    I wanted a new broadband connection so I followed all procedure made the payment of amount 3887 and got registered. One of the executive came, saw the location and said there is no act connection box nearby, and said it will be done in 24hrs but now I'm not getting any proper response they only said that this issue is subjected to some other dept but now none of them are not giving any proper answer about it

      On 17 January 2022 one of the representatives from ACT was doing some work in the Junction box. After some time my internet connection was disconnected. I went to the basement and noticed the wire being removed and raised a service request with ACT. It has been almost 24 hours and have not had anyone from ACT address this although every time I call the customer care centre they mention that it has been escalated. I have also sent a mail to the helpdesk with the photo of the cable that was removed but there was no response. This is pathetic service considering most o[censored]s are working from home and relying on internet for ourselves and for our kids online education.

        Hi,

        After payment they are disconnecting my connection in south delhi. After logged complaints the technician mis-behaving with me.

        They are disconnecting my connections more then 24 hours in south delhi freedom fighter enclave gate no 2 with out any prior information to me.

        For that only i lost my job. Now I want pls refund my advanced payment after deducted your charges.

          It's been More than 6 days still work is in progress ..whenever I called up customer service I do get the response from team saying we will updated in 24 hours or( tomoro WE WOULD GET THIS DONE )..Each and every day the same replies but I don't find a resolution for this ticket ...

            I contacted Act for CCTV camera their customer care told me that camera works with any 2.4ghz of Wifi Network.Now they are saying that it works only with Act's Internet then what's the point of buying it.I paid Advance amount of ₹2645/- towards my Act Account and I never opted for any internet plan they are charging my advance balance. Please return the my whole advance amount and permanently close my connection. My Act account number is[protected].
            Totally misleading customer care support. They just say anything to make sales.

              Have made a payment for broadband connection at 13th Jan 2022. But till 15th Jan 2022 it not reflected as paid in my account. So i called customer care, so they said like your payment is not done, if amount debited you ll get refund within 7 days so you have to pay again otherwise the company will put extra charge for late payment. So i recharged it again. After that I got message like two time my account got recharged. From Feb am going to shift from Chennai to my native due to work from home. So i just need this for only one month. But customer care telling like you won't get refund i[censored] want use it for next two months. Am going to stay only one month, without need how can I use it for 2 months. They said like even you disconnect the connection you won't get the amount refunded like this. They only forced me to pay again that my amount will be refunded. But now forcing me to waste my one more month money. I need refund

                Double payment done because of customer now not refunding my amount

                I have made a payment for broadband connection at 13th Jan 2022. But till 15th Jan 2022 it not reflected as paid in my account.                 Hi, My name is Nithya. We got this plan suggested by the ACT sales team when we were looking for a new internet connection. He suggested 75 Mbps speed for 3 months, I paid 2348 rs as a package for 3 months, right from the firat week I had loads of issues with the speed of the net... When checked the speed was a max of 30 mbps on this router I placed a complaint on the 11th of december 2021 and ever since till date my issue has not been addressed Or resolved, I have sent nore than 16 emails I only get automated response, when I call the customer service they say ill get a call back from the supervisor but no one calls, I only once got a chance to speak to the team leader her name was Divya and she said she will call me back in 1 hour about 8 days back but no response till date, THE MODEM THAT U GUYS GAVE DOES NOT SUPPORT A SPEED OF 75 MBPS, it only supports SPEED OF 30 MBPS Max, this was tested by one of the engineers who visited my house and he also spoke to the customer service agents, and the customer service agents are not helpful at all, they place my call on hold and then disconnect my call. Kindly help and resolve my issue, its an ongoing issue

                  I deactivated my ACT Broadband account and the bill amount after clearing all the dues came out to be ₹ -1197.7.

                  They are refusing to refund this ₹ 1197.7 even after numerous complaints raised with their helpdesk.

                    Fraudulent static ip charges

                    I never applied for a static ip and without my permission they added this charge even to my new bill. Soon as I got notified of this I raised a ticket and contacted their support who said they will cancel the service and remove the item from the bill, they closed the ticket without doing so.
                    I raised another ticket and spent hours waiting on their customer call centre, same thing again, customer service agent says the static IP team...

                    I had raised an refund request with SR[protected] and router has been collected by your agent on 03/Jan/2022. after that also I didn't received my remaining amount for refund itself act is taking more than 2 months.Please don't apply for Act fibre net connection if you want to communicate with nodal officer only mail is the way and nodal officer always replays the same by copy pasting previous mail apart from customer care you cannot even connect with the manager of customer care department such an worst customer service.For small amount refund you need to beg them for your money it's completely your luck whether you receive or not.

                      Internet is not working from past 25days, when called customer care and asked for ticket status they said it’s closed, we raised 4 tickets after that. All closed without resolution. When called ACT manager he spoke VERY RUDELY, asking us to send email to ACT CEO.

                      I m currently using 6 months plan, they are saying no option we must complete 6 months even though it is not working. No refund

                          Hi Team,

                          No offense on the support and services provided so far but getting hard now to get.

                          Since Q4 Dec-2017, I am having Act fibernet connection UID:[protected]. I was not given electricity charges discount for FTTH box being installed as part of connection.
                          Every year during renewal i was said that the power charges will be credited to my account and gets debited during next renewal which never happened.

                          I am due for renewal on 10/01/2022 and am awaiting for resolution of SR[protected] which was raised on 04/01/2022 to proceed with payment after discount.

                            I have been associated with ACT Fibernet since 7 months, and since that time, I have witnessed issue with ACT box problems, wire cut off or some or other concerns and for the same reason I have lost 2 days of my salary already, once in August and once in November, and had a blackmark in career as I have to leave the clients' calls abruptly, and today that is 12/01/2022, because of wire cut off I have lost my salary today too, I am trying to contact customer center since Yesterday night, but in vain, no one contacted yet and very very very poor response to customers. As my secondary connections' network is always poor in my location, I have preferred ACT, but with ACT too I am facing lots of problems like in responding, in addressing concerns, in connecting to ACT customer care center, etc. Very Bad Experience I am having because of ACT.

                            And When I already have a connection, why do I get calls from ACT regarding "Select 1 for Reconnection, Select 2 for Connect back and Pay later", etc etc etc. Why I get such calls frequently. When I work sometimes in night and sleeping, I get such calls and going back again to sleep is of very bad thing. I am seriously fed up. If just an 10 minutes delay in bill payment on 15th, they will Disconnect my connection within seconds.

                            I promise that I will never ever refer any family, friends or my clients to never ever prefer ACT.

                                From past 4 day I raised 3 ticket for internet connection problem they are providing temprerory fix and same problem is repeating every morning. The service provider also not responding. Need permnent fix for my internet connection issue.

                                  Hi ACT Team,

                                  Last year in December 2020, I got my ACT account[protected] suspended as I traveled to my hometown due to COVID-19.
                                  That time I was having Rs 1753.46/- in my account as an advanced payment. ACT team clearly told me that this 1753.46/- amount will be used when you come back and reactivates the account[protected]

                                  I came back in december 31st 2021, and asked for reactivation my account[protected].
                                  The ACT team contacted me and forced me to open a new account instead o[censored]sing my previous account and told me that the previous amount of 1753.46/- will also be transferred to your new account. I paid Rs 1398.00/- for the new connection.
                                  Post that I got a call from the ACT team that false information from ACT team only has been provided to you and not required to open a new account and can use the previous account. Also, 1398 + 1753.46 = 3151/- amount will be refunded back to your previous account which is[protected].

                                  Now Sir/Mam, I am receiving emails and SMS to pay 3047.67 /- as part of my current invoice for 3 months(Jan-March).

                                  Ideally, in my account I should have 3151(my already paid amount) minus 3047(current invoice amount) = Rs 103/-

                                  When can I expect to resolve this issue as I am fed up of calling ACT customer care for the last 5 days?

                                    Poor Service

                                    Hi, registered account number with act Fibernet is[protected]. I have disconnected my fiber connection on 30th Nov 2021. It's been 1st Jan 2022, till date no one has come to pickup router. They keep calling with different numbers twice everyday and doesn't say anything since I have disconnected my account. Please pickup the router I don't want connection anymore and stop spamming my number with phone calls. Thanks!...
