I have taken a connection from Atria Convergence Technologies under the ACT Fibernet scheme at my residence in West Mambalam. The account number is 1132357. The promised speed is 20Mbps with a Fair Usage Policy of 40 GB every month, for Rs. 999/- plus ST. My connection is being throttled down to 512 kbps by 14th of every month saying that the FUP has been exceeded. The ACT Fibernet portal does not provide day wise itemised usage details. I have requested their customer support for itemised usage details and this has been flatly refused. Under this circumstances, I am suspecting foulplay to show that the usage is 40GB so that they can collect additional payment for excess download. Please investigate into the matter.

    My daughter had requested a new Internet connection 5days back and your Executive came to her Flat No.104, Sai Kiran Apartments, Near Satya Sai Nigamam, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad and collected Rs.3, 400/- that includes Router and connection. Another Executive came yesterday and put the cable without Router and advised to buy a Router separately. Your Custmer care centre are not giving clear picture. In view of the above, please advise the Executive who attended the work to install the Router also, if not please refund the amount immediately. She is having Cash Receipt No.78093009 for Rs.3, 400/-. Otherwise, I will file a complaint in Consumer Forum within a week.       DEAR SIR/MADAM, ON 6TH MAY I HAVE REGISTERED (RS:1280) FOR AN INSTALLATION-CONNECTION OF ACT FIBER, THEY HAVE TOLD MAXIMUM TIME OF 1 WEEK, BUT IT WILL BE COMPLETED IN 4-5 DAYS.TODAY IT IS 8TH DAY BUT NO RESPONSE FROM ACT FIBER PERSONS.I HAVE CALLED THEM TODAY TO RETURN BACK MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN GO FOR A BETTER BROADBAND.THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER.         Since i moved out of my old premises, i requested for a transfer of the balance amount in my ACT account to my other account on Apr 15 2015. The ACT technician said it is possible to transfer the balance amount from one account to another. For the next 5-8 days, i only got mails saying "Ticket raised for problem". There was no reply at all. So i requested for a disconnection of the account by 29th April and the same was done. But i did not see the balance getting transferred to other account. Instead i was billed for the month of May 2015 when the account was already disconnected. Kindly help me out in this regard.

        Its been almost 10 days now and i have not received any solution in this regard.
        There is no reply on refund of Rs.683, which was available in my account after clearing all the payments.
        Also the customer care folks are calling me again to pay the bill for the month of May, eventhough the account is already deactivated on 29th April.

          My act fiber net(Beam Telecom) Account number is 872758.I have taken the connection before 2 months back with a 6 months plan for Rs-3850.After two months they had stopped their services in our area.So i requested them to refund the amount.But there is no response from them.I have called them almost 10- 15 times.each time when im calling them it costs 10 rs call.when im raising a ticket they are closing the ticket without resolving it

            We have applied for new connection on 05.05.2015 with an amount of Rs.550.00 installation charges and Rs.1180.00 for monthly subscription charges. As on today from beam cable persons nor visited to our premises to install cable nor we didn't get any call. We regularly contacting to customer care centre but there simply telling that within 24 hrs time team will visit to your premises. But as on now we didn't receive any call nor executive.               I have taken ACT Broadband and paid Rs 1679 /- (1 month usage fee+ installation charges), But till 6th of May, 2015 installation is pending and no response from their side. Complaint Number : [protected] raised on 2nd May Still stands unresolved till date(6th May). I have requested to cancel my connection and refund the money but still no response or action taken from their side. Also I raised my concern on their face book page but all in vain:- "Dear Act, I am cancelling my installation request. Kindly refund the amount.                 Dear Act Fiber, We are having a 100 mbps connection, at tilak nagar. The representative for Tilak nagar Named Mr.Srinivas, told me that we have to pay Rs.916/- For 100 mbps connection.but we r getting 4 mbps only..this is happening since 1 year..as because our CEO didnt have knowledge about technical things, i am bringing to your notice, that please resolve this issue, ASAP.I am submitting photo proof of mobile message for bill.

                  Internet has been down in my area since Saturday, 2nd May 2015. Given multiple complaints and call the ACT customer care 2 times everyday. First of all the, it takes between 7-9 minutes to get someone to take the call, post which they give the same excuse that the fiber line is cut and they are working on it and will have it rectified by evening. It has been 3 evenings now that I have waited and till now there is no Internet. I am using my backup BSNL broadband connection which has been thankfully running fine. The customer support is pathetic and it seems like the team that takes our calls is unaware of what is exactly happening on the field. It is very disappointing that in today's day and age, an Internet service provider can have a downtime of 5 days and still get away with these pathetic service levels. If fiber cut is such a big issue that you cannot rectify, then please shut shop and stop providing services. To top it all, I am getting messages and mails every alternate day that my monthly charges for May is due and I need to make payment to avoid disconnection (the due date is 15 May). What disconnection are you talking about when I have not had connectivity since 2nd May! Please get your ACT together, else we will be forced to look at other options available in our area. I speak for about 16 of your customers who reside in my road alone who are very unhappy with your service levels!

                    I have ACT fibernet which is not working from last one week, customer care promises 24hrs to resolve the issue but they close complaints wuth out resolving the issue when call on the update on the complaint they create one more complaint no. And promise for 24hrs TAT.. I HAVE RAISED TO NODEL OFFICER BUT THE SAME RESPONSE...

                      Hi, This is Praveen kumar Jada. I am using Beam Internet service from last 5 years onwards. I never face any problems with beam Internet. I don't know what happened now. May be they recently changed name as ACT Fiber net. I have disconnected my Internet temporally 2 months because of non availability in India. They said they have disconnected temporally. But after 2 months they sent bill. I have raised a question like why they sent bill, because they already disconnected my connection temporary. They said we didn't disconnect. It seems we have to pay total bill. After lots of discussions, they have given 50% wavier. So i adjusted and paid total bill. Even after paid total amount, i am not getting net. I am complaints to customer care from last month 10th onwards with multiple complaints, they will say like they will send service person with in 24 hours. After that no one will come. After 3 days i am again will send mail and will call to the customer care, same story repeats again. They will come with in 24 hours like that they are saying form last month 10th. Earlier if i call to customer care, i will get quick response . Now i am waiting for service person from one month onwards but still same answer and same behaviours. But they will ask to paid money every month. These are my ticket number which are raised from their side, 16748988, 16772506, 16548777, 16748988, 16684421, 16602539 these are some of the ticket numbers which i remember. I had some more ticket numbers from last one month onwards. Really providing worst service now a days. I am requesting to provide same service like earlier. It was too good service which i never face any problem with Beam. Could you please correct your self atleast and try to solve my problem. I can not call to customer care again and i can not get another ticket without any use. Please solve my problem or else disconnect my connection. I am expecting quality service from you.                         I am unable to log in to my ACT fibernet portal since 1st may as usual, technical issues i think

                        dear sir/madam I am unable to log in to the internet using ACT fibernet id and pwd, please ask the technical person to do it via remote access or send him to my place to rectify this issue asap, else i am thinking of opting out of act fibernet, as this is the third time i am having issues which are not duly attended and resolved, which is not good on ACT's part being one of the major ISP in karnataka the message that i get on logging...

                            Now it looks like that ACT is intentionally HARASSING us!! FULL MONTH NO INTERNET!! Nobody is even replying to our queries!! No response from APPELETTE authority and no response from that senior who called us whose name was "PRAVEEN" who promised us big things but then didn't even looked back to know what is going on!! Forcefully & Illegally our complaint is closed from the starting of this month and we are being HARASSED from starting of the month till date!!

                              Ticket no[protected] has been raised on 3 days back and without resolving the problem they have closed the complaint . For a small complaint i have to call customer care for 5-10 times .after calling so many times also they are so irresponsible to resolve the complaint.For billing purpose they will call so many times and send too many messages but coming to complaints they dont even bother. this kind of service we dont expect from beam.

                                My Internet has been disconnected from past 3 days. After I made a complain with [protected], next day the technician person came to check the problem. After checking process he said the wire needs to be changed. He said he will be back and went away. Later he never turned up and followed by this I received a message in my cellphone stating that my issue has been resolved. Till now I don't have internet connection. I expect it to be resolved in next 24hrs.

                                  Act fiber net ads made me so impressed that I couldn't stop myself having it one in my home So once when I got it they told me that if you do the subscription for 1 year, you will get free Internet for 1 year. That one year got over so the next payment for 1 year Rs14870. I paid only 699 for 6 months package. Then after 2 weeks internet was too slow that the buffering time increased. this made me disappointed.

                                    I have paid Rs.1280- (Rs.550 for installation charges & Rs.730 towards internet subscription charges) on 21.04.2015 Till today i.e.24.04.2015, they have not activated my account . I have made complaint# 16684471 against non-connection and every time they were promised that within 24 hours the issue will be resolved But every time getting message that ticket was updated with current status .Almost i have called them 5 times like this . Finally Today i got call from customer care stating technician will be sent to your home and credentials will be sent through SMS ., but i didnt get any SMS .But i got SMS stating that my ticket was closed . Not sure how these people will close this case without fixing the issue .Just these people are not doing their job properly . It is not the question of money. Just they are playing with customer's time and observed that they are having zero responsibility towards their duty .

                                      Dear Honorable Members of Jury,

                                      I Faisal F a consumer with Beam Telecom Now (ACT Fiber) from Hyderabad, My Account number BEAM 365776, I am using there services approximately since 5 years now and in the beginning of my connectivity they had forced us to pay rupees 2000/- for a dumb WIFI router and with a lifetime replacement warranty, even since they have installed the router in our place we have been facing a similar problem which is router hanging or freezing and not transmitting the frequency. they have being playing with our time and giving fake assurance to the replace the router and & giving the same router back and never taking the complaint serious.

                                      I have been Asking them to refund my Rs 2000/- and take their dumb box Router they always try to buy time in returns to fulfill the complaint and complaint gets closed automatically. I have been using my own router which was linksys WRT54G till last month giving rest to BEAM router.

                                      My wife works from home & I travel out of town for my work My wife's work is getting effected and due to the lost of connectivity. I have lost my job as we both use to work from home and and take care of our kids. I would like to Request a Jury to take an action against BEAM telecom aka ACT FIBER.

                                      Yesterday I has a word with one of the Manager from the Tolichowki Branch office over the telephonic conversation I had explained her the entire situation. And requested to get the router changed. instead of that she had promised me to send a tech guy within 40 minutes, untill I reminded her later in the evening she had sent a person to my place asking him to check the packet lose. where as this is the same boy who knows the problem is with the Router and he is been asked to visit my place & check the connection. I can provide your Team with their numbers if in any case it needs to be taken care or dealt directly.
