I have already paid my due amount, still the account Is suspended. I can’t register complaints in app due to suspension and after dialling customer care number I have to wait almost half an hour unassigned to any of the CC executive.
How do you boast to provide good service with such pathetic customer service.
Can I expect any response here, otherwise shut down your business and let other providers handle who are good at customer services.

I kept trying and finally got connected to customer care executives hours later. After that they registered the issue and resolved it within 4 hrs

    This is regarding internet connection, Act management use send bills bills, act[protected]
    which we are not using, form act it self we are getting disconnected massage several times.
    we had taken act prepaid internet connection covid lock down period
    which was required for online classes for student, while taking connections we had told clearly we required connection only for 6 months, after that we don't required any connection.
    we had intimated on 25 Dec 21 to disconnection immediately they sent message stating it is disconnected due to non payment,
    when we taken connection only for six months, how they can ask for renewal payment,
    From ACT we getting threating calls several times,
    Request to disconnect permently

      We wish to bring to your notice that for the past 10 days the internet connection has been crawling and each time your team says restart the hub. Please have someone look into this.

      Please also ask your collection team not to harass us. Our bill is only due on 17th Feb 2022 why are we getting calls saying pay your bill. We have never defaulted till date.
      If this harassment goes on we will take you to the consumer court.

      Please sort these issues out.

        As I was relocating to another state, I wanted to raise a disconnection request which I was told by the service team to effect via ACT's Mobile Application which I did on 10th February 2022.

        I noticed that the said request could be raised only if I had cleared all dues payable till date. (ACT charges the customer on prepaid basis, hence the bill for February 1-28 would be due on February 15). Being an ACT customer for more than a year, I've always faced minimal outages and prompt service from their side and hence I paid the entire due amount of Rs. 1, 269/- for the entire month of February even though my service was disconnected as soon as I raised the request on the said date, i.e., 10th February, 2022.

        I've contacted their service helpline twice regarding the same and both times, I was astonished to find that the customer service representatives were very rude and insisted that processing of refund is against their policy and were not even open to further negotiation regarding pro rata billing (for the 10 days I availed their services in February) and that my only options were to either forgo the money or avail their services till the end of February!?

        Worst customer treatment by the company in this regard. I hope someone takes notice of this and reverts favorably.

          Act internet is intermittent for last few days at indiranagar Adyar. Every time I register a complaint and it vanishes again after the ticket is closed. Act mentions that waiver is applicable only if the ticket is not closed within 24 hours. Shouldn’t the waiver be applicable based on uptime of the internet or the duration of outage and number of issues occurred in a month. I am frustrated with ACTs service.

              I am having a account of[protected] at visakhapatnam. I paid for 06 months subscribtion. in Jan 22. Now i am shifting residence out of visakhapatnam, and disconnect the service is my requirement as per situation. I do not want to transfer this connection. if i disconnect, the money to be refunded as per monthly charges calculated.

              Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible (ASAP) as i have to be shifted

                I have done the payment of Rs. 3886 for my act fibernet connection[protected] on 16th Jan 2022 using net banking from my sbi a/c,

                The amount has been successfully debited from my bank a/c, however, the same has not been credited in the act records, I have been following up with act helpline no. Since more than a month now, but all invain, i managed to log a complain, it was closed without my information & my internet connection was suspended.

                I again managed to send an email to nodal officer with my problem, i was given another tkt, still No action has been done.

                These people are asking me to repay the bill again Inspite of sharing them the details of transaction. Act FIBRENET is a fraudulent service provider with worst customer Cärê service.Inspite of paying the fee my connection stands disconnected.

                Now I don’t want to continue with this connection and want my money to be refunded.

                I request the concerned person to look at my case & get this resolved asap.

                    I bought the connection (ACT storm 3M + Wifi ) on January 6th, 2022 which cost me Rs.6, 195 (Rs.2, 000 Security Deposit and Rs.4, 195 Plan). Due to an increase in covid cases my company asked us to continue WFH for another 6 months. Because of this reason I disconnected the same on January 20th, 2022 and moved back to my native place.

                    Agent named Shiv collected the router and submitted it to the ACT store on February 4th, 2022 and he provided me with the docket number.

                    So far I have received a refund of Rs.310 and when I call the customer care regarding clarity on refund amount they reopen the ticket and within a few minutes the ticket is closed. I have sent an email regarding the same but no reply. I didn't even receive any phone calls from the refund team.

                    The refund amount which I expect is Rs.4, 796. Please find the break up below.
                    Security Deposit: Rs. 2, 000
                    Remaining 2 months plan refund: Rs. 2, 796

                    I request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                      I have been using act since 2 yrs.
                      The reason for choosing act is for online classes of my child.
                      I am facing continuos disconnect problem, with wifi connectivity. Its been third time straight in a week. The connectivity is intermittent earlier, but totally disconnected now.
                      I have been given assistance in phone calls but proper action is disregarded by act team.
                      I also complainee about routing of wire, as the wire is hanging abnormally down on road.
                      No action been taken since a week.
                      I have already recharged for one more year last week.
                      It's been a terrible harassment related to connectivity.

                            We took ACT broadband subscription in the month of JUN through one of ACT Fibernet sales / marketing personnel.

                            Following are connection details:
                            Name: Nalam Naga Sudheer
                            Account Number:[protected]

                            Their sales person, Dharmendra notified about the subscription plan and We completed payment based on his commitment that it will be 6+2 months without taking router. We took screenshots of our interaction with him over whatsapp, attaching the same for reference.

                            At present the connection is disconnected and we didn't receive any router and ACT suspended the connection pre-maturely and we raised multiple complaints to customer service team without any resolution.

                            Customer Service team is very irresponsible and not connecting to either billing team or their managers for escalations. They are just hearing and not bothering and just notifying that their billing team will contact us who never contacted us and we are facing the problem during this pandemic situation where entire school classes are running online and impacted very badly.

                            Appreciate if you can get our issue resolved.

                              Act is always cheating customers, but nobody is noticing. I was not using act for 2 months 2021 Nov and December. But they are showing some amount of bill in their app. Same time it saying "Connection Deactivated". But bill amount is same. So i tried to reconnect the internet. It worked for 3 or 2 days and again it automatically disconnected. But i can see my bill amount is again increased. I called their customer care service asked them why my bill amount is automatically increasing and while connection is disconnected. So they are saying some calculations that customers cant easily understand. The thing is we are using prepaid connection not postpaid, then how they can charge money from customers?? I was confused and i thought its my fault. So i paid the bill on Jan 3rd 2022. and i thought everything is clear from now.

                              But the real incident happened. There i realized. ACT is looting money from us. we are robbed. Jan 19, 2022 Suddenly connection disconnected without any notice. And saying Your bill due amount is RS. 837. how that could happen?? Because i paid bill Jan 3rd and and i can see no due pending. But Jan 19 bill amount is 837. Gods sake, i was very busy with my workfromhome situation. So i must indeed internet. and i Paid the amount. But i used just 2 days only. after it showing your monthly data limit is over. that's the one more trick to rob money. I checked the app. there i can see around 400 something GB i used this month (750GB is my monthly data limit). Suddenly called customer care and they are saying you are used 750 GB. I said im the only person using this connection and hardly ill use 20Gb per day or maximum 30Gb. So the person said sir you using 30Gb per day. Ok just take if it is 30GB per day. 19 days it will be 570GB. He have no answer for that. and finally he said our team will resolve this issue within 24 hours. But nothing happened. I called them everyday, and no one have answers, i tried 4 days to call them and described all the issues. but they haven't resolved yet my issue. Stupid customer care service. We are telling our issues and want to resolve it in possible way. But they don't know how to ( maybe they are ACTing to fool customers)

                              and the funniest part is happened today 29/1/2022 (i still not able to use internet). But they send a message "your reactivation request has been processed on 29/1/2022 & and a charge of RS 150.00 will be added to your next month bill. What's the heck is this...

                                I was promised by visiting care executives on recorded line about 4+2 months offer by Act Fibrenet if i extend my subscription for another 6 months. This offer costs me much lesser than my existing plan.

                                In a hurry and not to risk the problem of disconnection of existing plan, i have paid for next 6 months, first (which is a higher amount).

                                Later I called customer care to adjust this amount accordingly - either extend the no. of months or refund the difference amount.

                                To my dismay they are saying this is not possible. Surprisingly, the executives are asking me if have recorded the conversation offering me 4+2 months. I told them they called me on recorded line and requested to retrieve them, which are turning down.

                                In the last call the agent has slammed the phone while I was still speaking

                                Please help raise a strong complaint on this misbehaviour and unfair billing practice

                                  On 14thDec I have registered with Act for Account Registration with SR No:SR[protected].

                                  Due to unavailability of box, I have raiser a cancellation request on 29thDec with ticket SR[protected]

                                  Since then raiser multiple requests for refund, however 3 tickets were closed without refund
                                  4th Jan : 1st Refund request
                                  SRSR[protected]

                                  15th Jan : 2nd Refund request
                                  SR[protected]

                                  It was informed that on 19th Jan that amount was approved, however I didn't not recieving the payment. Since then following up multiple times, but no proper response.

                                    Am getting daily 7 to 10 calls from ACT regarding new connection after i informed that present am using other network. So i will take the ACT connection on 15th Feb. Because of the nonsense calls i have changed my mind that never take ACT connection. If still your team will calls like this think once that how many customers will change their mind like me.

                                        I took connection in Aug'21.
                                        From Sep'21 I started facing connectivity issue frequently, My call used to get disconnected so w.e.f. 1st Nov 21 I got the connection disconnected.
                                        Since Nov'21 I am following up for deposit refund of Rs 1000 but till date they have not paid.
                                        I approached to their Ombudsman at appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in, initially they showed interest in resolving the issue but later on they also started making fool of me in following manner:
                                        Whenever I follow up with them over E mail they issue a new service request and promise me that the issue will get resolved in 5-6 days.

                                        When I do not receive any update from there end after 6 days, I send a follow up E mail to them, again they request for 5-6 days to look into the issue.

                                        They check with their Refund process team and reply back to me that refund has already been processed and closes the service request by themselves without checking with me whether I have received the refund or not.

                                        When I mention with proof ( Bank or Credit card statement) that I have not received the refund, they raise a new Service request and request me to wait for another 5-6 days.

                                        The strange thing is they never share the Bank payment reference ID with you even after repeated request and they do not share because they do not have the payment reference ID as they have never initiated the payment.

                                        This is happening since Nov'21. They will never say that they will not refund but they will not refund your money.
