    My daily data usage and the cumulative data usage is not matching with the data available on the act fibernet app. So each month I am reaching the data usage limit and had to buy the flexbites to continue using the internet with better speed.

    I can't reach out to customer care for this data accuracy as there is no available option. On top of it I am getting calls to upgrade my plan. I have been with Actfiber for more than 10 yrs but support front still I am not happy.

      New broadband connection

      Applied for new connection with router
      Plan details 75mbps 6 months (5+1)

      They told me to choose between router
      Tp link archer c5 / archer c20

      Cost c5 1699 rs, . c20 999 rs

      I chose archer c5 ( Plan and router details in photo attached)

      During installation they gave me router tp link archer c20 ( photo attached)

      I complained about this to coustomer care numerous times since 2 months from my install date but they never responded never replaced the router

      Pls resolve this issue asap

      coustomer care called i explained the problem again
      technician visited my house they told they will either replace router or refund the excess amount for the router but still no response from them
      i dont know why this issue is taking so long to resolve

        Hi I have a issue with act it's been 4 days I tried everything like calling customers care and droping zonal office mail etc but not response, being corporate employee I have faced a bad experience with act from 4 days I had a los of pay for reason internet is not working please do the needful ... Hyderabad account number[protected], without customers information tickets gets close by engineer and automatically new ticket wil be raised ... I dnt knw what's monitoring is doing by management over their employees for the satisfaction of customers...bad bad experience

          Hello Team,

          I have recently renewed my plan however, when I called customer care about speed issue they said that my router is not supported with 75 Mbps plan and it supports only 40 Mbps hence, i requested for change plan but they denied and not willing to change the plan.

          When I am not using 75 Mbps plan than why should I Pay for that plan.

          Even I am not asking for refund only to change the plan.

            This is with regards to an internet connection, Issue is not yet resolved. I have raised multiple requests but no use

            SR[protected] - Box has been removed from my place and set up at another house, they have not given connection to my house, when the box is there at my place, the connection was given to him but now the team is saying we cannot give connection to my house.

            SR[protected] - When I have raised this ticket that the internet is not working they have said that there is no availability of net connection at my place when the main cable of my wire is going from my house

            SR[protected] - I have raised this ticket again that the internet is not working, should see what will be the response.

            Is this the service that customers should be treated for if you are able to give the connection? tell it at the front and remove my connection and refund my amount back and the main cable which is going from my terrace should be removed.

              What you guys thought about customers, have raised the request on 26 sept 2021 for disconnection and it got disconnected and have returned OTT box by 7 th oct and on 14th Oct they itself reconnected and if I call now they will say there is no refund process and have again raised for disconnection, what the hell you guys thought about the customers are you playing this 420 game? You people already loosing the business if I won't get my refund I'll teach you guys a lesson

              i have asked and took two times conformation with their customer care executives they clearly told, refund will automatically credited to your account once disconnected, its already one week gone, i am raising ticket and they are closing with out solution, now they are saying"we dont know who told you about refund" its really strange we called their customer care number and spoke to them but these people dont know about their customer care number.

              i have taken one year package and i have the balance of 5081rs approx, but now they are playing with irresponsible games, am the customer since 2014 ( its old name Beam tel).

              one week back some one called and talked very rashly, he dont know abou thier " customers executive are talking with thier customer care numbers only, he said dont know who spoke with you, we dont know from which number they called"

              its really very worst worst service they are giving,

                  On 2/10/2021 I called act fibernet for connection and they said installation charges are free so we opted for act rush plan which is 800 rupees but with tax we paid 974 and they activated our account 4th October. Now I recieved a mail stating there is a due of 370 and due to non payment of that amount my account got suspended. In act app that amount was charged for installation. When I tried to call the one who activated my account he is not responding. His Phone number is [protected]. Customer care also not picking. My connection number is[protected] . I can't attend today's class because their incompetence. I have exams tomorrow.kindly respond quick. Or I have to move to court. My number [protected].

                        We had taken fibernet on 14 and after installation there is no internet, even after raising ticket, no one attended and now they are asking power for DP ? What is first of all no internet and money is paid and asking solution from me ?

                        Very pathic and poor management by ACT .

                        Would prefer to surrender the connection and go for other service provider. please plan to refund the amount at the earliest .

                            I have booked a new connection on 9th Oct and even after5-6 days, there is no response from the sales executive. Whenever I call the person, he dont even attend the call and just send a message that he will send a person for installation on the same day. But nothing happens after that.

                              On 21st all cables were installed and I was asked to open login page and signin.

                              Login page says,

                              ACT internet was down again today entire daytime, a 7th outage this month: SR[protected]

                              Looks like ACT is trying to break their own record of service unavailability in a given month. That's how incompetent their service has been. Their so called appellate authority either keeps copy-pasting bogus regret emails on each ticket (or uses bots to respond to complaints?).

                              What you expect with a monopoly with no other private provider in our area. I hope we get Jio or Airtel at-least to bring some professional competition and hopefully competency with ACT.

                              School children and people WFH bear the impact due to ACT's incompetency and repeated outages.

                                Hello Team,

                                I raised a request for re-connection then I received a call from person Shantharao E. He agreed to my demands which are 10+2 with 40 Mbps speed and router.

                                After I paid the amount for 1 year, the scene is completely reversed and I realized that Act Fibernet company sales person Shantharao & customer service agents fooled very badly.

                                Sales person Shantharao never lifts my call after that and customer service agents also gave wrong information for first 10 days and later onwards started saying "you won't get router and if you want I will change the plan".

                                So it is FRAUD

                                Sales person Shantharao called me from [protected].

                                I request you to help me to get my complete money back.

                                    Now its 9th of october 16:12 and the internet is gone AGAIN for half an hour. Not even a week has passed since i got this new connection and i have been disconnected twice. A junction box was also installed at my premises.

                                    And my last complaint took more than 30 hours to get resolved even though the job can be done in just 1 hour.

                                    Our downstairs neighbour has the same plan and yet he is not facing any issue.

                                    Moreover, yesterday on 8th of october at 13:00 a man named Naveen claiming to be "the auditor " came to inspect the junction box and told me that its working fine (observe the irony in this).

                                    So dear ACT, in your words; "check the issue and get back to me with a PROPER resolution ".

                                      I have terminated my act Fibernet connection on Aug 7, 2021 and still waiting for my refund amount. As their refund policy I do not have any known person using act Fibernet connection and I am in a town where act can not relocate my connection but still they are not issuing refund. I did multiple follow ups both emails and customer care but not seeing any progress. Can you please help me on this.

                                      It’s been same answer from Aug 7 and I am still waiting for refund amount of 3, 160rs. Same thing happened to me when I disconnected my connection in Chennai and you didn’t refund that time amount was around 200rs I did not do much follow up. This I did many follow ups and raised lots of email complaints and customer care complaints. This time I do have email proofs as customer care complaints simply closed after 24 hrs. How to believe your above statement?

                                      I am still waiting for my refund from ACT fibernet. I have disconnected my connection 6 months back and still waiting for my refund amount 3160 rs. It’s really shame on the ACT Team. Customer frustrated and raised complaint in consumer forum even then you are not responding. Raised another grievance in department of consumer affairs 3267135.
                                      I am still waiting for my refund from ACT Fibernet. It’s been 6 months I have disconnected my connection but still waiting for my refund.
