Need your help very badly and please tell what needs to done again this worst beam service.
I have paid an amount of 4710 rs /- for the months of April - October 2013. They have cheated by promising to issue a refund instead they gave a discount. I will explain how they have cheated me later in this email.
Really, I lost my patience and there is no way for me except to request your help. On May 23, 2013, I shifted to a new house and requested beam telecom to hold my Internet connection and provided my new address.

Later, a guy from Beam Telecom came to my new house and checked for the feasibility. Checked and stated that there is a port in Plot No 39 which was newly kept and require time(1 week) for fixing the ports. I said ok.
2 weeks passed and there was no update on this issued and raised a new complaint. The customer service and high level team promised that they will be looking into this issue

Still there was no update regarding the issue and I was vexed with the issue and later escalated to the level 3 person and spoke arounf 45 minutes which cost a phone bil, of 50 rs.

Later a person came to my house on June 15, 2013 stating that the connection would be given by evening but no one came in evening.
On Monday June 17, 2013, a guy named krishna came to my home and checked for feasibility and stated that he will be providing the connection by 15 days as he needs to take the owner permission(plot no 39) to keep the cable. Later, I just went inside my home for 2 minutes and came back to meet him. This time he changed his words and stated that it is not possible to give connection and asked to apply for a refund or asking me to keep a box in my home. I said that, I need to take the permission my owner to keep a box. However, I have asked the reason why did you change the words with in two minutes and he has stated the colony in charge(Naveen) stated to him that it is not possible to give connection as owner’s (Plot no: 39) are not giving permission. Then I have asked why you kept the box in plot no 39 if owner did not give permission then he gave a vague answer to me and escaped. A box is kept in the home with the owner’s permission and needs to give at least three connections out of 8 ports.
Then, again I called the customer service and asked the same reason why did plot no 39 owner did not give permission and asked if the box has kept by beam telecom with out informing the rules and regulations. Then they stated that I have received the wrong information and connection will be given in 15 days and stated a call back will received to you shortly from the escalation team.

Then I called to Krishna and informed him clearly what the customer service has said and he again stated that it is not possible to give connection as owner’s (Plot no: 39) are not giving permission. Later I have taken the number of the colony in charge and asked him why it is not possible to give connection and gave vague answers and I have asked him to give the phone to supervisor. He gave and the name of the supervisor is Nandakishore (AS Rao Nagar In charge- Beam Telecom) and stated that he will send the naveen to fix the problem.
Naveen came to my home and stated that it is 90 meters long and no connection can be given and my system will be affected a lot if a connection is given to me. Later he asked me to give permission to fix a box in my house. I did not accept it as my owner denied to give a permission to fix the box.
Then, I have decided to close my account with beam telecom and asked the customer service them to issue a refund.

On June 18, 2013, I have received a message from Beam telecom stating that service has been disconnected with the reason unfeasible area. On the same date, the account department of Beam telecom called me and stated that we will issue a refund of 1900 rs/- which was totally unacceptable.
Now, I am going to explain how they have cheated me in the refund amount.
Flash Back:
In month of October 2012, I have paid an amount of 6110 rs /- for 6 months. (Period is October 05, 2012 – April 05, 2013). I was living in the previous address. However, I have not received the net for 30 days and it was huge issue with the beam telecom and with our help (Indian consume forum) they have promised for a refund of 800 rs/- and refund for box waiver 600/- . Total 1400 rs. Earlier, they promised for refund and later, intelligently they have stated they don’t have any refund policy and will deduct in the bill.

After the overall discussion and after 15 days of wastage of my energy, phone bill, at last, I have accepted for the discount and 1440 rs was waived from my current bill(6110/- prepaid(From April 05, 2013 to October 04, 2013)). I have paid 4710 rs. Earlier, while keeping a connection, they have stated that, there is no installation charges if you pay payment for 6 months at one time. I have paid for it.
Back to June 20, 2013:
Now, I have asked him to explain how I would get a refund of 1900 rs where I should get a refund of 4273 rs.
He stated that I have paid a rs of 4710 and after deducting for 2 used months and 500 rs for installation which earlier, stated that I need not pay for it, the refund amount is 1900. If I go accordingly to them then I should get 3140+200(Box) = 3340 Rs.
However, I explain you clearly how I would get a refund of 4273 rs.
The deduction which was given to us should have been refunded or deduction should have been considered in the earlier bill as I have not received the net for 30 days in the period of October 05, 2012 – April 05, 2013. So, that bill should consider as 4710 rs and current bill should be considered as 6110 rs.
Out 6110 rs/-, I used for 2 months.
6110 rs – 6 months
1 Month – 1018.33
2 Months - 2036.66
Need to receive - 4073 rs /-
Box Amount – 200 Rs /-
Total amount – 4273 rs?-
Or else I can give one more example.
From October 05, 2012 I have totally paid an amount of 10820 for 12 months and where I did not get net for 1 month and bill can be calculated as for 11 months.
Out of 11 months (From October 05, 2012(I have used net for 7 months) and four months, I did not used it.)
10820 rs – 11 months.
1 Month – 983.63 Rs
7 Months - 6886 Rs
Need to receive - 3934 rs /-
Box Amount – 200 Rs /-
Total amount – 4134 rs?-
This is what I have explained to him about the beam telecom but still they say the same thing. At last after 1 week of discussion (June 20, 2013 and June 23, 2013) they have gave me an option stating that a new connection will kept in home with in 15 days after that the connection will be extended for the number days for which I have not received. That is from May 23, 2013).
I have discussed this option with my brother and decided not to accept the option as we were vexed with their promises and they are not at all keeping their promises.
But, again the beam telecom called to my brother on June 28, 2013 stating that they will keep the connection and the problem has been solved and by Tuesday(July 02, 2013 a new connection will kept in my home and on July 04, 2013 I will be getting the Internet through Plot No 39 Box).
As we both were private employees and needed internet connection very badly, my brother accepted it based on the commitment given by Krishna (Beam telecom – Number: [protected]).
On Saturday(June 29, 2013), Krishna came to my home collected 340 rs for shifting charges and collected new application details from us and promised us that by Tuesday(July 02, 2013 a new connection will kept in my home and on July 04, 2013 I will be getting the Internet through Plot No 39 Box).
Gave a connection by July 02, 2013 but beam guys stated that Naveen would come by 30 minutes and will on the switch in plot no 39 and will get the net. 30 minutes passed and also 9 days passed. Still we have not received the net. Mean while called Krishna several times stating that Naveen did not come and I did not receive the Internet connection. He stated that he is just the feasibility guy and all the problems will be taken care by the technical guys and he does not take care anything. Then I have asked why you gave commitment then he stated that what technical guys have stated I have stated the same.
When I call the customer service, they state right from the first and state that a new connection will be given by 15 days as there is a feasibility problem. I get very angry with these words and ask them to connect to their supervisors. They state that to be online and never connect to the supervisors nor do I get a call back from the beam telecom.
My cell phone bills have increased by calling them but there is no resolution up till now. This is what has happened until now and still no internet connection is given to me.
Therefore, I would request to show me a way how proceeds in this matter as I have suffered a lot with people and their worst service. I need compensation and a resolution.
