I opted for 10MBPS speed from Beam tele but from the Nov'11 end i was not getting the speed of 10mbps and always fluctuate. I raised my concern with beam and raised ticket, though the technical executive came but the problem was still continuing finally executive realized the problem is the with the beam cable coming to my PC. It was replaced with new cable line on 14thJan'12 after which i was getting complete 10mbps speed without any fluctuations. It took 2 months for this problem to rectified. But when i asked for waiver of monthly rent for this months as i was not given the service as per my package plan but charged for 10mbps instead of 512kbps.

I raised many complained and tickets with beam tele, but Beam customercare only know to create ticket and close without contacting me nor give the waiver.

    I have taken beam broadband from past 3months but suddenly the beam cable team is disconnected my cable. i gave a complaint so many times but they are saying we don't have a root box in that street that's way its lasted sorry for the inconvenience and we connecting with in 24hrs. they are saying same dialogue repeatedly but no action was taken. i payed for the connection 1000rs. and they are taken advance in this month fee 400rs. I lost nearly 1400Rs. Beam cable is a cheated company its not only my problem its so many customers problem. So please take action. Only this way we can express our complaints so please take action.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I have opted for Beam telecom internet service by paying 2300/- for 6 months package in July 2011.

      They have suspended the connection in Nov 2011 saying I need to pay for the next six month due amount though the total 6 months period is not yet over. Every time I call customer care a ticket will be created and it will be closed after some without resolution.I wrote several mails to nodal officer also, but no response.

        ear Users of Act Broadband,


        People who are planning to avail broadband services from ACT Broadband Bangalore East area , request you to please stay away from them.

        They are worst broadband service providers available right now.They wont address your issue neither they intend to resolve the issue.They Just make a note of your complaint when you call their helpline number "[protected]".

        They had taken an advance of Rs 1162 during the connection time ,but from the next day onwards the broadband has stopped working.I kept raising calling their helpline number more than 50 times for refund of my money.

        Till date they have failed to make a refund of my money.

        In case the ACT Broadband management is watching my complaint number is " [protected]".

        Request to ACT management kindly shutdown your shops if you are unable to give prompt service to your costumers.
        Kindly stop torturing your costumers.

        I am Biswajit Tamuli an existing customer of ACT Broad band. I have changed my house on 25th May 2014 from that time onwards I am keep on calling ACT customer care service for transferring my existing connection to my new address. But one gentle man said sir your connection will be transferred within 2 days and I will close your complaint no ([protected]). But nobody has turned up till now. Then again I called up and spoke to a lady called "Sreedevi" and she raise a complaint again my issue ([protected]) then i told her that i want to speak to your Floor Manager. She told me now manager busy so i will arrange a call back after 10 min. But nobody has turned up to call me back. Again I have called yesterday for seeking help from ACT but again a Person Called "Ansari" has promised me that He will arrange a call back by tomorrow morning at 10 AM and also raise a complaint ([protected]). But till now I have not received any call from anybody. Now tell me what should I do ?? ACT have collected my new address proof and transfer fee on last Saturday itself.

        This is pathetic.

          Hello Team,

          Hope I get a response from you atleast.

          I have raised 4 tickets till now and there is no response from BEAM. I have called them many times but still they do not response.

          I have paid for the connection for my service and it is valid till 23 dec. But they have suspended my account on 10 december.

          Which rule on earth do they follow. When I call them they say that the account team will call me back but they never call. I have already paid the amount but they never respond to my calls ?

          Can some one please take an action on them ?

            I took beam cable connection in Hyderabad in the month of July and the sales guy told me that this is a prepaid connection and I need to pay only in advance. If I don't want to use the internet next month, I don't have to pay for the same and whenever I want to use it again in future I just need to pay the money for that month and start using it.

            Since I travel out of Hyderabad regularly, this was the best option for me as then I don't have to keep a track on monthly payments for my internet service and can reactivate it when I am back. In addition since this is a prepaid connection, I dint have to worry about any bills for payment and most importantly the sales guy told me that I am not required to inform beam cable if I want to disconnect as it gets automatically disconnected if it is not paid.

            I was out of Hyderabad for 2 months and now Beam cable has come back to me with a bill for Rs 2000 stating I need to pay it. I have sent several mails to the billing department and even to the nodal office but no one has come to me till now.

            Either beam cable is giving incorrect information to get clients or the sales guy is providing false information to get sales....

              I had taken a connection from Beam Telecom in hyderabad few months back.they took1200/-for activation and connection charges after connection for full month I could not use the services due to their connectivity problem ,Every day I complaint on their given Customer care numbers and they raise a Ticket(Complaint Number)regarding the issue but did not resolve that.Then after a month with out any prior Information the Disconnected my Services and when I contacted their Customer care they said you have to pay 860 Rs as due ammount.I said ok I am ready to pay please send any executive to take money and resume my services they replied Ok with in 24 hrs my problem will get resolved.Now every day they are saying like this and opening new tickets but my problem is still same.There are some conversation happened between me and their executive:

                Beam has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They simply don't care at all about their customers and don't care whether your issue ever gets resolved. For 4 days now, I have been trying to get someone from beam to my house so I can pay my bill. In the meantime, beam has shut off my internet even though I have made several requests for payment. If I could pay by card or had a car, it would have been paid already. Every single day, you say someone will come within 24 hours, but nobody shows up. Nor do they call, but they will say that they did. I have zero missed calls on my phone, so in addition to lying about coming to collect payment, they also lie about calling the customer. I have tried to speak with a manager for the last 2 days and every time I call, they say no manager is available and someone will call me back within 24 hours. But does anyone call? nope. That is because beam's customer care is a complete joke. If someone doesn't come to collect payment, and turn my net back on by tonight, I am switching to Airtel. I most definitely do not have to put up with this terrible lack of consideration and customer service. I am so beyond irate that I may just switch to Airtel even if someone miraculously shows up to collect my payment today. Sincerely, Michelle Boissonneault
                Hi am a beam telecom customer since 1yr.recently we shifted to a new address and i raised a ticket fro shiftign connection and also called to the customer care several times, every time respnse will be sorry for the inconvenice, our techinican will get back to you in 24 hrs.but even after 15 days i didnt get any response from Beam Telecom.very worst customer service i have ever seen.

                  we recently got an LG SMART TV. and invested for a 10MBPS cable connection
                  though I had a good Airtel connection for last 4-5years.
                  We showed the Rupesh, Beam sales guy the TV and said we are taking the connection
                  primarily for 2 reasons:
                  1. For the TV
                  2. If their connection will work even when power goes.

                  Everything seemed great till the connection is setup. When connected to the
                  TV, no ip is getting assigned. So I invested in a high end router of 6000/-. Still it did not work.
                  Gave a couple of calls to the customer care. they just opened the issues and by evening closed.
                  After 4-5days of waiting and struggling, finally we gave up on Beam cableon getting LGTV working.
                  It works perfectly with Airtel.

                  So we thought atleast the 2nd one works. 11.11.11 when power went away, the cable didnt work. We raised a
                  complaint, no one has even come for service till now.
                  We called the customer care and requested for a refund, its just been like 15days since we took the connection, already feel deceited. Not sure what they will do.

                  I asked for their escalation policy - NO REPLY
                  Asked for the details of regional head - NO REPLY

                  I am particularly dissatisfied with the service. Since last Friday I dont have internet connection. when we call they raise a ticket with 24hrs
                  deadline. they close the ticket before 24hrs whether resolved or not. if you call for follow-up they open a new ticket but will never open the old
                  one again. they are trying to act smart to prove that they are sticking to their SLA.

                  Appreciate if you can look into this, and help us get better service or
                  refund at the earliest.


                  we have escalated the same to the nodal officer and appellate authority emails mentioned on their website. still no response or solution.

                    My Name Santosh I have booked a new connection with Beam Cable on August 30 and the Agent Had collected the amount to set-up the connection within a week and after that I called up Customer Service and this agent tells me that my Connection Setup Date Commitment is on October 15th and I tried calling several times spoke to several Supervisors they just keep telling Sorry and Their Concern Department will be calling and the best part is i Never get a call.

                    1. Lava Kumar Spoke to me on the Phone for New Connection on August 30th and Within 30 minutes of the call another Agent Jagdishwar Turns to my Place and collects money for the new connection and gives me a receipt stating you will be getting a call and service will be set-up within week or so.

                    2. Ahlya Lady From Customer Care Told me that my Service Commitment Date is on October 15th and Transfers the call to Supervisor Raj this guy gives me a new Story that there is no Box near my place and tells me to wait till Oct 15th. but the Agent Who collected the amount never told me any details that they have to set-up new box while collecting the Money up-front. (Great Service).

                    3. Oct 15th I call up to Customer Service this Agent Tells me all together new Story Sir i see That your account has a complaint stating that I have requested to move my connection to first floor or to some new address. now i speak to another supervisor Srinivas tells me you will get a call from the concern department regarding the new connection and when it will be fixed.

                    4. Oct 16 I called up to customer stating i have not received a call from your complaints team regarding my new connection and this lady tells me, Sir I see your account and it shows that you have been given a commitment for new service on November 4th? I Never Knew they keep changing the Service set-up dates and best word comes out is Sorry.....Sorry .......Sorry ..........???

                    5. I speak to another Supervisor he says you will get a call from our back-end team regarding the service set-up date.........How many Times ........I Guess their Back Team is Sleeping all the time........

                    To Pay and Get Service From a Company Like Beam Cable You Need to Go through All this Pain ...................Something Called Customer Satisfaction.......In Beam Cable's Terms....... Probably.

                    i called to customer care service for new connection till now they did not response. I called they more-than 6 to 10 times but no response what a stupid customer service they are maintain and nobody bother and what higher authorities doing they are taking any complaint seriously really worst customer services. Please takecare your products so can sell your products in the market compare to anyone. My self K.Narsing.
                    I live in Hyderabad (KPHB Colony). Mine is very bad experience from the Beam cable.
                    I registered on Beam website for a new connection on 6th September 2012. Sales person visited my house on 9th September 2012. He had collected a cheque of 5600 Rs for 6 months duration and other required documents. He promised that I will get the internet connection with in 48 hours. My cheque has encashed by them on 11th September 2012. Till now (20th September 2012, 3:30 PM) I did not get the internet connection though the cabling has done on 15th September 2012. Everyday I am calling customer care. They are saying the same answer like "they need another 48 hours" everyday. The sales person (Venkatesh) is not lifting his phone ([protected]) at all though he promised that he is the point of contact for any beam issues. I come to know that he had done all false promises.

                      BEAM Telcom's response to my complaints regarding the undue delay in the broadband connection. Many promises for connection, call backs were made but never met. Every time they quote a new time window and its me who has to chase them again and again for an update. I can understand a delay in connection due to technical reasons but its not at all acceptable that they dont even give me a call back not even an update when I call or mail them. Numerous tickets were raised and they closed them with out resolving it. They are so shameless that they close the tickets and send me a mail that they closed the ticket. Even a mail to their nodal officer or appellate tribunal failed to generate a response. All I get is an automated email to my online complaints and a new time window when I call them. Frustrated when I asked for a refund, even for that they gave me a time window of 15 days. This is absolute unfair trade practice. When they can take money so quick, why would it take 15 working days that is 3 weeks. That is absolutely cheating on customers, take their money and sit on it with out giving connection nor their money back. Its not the money I want, its a internet connection. Below are the mails that I sent to their highest authorities and even to them I got automated responses. All I get from them is ticket numbers and nothing else.

                      This is ridiculous and outrageous. After waiting for a month I was given another time window of 3 working days on 25th October.

                      Even that time window is complete and I am yet to get a connection. So many mails and calls have been made, tickets have been logged. But still I do not get any resolution. When I ask for a refund of the money I am given an ridiculous SLA of 15 days to get my money back.

                      EVen now when I call for an update, I am being given a new time window of 48 hours. I wonder if I paid the money for a internet connection or for getting time windows from Beam.

                      I am yet to get a single non autimated response to my mails. More than 10 call backs were promised by various departments and not a single call back has been made.

                      Its otrocious that a mail to the nodal office or appellate tribunal have not enough to generate even an acceptable response.

I was informed that it is not his duty any more since he is a sales executive and responsible for only sale . Rest is the technology team which would take care of it. Overall treatment given to the case suggests that you are the customer and I am customer care trying to help you out, instead it should have been the other way round. Surprisingly care team has no information about the installation team. Looks like nobody has a clue as to where the technical team is located, not sure if they live in different world altogether where no one can reach them.

                      And your care has been absolutely out of sorts and left me disgruntled. All they can do is make false promises and send out a standard mail saying that they are looking in to it. So far 3 promises have been made which were never met. 1st by the care agent who agreed to expedite my installation request and never came back. Second promise o[censored]pdating me in 24 hours which never happened. 3rd promise of another call back, this time it extended to 48 hours. Today I ended talking to Sujatha, who didn’t even have the patience to and was on verge of shouting at me. I thought it’s the customer’s right to shout when not served properly, looks like in Beam’s case even that right is reserved with the company. I feel, now that you have mentioned 25 days standard timelines, you will not be even talking to me properly. Time and again I did ask if the all activities right from site survey to cabling to installation would be completed on the same day, and every time I have been advised that it will not be the case. Looks like nobody has any clue as to what is happening to my connection or in which stage is it lying in. All I am told is to wait till 25th October, looks like there is a magic wand with Beam which is used for instant installation.

                      I feel it is a high time for me to get in touch with the management and escalate things since there is no proper outcome from whatever the efforts that I am making to get a connection . I am a Project Manager and need the connection very badly since I have to work from home often. Although it might sound that I am expressing my personal issue to you but still as a customer I feel that I am supposed to get what I am supposed when I am paying . Please correct me if I am wrong . I got to hear many things about your company and despite warnings from few of them I thought I did take a wise decision coming to you guys for a connection .

                      Kindly take some corrective actions. Beam is one company with great potential of immense growth but is played down by lack of customer support. I hope I will not face any technical issues, else my experience would be horrifying.

                      Beam cable Internet — delay of internet connection nearly one week above

                      we had given check on 11th of August and they said we will get connection by 13th of august, but till now i mean 20th of august no response from them, i asked them to connect with concerned person, but no one is responding and replying same thing that within 24 hrs u will get internet connection daily they are doing same thing, plz take proper action

                      BEAM TELECOM has been completely unresponsive and lacking ownership in response to my application for a new Broad Band connection. Lot of promises for call backs and connection have been made and none were met. Below are the mails that I sent to their appellate and nodal authorities, to which I havent even got a proper response. All I get is an automated mail response and a new time window on the calls that I make. Over and above that, when I asked for a resfund they quoted for a window of 15 days, its otrocious. They dont give a connection nor my money. When they can take money so quickly why do they need 15 days for refund. Its not the refund that I am running behind, its the connection that I need. Below are the mails that I sent to their highest authorities. Please help.

                      This is ridiculous and outrageous. After waiting for a month I was given another time window of 3 working days on 25th October.

                      Even that time window is complete and I am yet to get a connection. So many mails and calls have been made, tickets have been logged. But still I do not get any resolution. When I ask for a refund of the money I am given an ridiculous SLA of 15 days to get my money back.

                      Even now when I call for an update, I am being given a new time window of 48 hours. I wonder if I paid the money for a internet connection or for getting time windows from Beam.

                      I am yet to get a single non autimated response to my mails. More than 10 call backs were promised by various departments and not a single call back has been made.

                      Its otrocious that a mail to the nodal office or appellate tribunal have not enough to generate even an acceptable response.

                        Hi,
                        I have an internet connection with Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd.-Hyderabad. My connection was dead for the past 25 days.
                        I had logged a complaint for issue with beam telecom call center ticket was logged for it, after 2 days ticket was closed and I got sms saying problem resolved was shocked with seeing that sms.
                        Immediately I call the call center and asked for the status of ticket they told issue resolved ticket closed. I said if the problem resolved then what is the fun of calling you guys for update.
                        How can you close the ticket without solving the issue I am facing? Then they told sorry for that and logged a new ticket on that instance I specifically told them that make it has high priority becz my net connection was dead for the past 25 days and don’t close the ticket till the issue get resolved they said ok.
                        Next day they closed that ticket this was keep on going for a week logging a ticket and it was getting closed without resolving the issue for a week.
                        In this period I talked to most of the CC executives out of which I have noted few names below,
                        Kiran, Shiva, Laxmi, Prici, Srinath, Srinivas, Vishwanath few more
                        whenever I ask them for update they will tell the stories if I ask why you close the ticket without solving the issue I want to talk to your supervisor/ manager in this regard they are simply dropping the calls in conversation.
                        It’s really a pathetic and embracing situation. If you call again the call will go to the other executive and again we have to tell very thing from beginning again they will drop the call in between conversation.
                        They are not following the company standard norms while talking with customer. Even they do know the business ethics simply they are playing with customer time, money, patience etc,
                        I do know to whom should me complaint against these useless call center executives they have wasted my time, money and it’s a mental torture. I want these executives to get severe punishment so that they won’t play with other customers.
                        Please can someone help me out to take a legal action against the company or their executives for playing with customer for not addressing the issue properly and get it resolved?

                          Beam Tele was quick to come when we requested for a new connection. They sent a guy who took 6 months advance and who has now disappeared. He does not pick up calls or reply to sms. The customer care service raises a new ticket every time i contact them and have nothing to do but to escalate the issue which brings back no results. I have receipts and all email communication from them which i am willing to use against them and get back my money along with compensation for the lack of service and thief like activity.

                          For those considering to choose there services.. don't.

                          Team leaders are jst idiotic fellows .. no use of them in company.

                          i feel they never feel a sec before recieving salary without any service.

                          Technicians are worst than beggers.

                            I have registered for beam cable's broadband installation. I paid the bill on 30th september 2011. They promised me to get the connection done by 10th October. Since then i have been calling the customer care regarding the broad band installation. They say, within 24 hours we will get the installation done. Now it is nearly one month since i paid the bill and no one comes to install the cable and nobody cares about my problem though i had informed them many a number of times

                              I have been using Beam telecom services for past 1.5 years. But since 3 months I am facing frequent disconnections. I have lodged so many complaints and escalated to their nodal officer and appellate authority, but still they close the request immediately by giving temporary solution. Everytime they close the request even without my confirmation. I have asked them to observe the connectivity for 10-15 days continuously so that they can provide permanent solution. But they do not understand my problem and close the request immediately. Also their customer care staff disconnects the phone without listening to my problem.

                                From last 50 days i am taking continuous follow up for shifting of my net connection.
                                As i taken follow up through customer care, area technician and mail ids which are available in official site but my connection is not transferred.
                                I have mailed more then 12 times to their nodal officers, more then 30 calls to customer care, more then 15 calls to area persons, personally visited home and area branches.
                                Overall regret to say Beam Tele is worst service provider.

                                I am also having same issue. i registered for shifting connection to new address on 31st March and it is not resolved till now. Customer service of Beam telecom is horrible, pathetic and unbearable.

                                  This is THE worst service I have ever seen in life so far. We have taken a new internet connection along with a router about a month ago and I am already fed up with the service that they offer. They hardly offer any service. We paid the full amount to the person who came to sell their connection. 1800+2000 for the router. After 3 days and a call to them, someone came for installation, installed it and left the wiring and everything just like that without even bothering to neatly wind it or put some wall clips to it. He was in no mood to listen to us and said the company doesnt provide any clips for that. Fine, next for the router he said he will raise a request for it which he did not do so. After 3 days I made a call and raised the request to which they said in 24 hours it would be done. 48 hours over and still not done. I had to make 2 more calls to the call center for getting the router. The guy comes, fixes the router and gone, didnt even bother to make sure the connection was done properly or not. I made a call to the customer care once again asking for the Area manager. No , he says they dont have such numbers and will put a request for the area manager to call me instead and also send a techician in 24 hours to make sure all connections are done properly. Its been 10 days and neither did I get a call from the area manager not did any tech. come. I had to struggle to get things right. Now worst of all the router does not accept more than one connection. Every time the second one is logged in the first connection is logged out. Why the hell did we pay 2000 Rs for this so called router? Is it just to have one connection at a time?
                                  To fix this I have been calling the cust. care guys for the past 3 days and each time a different person answers and after listening to the whole story says it will be resolved in 24 hours. Even now, it is not done. I am sick and tired of these people who are least bothered to follow up. I have spoken to Khan, Ravi and Chandu. The whole log of compalints can be found in the database. But none of them bothers. Whole bunch of Good for nothing people sitting there doing nothing. God alone knows when the issue would be resolved. My phone bills are goin up just because of these poeople as I have to wait on hold for atleast 10 min before someone answers it. ALL TIME WORST SERVICE ...

                                    Beam Telecom was taken 6 months advance rental from me by promising 6 months uninterpeted continue service, But they did not provided as promised and I was suffered to get the connection, I got frustration and finally requested for disconnection last month, and also requested to return by balance amount, I was raised almost 15+ complaints, and they simply closing the ticket and not refunding my money back. Please help me to get my advance back, and the same issue expirecnced by my friends also, BEAM Telecom should avoild this, and should treat customers in happay way. And I sugget people not go for BEAM Broadband

                                        I am Pavan.I have applied for a connection and paid Rs.3300 for using the services for six months.I used the services for 4 months and due to i shifted the home,i asked them to put the connection on hold for 2 months and then i asked them to shift the connection by giving them the proper address.I was making call s almost every day and when ever i made a call they said they are sending the technicians for fixing the issue.And today one technician called me after almost 25 days i have registered the call and told he will be coming within halfhour.I left office and reached home as there is no one at home to assist the technician.But he didnt come.

                                        Even after repeated calls ,the shifting was not happened.After awaiting with lot of patience,i am logging this case against them.
