My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. Even though I have paid the amount in advance for 6 months broadband connection and hardly used the service for 1 month or so, from last 1 week or so my net connection has been getting disconnected very regularly and very slow when the connection works. I have tried calling the customer care, the Hyd. phone numbers but no one even has picked up the phone. Also, the sad part is that they have given the Nodal Officer and the Appellate Authority (Anand Krishna and Suja Varghese) email id to whom I have sent emails including to the customer care department [protected]@actcorp.in but it is so surprising that so far there has not been even an acknowledgement for my email leave alone resolving my issues. It is really sad to note if the Nodal Officer and the Appellate personnel work for Beam or ACT and don't worry about the complaints/ escalations sent by customers like us and seems like they have all these personnel details on their website to cheat customers like us.     Hello this is lesly the connection is in the name of rohan dahotre and registered by my mobile number and i used to pay this time when i was paying the payment got hanged for about 5 mins after 3d secure pin so i closed the browser and i payed once more cz i dint get any payment message on my mobile so i tried once more then it worked and after that i got 2 messages of paying Rs 1179 (in total Rs2358)and then i instantly called them and they said we recieved 2 payments from me and and then they told me to resolve from bank which i cant really do because of work and my bank acnt was not made in the city where i currently currently live. i told them about this but they said we sorry we will tell u when u once disconnect the net instead of refunding the extra that got payed which is 1179 the amount. me and rohan are roommates and we are moving this month end as per our rooms agreement i even told them this but they are not refunding the money which was hanged and received by them and this is really kills me even when i called them to resolve the net problems they did the same one day they took abt 7 days then 3 days saying within 24 hours i even lost my freelance job from this and now they are playing with my money i really hope i get help from here registered mobile no [protected]

      Hi, I had called your customer care for reconnection at Boduppal. They said they will do it in 3 days Even before they called us, we receive a sms saying "your ticket is closed". When I again called the customer care they said the technician will call us and they will install a new server box, as the one which is there in our area is full. After 2 days they call and tell us that it cannot be done as there is no server box and they cannot install a new one. It's really surprising that I receive multiple answers each time. This is at least not expected from a reputed vendor like Beam which is supposed to be the most popular.

        I had paid ₹1700 on 27th April for installation charges and 1 month connection in my house in Koramangala. It is now 18th May, I have called them more than 100 times, and they refuse to pick up my calls . In the papers that I had to sign, it was clearly written it will be installed in15 working days. It has been almost a month now. Mr Prasanna(phone number:[protected]) was assigned to our house, but he picked up the phone, abused us and cut the phone. I have been so badly harassed and lost a lot of money as I work from home, and Internet is absolutely necessary. I feel really helpless and don't know how to sort this issue out.

          Hi, I have recently relocated to Bangalore. In my society, ACT broadband has monopoly and no other vendor is present. I too applied for ACT broadband connection and submitted my documents with required money to one SPOC whom I was directed by banner posted in my society. After following up with him for two days, another fellow called up saying that I have given documents to wrong person as previous fellow doesn’t handle new connections. Despite being surprised, I retrieved documents and money from first fellow and gave to new guy who told me that I also have to shell out another 2000/- for new router which I gave in cash. He told me that I need to get internal wiring done from my building electrician which is required for connection which I got done same day. Next day ACT electricians came to my flat and connected wires to the boxes present in building basement. After two days, the SPOC with whom I was following, called up saying that as I am working in Dell company, ACT broadband doesn’t provide connection to its employees as they had certain payment disputes with them in past. Stunned, I called up helpdesk who after taking to 15 minutes mentioned that they have certain technical issues (which they can’t inform me) due to which connection can’t be done at my flat and I need to follow up for refund separately. Now I am left after spending around 4000/- clueless and looking for alternatives. Can somebody help me getting right answer why connection is declined. My application request number is CF[protected].             I have requested ACTCorp over customer care phone number for new connection at my apartment 16-4-32, Talibkhundmiri Road, Malakpet, Hyd - 24. After multiple calls to the customer care hotline. i received a call from ACT official (phone number: [protected]) just to be informed that he is not to concerned person and he will sms the contact number of the concerned person, which is ([protected]) since 2 days i have been trying to get in touch with the concerned person but the phone is switched off. When i called the customer care of ACT corp. I was simply asked to complain to the nodal office through email at [protected]@actcorp.in I am not sure if i should be struggling to get internet connection from ACT fiber. However, i request the concern authorities to look into the matter and do the needful. my phone number [protected].

                Hi Sir...I have requested for a Beam/Act broad band connection and they have charged an amount of 4020/-Rs as in advance for 6 months.The committed installation date is on 10th May 2015.Till the time Internet is not provided to me. When ever I call the customer care they raise a fresh ticket and say with in 24hrs the issue will resolve. I have almost called more than 40 times to the sales person and the customer care.They are not care at all. Please take the appropriate action.

                  I have taken a connection from Atria Convergence Technologies under the ACT Fibernet scheme at my residence in West Mambalam. The account number is 1132357. The promised speed is 20Mbps with a Fair Usage Policy of 40 GB every month, for Rs. 999/- plus ST. My connection is being throttled down to 512 kbps by 14th of every month saying that the FUP has been exceeded. The ACT Fibernet portal does not provide day wise itemised usage details. I have requested their customer support for itemised usage details and this has been flatly refused. Under this circumstances, I am suspecting foulplay to show that the usage is 40GB so that they can collect additional payment for excess download. Please investigate into the matter.

                    My daughter had requested a new Internet connection 5days back and your Executive came to her Flat No.104, Sai Kiran Apartments, Near Satya Sai Nigamam, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad and collected Rs.3, 400/- that includes Router and connection. Another Executive came yesterday and put the cable without Router and advised to buy a Router separately. Your Custmer care centre are not giving clear picture. In view of the above, please advise the Executive who attended the work to install the Router also, if not please refund the amount immediately.                         Since i moved out of my old premises, i requested for a transfer of the balance amount in my ACT account to my other account on Apr 15 2015. The ACT technician said it is possible to transfer the balance amount from one account to another. For the next 5-8 days, i only got mails saying "Ticket raised for problem". There was no reply at all. So i requested for a disconnection of the account by 29th April and the same was done. But i did not see the balance getting transferred to other account. Instead i was billed for the month of May 2015 when the account was already disconnected. Kindly help me out in this regard.

                        Its been almost 10 days now and i have not received any solution in this regard.
                        There is no reply on refund of Rs.683, which was available in my account after clearing all the payments.
                        Also the customer care folks are calling me again to pay the bill for the month of May, eventhough the account is already deactivated on 29th April.

                          My act fiber net(Beam Telecom) Account number is 872758.I have taken the connection before 2 months back with a 6 months plan for Rs-3850.After two months they had stopped their services in our area.So i requested them to refund the amount.But there is no response from them.I have called them almost 10- 15 times.each time when im calling them it costs 10 rs call.when im raising a ticket they are closing the ticket without resolving it

                              I have taken ACT Broadband and paid Rs 1679 /- (1 month usage fee+ installation charges), But till 6th of May, 2015 installation is pending and no response from their side. Complaint Number : [protected] raised on 2nd May Still stands unresolved till date(6th May). I have requested to cancel my connection and refund the money but still no response or action taken from their side. The representative for Tilak nagar Named Mr.Srinivas, told me that we have to pay Rs.916/- For 100 mbps connection.but we r getting 4 mbps only..this is happening since 1 year..as because our CEO didnt have knowledge about technical things, i am bringing to your notice, that please resolve this issue, ASAP.I am submitting photo proof of mobile message for bill.

                                  Internet has been down in my area since Saturday, 2nd May 2015. Given multiple complaints and call the ACT customer care 2 times everyday. First of all the, it takes between 7-9 minutes to get someone to take the call, post which they give the same excuse that the fiber line is cut and they are working on it and will have it rectified by evening. It has been 3 evenings now that I have waited and till now there is no Internet. I am using my backup BSNL broadband connection which has been thankfully running fine. The customer support is pathetic and it seems like the team that takes our calls is unaware of what is exactly happening on the field. It is very disappointing that in today's day and age, an Internet service provider can have a downtime of 5 days and still get away with these pathetic service levels. If fiber cut is such a big issue that you cannot rectify, then please shut shop and stop providing services. To top it all, I am getting messages and mails every alternate day that my monthly charges for May is due and I need to make payment to avoid disconnection (the due date is 15 May). What disconnection are you talking about when I have not had connectivity since 2nd May! Please get your ACT together, else we will be forced to look at other options available in our area. I speak for about 16 of your customers who reside in my road alone who are very unhappy with your service levels!

                                    I have ACT fibernet which is not working from last one week, customer care promises 24hrs to resolve the issue but they close complaints wuth out resolving the issue when call on the update on the complaint they create one more complaint no. And promise for 24hrs TAT.. I HAVE RAISED TO NODEL OFFICER BUT THE SAME RESPONSE...

                                      Hi, This is Praveen kumar Jada. I am using Beam Internet service from last 5 years onwards. I never face any problems with beam Internet. I don't know what happened now. May be they recently changed name as ACT Fiber net. I have disconnected my Internet temporally 2 months because of non availability in India. They said they have disconnected temporally. But after 2 months they sent bill. I have raised a question like why they sent bill, because they already disconnected my connection temporary. They said we didn't disconnect. It seems we have to pay total bill. After lots of discussions, they have given 50% wavier. So i adjusted and paid total bill. Even after paid total amount, i am not getting net. I am complaints to customer care from last month 10th onwards with multiple complaints, they will say like they will send service person with in 24 hours. After that no one will come. After 3 days i am again will send mail and will call to the customer care, same story repeats again. They will come with in 24 hours like that they are saying form last month 10th. Earlier if i call to customer care, i will get quick response . Now i am waiting for service person from one month onwards but still same answer and same behaviours. But they will ask to paid money every month. These are my ticket number which are raised from their side, 16748988, 16772506, 16548777, 16748988, 16684421, 16602539 these are some of the ticket numbers which i remember. I had some more ticket numbers from last one month onwards. Really providing worst service now a days. I am requesting to provide same service like earlier. It was too good service which i never face any problem with Beam. Could you please correct your self atleast and try to solve my problem. I can not call to customer care again and i can not get another ticket without any use. Please solve my problem or else disconnect my connection. I am expecting quality service from you.                                         dear sir/madam I am unable to log in to the internet using ACT fibernet id and pwd, please ask the technical person to do it via remote access or send him to my place to rectify this issue asap, else i am thinking of opting out of act fibernet, as this is the third time i am having issues which are not duly attended and resolved, which is not good on ACT's part being one of the major ISP in karnataka the message that i get on logging...
