Every single line mentioned below is completely true, and verifiable with Beam Telecom. I am ready to give a testimony before any court as well. August 2nd week 2013: the biggest ever mistake of my life, I chose Beam Telecom. Oh God! What was wrong with me. 21-Aug-2013: whenever there is a power cut, the beam telecom gets disconnected. I call up the beam telecom service center. they say . We will install a battery at our L2 Switch, so you will not have problem. 22-Aug-2013: Beam telecom calls me and says "we installed a battery". 12-Oct-2013: The service is gone. no idea what is going on. So, I lodge a complaint. 13-Oct-2013: No body turns up to check the problem. 14-Oct-2013: No body turns up to check the problem.I remind you nobody visited my house; but some female calls me on phone and says "We did everything from our end sir. it must be your computer problem". So, I challenged ."I will pay you a 1000 rupees if you have guts to visit my place and prove it. still nobody had the ba* s to visit my place. 15-Oct-2013: I shout again at beam telecom. so finally one guy comes to my door. and check the switch box they have installed and declares. sir your cable is plugged out. 16-Oct-2013: power cut, and beam telecom is disconnected. I call up, and report that a battery must be added 17-Oct-2013: A female calls from beam telecom and says "we installed a battery". 21-Oct-2013: Power cut, and beam telecom is disconnected. I call up and shout, and try to reason. a battery has a life of 18 months, if you have installed a battery, what happened. no answer. 15-Nov-2013: God! beam telecom is disconnected. I file a complaint. as usual nobody visits. 16-Nov-2013: Nobody visits to check the problem 17-Nov-2013: I shout yet again on the call center of beam telecom. and after 45min 16 sec of shouting, somebody visits my house to check and cables are plugged out again. I have a recorded video that this was done by Beam Telecom Worker themselves. Boss never and never do the mistake of subscribing to Beam Telecom. The organization as such is joke by itself and full of parasites just trying to take money.

    I have faced so many problems with the Beam telecom services. The problem started when the beam internet connection was not working in the last week of Aug. The Internet was not working for 5 day in last week of august 2013 and 5 days in the month of September 2013.After that I asked for the 10 days wave off in the same current package (I was having 6 month package (end date 13th Oct 2013)).The customer care of beam telecom said they will give me the 10 days wave off in the current package i.e. the 6 month package end date will end of 23rd of Oct 2013.But it didn’t happen I started the message alert from beam telecom for paying the payment and last date was 1oth Oct. 2013 . I have called customer care for more than 20 times sometimes twice a day also. The customer care used to close the ticket without any intimation. Whenever I used to call them and asked about the information they never used to keep track of what interaction happened in the past . I used to always start from starting point. They disconnected my internet connection on 19th of Oct 2013 saying that I didn’t pay for the next package. But they have not given wave off in the current package. Then I asked them to deduct the amount for 10 days in the next package that also they got convinced after big conversation. After that they got ready to pay for the Rs. 217 wave off. Then I asked them to change my plan to monthly rentals and send their executive for collecting money. They agreed but did not send any executive for 5 days and my internet connection was also not working. On 26th Oct 2013 the executive came and collected Rs. 460 from me and gave the receipt. Then I got a message saying my internet connection got activated with BMX plan 399.I paid Rs. 460 and the earlier wave off was off Rs. 217 which comes to Rs. 677 and instead of giving plan for Rs. 660 they gave me it of 399. What about my remaining amount Rs. 278 to be repaid by beam? I paid the bill on 26th of 0ct 2013 stating that 399 is charged for a month and my date will start from 26th of Oct 2013. But i got an alert message stating that my due date is 10th of Oct 2013.If the Start date is 26th of Oct 2013. how did they calculated the monthly rent. Request Consumer forum court to take this case forward as this is not only the concern for money but for the time also. because of this. i wasted almost my 20 days.

      After reconnecting, my connection is actually Rs.450, but beam cable customer as taken Rs.600, he told that this is only for first month. After 2nd and 3rd month they are same collecting 600+600=1200, but the bill is showing Rs.1370. actually i have to pay Rs.900 if i asked what is this they replied your connection is in Rs.600 after this month the connection is changed Rs.450 and they reply that the person who as taken 600 is not given the correct information. Ok finally the customer person told that finally you pay RS.1110 i will solve all problems. we paid Rs.1110 and four days over. If i call customer care they told you still have a balance Rs.270, i asked what is this means they are telling if you want connection pay Rs. 270 otherwise no connection. That is Beam cable Network. Still have no connection

        Sir, Sub: Account adjustment I have paid half yearly amount which costs Rs.[protected] in cash + 1200 power wavier + 150 10 days disconnection adjustment) but they have converted my plan from 6 months plan to monthly plan they have not considered 1200 power wavier. There is a disconnection from 20th of october till now they are just neglecting my complaints and they are just calling and telling that "will forward your complaint to accounts department and u will get call back within 8 working hours".             Beam telecom claims they work on issues only if there is an appropriate ticket for it. However, their customer service executives seem to intentionally not open tickets to minimize their work. EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM, PLEASE ASK FOR A TICKET NUMBER, otherwise they will say you never mentioned the issue. If they say you'll get a message after the call, don't trust them - insist on them giving you the ticket number before you hang up. I have called them or received calls from them about 10-15 times in October. Only one customer service executive was helpful (one Mr.Shiva), and only he opened a ticket. 15 calls about 3 issues, and finally one person opened a ticket! The attitude of all the customer service executives I spoke to was also appalling. They don't seem to care about retaining customers - the attitude always seems to be "That's how things are. You don't like it, go find another connection." It's sheer arrogance that there is nobody else offering speeds close to them at a reasonable rate, so they think they can behave any way they want with the customers. If the management at Beam telecom fails to understand that customers are essential for any business, I predict they won't last long. At the very least, they should get trained customer service executives, not someone who doesn't even pretend to care about customers.

              Its been more than a week now and whenever I call the customer care they take new complaints but are least bothered to send there technician and rectify my issue. Below are the complaint details: 1st compliant: 10010624 [this complaint was closed as I didn't pick there call LOL ridiculous reason to close a complaint] 2nd Complaint: 10036029 [this complaint was raised when enquired about the 1st complaint above] 3rd Complaint: 10055507 [this complaint was raised when enquired about the 2nd complaint above] Note: Dear beam telecom having "n" of hoardings and describing yourselves as the fastest service providers wont solve the purpose, you should also be able to resolve the customers issue on time. My Beam account no: 60162. I strongly demand compensation for the calls and time wasted with your people in this entire one week.

              I have applied for new connection on 6th June, 2014 and immediately your technical team has arrived at my house to collect the payment of Rs.1672/- and assured me the connection in 48 hrs and has given me the receipt with A/c. no.733936. They have installed the cable also the next day., ie. on 7th June. Thats the end of your service. From that day on wards i am keep on calling to the customer care every day min. 3 to 4 days to enquire about my connection. The same story follows that they will rectify the problem in 24 hrs and give the connection. I have fed up with your service and requested for cancellation of the new connection on 16th June, so that i can apply for internetservice from other operators. Still there is no response. I am just fed up and there are no other numbers to contact the higher ups. When ever I call the customer care, they issue a ticket no.s. 12603280, 12638167, and these nos are keep on issuing on SMS.

              If you cannot handle the service, please refund my money, and let me take connection from other operators.

              BEAM SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD.Beam Customer care and bean services is very very bad. Each time one makes a call to customer care, the customer care attends the call after 3 to 5 mins and then takes the complaint and if one wants to speak to the supervisor we have to wait for another 5 mins and then the executive may depending on the reply from the supervisor may will either transfer the call or convey that the supervisor will call you within 2 hrs which will never happen.

              And each time we call the customer care it takes 10 mins to finish the call and ticket no is generated and promise to rectify the problem within 24 hrs which is not done. You call again in continuation of your compaint the same 10 mins, and new ticket no action.

              This connection i have taken just 10 days back by paying Rs.3800/- for six months and requested the useless beam telecom to return the money. Beware of paying these guys in advance and get no service

              useless beam cable.
              I dont know from where i should start complaining about beam telecom, its a useless, baseless, the are dam care of customers, they are not capable to address or rectify the issue they are just transfer the issue from one person to other, i raised a complain on 6th of September 2014 for router issue, after 3 days one technician came and said that he will take the existing router to check the issue and will return back by evening but he never came back, then again called to the world worst customer care and they firstly closed the existing ticket and raised the fresh one. This was continued for one week and nothing was done from there end, then i had to personally visit to the Madinaguda branch and i had met one of the senior employee who was supposed to be known this issue but again the same story and again i was promised that this issue will be resolved very soon, as per beam telecom very soon means there wish, it took again 1 week they replaced one router and this new router was worst from the previous one, if i have to access then i need to be within 2 meter of the distance from the beam telecom router.

              Now the funniest part is again i have raised the complain for unable to connect to the Laptop using wifi on last Sunday i.e 28th(see below) and i was promised that this issue will be taken care on very high priority (dono what they ment by very high priority) but till now i have not received any call from them.

                We had initiated the installation of a wifi-broadband service from ACT on Tuesday(15th Oct) with a commitment of an installation on thursday (17th Oct) but now the agent woh has taken the money is absconding and the other agents which we contacted through the customer care are not picking up our call or keeping their phone on switched off mode. The phone number of ACT broadband agents we are trying to get in contact are as follows( they either dont pick up the call or keep it in switched off mode) Prabhakar- [protected] Santosh-[protected] Raki- [protected] Kindly look into this issue as our hard earned money is lost and we are not getting any response from the broadband service provider.
                Hmm as usual... ACT is very good at cheating... I guess lodge a complaint against ACT bb for absconding after taking money!!! They have done similar thing with my friend who paid around 9k for 6 months adv rental plan, he never got any connection nor his money back!!! They have office in Race Course Road as well, u can visit and catch hold of these bas****

                  Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that how pathetic the beam cable customer service is. I raised an issue (Service Request# 9794556) around 8 pm on Monday 23rd Sept 2013 stating jack cable pin) is not working properly. On the same call, customer support executive assured it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Till now, I did not get any call neither from support team nor from Technical team. After I came to know that support team will any how not call customers who are facing issue, I called customer care multiple times (around 6-7 times in a day - I would have spent 100Rs each day) and each time they answer my call they assure me that it will resolved with next 2 hours by sending technician to my place. However, that did not happen. Note: Iam facing a problem which can be fixed in 2-3 mins (I dont have the tool to fix this jack, else I would have purchased cable pin and fix it myself). I have asked executives to ask their team supervisors to be on call, supervisors have come but they answered in the same way as their executives answered. This shows there is no difference between a supervisor handling a call compared to that of executive. I have escalted this issue by dropping an email to [protected]@beamtele.com, but still I didnt get any call from technical dept or technician. The reason why Iam behind these guys because, I work from home and without internet I cannot work and my billing will not happen. Since Monday, I didnt work and not sure I will be billable for these days. Not sure why support team didnt call technician to visit my place and Iam not sure how they work. Atleast with these comments, beam cable top management team will put a system in place which will resolve customer issue in 24 hrs as per their promise. Thanks,

                  Can you please confirm if Beam Fiber has REALLY resolved your complaint? On another thread, they claimed to have resolved the issue, but the customer claimed that they had not.

                  After my latest experiences, I don't trust Beam Fiber any more. Also, I don't know why they use their own account to give themselves a 5-star rating every time. They just seem to be trying to cheat the averaging system.
                  I agree with peryraghu totally. The customer service is pathetic . They, on the first complaint from us, say that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. Call them number of times wasting hell lot of money bcoz no tollfree number they have. I want to know from Beam that if we r using their service in offices and corporate companies, is it possible to stop all the work and wait for your 24 hrs for issues to be resolved. The moment u receive a complaint u people should have the team ready to resolve the issue immediately. That is called customer service. Request you people to give prompt service

                    My Act broadband customer ID :412150 I have taken this ACT 15Mbps connection on Aug 23rd (activation date). ACT guys charged me for AUG 23 to Aug 31st as pro rated basis for the consumption (8GB -> August month; refer screen shot 1). They said that from September 1st the FUP will be 40GB. But as soon as i reached 30GB they decreased my net speed to 512Kbps. I called the customer care on sunday (22nd sept) reporting this. They said that we are also seeing that your FUP is still there and sir you need to wait until it get updated. But fortunately my broadband stopped working from sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon. Because of which i need not to wait until tomorrow. I saw the usage report and I still see I consumed 33 gb There fore i contacted back customer care and they started saying You have crossed 41Gb. One more fortunate thing is "On Monday(23rd sept) I have received a sms and email from ACT saying you have consumed 80% of the bandwidth which is 32gb utilization" What i can see here is the negligence towards the customer, They didnot reset the server after Aug 31st (for which i have paid) and keep on adding the data I utilize in this month. (8GB + 33Gb = 41GB) I'm so frustrated with their customer care responses. I have even sent escalation mail yesterday. Still no response. Please look in to this issue.

                      I Have Beam Internet connection at my Apt In Hafeezpet Hyderabad. Connection is in the name of My Wife.I called Beam Customer Support and Raised 2 tickets to change the name on the account to my name. Both the tickets are closed with out completing the job. I got SMS stating that if the issue is not resolved then send the SMS to an escalations dept. I did that and still failed to get any response from their escalations dept. Complaint Nos :9565276 Dated : 5 sept 2013 Complaint Nos :9593424 Dated : 7 sept 2013 I am so surprised with the horrible service. If they cannot support their company there is no need for them to be in business. Beam telecom you are not doing me a favour.                       SO far No one from Beam telecom Has Contacted Me. After repeated Phoen calls to your Document Verification center, A representative came to my house and collected my docs. Now the Updation of my name and log in has to be done correctly- which has not happened. I spoke to Mr.Kishore Yday at[protected].He tole me that he looks after only docs collection and he needs to check with a different dept.Still no update. Can some one look into the issue and get me a resolution At the earliest.

                      I have a Beam broadband connection and I could not connect to Internet for the past five days.I have called the cc service quite a few times but it was of no use.I have given multiple complaints and the guys did nothing to resolve the issue.Every time i call them they repeat the same sentence that the problem would be resolved in 24hrs, which was never done.Not even a single technician approached me to talk about it.I also told the customer care guys that the issue is with the distribution box which was installed in my apartment.Even then there was no response.

                              Our beam account number is 379639 and mobile number is [protected]. we have requested for shifting of address from banjara hills to mehdipatnam Hyderabad on 16th of AUGUST 2013. Customer service representative told that with in 48 hours they will provide connection but they didn't come. again i have called so many times but they are saying the same story "with in 24 hours your request will be processed". But nobody has called and gave connection to us. Today it is 21-AUG-2013 means 6 days till now they did not come. Our urgent work is in pending from last 4 days, who will bear that loss? What is this service, why these people not responding and giving proper service in time. Very irritation and time wasting. such a worst service like RELIANCE. If can't provide proper service to customer why you people giving trouble? Please give our connection immediately else return the full amount that we have paid to you(i.e 6000 plus). we are in the 15 MBPS package.

                                I'm a subscriber of the "Free" intercom service provided by Beam Telecom in Malaysian Township, KPHB, Hyderabad. On 05-July-2013, I was sent an invoice of Rs.112/- for using the Intercom Service which is totally baseless. I raised a complaint to get this issue rectified through Ticket # 8940626 and an email as well and was given the assurance that the false charges will be reverted back in the next billing cycle.

                                On 4th Aug 2013, I received yet another invoice having Rs. 112/- as the outstanding amount. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the Customer Care/Billing team from Beam Telecom is simply sitting on it with no action being taken. The customer care executives simply have no knowledge of the issue being raised and the billing team does not respond to emails or tickets being raised.

                                Beam Telecom should immediately revert this false bill raised on my account and stop harassing customers with its careless processes and working.

                                  in a month 10-15 days settop box showa as no signal found. even after complaining many a times they did not change the amplifier. we complain atleast five times a month.worst ever service. and they charge more than their counterparts. e digital charges 200 rs for all the channels but atria charges 310rs. is there no rules to charge same amount all the cable tv operators? fed up with your service. in india even private companies doesn't do their work properly. please ppl do not go for ACTTV worst service.

                                    Need your help very badly and please tell what needs to done again this worst beam service.

                                    I have paid an amount of 4710 rs /- for the months of April - October 2013. They have cheated by promising to issue a refund instead they gave a discount. I will explain how they have cheated me later in this email.

                                    Really, I lost my patience and there is no way for me except to request your help. On May 23, 2013, I shifted to a new house and requested beam telecom to hold my Internet connection and provided my new address.

                                    Complaint No:

                                    Later, a guy from Beam Telecom came to my new house and checked for the feasibility. Checked and stated that there is a port in Plot No 39 which was newly kept and require time(1 week) for fixing the ports. I said ok.

                                    2 weeks passed and there was no update on this issued and raised a new complaint. The customer service and high level team promised that they will be looking into this issue

                                    Still there was no update regarding the issue and I was vexed with the issue and later escalated to the level 3 person and spoke arounf 45 minutes which cost a phone bil, of 50 rs.

                                    Later a person came to my house on June 15, 2013 stating that the connection would be given by evening but no one came in evening.

                                    On Monday June 17, 2013, a guy named krishna came to my home and checked for feasibility and stated that he will be providing the connection by 15 days as he needs to take the owner permission(plot no 39) to keep the cable. Later, I just went inside my home for 2 minutes and came back to meet him. This time he changed his words and stated that it is not possible to give connection and asked to apply for a refund or asking me to keep a box in my home. I said that, I need to take the permission my owner to keep a box. However, I have asked the reason why did you change the words with in two minutes and he has stated the colony in charge(Naveen) stated to him that it is not possible to give connection as owner’s (Plot no: 39) are not giving permission. Then I have asked why you kept the box in plot no 39 if owner did not give permission then he gave a vague answer to me and escaped. A box is kept in the home with the owner’s permission and needs to give at least three connections out of 8 ports.

                                    Then, again I called the customer service and asked the same reason why did plot no 39 owner did not give permission and asked if the box has kept by beam telecom with out informing the rules and regulations. Then they stated that I have received the wrong information and connection will be given in 15 days and stated a call back will received to you shortly from the escalation team.

                                    Then I called to Krishna and informed him clearly what the customer service has said and he again stated that it is not possible to give connection as owner’s (Plot no: 39) are not giving permission. Later I have taken the number of the colony in charge and asked him why it is not possible to give connection and gave vague answers and I have asked him to give the phone to supervisor. He gave and the name of the supervisor is Nandakishore (AS Rao Nagar In charge- Beam Telecom) and stated that he will send the naveen to fix the problem.
                                    Naveen came to my home and stated that it is 90 meters long and no connection can be given and my system will be affected a lot if a connection is given to me. Later he asked me to give permission to fix a box in my house. I did not accept it as my owner denied to give a permission to fix the box.

                                    Then, I have decided to close my account with beam telecom and asked the customer service them to issue a refund.

                                    On June 18, 2013, I have received a message from Beam telecom stating that service has been disconnected with the reason unfeasible area. On the same date, the account department of Beam telecom called me and stated that we will issue a refund of 1900 rs/- which was totally unacceptable.





                                    Now, I am going to explain how they have cheated me in the refund amount.

                                    Flash Back:

                                    In month of October 2012, I have paid an amount of 6110 rs /- for 6 months. (Period is October 05, 2012 – April 05, 2013). I was living in the previous address. However, I have not received the net for 30 days and it was huge issue with the beam telecom and with our help (Indian consume forum) they have promised for a refund of 800 rs/- and refund for box waiver 600/- . Total 1400 rs. Earlier, they promised for refund and later, intelligently they have stated they don’t have any refund policy and will deduct in the bill.

                                    For reference of previous complaint :

                                    After the overall discussion and after 15 days of wastage of my energy, phone bill, at last, I have accepted for the discount and 1440 rs was waived from my current bill(6110/- prepaid(From April 05, 2013 to October 04, 2013)). I have paid 4710 rs. Earlier, while keeping a connection, they have stated that, there is no installation charges if you pay payment for 6 months at one time. I have paid for it.

                                    Back to June 20, 2013:

                                    Now, I have asked him to explain how I would get a refund of 1900 rs where I should get a refund of 4273 rs.

                                    He stated that I have paid a rs of 4710 and after deducting for 2 used months and 500 rs for installation which earlier, stated that I need not pay for it, the refund amount is 1900. If I go accordingly to them then I should get 3140+200(Box) = 3340 Rs.

                                    However, I explain you clearly how I would get a refund of 4273 rs.

                                    The deduction which was given to us should have been refunded or deduction should have been considered in the earlier bill as I have not received the net for 30 days in the period of October 05, 2012 – April 05, 2013. So, that bill should consider as 4710 rs and current bill should be considered as 6110 rs.

                                    Out 6110 rs/-, I used for 2 months.

                                    6110 rs – 6 months

                                    1 Month – 1018.33

                                    2 Months - 2036.66

                                    Need to receive - 4073 rs /-

                                    Box Amount – 200 Rs /-

                                    Total amount – 4273 rs?-





                                    Or else I can give one more example.

                                    From October 05, 2012 I have totally paid an amount of 10820 for 12 months and where I did not get net for 1 month and bill can be calculated as for 11 months.

                                    Out of 11 months (From October 05, 2012(I have used net for 7 months) and four months, I did not used it.)

                                    10820 rs – 11 months.

                                    1 Month – 983.63 Rs

                                    7 Months - 6886 Rs

                                    Need to receive - 3934 rs /-

                                    Box Amount – 200 Rs /-

                                    Total amount – 4134 rs?-

                                    This is what I have explained to him about the beam telecom but still they say the same thing. At last after 1 week of discussion (June 20, 2013 and June 23, 2013) they have gave me an option stating that a new connection will kept in home with in 15 days after that the connection will be extended for the number days for which I have not received. That is from May 23, 2013).

                                    I have discussed this option with my brother and decided not to accept the option as we were vexed with their promises and they are not at all keeping their promises.

                                    But, again the beam telecom called to my brother on June 28, 2013 stating that they will keep the connection and the problem has been solved and by Tuesday(July 02, 2013 a new connection will kept in my home and on July 04, 2013 I will be getting the Internet through Plot No 39 Box).

                                    As we both were private employees and needed internet connection very badly, my brother accepted it based on the commitment given by Krishna (Beam telecom – Number: [protected]).

                                    On Saturday(June 29, 2013), Krishna came to my home collected 340 rs for shifting charges and collected new application details from us and promised us that by Tuesday(July 02, 2013 a new connection will kept in my home and on July 04, 2013 I will be getting the Internet through Plot No 39 Box).

                                    Gave a connection by July 02, 2013 but beam guys stated that Naveen would come by 30 minutes and will on the switch in plot no 39 and will get the net. 30 minutes passed and also 9 days passed. Still we have not received the net. Mean while called Krishna several times stating that Naveen did not come and I did not receive the Internet connection. He stated that he is just the feasibility guy and all the problems will be taken care by the technical guys and he does not take care anything. Then I have asked why you gave commitment then he stated that what technical guys have stated I have stated the same.



                                    When I call the customer service, they state right from the first and state that a new connection will be given by 15 days as there is a feasibility problem. I get very angry with these words and ask them to connect to their supervisors. They state that to be online and never connect to the supervisors nor do I get a call back from the beam telecom.

                                    My cell phone bills have increased by calling them but there is no resolution up till now. This is what has happened until now and still no internet connection is given to me.

                                    Therefore, I would request to show me a way how proceeds in this matter as I have suffered a lot with people and their worst service. I need compensation and a resolution.

                                    beam — WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE

                                    Beam Boardband is the worst in terms of Customer and technical support. Since last 14 days they are anot able to provide a new connection and upon contacting the customer support they have no answers why the connection has not been done. BEWARE AND THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE TAKING A BEAM BROADBAND CONNECTION

                                    Beam Telecom — Not providing internet service for more than 11 days

                                    My name is Rakesh.i have taken Broadband Connection with beam telecom.they have not provided service from first day.i have raise a ticket everday but they close the ticket without confirmation.it is still not yest resolved.i mention the time to call and fix the issue but they dont even call me so i want to raise a complaint against them.

                                    Beam Telecom — After payment is done, No Internet connection is given and customer is ignored.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken a Beam Telecom Internet connection 'B-Max 400' and paid 2300 to the Beam representative on 21 May 2011. They promised me that the Internet set-up will be done in 2 days. But till now I haven't got the internet connection and no idea if I get it anytime soon.

                                    Whenever I call the customer service centre, they say that one of their repesentative will call me for set-up asa soon as possible. And they raised the following tickets for the same - 2203174, 2208948, 2215272, 2219175, 2226247, 2227799, 2228419.

                                    Plan: "B-Max 400"
                                    Paid: 2300 INR

                                    I think those who take money and ignore customers/consumers should be punished and penalised by the Consumer disputes redressal commission.

                                    I am facing the same problem. I also went for 6 moths subscription the marketing person Mr. Alikhan [[protected]] told that it will be done in 3 days. On third day I call him up and ask about it he tells me person will come to your home at 5PM no one visits same story is repeated next day. Then I file up complain with customer care [2582408] and the tell me we will get back to you in 24hrs. 24hrs pass by and no one calls back. I again try Mr. Alikhan and he promises me to call back in 30min but no one ever calls back. Many a times their phone rings but no one picks up and at times it is switched off to avoid customers.
                                    This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.

                                    Connect telecom — Non Service

                                    I would like to draw the attention of company ppl towards the attitude and the way to talking and behaving with the clients. I had a number for connect number 5001366 for which bill was pending and when i visited to connect office at sector-35 chandigarh to surrender the connection, but after disucussions with sales staff i was ready to retain the connection. There i met some Mr. Manmohan and Mr. Dharmender in connect office for this matter . He misbehaved with me and other clients also. Other staff members were also surprized by the behaviour of Mr. Dharmender. Even the sales staff was stunned with the behaviour. I would like to ask the senior ppl of company that Had they opened the company for insulting of customers and also would like to tell the other clients that visit the connect very carefully because the seniors in this company has appointed the ppl to insult the clients...

                                    Router not working

                                    wireless is not working in the router purchased from beam.
                                    complaint is given but no response.
                                    the complaint numbers are 8547067, [protected] , [protected]. and many more. tickets closed with out resolving the issue.

                                      I am facing a lot of problem regarding login information with beam telecom. the customer care executives were not responding properly and database of customer details were changing without customer request or prior information which creates a lot of problem while lodging a complaint. There is no proper response from the officials of beam when I tried to contact them...

                                        Hi ,

                                        I lost the Internet connection 4 days back and i complained the same thing with beam telecom they said as they will be fixing the issue in 24 hours as there SLA with the customer is 24 hrs but till now they did not attended the complaint and after daily repetition of calls also they are not attending the complaint
