This is with reference to the SR raised on 26th Sep 2021, SR[protected].
We have started construction at my place, so I have requested the act fiber team to remove the box from my location.
It's been more than a week, no person from the actcorp have visited my premises yet.
It is so frustrating to stop my construction because of the act server box at that place.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this mail n hereby take proper action.
Now, as a next step, I am going to remove all the connections and let the team come n work on this issue.
