Damage to LED Television Set

During installation - three in one connection (Cable, Phone & Internet ) - the person damaged my LED TV set. Highly unprofessional person named Mustafa (Madinaguda, Hyderabad) started arguing with me that installation does not cover putting cable connections to TV set. further added that he is not responsible for any damage to your television set. Beam cable pathetic

Beam cable hyderabad was really good, but now a days, even for a small complaint, they take 24 hours to resolve.. Giving some lame excuses... Now i ask them, as they say 24 hours of grace period, does they really need that time to resolve for small issues...

When they want to collect monthly rent, they call and come on time and why not on attending complaits.

Hyderabad beam cable management or concerned persons...

What a customer service, Beamtele is providing - pathetic!!

When I heard from my friends that beam tele is good in terms of service as well as price I opted for a 1year unlimited 1Mbps plan. Before opting this long term package, I have been advised and promised that if there is any requirement of shifting the connection from one place to other it will be done without any issue.

After 2months into this package, I shifted my place and informed beam on 22nd August to shift the connection...

very Very waste act tv connection

Hi Everyone

I have to inform about acttv Broadband connection.Its very worst service I have never seen in my life.I have an outage in connection for one month,I am calling customer service to complaint daily,but still no technician(technician are bad,even they don't know anything technically) came to rectify the issue.

Please don't take this fraud acttv connection....

Worst Service

The worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. I have been suffering with partial/no connectivity from the beginning of the connection. No action taken as on today. I am tired of calling customer care and waiting for more than half an hour to connect. Losing all my money paying mobile bills for this calls. I am paying for whole month and getting partial service apart from this wasting my money and time by spending on raising a complaint....

This is a cheating company. They promised that they are providing trolly bags for the customers. We subscribed for 1 year and payment has been done. But still now there is no response and it has already been more that 6 months . The CEO must be ashamed of this. No one works properly in this company. Not installed connection 20 days after paying amount

I registered for an internet connection with Beam Telecom and paid an amount of Rs 5500/- on 7th August 2011.
It has been 20 days since I paid and still the service provider has not installed or given a connection.
I have repeatedly called and raised tickets. Each the they give a promise that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

The person turned up only during collecting the money and after tht whtever I call he directs me to contact customer care. MONEY BACK OFFER NOT EXECUTED

i had requested for money back on the basis of money back offer being offered, after a week of connection
as i wasn't happy with the services provided.instead, i had received a monthly bill through my mail.
however, some technicians came and disconnected it already.

well, i was not able to reach the customer care to inquire about the money back offer.

transferring of internet connection

every 3 to 4 days i am following up with them but nobody is responding

Extremely annoying service

Since, i've taken the beam connection, im facing continous problems.
1. Frequent limited or No connectivity issues.
2. Network cable disconnection in our area.

I consider the above two issues smaller compared the issues im facing below

I have taken an yearly broadband package from Beam telecom 1 1/2 yrs back and everytime am getting network problem due to LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY.

Since last 5 days the same issue is coming and when calling to Customer care everytime I get to hear the same ridiculous statements of being sorry and that the issue would be resolved in 24 hrs.

THis is continuing since 5 days and neither the customer care officials...

Provision of wrong information

I have chosen Beam Fiber to my office. They responded immediately and came to office for initial proceedings. During that time, they promised that connection will be initiated with in 48-72 hrs however after receiving the cheque not responding.

Now they are telling that it may take 5-7 days time to provide connection. Above all their staff behave very rash with the customers and highly poor client relationship. I request everyone...

Shifting of Connection

I think beam cable customer care doing nothing. There only job is to convence the customer not giving service to the customer....
