beamtele installation horrible experience

Took a new connection from beamtele. Naveen from beamtele came and registered, gave a cheque for installation(550)+first month subscription(650) on 29th December 2012. He told technician will come within 48 hours to give connection. He did not turn up till 2nd December 2013. Beam doesn't care to resolve Issues ever after several calls

regarding new connection
