After i got my new broadband connection everything was working fine. Suddenly i started getting this network configuration issue.please find the screenshot below for reference. I called up Customer Care and made a complaint regarding this and they said it will be fixed ASAP. It has been 5 weeks and no progress in this. 2 weeks after the complaint i got a call(13/06/2015) from executive informing that I can fix the issue on my own and I shouted back at him then why do you have customer service after which the executive said he will come to the location and fix the issue but nothing has happened till now.

    I am consumer of ACTFibernet broadband in Bangalore and I have subscribed to their as advertised 50Mbps plan. As per the plan I should get fast, reliable connection at 50Mbps speed with small variation at all times. I have paid in advance for 6 months for this service and It has been almost a month I upgraded myself to this account. Since last 3 weeks I have been complaining of low speeds of 2Mbps on a plan of 50Mbps but ACTFiberent simply doesnt want to do anything. They keep texting me saying that your complaint has been resolved but again every night the speed drops to 2Mbps. My repeated complaint calls have been falling on deaf eyes and so are my tweets. Would request you to investigate this company at earliest and it should be fined heavilly

      Hi, This is Venkata Bhanu Kiran, an act user bearing with ac no 1171362. From last Friday (19/06/2015) there is no connectivity. due to going out of station not able to raise the complaint. But on 22/06/2015 raised a complaint by waiting in around 10-15 mins in queue and the executive committed to resolve it in 24 hrs. Worst part is not rectified or not even a call from ACT side in 24 hours, later on 23/06/2015 called then regarding the same they said EOD of 23/06/2015 will be rectified. But actually not happened. On the same day again called around 7pm, after waiting for another 10 mins ACT executive said going to arrange a call back in 2 hours at last by 9:00 PM. But there is no call or rectification On 24/06/2015 Mr. Prasanth Called me and said going to rectify by EOD 24/06/2015, Which is not happened. Very pathetic On 26/06/2015 I called the customer care and after waiting for another 10 mins I got connected to an executive who is not able to understand customer pain, asked him transfer to his manager, the Prasanth came to line said by EOD of 26/06/2015, will be rectified and will be updated. But actual is A person from ACT using a mobile no[protected] called to check the connectivity he is visiting the place. Said to wait for 10 mins. I went to home and called him, claiming that he came and left due to some more problems so not able to resolve asking me to wait for another 24 hours. He don't have 5 mins time to wait for me but I need to wait (the Worst part) On the same day 26/06/2015 @ 6:00 pm called customer care to talk to Mr. Prasanth, but he is not in the floor, Mr Syed came into line telling to wait without understanding the pain and frustration. The worst part of this ACT no proper customer service (over phone/ field) and non-trained technicians over phones to waste our time and money. Waste of money since subscribed for a year plan. Can't get rid of this service since i'll loosing my money itself. Has to bear with is non-sense, use less ACT.

        The internet on my broadband connection is not working from the last 4 days. I even submitted the complaints on the customer care link and tried to call on the customer care number but no solution. Account No. : 1202827 Location : Bangalore Please resolve the issue and do the credit adjustments the 4 days in the bill. The guy from ACT who promised to resolve any issue in the future personally is not even picking the call.

          This is regarding the internet Connectivity down issue which i am facing for 4 days. Really getting irritated with this kind of issue. Still there is not even a single solution or even technical guy visited to resolve it. Internet was down from 21/06/2015 to till date. I have made so many calls to customer care no. Everytime they will come with the solution it will be rectified by the end of the day. Still nothing is happening. I am very very disappointed with this kind of service.. Even Goverment service will be better than this. CAN YOU ABLE TO SOLVE IT OR NOT? PLANNING TO WITHDRAW MY CONNECTION.

            I am not able to access internet since June 20, 2015. Since then, I have been calling them daily. Simply customer support executives are raising service request tickets and those tickets are closed at the end of the day without being any service provided. This is the worst customer support I have seen.

            I am not able to access internet since 2 days. I have registered complaint 5 time till now.

            No resolution yet. Only answer I get from customer care is that they will resolve it, but it is

            not helping me in any way. May be I have made a mistake by choosing this pathetic ACT

            broadband connection. Pls help me to file a serious compliant against this issue.

                Dear customer service, your beam interenet box placed at my home, you people haven't paid and also not paying any amount against box, i have reported so many time to your customer care numbers.and also i was met your customer care office which at near by my home they also didn't respond properly, i will wait for one week to your respond other wise i through your box.

                  I'm using beam from last 5 months and 1 month back i asked them for shifting my connection. they said within 2 days we will give a connection. but just i got a single call in 2 days and i called them for next day and they said we will call back in 24hrd .but didn't get any call back again i called them and again they said we will forwarding your details and they will call you back in 24 hrs and same thing goes for 8 days. and after 8 days one person came and gave wiring but he didn't connect the other end of wire to the port box.after 2 days i only rectify the problem and called them and they said we will call back you in 24 hrs but this time also i didn't get any call back after 48 hrs they came and gave the connection.and these famous broadband atlas didn't have toll free number.almost i made 500rs calls to their customer care.and i asked for wavering and i said i don't like ur service so give back money .and they said sorry for inconvenience and we are cancelling your connection shifting fee and we also giving you wavering then i said ok. and day before yesterday they disconnect my connection for not payinf shifting fee and i again i called them they said 24 hrs time and now almost 50 hours i didn't get any reply finally i paid money in this process i got mental disappointment don't know what to do

                    Instead of ACT, they should have named it as WE DON'T ACT. It's just another cable operator. Horrible service. One small issue I've been raising more than 8 complaints in last 45days. After 3 days, your complaint is closed by itself, without resolving the issue. You go nuts following it up. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you want peace of mind, find someone else. ACT just don't reACT. I paid 14, 000 for one year subscription & suffering. My latest complaint no is [protected] STAY AWAY FROM ACT

                      I had applied for a new ACT connection on 8th of June, 2015. Customer Application Form no: 289341. I made the payment for one years connection. The installation was done the very next day i.e., on 9th of June 2015 and I was please with them so far. Now, the problem starts, the installation folks say the activation will be done in max of 3 days. Today is the 10th day and there is still no clue on what is going on at their end. Every single time I call their support line they promise the issue will be solved the next day and voila tomorrow never comes. They are using the TOMORROW trick to lure the customers. Sad part is the support guys blame the field team and they wont get them on call saying they don't have access to that team. I have spoke to so many people like Somashekhar, Prashanth etc from the field team and all of them using the TOMORROW trick to get me off the call. I have even wrote a email to the Nodal Office but no action taken. It is the 11th day today since I handed them the cheque and yet to receive a connection. Regards, Kaushal

From Monday i got Net configuration issue I have been trying to Call customer number 66272727 continuously from Monday[protected] send them mails sms but there is no response Either line will be busy and call get disconnected or will on waiting mode Tuesday i luckily my complain got registered and got sms ticket number no : 17395311 it said within 24 hrs my problem will get solved till now my problem is not get solved . i tried all ways daily till date but no action taken and problem is not solved

                          have ACT broadband service, home connection. This is a complaint on their customer service number 42840000. When you call this number for a technical or any other issues the call gets connected immediately after one ring and to speak to a live executive it at least 20 to 30 mins being on hold from the beginning of the call, meanwhile being charged for normal Vodafone call rates from ₹ 20 to 30 . I have been calling their number to transfer the net connection to my new address I was able to speak to their executive just one time with a charge of ₹23.49 apart from that I called about 10 times unable to get a live agent but being charged. they make money by cheap method. my fact is let them charge as long as my issue is resolved, but without even speaking to an agent simply call charges is an absurd customer service.

                            Hi Team, I am not getting internet for the past 3 days and i was desperately trying to reach the customer care number - [protected] but no use. All the times, I am getting busy tone itself and there is no other means to verify and validate the same. I went personally to your AS Rao Nagar office on 15/06/2015 and rasied a complaint. As there was no response/ remedy, hence I went again on 17.06.2015 to enquire and the front office gentleman was so rude to listen to my complain. After almost waiting for 30 mins I was told work is going on and I need to talk to his senior manager if I want. This is a mere act of irresponsibility and not rectifying the internet issues giving a deaf ear to customers.                               I want to disconnect ACT (Beam) and want refund for remaining 3 months, as i have already paid 3800 for 6months til, sep'15 but as Internet / wifi Not working from 1 week & no one has responded & called atleast once even after calling many times daily iam fed up with ACT so i want the remaining 3 months amount .ie,[protected].

                                I can only say that you just do not have me alone as a disgruntled or a frustrated customer but a whole lot of them as I read thru the various complains being posted. I am really not sure if you would read this article and ensure that the customer priorities are addressed since I have already called up the customer care number and spoke to a half dozen of your executives and have nearly a dozen SMS in my inbox stating that it will be addressed on priority. Only piece of an advice to you is not to cheat your customers who believed in your services and have paid money in advance rather let them know what you can afford to do Vs cannot do to ensure that their problems are merely acknowledged atleast. I look forward to your support while I am completely exhausted with the shameful act of not looking to support your own customers after repeated calls and escalations.

                                    My internet is not working since 3 days. I have been trying to reach out to customer care but it always says busy or asking us to hold the line and finally call is getting disconnected. I don't know how to solve this problem. we will be getting several reminders for the payments before the due date form the Act fiber, similarly they should have the responsibility for the service as well.                                       This is one of the horrible customer experience..ACT is all about not Acting..So bad and disappointed with the service..My Router stopped working from last 15 days and I think I would have made more than 15 calls to get this fixed.. Even though I agreed to make advance payment for 6 months, no response. Sad part it, they disconnected my connection. No body has any eagerness to solve customer problem. They let you suffer and charge you for connection even though its not working from last 15 days.. I had referred lot of friends to go with ACT connection. But now, will stop.. Will start negative marketing against ACT. My User ID is 10583000.. Here is detailed story: 1.My router stopped working.. I call customer support and request for help. 2. Engineer comes and tells me that I need to get my router replaced. 3. I called customer support..This guys responds to me as if I am having free internet connection. So arrogant and irresponsible. I get furious and asked for permanent disconnection..Same guy says, its okay.. Then he says he is going to deduce full month charges even though i am disconnecting in between. Pathetic way of handling customer. 4. I said OK.. And asked him to disconnect. 5. Retention team member calls me and says that I am customer for more than 2 year old.. They will get my router replaced. 6. Then I call these customer support team every day for 10 days.. No one is helping. 7. Suddenly they disconnect my connection and deduct full month charges.. Believe me my internet did not work even for single day..but full money is deducted. 8. I call them back..Got hold of retention team member.. Now its different story.. She telle me, to pay for 6 months and they give router. I agreed and went to pay online.. But my user ID is disabled. 9. I call customer support again (with lot of wait time), and ask this person to enable the connection. so that I can pay my 6 months advance payment... 10. And I followup everyday.. My connection is disabled.. This is how they treat customer who is associated with ACT for more than 2 years. Guys: Its so painful to followup with Act. Even though you make calls, there is no resolution.
