I bought the connection (ACT storm 3M + Wifi ) on January 6th, 2022 which cost me Rs.6, 195 (Rs.2, 000 Security Deposit and Rs.4, 195 Plan). Due to an increase in covid cases my company asked us to continue WFH for another 6 months. Because of this reason I disconnected the same on January 20th, 2022 and moved back to my native place.
Agent named Shiv collected the router and submitted it to the ACT store on February 4th, 2022 and he provided me with the docket number.
So far I have received a refund of Rs.310 and when I call the customer care regarding clarity on refund amount they reopen the ticket and within a few minutes the ticket is closed. I have sent an email regarding the same but no reply. I didn't even receive any phone calls from the refund team.
The refund amount which I expect is Rs.4, 796. Please find the break up below.
Security Deposit: Rs. 2, 000
Remaining 2 months plan refund: Rs. 2, 796
I request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
