Hi, I stay in Hyderabad city outskirts and here apart from ACT no other broad band is available. As i dont have any choice i took the connection and till now no installation was done. They waited till i made the payment and than after no responce. I called the CC where they show interest in taking the complaints which will have no resolution. I couldnt attend my interview because of this and lost the opportunity. Please suggest me on how to file a consumer complaint on this.

Complaint marked as Resolved I called customer service several times and raised complaint almost twice and tgey gave me a TAT 5days. I had a urgent requirenent of internet connection so i told them if they dont fix it by 4dec, 2021 they have to refund my money and i will not wait for next 15days for the refund process. On 5dec, 2021 the technician came by himself without my followup and fixed the connection. It hardly took 10mins to give the connection. Some how i fixed this issue by my end and it is too hard to take pressure.
