Very Bad Service - Internet Down

Hi, I have bought ACT broadband connection last week and till now more than 10 times the internet was down but the issue not fixed permanently. I have raised multiple requests but no luck. The tickets are closed with Fiber cut issue. Please fix this issue permanently....

Net connection issue and attitude of management

22 days and no response after taking money

Connection Declined due to Employer

Hi, I have recently relocated to Bangalore. In my society, ACT broadband has monopoly and no other vendor is present. I too applied for ACT broadband connection and submitted my documents with required money to one SPOC whom I was directed by banner posted in my society. Internet usage exceeded by 14th of every month, no transparency

I have taken a connection from Atria Convergence Technologies under the ACT Fibernet scheme at my residence in West Mambalam. The account number is 1132357. The promised speed is 20Mbps with a Fair Usage Policy of 40 GB every month, for Rs. 999/- plus ST. My connection is being throttled down to 512 kbps by 14th of every month saying that the FUP has been exceeded. The ACT Fibernet portal does not provide day wise itemised usage details....

No service No refund

My act fiber net(Beam Telecom) Account number is 872758.I have taken the connection before 2 months back with a 6 months plan for Rs-3850.After two months they had stopped their services in our area.So i requested them to refund the amount.But there is no response from them.I have called them almost 10- 15 times.each time when im calling them it costs 10 rs call.when im raising a ticket they are closing the ticket without resolving it...

Poor customer service and rude behaviour

I have ACT fibernet which is not working from last one week, customer care promises 24hrs to resolve the issue but they close complaints wuth out resolving the issue when call on the update on the complaint they create one more complaint no.
