i was writing this with lots of frustration, irritation, mental tension caused because of beam
i have given money for beam connection long back 60 days, but till today the team has not given connection to me
from the first day onwards when i given money to the executive of beam the person who called me maintains a local net in our area, forcing to take his local connection
asking why i am going for beam if any problem comes i will not take care for this you have to report to beam itself, it will take many days to resolve the issue
but i asked for beam , he committed to give new connection with in one week, i inquired him but he is telling to take his local connection .it has been going till 60 days right now but no response from beam or either him
i used to call beam customer care 10-15 days per day they are saying that it will resolve in 24 hours, also you will get call from them. i frustrated on beam connection. As there is no complaint registered in beam.
every time they are saying that they have registered complaint, for the mobile you will get complaint number but it was not happened till now
i have on-calls weekly thrice at 10pm, in that time where i have to go for internet connection for on-call
i am working as a consultant for a company, they provide some work to do, make a project to submit
because of this i am unable to do this because of no internet. Client has scolded me for the loss of time. Beam has to answer this.
when i asked the beam team no one has responded properly, saying to go branch office for reason of delay
this is the care taking by the beam customer team. some body from beam executive said that your money will be refund within 15 days , raise a request before 30 days.
but till now that is not done. when i asked today they are saying that it will take another 1 month, it has been proved that beam was cheating the customers by collecting the whole amount (plan amount + installation) at first time
itself. this type of irresponsible executives were placed in beam when i requested to forward the call to team lead they are saying that there are no lead or supervisor for this, they only work on this.
i have some questions to beam: 1. without knowing the feasibility how the team was collecting the money from customer ?
2. if the feasibility is not there how many months will it take to realize this ?
3. with out giving connection they are taking amount (plan + installation), when i asked to refund the money it will take 15 days, finally they are saying 15 working days which may be around 2 months?
4. why the beam has collecting the whole amount on the spot, why they are taking 2 months for refund ?
i want my beam connection on high priority or money back immediately since it passed more than 60 days for this

Beam Telecom — terrible internet connectivty
i have subscribed for 6th monthh package on 11-10-09 with assurances frombeam cable operatot that they would provide satisfactory service.but,i have to say that is has been extreemely outrageously terrible.we have not ha one straight
week of service without any problem,
It extended to months of defective and often absenece of connection
the customer are department did nothigbut send mesages of confiarmation that complaint has been received.we have posted an excess of 70 complaits during a spanof 4 months .am lising out nmy complaint numbers

i used to lodge a compliant 2day..it will work properly for 5 hrs r utmost 1 dy..
and then sme ting happens
there re many other complaint numbers....but i have deleted the m from my inbox so i cant ost them here..
i want sone strict action to be taken againts that company..
we want them tp apy back te money which we have paid them
