I took Act fibernet connection as 3 months advance rental plan and used it almost an year, later I decided to disconnect it. I called ACT Customer care multiple times to disconnect.
Later I received a bill, I called again then they told that thier billing cycle is post the end date of my 3 months end date and that's why the bill is generated and I must pay else they will take legal action, they spoke rudely disrespectfully and started lying that I never requested for disconnection but only enquired. They told the time between my 3 months end date and thier billing cycle is when I must pay to keep my connection active, I didn't paid /recharged because I didn't wanted to continue and their customer service never told me that they will generate bill.
Later after gettig so much torchered, threatened and getting abused by Act calling, I cleared the bill and requested for disconnection but they offered upgraded plan with same rental, I told I will think and get back.
They went ahead and activated my connection and when I called them for disconnection and refused to the upgraded plan, they told I need to pay again because connection is active from 7th and I took 2 days to think and reply about Disconnection.
This is how they cheated me last time also by not telling that they will keep billing me and won't disconnect the connection.
Please help I dipperesed, humiliated, conned, cheated and feeling fooled by Act fibernet customer service people, they hide information and then threatened people to take leagal action. When I told I will do a police complain they openly tell go and complain and disconnected the call.
I tried my best to resolve the issue by sending multiple emails and multiple calls but they always cheat . Attached is the copy of bill I paid because the forced and torchered me
