I had my installation on 11 October I made a plan of 75mbps 750gb but In app of act fiber it showing 75mbps 500gb fup limit so can u pls solve this issue

    Now its 9th of october 16:12 and the internet is gone AGAIN for half an hour. Not even a week has passed since i got this new connection and i have been disconnected twice. A junction box was also installed at my premises.

    And my last complaint took more than 30 hours to get resolved even though the job can be done in just 1 hour.

    Our downstairs neighbour has the same plan and yet he is not facing any issue.

    Moreover, yesterday on 8th of october at 13:00 a man named Naveen claiming to be "the auditor " came to inspect the junction box and told me that its working fine (observe the irony in this).

    So dear ACT, in your words; "check the issue and get back to me with a PROPER resolution ".

      I have terminated my act Fibernet connection on Aug 7, 2021 and still waiting for my refund amount. As their refund policy I do not have any known person using act Fibernet connection and I am in a town where act can not relocate my connection but still they are not issuing refund. I did multiple follow ups both emails and customer care but not seeing any progress. Can you please help me on this.

      It’s been same answer from Aug 7 and I am still waiting for refund amount of 3, 160rs. Same thing happened to me when I disconnected my connection in Chennai and you didn’t refund that time amount was around 200rs I did not do much follow up. This I did many follow ups and raised lots of email complaints and customer care complaints. This time I do have email proofs as customer care complaints simply closed after 24 hrs. How to believe your above statement?

      I am still waiting for my refund from ACT fibernet. I have disconnected my connection 6 months back and still waiting for my refund amount 3160 rs. It’s really shame on the ACT Team. Customer frustrated and raised complaint in consumer forum even then you are not responding. Raised another grievance in department of consumer affairs 3267135.
      I am still waiting for my refund from ACT Fibernet. It’s been 6 months I have disconnected my connection but still waiting for my refund.

          ON 04/10/21, i raised a complaint return by balance amount after disconnection of connection. till today i didn't receive any call & Ticket is closed. Today again i called Customer Care executive told problem will be solved by tomorrow (10/10/21 12:00PM) but Received Message problem will be solved with in 5 working days.

              Hello sir/Mam. My name is Parthiban. I was preparing for my exam by staying I Coimbatore for 3 months during which I subscribed for ACT fibrenet. I paid for 3 months and installation for which they gave router free of cost. After 3 months I opted for relocation to my hometown for which they said they can't relocate. So I asked to disconnect my internet after those 3 months. Even during those 3 months they sent me a message saying there is a due of Rs.324/- which I dont know reason till now. Now they have added another 1000 to that due as a bill for current month.By 19th Sept I received a message stating my connection got suspended because o[censored]npaid 324 due amount. I don't know how they can add another 1000 for the suspended account. Since in coimbatore I was living in a rental place, I vacated that place 1 month ago but I don't know why they renewed my internet for another month without my permission. I have sent an email to ACT about this. After which they contacted me about disconnection but not about the pending due which is 1300. I will not pay a single rupee for their mistake of renewing it even after I asked for disconnection.

                I have their device installed at my home. First three month they gave power discount later without informing informing have stopped in my billing. And when I called, they are saying their policy is changed. Almost raised ticket 15times. They have closed ticket without giving proper resolution. They say within 72hours complaint will be resolved. But it did not happen. Later called them on their customer care, forced them to send service engineer. He has said it is mistake from their side since there are more than one connection and I am eligible for power discount. But this billing also I need to pay 50rs extra. From coming month, it will be deducted but old deductions I will not be getting it seems. Really unhappy and regretting of the service. Thinking of going ahead with Hathaway or airtel.

                  Internet not working for more than a day.

                  Recently got a new connection day before yesterday on 5/10/2021 at about 5pm. It worked for less than a day and stopped working at 12noon the very next day (6/10/2021). Immediately i raised the complaint after doing the basic troubleshooting steps. I received a message that my issue will be resolved by 12:00 on 7/10/2021. Its past that, and i have called customer care again and was informed that the "junction box is down and we are fixing...

                    I took 3m broadband plan from act after making payment they assured us that they are going to install broadband setup with in 2 days. Yesterday act network agent called me and informed that they are unable to install broadband because of loc issue. They told us to request reimbursement. We trying to contact from yesterday for reimbursement now they are not picking the call. They don't have minimum sense. Worst service provider ACT

                        Incompetent service with high subscription ACT charges

                        Address: 14th Main, Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore

                        I live in Banashankari 2nd stage (Bangalore) using ACT broadband internet for past 2 years. I am frustrated to be stuck with ACT's incompetent service. Their availability and uptime is pathetic with frequent outages. Their Nodal and Appellate teams never address the root cause and always do a cover-up on service unavailability complaints.

                        Besides frequent outages due to ACT's own internal network faults, they do not provide...

                        Very DISAPPOINTED with the service.
                        I could not work for 3 days in 2 weeks duration. i had to apply leave and sit idle.
                        i have raised the Service Request SR[protected] on Oct4 morning at around 7:30 AM and i got the service message stating my issue will be resolved on 10/05/2021 08:00:00 pm
                        if i say the same to my management, will they believe?

                        i need to pay the bill on time otherwise 50 rs fine. i have paid the bill yesterday and then my internet stops working . if i had to disconnect and get a new connection from another provider i need to apply leave again because the installation takes another 3 days.

                        i need you guys to give an explaination on how should i explain to my management

                            This is with reference to the SR raised on 26th Sep 2021, SR[protected].

                            We have started construction at my place, so I have requested the act fiber team to remove the box from my location.

                            It's been more than a week, no person from the actcorp have visited my premises yet.

                            It is so frustrating to stop my construction because of the act server box at that place.

                            Kindly acknowledge receipt of this mail n hereby take proper action.

                            Now, as a next step, I am going to remove all the connections and let the team come n work on this issue.

                                I have requested ACT Fibernet to disconnect my connection in month of May, it got disconnected but still I didn't receive the refund amount. I'm following with ACT customer care from past 4 months, but I never got proper response from them. Sometimes ACT Fibernet customer care will pickup the call and put it on hold for long while. Please take necessary action and get my refund amount back.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: It's completely unacceptable the way Act customer support treats any complaint. In this pandemic and Wfh scenario m facing issue and it's not being resolved or acknowledged. I am tired trying to seek help.. Please send a technician asap or refund my money I no longer want to continue with Act services. I am tired with the level of carelessness.
