Hi Team, I am not getting internet for the past 1 week and i am desperately trying to reach the customer care number - [protected] but no use. All the times, I am getting busy tone itself and there is no other means to verify and validate the same. This is a mere act of irresponsibility of holding one number alone and not rectifying the internet issues giving a deaf ear to customers. Please act immediately and restore the internet connections so that the faith will not move off from the beam service provider. Regards Krishna

    My internet is not working since 3 days. I have been trying to reach out to customer care but it always says busy or asking us to hold the line and finally call is getting disconnected. I don't know how to solve this problem. we will be getting several reminders for the payments before the due date form the Act fiber, similarly they should have the responsibility for the service as well. It is not acceptable. My Account number : 384892

      This is one of the horrible customer experience..ACT is all about not Acting..So bad and disappointed with the service..My Router stopped working from last 15 days and I think I would have made more than 15 calls to get this fixed.. Even though I agreed to make advance payment for 6 months, no response. Sad part it, they disconnected my connection. No body has any eagerness to solve customer problem. They let you suffer and charge you for connection even though its not working from last 15 days.. I had referred lot of friends to go with ACT connection. But now, will stop.. Will start negative marketing against ACT. My User ID is 10583000.. Here is detailed story: 1.My router stopped working.. I call customer support and request for help. 2. Engineer comes and tells me that I need to get my router replaced. 3. I called customer support..This guys responds to me as if I am having free internet connection. So arrogant and irresponsible. I get furious and asked for permanent disconnection..Same guy says, its okay.. Then he says he is going to deduce full month charges even though i am disconnecting in between. Pathetic way of handling customer. 4. I said OK.. And asked him to disconnect. 5. Retention team member calls me and says that I am customer for more than 2 year old.. They will get my router replaced. 6. Then I call these customer support team every day for 10 days.. No one is helping. 7. Suddenly they disconnect my connection and deduct full month charges.. Believe me my internet did not work even for single day..but full money is deducted. 8. I call them back..Got hold of retention team member.. Now its different story.. She telle me, to pay for 6 months and they give router. I agreed and went to pay online.. But my user ID is disabled. 9. I call customer support again (with lot of wait time), and ask this person to enable the connection. so that I can pay my 6 months advance payment... 10. And I followup everyday.. My connection is disabled.. This is how they treat customer who is associated with ACT for more than 2 years. Guys: Its so painful to followup with Act. Even though you make calls, there is no resolution.

          I raised request to shift connection on 4th from portal page. This request wasn’t taken which lead me to call up and check. they gave ticket no. 17357006. I was told no request was taken on cal n placed a new request on 11/06 promising a cal back before 12 for the next day. Which did not happen and I called again waiting for an hour to speak to supervisor and again was promised to check FEASIBILITY which didn’t happen. I keep calling EVERYDAY wasting 1 hour of time to CHECK FOR FEASIBILITY from 11th. This kind of service is bizzare. I was told I will receive a cal back before 12pm today which didn’t happen. ITS 14.52 as I write this. I hope I will receive some RESPONSE if I on this or I have to look for another service provider

            I have requested for ACT Fibrenet in June Beginning 2015 and made advance payment of Rs. 7176/- towards the same. However, its been 14 days already and there has been no installation or verification yet. I have called customer care numerous times but have not received any suitable response yet. I have already escalated Request No [protected] on June 12th, even then there is no response. I have already mailed to appellate authority/nodal officer previously but the are equally pathetic (Such a shame) I fail to understand the state of service. As per the ACT website, the connection will be installed within 7 working days: "Depending on the feasibility, after applying for ACT Fibernet within 7 working days ACT Fibernet connection would be installed." Don't fall for the trap people, this is a highly unprofessional service run by equally pathetic people. Attaching the proof of payment as well.

              Payment done on 7/6/15 .No Internet connection even after one week . Not able to reach any customer care person. Always customer care number is busy. Very poor customer service.                 Since last 20 days experiencing frequent disconnections. Recently, it was restored but was very slow. Since three days, again no internet. The customer care number never works. This is fraud that they switch off the customer care number. Whom should we complain? Shameless beam ? Stupid fellows. No one is resolving issue. They say server problem. Then throw that server. . Still i am getting sms to pay bill else connection will be removed. Why I should pay the bill? Fooling people. cheating fraud. senseless labours

                  I have requested on, 27.04.15 to disconnect my connection temporarily for one month I.e May 2015 but disconnected on 05.05.15 after my repeated calls. But I am asked to pay 213/- towards part payment up to, 05.05.2015. I have not used net from 01.05.2015, since I have taken Airtel internet. As I am not liable to pay 213/- for the delay in disconnection complaint lodged with HO beam cable there is no response. There is also no response from customer care phone always it shows engaged.Now I am receiving treathening messages/mails for disconnection though I have paid rs.730/- in advavce for June 2015. My mobile no [protected].

                    Paid Rs.7800 for this hopeless connection on 31st May, 2015 and its 13th June, 2015 today and apart from one useless wire nothing have they given. Never subscribe for this connection. They are frauds and will just collect money and never give you connecion That person who received my money is nomore receiving my call also.

                          Past one month internet is getting disconnected frequently and I tried to reach the customer care n number times when ever there is an internet dis-connectivity but unable to reach the customer care due to line was busy all the time. Even, I dropped n number of emails to customer care, but there is only one response “Thank you for contacting us we will try to resolve issue”. But problem was not resolved, still internet is getting disconnected frequently. I am getting frustrated due to frequent internet disconnection; it is making my day to day activities worse. I have raised complaint via an email Dated: 26th may 2015 and Ticket No generated is 17117553. Account ID: 292429 Do look into the issue and resolve ASAP

                            I applied for ACT connection 21 days back and I was promised that i will get active connection in 7 days. I am calling customer care everyday and contacting ACT office since last 2 weeks they are not doing anything. They are simply delaying it. When I asked to cancel connection and give my money back they are saying it will take 15 days to get my money back. If anyone reading it and planing to get new connection, one suggestion: Don't Buy ACT Fibernet.

                                    ACT internet aka Beam internet doesnt seem to know the meaning of customer. I have been experiencing frequent internet connection and that too for days. Dirtiest part is thier customer care no[protected] on the website is enaged 24 * 7. No way to lodge complaints. Kindly help

                                    Madhav, Please don't use the word 'Kindly' for them. They really don't deserve that. Every word said by you is true and is experienced by every customer. If they continue so, then that day is not far when they will hae shut their shop.

                                      I am really thankful to the reviews and i am really sorry for the behaviour of these type of companies which practice unprofessionalism. I wanted to buy a new connection and thought of taking ACT, But after reading the reviews, turned back. Thanx for all reviews and saving me from these type of cheat service providers. May someone deal with the issues or their should be some laws to govern customer cheating stratergies like this. These companies should understand that they run because of costumers money and the call centre employees, rather all employees get salaries because of costumers only.

                                        I am a act broadband customer from long time.. But whenever I get any issue with act they takeinimum a week to resolve it.. After continuous raising of complaints they come and resolve post one week. If we call local act guy he doest lie calls and when he lifts he speaks bad language and cuts the call... Its intolerable Currently my internet is not working from 5 days and I call them everyday... They say that they will resolve it tomorrow... But no luck... I called them today again but the call didn't even get connected ... I was waiting in the queue for more than half an hour... Its really irritating... They are not providing a proper service..plz help with this
