Dear ACT Team,
I took a connection from 16th June 2021 with a 6 month plan. from 4th November 2021 my connection has not worked . I complain again and again but there is no response from your end. Finally you mentioned we can't provide you service in my area on 12th of November 2021 on my call(not prior information from your team). This is one of the worst services ever. There is no home visit and call back from the ACT team. Daily I follow up your team for refund and your refund team refunded only 389. My connection validity ended on 15th December and there is no service from your side from 4th November as per prorated my refund will be Rs.1290(Rs.5805/180*40). Kindly refund the balance Rs.901.
