Terrible Customer Service

Beam has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They simply don't care at all about their customers and don't care whether your issue ever gets resolved. For 4 days now, I have been trying to get someone from beam to my house so I can pay my bill. In the meantime, beam has shut off my internet even though I have made several requests for payment. Broadband not working

though I had a good Airtel connection for last 4-5years.

I have an internet connection with Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd.-Hyderabad. My connection was dead for the past 25 days.
I had logged a complaint for issue with beam telecom call center ticket was logged for it, after 2 days ticket was closed and I got sms saying problem resolved was shocked with seeing that sms.
Immediately I call the call center and asked for the status of ticket they told issue resolved ticket closed....

No service despite taking advance for 6 months

Installation

I have registered for beam cable's broadband installation. I paid the bill on 30th september 2011. They promised me to get the connection done by 10th October. Poor response to customer complaints

Shifting of connection

New connection - poor service

I applyed for new internet connection so i approached Beam Telcom for that. I stay in hyderabad near chudi bazar area. the Beam tele executive came to my home and filled to form and i payed the halfyearly amount by cheque sum of 3300/- on 16.09.2011.
