Irresponsible staff

The worst support we get from the beam telecom people. My connection is under disconnected state from last 1 month.
I am calling them daily and asking for the updates they say that the issue is in the server side pls give us 24 hrs your problem will be solved.
But that day never comes. Laziness and uncoordination exists between the employees.
I even escalated three tickets and talked to the supervisors and also the nodal...

Beamtele - Internet issue from last 4 days and no resolution

I am facing internet connectivity issue from past 4 days. I have raised a complaint on 2nd April 2013 and I have not received any response or resolution from Beamtele company.
I have called almost 20 times and they promise every time that it would be completed with in couple of hours and I will get a call as well as Technician will visit my place in couple of hours. But nothing has been done. Maximum time for resolution is 24 hours...

3 days Cable is not working

One of the worst services by the ACT TV service team, i have given complaint 3 days back and still the are saying that our service engineer working on the issue...some server problem, But when i told that my setup box is not working still they are saying they are working on it...I suggest every one not to take ACT TV connection in Babusapalya area......

Inconsistent customer service policy leading to overcharge to customers

While extending my connection I was specifically told that there will be no shifting charges if I go for a long term connection. Now that I took the long term connection they are asking for shifting charges. Even customer service says it should be free but the installation agent just seems to say he will not do it unless the orders come from some very high authority. LAPTOP BURN

I am using the beam broad band connection from last one year. On 1st Feb 2013 suddenly power came from Beam cable and burned my lap top.

Rejecting refunds even when service is not provided

The first two-and-a-half years of relationship with Beam was due to absence of other network provider in the area I lived. Poor state of Services

Oh.. first of all let me thank you for rectifying my internet connection after 3 days... oh such a shame on your customer service and work ethics.... Don't you feel responsibility when one of customer calls you with lot of patience.. as they know they would have to wait for their turn as there would many terrified customers waiting for logging in their complaints and to actually speak to one of the Customer reps... oh poor Customer Reps...

Irregular internet connection and poor service

I have ACT internet connection with 10MBPS line for last one year. I am staying opposite to Koramangala police station - 8th block , 3rd cross Koramangala.

The connectivity went on good for about 4-5 months. Later on there were frequent cuts from the service and I used to log a call on ACT helpline and it used to get resolved sometimes in 10 mins, 30 mins and sometimes in a day or 2.
