Very irresponsible behaviour and behaves careless with customers

I am unable to log in to my ACT fibernet portal since 1st may as usual, technical issues i think

dear sir/madam I am unable to log in to the internet using ACT fibernet id and pwd, please ask the technical person to do it via remote access or send him to my place to rectify this issue asap, else i am thinking of opting out of act fibernet, as this is the third time i am having issues which are not duly attended and resolved, which is not good on ACT's part being one of the major ISP in karnataka the message that i get on logging...

INTENTIONAL HARASSMENT DONE BY ACT

Problem Not Resolved

Ticket no[protected] has been raised on 3 days back and without resolving the problem they have closed the complaint . For a small complaint i have to call customer care for 5-10 times .after calling so many times also they are so irresponsible to resolve the complaint.For billing purpose they will call so many times and send too many messages but coming to complaints they dont even bother. this kind of service we dont expect from beam....

Internet disconnected from past three days.

My Internet has been disconnected from past 3 days. After I made a complain with [protected], next day the technician person came to check the problem. After checking process he said the wire needs to be changed. He said he will be back and went away. Later he never turned up and followed by this I received a message in my cellphone stating that my issue has been resolved. Till now I don't have internet connection. I expect it to be resolved...

Worst service and sometimes too slow internet !!

Act fiber net ads made me so impressed that I couldn't stop myself having it one in my home So once when I got it they told me that if you do the subscription for 1 year, you will get free Internet for 1 year. That one year got over so the next payment for 1 year Rs14870. I paid only 699 for 6 months package. Then after 2 weeks internet was too slow that the buffering time increased. this made me disappointed....

New Connection - Non activation

Always Giving False Reassurance

no proper speed

The service provided by ACT broadband is really pathetic!

Earlier net used to be down for only 2-3 days every month that too generally weekends and this time water has gone much beyond our tolerable limits.
Starting of month net was not working. They took 5 days to rectify the thing, after 1-2 days again it went down again we had to call them to service this.
From last Saturday ie. 18th april 2015, again no...

Request for the Refund.‏

ACT/Beam Broadband pvt ltd, Hyderabad. This is a prepaid service. Once the customer pays the total amount then they will continue the service for that month. For March month I have not paid the money and not able to reach them via phone[protected] for disconnection. No Service
