many times and also have sent a mail to ACT Helpdesk also to resolve this issue but they are responding properly. Next day on 15th July 2015, I received a message from ACT saying "My complaint has been resolved." I got confused and called back to ACT Customer Care to know on what basis they said my complaint has been resolved. Neither I got my money back nor I got any mail regarding transaction failure. When I asked them why, they said "In our system transaction says failure so I need to contact to bank". My question is that: 1. As per the transaction, I got successful message saying "Transaction Successful" after transaction. After this if transaction fails, what does it mean and who is responsible for this? 2. As per the below mail chain, it clearly says "we shall coordinate with the bank and have the money reversed ASAP". Now why should I contact to bank for this? 3. If I need to contact to my bank, On what basis I'll prove that You(ACT) haven't received the amount? kind request you to do the needful to get my money back.                                       I received mail couple of mail as mentioned bwlow but I really don't know, what below mail means and what you guys are trying to do to solve my issue.
                                      I also talked to Mr. Harish Shetty (Team Lead/Floor Incharge) and he helped me to track the payment using "Merchant Transaction Reference No.: [protected]" from CCAvenue side. He confirmed that amount is successfully credited to CCAvenue account but couldn't credited to ACT account, and that's what even HDFC Bank claims.
                                      Now question is that,
                                      1. How I'll get my money back which is there in ccavenue account and what steps you guys are taking to get my money back?
                                      2. According to bank, since money is credited to the merchant account they can't do any anything. So it's ACT responsibility to do the needful to get my money back.
                                      3. You guys also should make sure that this kind of problem shouldn't occur in feature. As a customer I pay to ACT not ccavenue through your online payment facility (provided by ACT portal).

                                      The bill of this month has been paid through debit card of sir. M Vishveshwariah co-op bank. ltd on 15th of September 2020. we have paid the amount Rs.838 before the due date but still ACT services claims the amount has not been received at their end. Due to this we are not getting proper internet connection and this is creating a lot of chaos during the online classes of my children.
                                      I have got message for the debit of the amount from the bank and the same is being attached for your reference along with the transaction I D.
                                      Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                                        Today I have purchased one broadband connection from your company on the agreement of it should be activated by today 4.00 PM maximum, as your customer care executive told me. Otherwise I have selected some other options, lots of other internet providers are available in my area. Even the person who collected my document and payment in the morning assured me that it will be activated maximum by 3.00 PM today. I am not sure about his name but I have his mobile no -[protected]. I talked to customer care and they are giving diplomatic answer that it will be activated by tomorrow or day after tomorrow, I haven’t chosen for these king of worst service. I was not sure about your company service is worst, you guys are just making fool to customers, in the first instance you should tell the exact time, so that I could manage my expectation. I am not sure what to do in this case, hope you can understand my situation, tomorrow we are going out of station at 11.00 AM morning. Looks like I need to look into some consumer complain service.
