Respected Sir/Madam,
My ACT Fibernet stopped working on 12th November 2021. I raised a complaint on 12 Nov 2021. Instead of solving the problem, the service team closed the complaint. I again raised the complaint. By the end of the day (13/11/21), the service team again closed the complaint ticket without rectifying it. Next day(14/11/21) a service person called up and promised to resolve the problem. At the end of day(14/11/21), he too closed the complaint ticket without solving it. I am losing my trust and faith in ACT. It’s 5 days since my internet connection is down.I am a loyal customer of ACT (since 2016) and have 2 connections in my house. Now both are not working and complaints are also not addressed. Now I am feeling bad about choosing ACT. I have enclosed the complaint ticket/service request numbers below. Please help.

Complaint marked as Resolved After repeated calls and mails(From 12 Nov 2021 to 16 Nov 2021), the company (ACT Fibernet) has resolved the issue. The service person changed the wires and internet started working .
