Connectivity Issues

Hi,

I've got a new connection recently. It's been a month and I'm facing few connectivity issues. The main thing is the connection will get automatically timed-out and the internet gets disconnected. I've to again login from the act fiber page and it'll be fine then. I do this process almost 4-5 times a day.

Please look into this and kindly get this resolved ASAP.

Shifting request

I have raised request on 26th for shifting of my connection...in the request I got SR
[protected] estimated time of resolution was 30th of Nov 2021 then without intimation it was postponed to 1st of December and today is 3rd of December till now no one has come forward to resolve my request ..and only thing they have is sorry for the inconveniences caused plz bear with us...

Internet junction box powerbackup issue not resolved for even 4th time calling to customer support

I am having an issue with the act fibernet junction box from the past 2 months, the junction box should basically contain a battery to serve the backup purpose which means when the power goes off the junction box should remain turned on in the working condition, but now the junction box is not having the battery and we raised 4 complaints to arrange a new battery inside the junction box, regarding the issue from more than past one month and...

Complaint about reactivation

I have requested for disconnection of service on 5th September 2021, below is the reference, without my knowledge the account got reactivated with this reference number ID-SR[protected], I am not sure who activated this service and how it got activated, without my approval how act team will activate the service, even I did not make any call for reconnection of service, now got a message that due is Rs 303.7. it's my humble request that...

Customers continue to suffer because of ACT Fibernet keeps lying about installing battery backups.

Other than rendering false promises by them, they have no commitment to install battery backups.

Internet is not working

Address:H.no: 5-12-128, Plot no: 86-B, Moula-ali, Housing board colony

I am not having internet since 3 days. Called customer care center many times and always received poor service. Everytime they are giving false promises that issue will be resolved, everytime postponing estimated resolution.

They are not sending technician to fix the fault.

Upon that, they have raised request to disconnect my service without asking or taking my permission. I have called and closed the disconnection...

Refund yet to receive for plan cancellation

Address:ACT fibernet kalyan nagar, Bangalore

ACT fibernet Kalyan Nagar HRBR 2 layout, 560043,

4195rs is due for refund from ACT. Nov 22 cancellation was initiated. Per their claim 48hrs from cancellation request they will contact us and they need 4 working days to initiate refund.

Today is Nov 30. I have not received any call from ACT and it's difficult to reach them. As everything need to be done in ACT app.

Refund

I have paid annual subscription for my broadband in the month of may 2021. I got transfer in the month of October to vellore where act service is not available. So I have raised a service request no.SR[protected] for refund amount o[censored]nused six months. I have been told that I'll get a call from refund team for process but till now I haven't received a single call. Service request is getting closed everyday without giving me a call back...

Internet connectivity complaint

Inter service stopped on 7th and raised a complaint ticket in 9th November 2021 and till now the issue has not been updated even simultaneously I’m calling to the customer service but after 12hrs or 24hrs my ticket is closing the area service man and the supervisor’s creating nuisance and playing with the costumers...

Installation delay

I paid 976 amount they said installation take 24hours but 24 hours completed no calls from techinican i asked please do install are give refund they are giving some id number but not doing helful to me in my hometown there is excell broadband they giving connection with in few hours i dont no why act taking more time more days its painful to me i paid money...

Internet often interrupted and delayed resolution

Every week internet connection has a problem which takes at least more then 48 hours to resolve after complaining... When complained customer care executives don't take up responsibility blaming on technical team.. When questioned them saying it's hampering our works.. (They say no where in there website it's mentioned that it's for work from home.. But it's solely for entertainment purpose... I checked website with bold letter advertisement...

Dispute of Refund

Dear ACT Team,

I took a connection from 16th June 2021 with a 6 month plan. from 4th November 2021 my connection has not worked . I complain again and again but there is no response from your end. Finally you mentioned we can't provide you service in my area on 12th of November 2021 on my call(not prior information from your team). This is one of the worst services ever. There is no home visit and call back from the ACT team....

Internet connection having frequent outage field agent not responding properly

I have a internet connection from act. The connection is stable and good until a problem in fibre line occurs. If it happens I have to leave all my work and monitor this very keenly. If I call a customer service executive they tell me that a field agent is assigned. They will not respond atleast for two days. After two days after calling customer care several times (at least seven times with interval of six hours)they will arrive and fix...

Hi team my complaint was registered on 17th Oct 2022 towards router surrender post which till one month no technician came to my house for router recovery. Network connectivity issue and poor resolution

My internet stopped working on 16 Nov and I've immediately raised a service request. Based on complaint the status remains still open and customer care team says that the issue has escalated but no further action. This is not new to me, since the connection will be active for 1-2 days and network down for a week. They a need a bill payment within 15th of every month, but they are honouring this kind of pathetic service. I'm really disgusted...

No proper connectivity ever after regular complaints

Very very worst service by act fibernet team. Please don't buy act fibernet. No proper response from customer support. There is no internet from past 3 days. Till now there is no response....

As a subscribing and paying, why should I repeatedly follow-up and beg your service staff to come and repair the service or replace a UPS battery?

Do you not pay them? Do you not provide USP battery backups?

What do you do with money paid by customers?
