Poor Service

Hi, registered account number with act Fibernet is[protected]. I have disconnected my fiber connection on 30th Nov 2021. It's been 1st Jan 2022, till date no one has come to pickup router. They keep calling with different numbers twice everyday and doesn't say anything since I have disconnected my account. Please pickup the router I don't want connection anymore and stop spamming my number with phone calls. Thanks!...

Refund Issue

Address:1st And 3rd Floor, Golden Heights, 59th C Cross Rd, 4th M Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010

Due to relocation I had to disconnect my act connection. I had 2 months balance remaining when it happened. As per customer case refund should processed within 7 days of the disconnection.

It's been a month now with no resolution. I mailed them, called them over 15times. Everytime I call they give false promises and by EOD the ticket gets closed automatically without any resolution.

As per them first they need...

Hello my name is naveen I purchased one year plan in act I need to get Wifi router but still I have not got the Wifi router it's been 20 days no I haven't even used 1 MB Mine 1 month has been wasted such a worst customer support they just disconnect the call and keep waiting for hours they wasted my 20 days I lost so much work because of no internet such a worst company...

Irresponsible reply from Customer care executive - ACT fibernet

My parents have ACT fibernet from last 6 months. They shifted to new house and the connection is shifted, the ACT guy didn't inform about shifting charges and they were also not aware of this. but the charges are levied in the bill and its disconnected as its not paid. its a prepaid connection so they don't check bills.

when contacted the nearby ACT service centre, they informed about bill and they paid but the connection didnt...

My user is 10974949. I'm providing here so the ACT team can go and check my complaints here are genuine .

I was in Blaze plan (120mbps) speed, I was not getting a strong/sturdy network connectivity service as it keeps loading or often reconnecting in rooms other than the wifi router was placed. I just couldn't take it seriously and changed my plan to 200mbps so will get a good spped. But no use, connectivity was same and due...

Broadband Service Issue

I logged the ticket (SR[protected]) for account[protected] that the connection is not good. So put this request to upgrade alongwith WiFi router which has no progress yet and when I call the helpdesk, then receive different inputs every time.

Refund

We have disconnected act wifi one year plan after using for 4 months they have said that the remaining amount will be refunded by December but upto till date its not done. We need refund ....

Internet not working

I don't have internet since morning and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet. Slowly I am losing trust on Act

I'm definitely switching after this....

Double payment

On Nov 11, 2021 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk requesting them for refund and they promised action within 72hours. It is now almost 40 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally...

No internet

I don't have internet since 3 days and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet and they always have the same reason "One of the data link is not working". I don't know how delicate their data links actually are that they get damaged every month.

I had been the valued consumer of Act for past 7 years. Couple of years back I had taken additional connection at my parents place. Hi, I stay in Hyderabad city outskirts and here apart from ACT no other broad band is available. As i dont have any choice i took the connection and till now no installation was done. They waited till i made the payment and than after no responce. I called the CC where they show interest in taking the complaints which will have no resolution. I couldnt attend my interview because of this and lost the opportunity. Please suggest me on how...
